The room look terrible. There was a hole in one of the walls the mini fridge if you want to open, and you had a hold of it, come out from where I was in the cabinet. The door was like hanging in properly because it was able to get stuck and when you close it, you could see Kravitz on the side. The curtain wouldn’t even go down. The faucet in the sink was wobbling you’re afraid you had to hold it with both hands to open it because you’re afraid with Frank this is terrible. I’ve never been in a day that it’s been like that. It looked like they just barely kept it up.. I will not stay there ever again and when I recommended

I have stayed in this hotel before and the rooms were nothing like what I experienced on my birthday there. I was put in the very back where it looks like. There was abandoned vehicles. The room had holes in the walls cigarette burns. It was so disgusting missing furniture. Nothing worked lights didn’t work. It was a horrible birthday. I don’t understand why I got put in the most disgusting room

Location was great. Close to every thing needed Toilet did not work properly. Not enough options for continental breakfast, only cereal and oatmeal and sour milk.Hair dryer was broken. Took at least 15 minutes to get hot water in sink and shower.

Location ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES! I saw one on the AC unit and assumed it came in from around the unit from the outside. Understandable since we're in SC. My wife then saw more in the bathroom, and I saw a few more on the clothes rack. We got food from Waffle House at 2am. Went to bed, and brought our leftovers home. To our surprise when my daughter opened the food container at HOME a friggin ROACH strolls right out. DISGUSTING! GET AN EXTERMINATOR IN THERE AND CLEAN YOUR DANG HOTEL. We paid almost $200 to bring roaches home. We checked our luggage the best we could, and just pray we didn't bring anything else home.

The phones volume did not work when I called the front desk. The WiFi was off and on constantly. It says they are open 24 hours in ad, yet in the early morning I went to get coffee and the staff had door locked and said through window closed from 2-6am. My keys would not work the second day when I returned- they needed rekeyed at front desk. I was told to send a email to manager and the hotel manager told me to reach out to booking.com to be refunded for the second night stay as I left and could not stay another night.

I had to stop payment on my card because management and booking.com never responded to my request to have my money returned. This hotel is unsafe and they don’t care at all. Don’t go. I’ve had a lot of great experiences at Best Western but this is one to stay away from.

The front desk guy was nice and that was about it. The room was very dirty and there was liquid on the night table. The bathroom has mold in the corner and the non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke without being properly decontaminated. We actually checked out within 30 min of checking in and went ahead to book another hotel.

The room could use a good scrub. There was a roach problem in the room. Breakfast consists of granola bar, raisin bran, milk and coffee. The front desk person was nice. Parking lot was clean and spacious. I did expect better than what I got.

Not much. My room was in poor condition. The closet door was missing and the wooden frame was exposed. There was a poorly patched hole in the wall and the bathroom toilet and tub area looked dirty.

The place was disgusting. Walls were largely chipped with mold. Rooms smelled like smoke. So much mildew in there. Other occupants smoking weed and drinking beer outside of rooms. Everything!!!!! I should be refunded for this vile place.

This hotel is terrible and the pictures are not accurate whatsoever. There was filth everywhere, a hole in one of the walls, and simply disgusting. We arrived very late at night and were leaving in the morning…if it wasn’t for the short time we were there, I would have moved hotels…yes, it’s the bad! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

The "breakfast" was actually a joke! Cold cereal and a couple packs of instant oatmeal is ridiculous! Nothing for anyone watching their diet or anyone who can't eat carbs/gluten. I wasn't expecting eggs Benedict but certainly was expecting more than cereal. We booked a room with 2 queens for 4 people and were given 2 towels. The refrigerator was leaking water and could barely get anything in it due to the freezer being filled with a huge block of ice.

My room had mold along the tub molding and the sink water didn’t run hot. The front desk and cleaning staff were accommodating. I love the area this hotel is in because I can walk to many points of interest suck as Walmart, Tanger Outlet, eateries and so much more. Safe enough to run on the sidewalk and parking lots.

I think Angela is tired of her job. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody unless they are just too tired to look anywhere else. She was borderline rude.

Nasty room blood on the sheets in one room blood all over the bathrooms in the others. Bugs everywhere strong odor of dog.

Dead bugs in the bathroom shower look like it hadn’t been cleaned. Front door didn’t close properly. You could see outside through the door jam.

The manager is the worse. Let's her title go to her head. She treated us as if we were beneath her . But it's all good. She felt good about herself.

Room 133,135,137 knowing the condition of the rooms were uninhabitable. Room 135 was dirty and had black mold in the ceiling while rooms 135 abd and 137 was full of pet urine, whole in.the wall, tissue on our peep hole. Unfortunately we arrived in a Uber with our luggage we were there because my nephew was killed. So we checked in at 2 am entered our rooms and it looked normal to us so we went to sleep the next morning we relied that because of the condition of the rooms. So my husband went to for a refund. He charged us for that which i dont believe should of happened. After traveling we were exhausted also with everything dealing with my nephews funeral. Again we were not informed that the hotel was being renovated it was also not post on there page irrt told when looking online. This is was first time booking with a hotel with bad, and this is the worst experience I have had at Days Inn. If you are in the area because dont book here.

This was just an all around bad stay. Picked a non smoking room and was still greeted with bed sheets/comforters that had cigarette burns in them and the entire room reeked of smoke. Front desk lady was not helpful for anything.

This property needs to be renovated for the money I spent. I’m very disappointed. I had to take a video. There was cigarette hole in the comforter on one of the beds when I walked in the bathroom the tub is chipped paint all over cigarette burns all along the side of the tub. The bathroom door is filthy. The walls are dirty like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. I have experience and detail housekeeping. I’ve been coming here for years and from what I’m seeing this is cover-up maintenance. The first one I checked in smelled of mold. I did not feel like moving again because I’m tired, but I won’t be renting here again and because I went through a third-party I got charged a deposit and I also probably won’t get my money back. I can’t even take a bubble bath, because the bottom of the tub is chipped to paint that they painted over. I don’t feel like that is clean or safe to my health when I wanna soak in a tub, especially when I put my arms up on the side and there’s nothing but cigarette burns along the tub line. The location is perfect. The staff is excellent, but the rooms are trash and need to be renovated. Most of these rooms have mowed and possible lead in the paint. That’s how old it is. I don’t even feel comfortable taking my clothes off cause I feel dirty.

few things were broken in the room we stayed in. key stopped working 4 different times in three nights being there, one of the times which my guest was there without me while i was stuck at work, would not let her in room and had to call the police to let her into the room.

The live wire for the hair dryer was a good mix especially since my husband has a pace maker and the floors turned your feet back. Don’t look nothing like the role. They should be ashamed of itself and apparently it’s in a bad neighborhood because when I got there approached by prostitute also when I left because I was so disgusted there were two police cars coming in and jumped out with guns this past Saturday the 31st I stayed all of 15 minutes. I went to use the bathroom and looked on the wall. There was blood then it was blood on the door and I was like Yep I’m gone. The hotel was ok. When I arrived, I had high expectations based on the pictures because they look nice. However, I got a king size non-smoking room and my room as soon as I walked in smells like cigarettes, even until the morning. Additionally, I went to shower in the morning and the water was cold, even though I let it warm up for a few minutes and it was all the way on hot. The outlets did not work as well, and I tried multiple chargers that work in my car and in my house. The AC units were also very loud.

I don't like anything about the property. It was a rat hole of a place. I called to front desk after I saw a roach on the wall told me they were fully booked. Which was a liar.

I didn’t stay in the room, it had blood splatter on the bathroom door and painted over blood on the ceiling in the bathroom!

It was ok. The bed was nice but needed more light in the room. One of the bedside lights didnt work and the blow dryer didnt either.

I gave it a two star instead of one because staff was nice and helpful. The rooms was dirty and smelled. We had to ask to be moved to another room because it smelled so bad, the second room didn’t smell as bad. However it was dirty. Mold on the tiles in the shower and what looked like blood on the walls in the bathroom. Looks like someone had a Valentine there the night before because there were heart shape decorations on the floor, I’m assuming the carpet was vacuum. But I also understand you get what you pay for.

The room stunk really bad and was dirty. The pillows are awful. No blankets just multiple top sheets. We had 4 guests and they only stocked towels for two. The tub was so gross I had to wash it out myself.

The heater/AC unit was the loudest part of the room, making it impossible to sleep. The bathroom was disgusting, and while they claim to be renovating, the only thing that seemed updated was the mirror above the sink—everything else was old and outdated. No housekeeping came during our stay, which added to the lack of cleanliness. The staff at the front desk were unprofessional, coughing while handling my ID and cards without concern for hygiene. The only positive thing I can say is that there were no bed bugs, but the overall vibe felt more like a rundown motel than a proper hotel. If you’re okay with outdated facilities, poor cleanliness, and no housekeeping, this might work for you. For us, it was a terrible experience, and I would not stay here again.

When we arrived around 6pm there wasn’t anyone at the desk. Bell is broken. Not enough towels for the 3 adults. Housekeeping was no where to be found and no one was interested in getting us any towels. The room was just dirty.

Employees were very nice & helpful. Room smelled like a mix of cleanimg chemicals & feces. Carpet was filthy. Everything felt damp. Obviously not well constructed & needs updating very badly. Temp control was also essentially non-functional.

I will never stay at a Days Inn again. Now I see why they were so inexpensive. The water in the shower never got hot for us. One shower was actually cool the others were luke warm. I had to dust the light bulbs they were so dirty. The coffee maker had a note that said add hot water since the coffee comes out so strong. I never could get the balance correct. I say fix the machine. Staff was nice. Our room was made up which we didn't ask for so that was nice and fresh towels. I had to put a towel on my blouse so as not to transfer burned iron onto my clothes.

This property was conveniently located right off the freeway exit. This made travel easy. There is a variety of restaurants located within a 10 mile radius to choose from. There is also an outlet mall located 5 minutes away for your shopping pleasure. There are 2 gas stations across the street and 1 a block away for fillup and late night snacking needs.

Our belongings were infested with BED BUGS office stuff Deandre has seen it at 11;27am Sat morning, till now GM Angela Poling did not contact me. Also, there is NO any renovation in this area, I walked and drove around property

I like shopping around and good restaurants , I been so many places hotels and Motels but this one I’m not enjoying at all I stays 3 nights the room floor dirty sticky and get burn smells smoke bad even I require none smoke honestly we’re don’t think we come back stay any more .

Property is next to other hotels and plenty of restaurants. Plenty of parking too. AC worked very well!

I knew I wasn’t getting The Four Seasons when I booked this hotel, let’s call it what it is, a motel. They say the place is under “renovations”. It just looks ridiculously beat up. Then there’s the bugs. Roaches and the like. I had to leave at 6:15am to go to another hotel in efforts to get some sleep. Terrible.

The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable.

This place is gross. They didn’t clean the nonworking refrigerator so the chicken patty left before me was rotten. The walls were filthy. After deciding it was too late to move the first night, I pulled the terribly rough covers back and put on a movie. Within a few minutes, something had bitten underneath my eyes and on my arms. The rest of me was covered with pants and socks. I then did try to leave and go somewhere else but bc I couldn’t get to do laundry for the things I had in the room, I decided to stay since I wouldn’t get money back anyway (lady at desk refused) and I didn’t want to carry whatever with me. But I didn’t sleep and the tv didn’t work and the WiFi wasn’t even in existence. The pool is covered and no longer in service. Definitely NOT where I will ever spend another dime. I understand that some people have very limited budgets but that doesn’t mean they should have to settle for this type of property. The “manager” was also very rude. Started when she was rude to someone else upon my arrival. Then she was rude to my travel agent. Then me. Just awful.

Was overcharged for stay after having reserved room at a lower rate ! No prior notice and surprised at check out with higher room rate ! No Days Inn in my future travels !!

Property could use a little pick me up on the outside. Room was nice and cleaned for a 2 ⭐️ compare to old ratings. Needed only for a night but was very accommodating.

Room had bad smell, unacceptable.

Shower did not work properly, toilet did not work properly, tv went out after ten minutes of being turned on and after explaining I was disabled and to locate a close room on the first floor.... Staff member located my room at the furthest building, on the second floor that you had to walk to. Took five days for deposit to be refunded

The room was horrible. The rug was wet due to the refrigerator leaking I told front desk but no one ever came to fix it. It was stains on the bathroom wall. The phone didn’t work and the Wi-Fi was awful.

Lousy breakfast. Super small bathroom. Dead bug on backsplash. Coffee in lobby was like sludge.
