    Checkin closes at 7pm! This website doesn’t do enough to alert customers about this CRUCIAL detail. I arrived at 9pm only to discover that I was charged for the room they already gave away! The night staff is outrageously rude. Appallingly so. Daytime is a bit better. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. It will be worth the money, and that’s coming from someone who’s very cheap!

    Whatever you do, don't book a room at this dump. If you're 5 minutes late because your flight was delayed, they not only cancel your first night, but your entire stay. In my case 11 nights. Then they have a I don't give a damn attitude, claim every room has miraculously been booked in a few hours and tell you to get lost.

    Theres no houskeeping. They dont change out your towels, no toilet paper, no fresh sheets for a week. Numerous fees they dont verbally explain at check in. I was told to sign 3 times on the card reader and got no explanation what it was for.

    The front desk staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. Everyone in the building were very helpful in guiding you to various places in the area that we have never been too. Everything was great. But remember to bring your own dishes, pans, towels, toiletpaper because this hotel does not supply them.

    Worst hotel in my 24 year's of constant travel. Pictures don't do this place justice on how run down it is. I lasted less than 30 minutes and had to check out. Rude staff when I checked out. How is this hotel still allowed to operate and not condemned? If this is the last hotel available to stay, sleep in your car. Pathetic

NASTY....Check-in horrible, one person she acted as if she didnt care, couldnt find my reservation which was paid for after I stood in line over an hour to get checked in. I am a non smoker - received a handicapped accessible smoking room. Dont walk on carpet barefooted.....disgusting!!! Weed smelling throughout the hallways. One slow elevator. Front desk closes down at a certain time until a certain time next morning. This hotel should be removed from Hotels.com as a matter of fact any website.

    Came into room greeted with the harsh smell of old smoke. It smelled like an ashtray. Turned on the light only for the first thing I see is a dead roach. Spider webs were visible in the corners of my room. Towels given in rooms thin and usable only once. Bed was uncomfortable with ridiculously small pillows. Terrible experience and spent as little time as I could in the room. I will never return and would tell anyone else to save their $.

    overall worst experience, the staff was not there when I arrived at 0030 in the morning. Then they wanted to copy my drivers' license and have me sign it. I have never had my License copied and signed, very sketchy. I WILL NEVER stay at an InTowns again, and probably will really have to reconsider booking with Hotels again. I had to spend 300 dollars for a last minute hotel this night so I am out a great deal of money because I trusted Hotels.com.

    My tired family arrived after a long 3 day journey from WI to VA late on Saturday Jun 10. Front desk was closed there was a sign with instructions to call a local number. I got a hold I think of the property manager could hardly hear him. His cell phone sounded terrible. He told me; I think that the office was closed until Monday and he could not help us and to call Travelocity. This made no sense since it was now almost midnight. Travelocity would have not arrived to check us in and the house was closed Jun 11 the second day of our stay. Again Travelocity would not have come to check in on Sunday either. This property screwed over a traveling family on a weekend just about every hotel in the area was full. Almost wound up sleeping in our car!! Thank goodness the Holiday Inn Express was nice to assist us. Sang their praises for treating hotel guests the right way.

    Outside door locks were broken off. An overall feeling of not secure. Even with chair jammed against the door, knew we weren't going to sleep well, left, wrote it off to a bad decision and found a different hotel for our 1 night stay.

The beds are awful and the floors were sticky and we had to beg for more towels. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody and they need new staff and a few lessons on how to properly clean. Gross!

    Checked in, no one was at the front desk. Had to yell a few times to get someone. Rooms were not ready for checkin. Was told to come back at checkin time of 3 pm. Is now about 2:15pm. I said my reservation showed checking of 12:00pm. They said it did not. I show them print-out. They then found a room for me in about 15-20 minutes. (Not my requested double.) I latrr called for an iron and ironing board and the clerk brought it up to me--it had no covering at all just a bare board. When I retured it after usingusing, they said I could have left it in my room, but I told them I was checking out very early in the morning. Did not want them disturbing me before then.     Checked in, no one was at the front desk. Had to yell a few times to get someone. Rooms were not ready for checkin. Was told to come back at checkin time of 3 pm. Is now about 2:15pm. I said my reservation showed checking of 12:00pm. They said it did not. I show them print-out. They then found a room for me in about 15-20 minutes. (Not my requested double.) I latrr called for an iron and ironing board and the clerk brought it up to me--it had no covering at all just a bare board. When I retured it after usingusing, they said I could have left it in my room, but I told them I was checking out very early in the morning. Did not want them disturbing me before then. Would recommend as a last resort. Staff was friendly; that's about all I can say positive.

    this room also had a refrigerator that did not work and smelled Hotel was not CLEAN VERY Dirty!!! NEver again I will Stay here

    The staff was great. The building and room and everything in it was dirty, run down and very old. Would not stay again.

    I was given a key to a room that smelt of fire and the light fixtures were sitting on the bed. They gave me another room that smelt of insecticide probably sprayed for bed bugs. Place looks like a home for displaced homeless people. Did not feel safe and did not stay there. Cancelled.
