The staff was nice and the TV and cable was good and location was not bad the bed was nice. The mini fridge did not work because it was frozen over, the door lock was broken for the extra bolt, the microwave was dirty and the inside had rusted and was falling apart, there was what looked to be water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom, the ac unit was just covered with dust inside, holes in the wall, neither ice machines outside the room worked overall not a good experience but I've stayed in worse all they really need is to close up some of the rooms fix things and it would be a good stay.

The price for the stay. The towels were stained and had hair on them, I called for maintenance and no one came, the a/c unit was leaking and wetting the floor, the a/c unit was not cooling the room, the sink was clogged. The staircases smelled as if someone had peed in them.

Convenient to why I was staying there. Old hotel that needs renovation

Sort of tossed my room key to me and when I asked where the room was he got annoyed and told me it was outside up the stairs. The room smelled of cigarettes, the room/bed had fleas or bed bugs. THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST SERVED EVEN THOUGH THE WEBSITE SAID IT WAS AND LOCATION WAS BAD...ETC Dirty room...Dirty sheets...mold around the tub...no battery in the smoke detector...bathroom was Dirty...no breakfast was served even though it said it on the website...CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE EVEN WHEN I TRIED TO ASK FOR A REFUND/AND OR GET SWITCHED TO ANOTHER ROOM...AND HE HAD A BAD ATTITUDE....the pool was dirty as well....And the front desk gentleman his attitude about everything was bad.

The piece and location was okay Too much drama. Guest were outside our room fighting, hollering and just being loud. Room wasn’t cleaned properly.

The location was about it Did not know the pool was closed and there was no breakfast as advertised. Toilet seat was not tight on the toilet. And all the outlets on the bed side of the room were not working.

Not anything. Everything was terrible. The staff. The dirty room, from the dirty floors and carpet to the dirty pillow cases and bed sheets to the filthy blankets and furniture. Spider webs on wall and ceiling. Charge to use the phone but no phone cord. The cleanliness . The scary guest. The urine smell in the staircase and elevator and walk ways. My safety. Paid for two nights didn't stay at all but was charge for one night anyway.

The location was the only perk! The customer service was awful. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. A bit dirty too.

I found that was miss leading! Pool was closed and covered up! The door to the bathroom was splitting at the bottom from water damage and would not close. The ceiling in the shower looked as if it might fall into the tube. Cleaning took the dirty towels and returned NONE back. Breakfast was not worthy of talking about!

I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this was by far the most frustrating experience. Arrived early after a long trip, hoping for some flexibility or at least a friendly welcome. When leaving the room the next day I witness the house cleaning staff throwing trash over the balcony. Th outside of the facility can use a little remodeling.

It was disappointed. Room and all building were dirty. I asked a non-smoking room but it was smealiling like cigarettes. They offered breakfast in the website, when I asked about the breakfast he just say no we don't have it, so they lied. It was the worst hotel for me and my wife

The room was dirty, furniture broken, lights not working, toilet seat broke and tub was stained. The mattress was in a mattress cover, it was stained with burn holes in it and opening the mattress cover the mattress was terrible. Would not recommend, priced too high for the conditions. The pool area had food, wrappers and dirty clothes all around the deck area. Lobby was dirty and smelled.

I felt unsafe, drug addicts in the trash, no ice machine available. elevator was not in working condition. odor of urine in stairwell and DIRTY!! only good experience with this hotel is the housekeeping staff was polite and neat.

even though they are to offer breakfast there was none, the elevator ran stupid slow, our room didn't have a coffee maker, chair, or reading chair, or an iron the pillows suck in the room, the laundry room was not accessible to guest even though keys unlock it, the ice makers dont work!!! The hotel was absolutely disgusting, the service was horrible, the sheets were dirty. The floors had bugs. The whole experience was horrible. I would never recommend.

There was a pamper the day we checked in sitting by the pool on Friday and it was still there by Sunday but they definitely made sure we got out the pool by 10 smh. Never again. I believe I should receive a partial refund for how disgusting this place was. My grandparents were very disappointed and it was incredibly embarrassing

This is by far the worst motel I have ever stayed in. The ice machines are broken on every floor. I'm handicapped and needed the elevator but the elevator is out of order. If I could have found another room, I probably would have ask for a refund and went somewhere else.

Although the price is lower, the overall state of the hotel is very underwhelming, the front desk was very friendly and attentive, otherwise the hotel was quite dirty both rooms and the area, smelly and our nonsmoking room still smelled like smoke, with stained carpeting and bathroom was very dirty, it did its job for one night!

Our check-in experience was extremely disappointing. The room was not ready upon arrival, and we had to wait until 2 a.m. just to receive the keys and access our accommodations. This delay completely disrupted our vacation. Additionally, the website stated that breakfast would be provided, but it was not offered at all. Thanks to the desk manager who offered me a partial refund, but have to give this the lowest score because everything else was awful. Lobby, elevator and room smelled terrible, everything was filthy (visible stains in bedspread), the door lock was broken, unsafe feeling all around. Did not stay.

The website advertises breakfast but they have done away with that. The room is beat up and the bed hard. The older man at the front desk seemed to be annoyed that we were inconveniencing him by needing to check in. Grass is weedy. Laundry is out of order. Do not recommend.

The tub didn’t drain as you showered so you stood in water while you took a shower and it took 1 hour to drain out Maintance didn’t fix it after I told the hotel manager the issue!! At check in time, the room wasn’t ready. the main office air conditioning did not work. In the room, the linen and the towels were old and stained. The phone in the room did not work. I had two confirmations some for the correct date which would’ve been the 20th through the 23rd and somehow this one was set for the 18th through the 20th when I arrived at the location. I was told it was too bad. I couldn’t get my money back even though the room was fully paid for and I had nowhere to stay. I drove four hours And sat in the car for 45 minutes on the phone with hotels.com trying to get some sort of resolution and was unsuccessful. It is not fair

This is a motel style, with each room entrance facing the outside. The room had a smoky smell. The bathroom was outdated and had mold in the corners of the bath/shower. There was no 2nd lock on the door, except the deadbolt lock. This felt unsafe. I would not choose this motel again. The staff was good.

The other guests were very noisy into the night. The room smelled like Marijuana. The to go breakfast was not available due to a water problem overnight. Very friendly staff.

I heard gunshots and a lot of traffic in the parking lot at night. I heard people having phone conversations outside. The people left suddenly at about 5 AM. There was constant rap music outside, especially my last night. Very concerning. I won’t stay there again.

This property should be condemned. The pictures are very misleading. Mold in several places including fridge and nearly every corner of the room, pillows yellow from sweat stains, electrical sketchy and only 3 lights worked. Curtains shredded. But the most disconcerting was in the lobby there was a sign that you could rent a room for $25 for one hour! To find Expedia promotes this establishment ruined any trust I had in them! Thank God I purchased trip insurance. I could not stay a single day or night there and left. They charged me for 1 night regardless.

property is not kept up at all!!! Not clean at all, Had no breakfast as stated they would. Pool was not open due to no inspection. I will not stay in a Wyndham again!!!

Enjoy photos of the view out my window! You’d think it was someone enjoying some yoga, but it was a tweaker high as gas on Meth. The stairwell wreaked of urine! Not a day went by without a tweaker asking me for a cigarette even though I continued to say I don’t smoke. Drug dealers and addicts were in and out all hours of the day and night. Prostitution was rampant. People were arguing, cussing and fighting often! Saw the Norfolk police there at least once a day, sometimes more than once. I changed hotels as soon as the time I had paid for was up. I’m going to request a refund from my travel insurance because the room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes, even though I was in a nonsmoking room. The shower only had hot water and it felt like my skin was boiling off to use it. The fridge was broken. The microwave didn’t work. Half the lights didn’t work and there were cigarette burns in the bed. Also a burn mark on the nightstand that looked like it was from someone’s crack pipe. Never going back!

As soon at you enter the property is not what is look like in the picture they have , the service is awful they don’t tell you the truth about the cleaning and service they offer is not right the property is in complete damage the room are not in great shape and the outside of the property is not safe and smells like pee all over the place I even find a couple of condoms in the parking lot and stairs they gotta do something about this

My shower didnt work and there was hair in the tub and all over the floor. The sheets where dirty, and there where holes in the ceiling. It was a unsafe area with drugs and guns and people starting fights. It was horrible for the price they charged a night. Should of been $70 a night not $125 a night. Not good.

Hotel was old, rusty and dirty. A lot of homeless wandering around property. Most of time in the room we stayed in we had to put towels at bottom of connecting room door to prevent 24/7 pot smoke from coming into room from room next door. No water in pool. No breakfast as advertised. Basically a dump. Don't waste your time or money.

The only thing I liked was the ability to have well-adjusted hot/warm water for the shower. I was so cold. There was no way to have either A/C or heat for the 4 nights I was there. Some of the coverlet bedding was clearly not clean. There was no breakfast. It was advertised that there WAS breakfast. When I questioned this I was told that “breakfast” consisted of juice and coffee. (THAT is NOT breakfast!). Women screamed at each other outside. Guests were very loud. The floor was filthy. My feet were black just walking across it. This facility does not deserve any good ratings!

This was the worst hotel i have ever attempted to stay at, my son and i came in town for a graduation so we just needed a place to stay for a weekend upon arrival the condition of the building needed repairs their were strange people lingering around the property walking up the stairs to the room someone feces was on the wall as if someone was using it as their bathroom, in the room had a strange smell light by the mirror didnt work stain on the pillow, we took are things so fast when to the front desk return keys and was told i would get a refund, upon arriving at the other hotel i realize i left somthing behind in the room my son went back to collect and was told by the office staff to leave the key in the room and because of that they charged me for one stay and said they never told my son to do that and hung up the phone on me very rude and unprofessional, that Days inn should be shut down.
