Very nice size room. Very very pleased with the temperature and water pressure of the shower. A plus! Didn’t like that the fridge doesn’t keep food cold. Huge plus with restaurant in the hotel. Hotel location is superb. Walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants and shopping. Very happy with this stay and would stay here again.

The room was very comfortable with an industrial vibe. Everyone that we interacted with was very friendly. We ate at the restaurant on the property for breakfast, and our server Miguel was excellent, and so was the food.

Room was clean. Some of the staff were friendly—- some were not.

Not a lot of options if you need drug store products as the nearest is half a mile away. The snacks available in the lobby were limited and grossly overpriced.

Hotel should have a breakfast menu for guests. They don't offer any simple breakfast for children. Basic menu is 24 and it was not good. Restuarant is beautiful but menu is not attractive

Interesting decor: minimalist comes to mind. Concrete floors, informal striped area carpet, "barn" doors separating shower and also sleeping area. "Campaign chest"-style furniture. Kinda fun!

The hotel was awesome. The room was very clean and modern. The location was perfect with many restaurants, shops and a park steps from the door.

Hôtel was very clean and confortable. But as a Hilton Honors member I was quite annoyed at being charged $25 to check in 90 minutes early, especially as the room was ready and empty when I got there. That is a version of highway robbery.

When we requested a menu to order initially around 9:30pm, we were told to take our time. Once we decided what we wanted to order around 9:50pm, we were told the kitchen was closed and we were only allowed to order drinks. The main issue was a lack of communication and what seemed to be a manager chastising our waiter for suggesting the kitchen would stay open in the first place. He looked (manager) angry and annoyed while our waiter looked embarrassed. He left because his shift was over I assume but very abruptly. He told us to go to the bar to order and that’s when we found out the kitchen was absolutely closed. We ended up ordering Pizza on door Dash and eat it in the open area of the restaurant. We’ve been here 4 times and the hotel experience & staff are wonderful but this particular time the restaurant made our stay less than enjoyable.

The location, it was great for exploring in the evenings, I felt safe and I enjoyed the walk to the meeting location each day. There was no entrance to the parking facility that was behind the property.

The hotel has a good location with many restaurant nearby. It’s very expensive compared to other options in the area. The room had only basic items and no fridge. Besides, parking is hard to find — I had to park in a lot next to the hotel.

loved the convenient and good restaurant. loved the lounge in there. Enjoyed the chaise lounge in my room. liked that there were sufficient and convenient outlets for charging. liked the coffee station and all the help I got to keep it going. liked the bathroom. the shower is very confusing and annoying to use with the top bottom thing. And the heat wound up being set fine, but when I tried to change the thermostat, it wasn't doing what I wanted. not much to complain about

I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast. The woman who checked me out the next morning could have been more professional and attentive. She was on a call and ignored me for a minutes. After she noticed that I was recording videos to document my stay for my tic tok promotions ad she stated that it couldn't film the staff. Which i didn't and she seemed to have a little bit of an attitude. The woman that checked me in the night before was lovely, pleasant and very helpful. She was the best. Overall I had a wonderful stay other than checking out.

The Canopy Hotel in Baltimore is nice too, but the Canopy Hotel in Bethesda is even better — not only is the hotel great, but there are also many good restaurants, coffee shops, and places to shop nearby.

The bathroom sink was still dirty with hair. I hate a dirty sink when I know I didn’t do it. Also I didn’t know about the parking situation. They have self park but it’s not straight to the hotel you have to leave the property. Valet is $45. So I ended up doing valet and I still got charged for parking for self park. I went to the front desk and gave my concerns and they would only reimburse me for one day of parking and not 2. So I paid $85 for one night of parking.

The hotel has a great esthetic and vibe. The staff is polite and friendly. The restaurant is superb. The location is great for taking a walk or doing a little shopping. I wish I had a longer stay.

I have stayed here at least 10 times it's always a great hotel. The rate seem to have gone up lately but they said that's based on occupancy. A strange thing happened last time I was there when I left the room temporarily the safety Lock engaged on the door and locked from the inside. The hotel manager and the maintenance man were quick to help remediate the situation. I appreciate them

Also, the attached restaurant, Hello Betty, is very good! Fresh ingredients, innovative decor, comfy seating options, and excellent wait staff. Really enjoyed my time.

First the lady we spoke with Bri was more than helpful during her shift and quickly answered any questions we had upon checking into the property. It was after she left the problems started, I noticed there was no blanket on the bed and the pillows on the bed were down, which I’m highly allergic to. I called room service and was advised they would bring me foam pillows up, they brought pillows up but they too were down. Our dinner reservations were quickly approaching and we didn’t have time to wait so we decided to address this when we returned. Several hours later we returned and advised room service of the need for foam pillows and a blanket. We were advised all they had was a down blanket and down pillows available, I advised them this wouldn’t work and I would be needing to find another hotel that would be able to accommodate my stay and the lady quickly answered “good luck with that”. Needless to say this was incredibly rude and made for a room that we were unable to stay in. Would not recommend again other than the high quality and willingness to listen demonstrated by Bri, she is an absolute asset to this property.

Beth, the manager is a liar. She has to lie, to cover up for this disgusting property. Cannot believe this is a Hilton?? Come on Hilton! Spider infested rooms? Hairballs in the sheets? White streaks on the cushions? Cracked and chipped furniture all throughout the room? Beth lied to me that she would get me a refund for checking out a night early but she refused to, and now she refuses to answer my calls? Please stay away guys, you’ll thank me later.

I tried canceling three weeks in advance because my reunion was rescheduled. They wouldn’t give me a cash credit or a credit for a stay at a later date. As if you couldn’t rent out that room to someone else for a higher price!?!

2. I had reserved two rooms for myself and for my sister. Staff felt annoyed and had an attitude I wanted to check in with the my room first since I was there first. Person mentioned I had to check in for both rooms but I mentioned do my room first but would not have it. 3. Room AC blows the cold air towards the bed and straight to your face while you’re lying down on the bed. I had to raise the AC temperature above the room temperature so it would not turn on. It was the same for my sisters room.

Everything was perfect I was there on my honeymoon and the service made our stay extra special.

Espresso machines only in rooms, so no luck if you drink regular coffee. Parking is a headache and expensive. Recommend the $30 parking garage around the corner as opposed to the $45 valet.

Fantastic location. Near tons of restaurants and transportation. The hotel is immaculately clean. I loved the water stations on each floor.

The key to get into the door wasn’t working. I had to go back down several times. Waited for technician to come up after my trips back and forth. It still took him a while afterwards to get the door open. I had to wait for him to replace battery while trying to get ready for dinner. Very inconvenient.

This was absolutely delightful! The room is spacious; bathroom surprisingly big; personnel gracious. Totally enjoyed my stay and felt safe especially since I am an 83 year old woman and alone. Highly recommend!

The hotel itself was wonderful. I was there on a Friday night with an early morning appointment the next day. The neighborhood has an active restaurant/bar scene, which is wonderful, but not great for trying to go to bed early. There was quite a bit of street noise filtering into the room. If you are a light sleeper and need to sleep before 1am on a weekend night, be sure to bring ear plugs or a white noise machine to drown it out!

Rose and Pike is lovely. If the weather is good, you get a low key tropical vibe tucked away on the outskirts of the city. Canopy is clean and chic. The bed was super comfy, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch.

It was my birthday weekend and so I booked this hotel. I actually booked the wrong hotel but this turned out to be a happy accident! The staff were so sweet and even gave me a room with a gorgeous view of outside. Premises were very clean and I loved the minimal style for the room! I’d definitely come back and book again on purpose this time lol.

Really cool property in a vibrant neighborhood. The rooms have concrete floors which are cold on your feet (bring slippers!) and only a concealer on the bed but they brought a blanket when I asked. Workout equipment in the room was a bonus.
