There’s basically no redeeming positive quality. I guess the shower had good water pressure, so there’s that. and we didn’t get robbed. the entire building is rotting and falling apart inside and out. no amenities of any sort to be found which is shocking for the price point.

The location They have roaches my husband woke up with a roache on his ear and got the nerve not to give you and late checkout with only three rooms being occupied this is a crap hotel very old and a dirty blanket on the bed the tub was dirty but good thing I traveled with cleaning supplies and clean sheets and blankets crazy how they keep they hotels so nasty

I stayed there a few times before, and came back because of the pool, breakfast, and gym. This time those same amenities were advertised, but when I arrived, I found out that none of them was available. I was looking forward to spending a lot of time in the pool, and not having to go out for breakfast. I believe I paid more for less, and was really inconvenienced. I’ll stay somewhere else the next time I travel here to see my family. I saw nearby hotels that had people in the pool.

There was a roach in the first room we were put in and then the second room had women's bedroom wear under the bed. The bed was held up by a piece of wood with a cracked frame. They do not vacuum there rooms. The mirrors were disgusting looking. It was a dirty place. Nor the drug addicts that hang around there hooting and hollering. The entire stay couldve been better.

Not much, we were not impressed at all- infact, if it were not for the mix up at the original hotel we booked and considering it was 11pm at night I would have hauled ass!!! The room was filthy, looked like the carpet hadn't been cleaned- EVER!! Tub and shower filthy and not draining properly; grit floating in the water, not to mention it smelled of urine.. No wonder the check in clerk looked puzzled when I said two day stay, I think ppl just come there to do their dirt and then move on, this place shouldn't even be on any booking sites.

The location to the mall and other stores were great. The people that appeared to be on drugs and late night noise and the uncleaned rooms.

Check in clerk was not very friendly. To be honest, when we drove around back to our room, it looked like a big drug house. We were so uncomfortable that we never even stopped the car. We made an immediate decision to just leave and find another hotel. Needless to say, we lost the money we spent for this hotel. Not very happy about that!

I like the distance for my job It was in the hood. People hanging around. I don't like that. Cause I didn't feel safe.

We had asked for a non-smoking room. The door indicated it was but the smell inside indicated other wise. We requested another room. It smelled better, but there were cigarette burn holes in the sheets and also also the bed spread.

It was a roach crawling in the bathroom, the toilet didn't work we had to open the back to make it flush. Two people knocked on my door on two different occasions looking for drugs. One of the lights didn't work.

Overall the my stay was not good. The room was dirty, pillow cases were dirty, bathroom was dirty, there was no blank on the bed, and they charge $2.00 to get additional keys for the room.

I arrived on Dec 17th 2021 and I requested to be in a 2 non smoking room and was placed in 2 smoking rooms. I requested a change because I’m asthmatic and there were no available rooms left. I have always loved traveling and a descent hotel getaway but this hotel was legitimately the worst hotel I've ever checked into. It was unsanitary, the light switch didn't work and the staff refused a refund.

At arrival, The front desk female attendee scolded me for asking about a military discount. I arrived at 9:00 as words were exchanged she said i was stupid for asking my question and that i could check in at 11pm ad i was an a55hole. How rude!!!

Was disgusting we run as fast as we could ftom there and the breakfast area was being use as a storage the tables had all the sheets ckean and dury all over the tables and chairs it was the worse i have seen and it looked dangerous..

Nasty bathroom, toilet, room very outdated. Entry shows signs of a wear, everything above the hotel needs updating badly. Never will I choose this hotel again, Ramada should investigate to get there name off.

Property is a motel style and different from what is advertised. Noticed drug dealing directly behind hotel. Hotel had a security guard but was not visible during evening only during morning. Non smoking room smelled of smoke.

The good thing about the hotel is it was relatively close to the VA Beach Boardwalk and gas stations, major stores, and food. It was super disappointing, because, I get COVID, but only one person could be in the lobby at one time. You spoke to the hotel representative through a glass, and it was difficult to hear, they weren’t very friendly at all (I’ve had worse, but you can tell when someone is just doing something so they get paid not because they like it). The room was dirty. I paid for a non-smoking room, and I walked in and the blast of cigarette smoke hit you square in the face as soon as the door was cracked. This hotel was a dive. Person charged are credit card even though we paid in full thru hotel.com. When asked for a ground floor person said there wasn't any so given 2nd floor. The no smoking room reeked of smoke. Asked for new room and clerk stated we had a handicap room but no elevator. Given a new room on 1st floor...amazing since he first stated there wasn't a ground floor room. People were loitering in front of the hotel and parking lot. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

We stayed for one night and were pleasantly surprised at this property. The reviews were a little scary, and at first glance, the front of the property looked a little shabby. But, the rooms were clean and the front desk staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

My daughter there said this area was known for solicitations at night. Truck engine running constantly in front of room. Door key not wiring after one use and after several key cards being used, door still malfunctioned. Service was good, breakfast area clean, appealing and in order. Only one night stay

I’ve spent tons here in the past but they could never get another dollar of mine.

I pulled the money out of my account so I didn’t need to take my card with me for traveling for vacation. They did refund my account and let me pay cash. Hotel was okay cleanliness wise but could tell it was a little run down and needs some renovations. If looking for a cheaper place to stay, I would recommend. If looking for a cheaper hotel for a few days, I would probably go to the days inn down the road.

Awful building. We asked for a non smoking room and we were put in a smoking room. After request, we were moved to another room, which apparently had some air freshener smell. We had a takeout dinner we wanted to eat in the dinner, due to bad smell in the room we decided not to eat. Breakfast quality was poor. Overall quality of the building is bad. Bathroom shower head was below the standard height and bath tub was choked while taking shower. This place is a disgrace on Ramada Inn brand name. It needs a huge CapEx to rehab this place. My recommendation, this hotel should be torn down and rebuilt.

I wanted a full refund but they told me that the room had to be inspected by another company then they will make a decision whether or not i will get a refund. I tnought the picture will be evidence

Horrible place. Extremely dirty, the bathroom door would not shut, walls were not sound proof at all, there was a lot of obnoxious people who were outside our room until 6 am and even with going to the lobby to complain nothing was done about it. There was a mouse in our room. We did not stay there and now they are giving us a full run around and giving us false information with us fighting for a full refund. Very unprofessional and disgusting.

The whole stay was horrible. Aside from place appearing abandoned, it apparently serves as rest stop for local ladies off the evening. There are several large cracks that must be stuffed with towels to keep out crawling things. After several times I learned, see pictures.

Good quality for the price i paid. Its not top of the line but good quality for the price. Breakfast was good and they kept restocking it. Pool was clean gym was nice and the room was clean.

We tried to find a last min room in Virginia Beach VA, unfortunately everything was fully book, unless we wanted to spend 500.00 for 8 hrs of sleep we had to look outside of virginia beach. Its now 11:30 pm and we are exhausted. So we decided to drive to Norfolk area the only thing we could find was this hotel. 200.00 for some sleep, there bed linens were dirty, stained, and obviously not clean. The phone had a disgusting layer of gunk on and around buttons. We laid on top of beach towels we had and put t-shirts over pillows. The floor had chunks of only god knows what on it. We rested the best we could and got out as fast as possible! Leaving...... We saw bullet hole in one of the doors of another room. Omg!

I found an old pair of glasses between the spring and mattress which lets me know they don’t really clean too well. I thoroughly checked for bed bugs by lifting the mattress and box springs and checking the seams but there weren’t any. Aside from a couple small gnats, no bugs that I witnessed which was a huge relief for me. The place is definitely outdated just like a lot of other places out there. I wish these hotels would just spend a little more to update their stuff. The hotel clerks were nice and quick to respond even though I’m not too picky. The housekeeping women were attentive as well. I had room 201 and it was nice and quiet at least.

There were screw tips sticking out of the head board where your pillow rests, the AC didn’t seem to work at all, the front door only latched by the deadbolt, and the bathroom door didn’t latch at all. The bed was extremely broken down and worn. Check in was smooth and the staff seemed good.

The customer service was awesome. However the rooms were very old, the bed had a dip in it, and there was roaches in the room not just one but several.

We were in 404 and 405. The rooms were clean and fresh. We enjoyed the breakfast bar. Coffee is not the best quality bit it was alright.

It was horrible! I requested a rollaway bed and a crib and they didnt have either of them. I called a week before to confirm and the guy I talked to said everything would be ready and they had those items I requested. It was dirty, the a/c didn't work. We didn't stay there, we demanded a refund and we left.

Within a few min after arriving my coworker was harassed by another individual who was staying at the hotel. She was calling him a stalker and a pervert for just walking past her room while he was on the phone talking to his wife..

My rm wasnt cleaned during the 3 nights I was there. I was at the softball field all day so no excuse bed couldnt be made. Microwave dirty and comforter torn. 1st and last time staying.

I went to Norfolk, VA a few months ago and I didn't like the hotel I stayed in. I must say, me and my boyfriend would definitely stay again in this hotel. We love the calmness of the lights, how comfortable and big the beds were. I would give it a 5/5 but instead I am giving it 4/5 because we had a little inconvenience with the keys but besides that. I LOVE THIS HOTEL. I hope that whoever reads this, don't listen a lot to the people writing super negative reviews. If it was for that, I would've never stayed here. Have good day everybody... writing this all the way from New York..

Not too mention small details like no tissues in the tissue box...I ended up staying 2 out of 3 nights but I sprayed the tub with disinfectant. It was really hard for me to breathe, I couldn't take it
