It truly doesn't look like much on the outside, but all the salt off the ocean is the reason for that. But the inside of the rooms are pretty nice. Very clean. Have a fridge and microwave. No coffee pot tho, so that was a bummer. But the view of the ocean is beautiful. You're literally just steps away from it. Very nice and helpful owners and staff.

When I seen the pictures on the site it looked decent however upon arriving I thought I was in the a horror movie, trash everywhere and people on the balconies smoking weed and loud. One set of towel/washcloth per guest and don’t even ask the cleaning lady for an extra set or a few trash bags ( we like to put our trash into bags to be easier on the staff) the room was a little dirty but ok and I know you can’t expect much for the price but it was more like a $39.99 a night in the worst area type hotel. We had excessive noise from all around us and random kids knocking on door at 4am. The only positive thing was the access to the beach and pier. If the owner would do a facelift and clean the place up it would be a goldmine. This review is being generous.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The pictures posted look nothing like the hotel in person. They put us first in a room that hadn't been cleaned and has to give us a new room which wasn't much better. They have signs in the room to make sure you double lock your door, but the lock was broken. The rooms are barely clean and they all smell like smoke, weed, or heavy heavy incense to mask it. A bug crawled across the pillow right before I was supposed to go to sleep. The "blanket" is really just a patterned sheet on top of another sheet. We shouldn't have stayed but it was late. We woke up itchy and my son's face was all swollen from whatever was in the room or on the beds. We got out of there early and drove somewhere else to shower and get that place off of us.

The room was not clean. The sink had hair in it, and there was toothpaste and water spots on the countertops, an empty toilet paper roll on the holder and one on the floor. No basic amenities provided - no pillowcases, towels, toilet paper or toiletries. We left without completing our stay.

Got there at 2:30 check was 3. No worries just wanted to be early. Waited till 4:30. Room became available at right around that time. They blamed it on house keeping not showing up. There was mounds of trash all over the hotel. Room was not mopped but rushed to cleaned. Floors felt icky and floors was very weak feeling all along the front of the room. We stayed in room 320. There was some guy staying on floor 2 talking about meth and trying to take pics of me and my 5 year ild little girl. Not kid friendly and not clean.

I had to ask to have my sheets and towels clean.

This is probably the worst review I've ever wrote based on the exact name budget.. didn't realize how sad it was cause pictures online. Tell a whole different story very dirty outdated. We stayed three nights couldn't find anything else two towels very loud and staff was absolutely no help. I half a star out of five.

All white bedsheets and towels have turned a grayish color with dark blotches. Bedsheets were with quite a few burnt holes. The motel demanded $4/day more than Expedia's booking indicated, and refused to state any reasons besides flatly "that is the destination charge." Their invoice stated the charge as "resort fee", whatever that is.

All of the furniture is outdated, and although the beds were made, the covers and pillows were dirty and unsanitary. The overall condition of the property felt poorly maintained and uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Last minute on a busy weekend. Steps from the beach on a noisy highway. The lack of maintenance makes me think the owner has bulldozed it by this writing.

They charged an extra $4 beyond the Expedia site quoted pay-at-hotel $8 additional fee . So the extra fee at the hotel is actually $12, not $8. False advertising!

Definitely not what I expected because the pictures were not what it really was. Definitely needs a good paid job and remodel. Says it has a snack bar/ deli bar area there wasn’t. Got a kings size bed and only had 2 pillows in it. The bed was not at all comfortable. The refrigerator did not work and the tv looked like it was going out. Had multiple people come to the door saying they got kicked outa their room from the other person. Definitely did not feel safe there. The ac had to be turned all the way down for it to even get cold in the room. They didn’t even have shampoo or conditioner like all the other hotels would have. We got charged when we asked for extra toilet paper. I wanted to ask for a refund but due to the cancellation policy it would have never happened. The doors are an inch to 2 inches off the floors the sheets have burn holes in them. Definitely not what I expected it to be. Hate to say it but to me it felt like a trap house or a prostitution house. I won’t be back there. The view of the beach is great but it definitely needs a lot of updates done to it.

We asked for a refund because the rooms were filthy, the tub was dirty, it smelled terrible, and we had to ask them to remove the wet floor sign from blocking the elevator door just so we could use it to take our toddler up in a stroller while we were unpacking, and so my son who is an active service member could take all of his stuff needed for his first duty station up with him. We had to buy pillows because what they had was the equivalent of a folded up sheet, and house keeping never came to the room to replenish towels or take out trash. I would give no stars if possible. The picture that they posted on their web site for a beach view was a lie, that was a picture a neighboring home.

The property was run down I would of left but they wouldn’t give me a refund the TV didn’t work and know one came to even look at it the bathroom door must have gotten broke and they tried to fix it with a staple gun the door had a gap in it you could see outside the window had a huge break they didn’t have any curtains on the window they had a old dirty roll up shade there wasn’t a beach it was a place they people fishing dig disappointed know housekeeping they had a trash can that was over flowing as soon as you got off the elevator you had to wait til mid afternoon to get towels

The property is falling apart full of black mold. The pillows looked like something you would get in jail. No trash can was provided. The towels were black. Tv didn’t work. My husband and I were taking a shower the handle to the tub broke off he had to be a handyman and fix it for free. It was an overall horrible experience. Never again!!!!

Our beach view was obstructed, refrigerator didnt work, heat didnt work, no mirrors, no batteries in remote, shower head was held in place with packing tape. The only reason we stayed was we arrived at 1am, there were no other rooms available. Stay elsewhere!!!

Staff was quick to fix any issues. Great location. Rooms have had some updates but outside needs some work.

Boarded up window, doors that let a lot of light in. Didn't feel safe. Sketchy area (elevator only went up, you had to walk down flights of stairs that didn't bring you to the lobby (brought you outside) access to rooms easy to the outside area. I stayed long enough to see the room & walked back down. Told the clerk the accommodations were not acceptable or safe. I took a uber to a nicer hotel that was safe.

Clean room, convenient parking, friendly staff. The television was the only decoration. This is a barebones motel. I just needed a place to sleep, so it was perfect.

They supposedly allow pets but the land behind the counter say no dogs im allergic and I smell dog on you that was so rude and unprofessional

Do not rely on the reviews that are good on expedia to book. There are several excellent reviews which I am suspicious of and voiced my concern to Expedia because this place was bad. Not only did they charge me more than was disclosed when I booked but my non smoking room smelled of smoke, tv did not work, and I am sure what was in the tub, I didn’t want to look too closely. I could go on but you get the idea. Do not stay here!

the only nice things i can really say about my stay were the staff members and that it’s near the beach it was really dirty, i had to use my own cleaning supplies to clean and make myself feel more comfortable. i went ahead and washed the sheets and all the towels as well. the bed was hard and the overall area is just really sketchy, and i didn’t feel safe.

Housekeeping didn't show up to work so we were downgraded in the room size we already paid for and still had to pay the difference for their mistakes not ours. Had people screaming and yelling smell of alcohol and weed so strong. Just a horrible experience and the bed was so bad I am still having pain from it might as well sleep on the floor. Room we had to go to wasn't even actually clean by the way. Just horrible

Staff treated me and my wife very kindly, can tell the place has a bright future under the new ownership. Needed a hotel to stay at while I looked for housing as I am in the military, they fulfilled all of our needs and local to everywhere I needed/wanted to be.

The only thing was the ice machine was temporarily out of service, but there's a 711 located right across the street so it wasn't even really an inconvenience.

Towels were wet, dirty, and possibly used, lights didn't work, digital door key didn't work so I needed metal key assistance to get in the room, there was someone's old dinner in the microwave, the cigarette smell is gross but expected, tv didn't pick up any channels or connect to any network, remote doesn't work...

Nice clean rooms, wonderful staff, cheap prices. This is the only motel I know that has cheap prices and clean rooms. Other motels that have cheap prices, have dirty rooms. I will give Budget Inn my money anytime. Thanks Budget Inn

Heat in my room did not work, it was cold af, door was open when I got to my room, I had no remote for the TV and there was urine in the toilet. I brought these issues up to the desk. The nice man there brought up a heater and all amenities I need, along with cleaning the bathroom. It was kind of him to do this even though it DEFINITELY should have been done before hand

This place is beyond horrible, i thought I took pictures but i video it , the positive reviews cant be real the towels and bedsheets had stains , my window had a board instead of glass there was dirt in every corner, ive stayed at other cheap hotels close by that are 100 times better with lower reviews but i really think these reviews are robots no way in hell anyone would leave all 5 stars i promise you that! Ps i never leave reviews and I’ve stayed at some bad places but acceptable for the price. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

Staff are friendly and rooms are clean. Microwave and fridge in good working order. This is our go-to spot when we head to Norfolk. Great location and reasonably priced - especially when you spend most of your time at the beach.

$12 fee at the hotel just to have a filthy floor, bathroom fan that didn't work, no type of hand towels, a raggedy looking ac unit (that did work) and shower water handle that wasnt even attached.

Parking was easy seeing the beach was a blocked view. The rooms was nasty. The floor was falling through in two different places in our room. The room was nasty. It was really noisy there. The door didn’t lock right we did not feel safe in the area. we are not Kiki people.

Been here for a few weeks now. The front desk staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel been peaceful and quiet. If I need anything I can ask and receive. Would definitely come back here before anywhere else.

The room was gross we didn’t even stay we tried talking to the manager letting them know the room was not clean and they were rude the sheets where dirty the towels where dirty it was just very dirty and there was no way of staying there

The first room the air conditioner was hanging off the wall and had a puddle on the floor. The second room, the towels, wash clothes and pillow cases were dingy. They were supposed to be white but were tan or brown. The counter with the sink, looked like someone was hanging from it. The tub was dirty, and i saw roaches. The floor was sticky and dirty.

Place is a DUMP. Exterior walls have cracks you can see light through. A 4x4 post was holding the walkway ceiling up. Smells horrible. Customer service is POOR to say the least. Towels did not smell clean at all. No security latch on the door in our room. They charge more than you booked the room for. Do yourself a favor and fine a better place to stay.

The area was suspect from the start. The expectation of $4.00 due on arrival tripled to $12.00 and the room was as Spartan as they come. It was late and raining so the beach was not an option. If I had to do it again I would go towards Virginia Beach and find nicer lodging. No coffee in the room or coffee in the lobby or anything to have for a quick breakfast.

The service was truly excellent! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay very pleasant. I also appreciated the convenience of the parking, with easy in-and-out access

After 7 PM, they close the lobby. You have to walk the stairs to go to your room. They shut down the elevator. The place is dirty. The place is messy. The owner is nasty and rude telling us to shut up while he’s talking very nasty place to be with it needs to shut down and rebuild and the State need to come in and clean it up

Parking good alot of restaurants

Room stunk like weed (skunk), they give you 2 towels and if you need more you take the used ones to them and they wash them and bring them back to you. Took over 10 minutes for someone to come even check us in. There’s not extra lock on the door, the bathroom door won’t shut all the way and the lock hinge is hanging off the wall. Tv won’t even change channels, pillows are tiny and very worn out, the beds are NOT queen size like we reserved, the beds are hard as rocks, homeless people hanging out in the stairways, people in the parking doing drugs.

Do not let the reviews fool you, we booked a room for one night trying to save some money as the online reviews looked fine. It ended up being disgusting. We walked into the room and the lights wouldn’t turn on, smelled of fresh cigarettes and shortly after sitting down, there were cigarette butts on the floor. We asked for a refund as I felt unsafe without any lighting in the room and could hardly breathe with the smell. We were told to contact Expedia by the owner, and then Expedia told us we had to contact the owner. He offered to change the room while we were on the property and then again with Expedia to which we declined due to the smell and no guarantee of cleanliness. We ended up walking away empty handed after contacting Expedia, they contacted the owner and nothing could be done. Spend your money else where, i would have rather have slept in my car.

The facility is the opposite of the pictures posted online. The outside is not very clean but the rooms are clean at least. The facility had a group of guys who looked questionable who stayed in a specific area all the time and there was a fight outside my room door the night I stayed. I was staying the night before a cruise. I would recommend people avoid this hotel if they have their family and children. I made the best of my one night but would not stay again.

Sketchy surroundings for a woman traveling solo. I was given a room on 3rd floor in top back corner of the walk up building. A cop car was in the parking lot following up on something from night before and said watch out for riff-raff. I was in town for concerts in Hampton. I checked in, left for the show, then returned to get my belongings and check out around 2am without staying even one of the two nights I had already booked and paid for. I luckily had friends who were able to accommodate me in their rental house just up the road.

Location was really good , property just seemed run down and amenities were very lacking but it provided what I needed for myself, however I wouldn't bring my family along to stay here though.

All I can say it that I didn’t come to CLEAN MY ASS OFF FOR THE 1st hour Hotels .com you all need to come out and view the Hotel Properties and PLEASE UPDATE ALL THE PICTURE. See for yourself and you too will be ASHAMED you advertise such an unsafe Hotel.

The sheets and pillowcases were dengy the floors dirty as ever. Nothing at all like they advertised. The toilet was backed up. And they offered me a plunger instead of another room. After 2 nights they switched us to another room and charged us.

The flooring by the front door has a dip due to water damage. The towels are stained and the floor is dirty. The bathroom fan did not work. I also changed rooms once because the window glass was cracked and the deadbolt did not lock. The manager was great and he did his best to keep me happy.

The location is great and the staff is very friendly. It is a no frills budget hotel. The rooms are dated but functional.

This place is falling apart. Door area collapsing, not safe at all. Bathroom door wont close. No soap for shower. 10 cops in parking lot all day investigating something. Air conditioning barely works.

Only redeeming qualities - it’s right across from the beach and the Ocean View pier, and had working air conditioning, a bed, and a working shower with hot water.

The first two rooms I was put in neither one had a security latch. The third room I got put in there was smudges and everything all over the sheets. It looked like possible semen stains on the blanket. The staff however was very friendly and they did take care of the problems immediately. The shower leaked but it still had great shower pressure so that wasn't a deal-breaker. I just hope they don't have issues with that in the future which I'm sure they will. I will say for as uncomfortable as the bed was I did sleep fairly well. I was more awoken by traffic noise then the bed itself. I will end this on a positive and say the view of the ocean right there is very beautiful. I you get what you pay for and if you're looking for a nice cheap spot there are worse places.

We booked this stay despite the bad reviews. They were all right. This is not a family motel but more like a one night drug/prostitute stop which is unfortunate because the beach right across and pier is nice and good eats on the street. Changed rooms 3 times. They reeked of smoke /weed (we had small kids) and crackheads arguing down every hall. Hard beds-no soap -no towels -few pillows and very loud at night with traffic, chaos in the halls and what sounded like random gunshots at 1am. Manager tried to help but this place needs an upgrade bad. TV didn’t work-had I needed to stay more than 1 night I would have gotten my money back and left. No vending machines that worked -no coffee. The pictures online are so deceiving. This place has so much potential where it is and it’s a complete overrun dump-stay away and if you have kids -def stay away!

I booked this place according to the pictures from the website which were so misleading. The place was nasty, not on the ocean as the pictures makes it seem, dinghy towels that dont wrap around your body and we are not big people. It took us 2 days to get extra towels and then they acted as if they didn't want us to have them. The commode wouldn't flush all the time, if we did a courtesy flush we would have to wait 20 minutes or more before we could flush again. When we took a shower the bathtub faucet was coming out of the wall and we were also standing in the water that wouldn't drain as we showered. Floors were filthy and in need of replacement. No curtains, just a torn window shade and the door had a 1/2 gap at the bottom. The bed was awful to sleep in, the mattress cover was a cheap plastic one that made loud crackling sounds everytime you moved. We ended up leaving a day early and asked for a refund for the last day and the man at the front desk was rude and nasty and refused. I asked for a receipt showing i checked out on 9/6 a day early and he said he wouldn't give me anything I said I needed a receipt and he said the only receipt he would give me was showing we had a 3 night stay and was checking out on 9/7. I informed him I would be disputing this with my credit card company. There was other things wrong I didnt list here but have pictures I'm submitting with my claim to my cc company. I don't recommend anyone use this business.

No local cable and very few local channels. We had go get our keys reactivated 4 times. Only 2 smalls towels provided.

Had to buy some febreze fabric. Mirror wasn't hung. Another guest asked if I had a mirror because she didn't. Didn't have a trash can. Had to keep messing with the fill valve in the toilet. I'm not really picky so overall for being across from the beach and the price I will stay there again and again.

Property not well cared for has a lot of water damage floor sinking, mold, and cracks all over exterior. The bedding was gray appeared to be unclean and sanitary. We were afraid to sleep under covers and used tub and shower. 2 day stay and not as advertised no ironing board or iron, ice maker not working and 2 towels and wash cloths provided. Extremely unsatisfied with facility as the pictures are misleading.

No towels, no toilet paper. Room was filthy with cigarettes ashes all over floor. Bed sheets were not cleaned/washed. Human buzzed cut hair all over bathroom tub, toilet, sink & bed. Bathroom floor towel was used, damped and dirty. Door entry into room unsafe and looked as if cops have busted through those door before and /or multiple times. Had to pin chair against door to feel safe in my own room. T.V. Did not work at all. One lamp next to the bed worked. Microwave was disgusting as well as the fridge too. There were many sketchy people randomly hanging out in the parking lot. The outside was just dirty. Nothing like the pictures. The paint on the concrete steps was very spotty if any was left on there from being aged and worn off. I opened the door to the room and was greeted by a puddle of water on the floor that appeared to be coming from the refrigerator. The mirror that was supposed to be hung behind the sink was not hung anymore. It was just propped up between the sink and the wall. The room was just rundown with what appeared to be no maintenance since the place opened up. I do not recommend staying there and I will not be going back.

Convenient location directly across from oceanview fishing pier. Buildings need major repair. Room, stairwells, walkways and lot were all dirty.

Very low budget place with the resort fees, when there is nothing there to be a resort! I suggest to add some $20 more to stay at a much better places in the area.

The room smelt terrible. The floor was dirty. AC and lights did not work properly. Bathroom door did not close fully or lock. No dustbin or soap in the bathroom. Sink tap spilled water everywhere but the sink. Beds kept creaking.

First room, they put me in, had no electricity. Second, room had stains on the sheets, I hope they were stains, and it's just not dirty. When I asked for a refund, I was told no, so not only was it nasty, they also took my money. And I was only in the room for 5 minutes. Please stay away from this place. You would be better off sleeping in your car on the side of the interstate.

Great so close to fishing pier. Though I do wish the beds were a bit softer but I’m spoiled to my own bed wasn’t awful a couple extra pillows would be nice but it was clean and served my purpose.

Bathroom filthy, this place is a joke for the money I spent $230 for two nights.

The room was supposed to be non smoking but the bathroom fan and AC was reaking of smoke. They were also yellow and brown due it nobody has serviced the ac unit in months. The floor was rotten but the door of bathroom and entry. The toilet seat was moving and was not a fit. (See pics) window shade was torn and covered in smoke residue. The sheets were clean. No water pressure. On the plus side the staff was very nice and even found my cooler and returned it. The location was great! Will not stay there again.

The tissue holder was broken. The sheets , towels , and wash cloths were dingy. In the hallways were puddles of water from the air conditioner. The ice maker was broken.

So they canceled my booking three times I wasn't supposed to pay til I got to the property and they tried to take it a couple days early like five different times and since it didn't go through the canceled my booking.they shouldn't advertise pay when u get there if that's not how they do it. And it is suppose to be fully refundable and they lied about that to I highly recommend not going and staying here.

When I arrived the room was still uncleaned.Check in was at 3:00pm. I checked in at 4:15, took an hour to be able to get in room..it was for guest of two only got one towel and wash cloth and the towel wasn't clean and since i have been there prior and building caught a fire i decided to check smoke defector to find it had no batteries in it

Unsanitary, unsafe conditions in the two room we saw. Unlit stairways, bugs (pests) and spiders visible in the walls in the lobby. Rooms smelled strongly of illegal substances, cigarettes, and deodorizing/pest chemicals. Cigarette burns on pillow cases. Bedding looked dirty, no mattress pad, mattresses were in terrible condition. My nine year old and I were wheezing within 5 minutes. People using illegal substances in the parking lot. Parking was unlit, unsafe, and frightening. I wish we had taken pictures, to demonstrate the level of filth for you all. Please do not stay in this hotel. Management did not respond over a period of 24 hours+ of Expedia's attempts to respond to refund requests via phone and email.

Sketchy looking outside Towels are thin and cheap No much water pressure in shower or sink Pros. Looks sketchy outside but I promise it’s not. We felt very safe. Front desk guy was great. They have cameras all over for safety. Beds were comfy. There isn’t a heavy comforter but we didn’t get chilly at all. Room was very clean. We are very picky about where we stay. We usually stay in high class hotels. With that said I would come back here. It was right across the street from the pier. Give this place a chance you won’t be disappointed as along as you bring your own towels!

I arrived at night. Had to walk by a hey baby guy and a hall smelling like pee to get to the room.Light switch at the door didn't work. No lock or deadbolt.

The staff at Budget Inn was welcoming and supportive throughout my stay. I visited with my church group for a baptism, and the front desk representative was especially accommodating regarding my check-out timing, ensuring I had the flexibility I needed. I truly appreciate the hospitality and would definitely consider booking again in the future. Thank you to the entire Budget Inn team!

I checked in went up to the room and IMMEDIATELY left. The room was in DEPLORABLE condition. The owner REFUSES to return my money and is proud of the condition of his hotel says he would sleep there. I’m pretty sure it’s a hotel for prostitution. STAY AWAY!

Upon arriving, it took well over 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. The receptionist was on video call with another individual. Upon the check-in process she was extremely rude. The room itself was run down. The TV wouldn't work and there was a light that kept flickering. The pillows did not appear clean and upon walking on the floor barefoot, out feet became covered in dirt so we had to wear socks or shoes the entire time. It felt like something out of a horror movie. The room itself was just very outdated and run down. On top of that, it was very noisy due to other customers being extremely loud during all hours of the night. I also did not find it to be kid friendly because they didn't seem to have any issues with people smoking pot on the property. It served its purpose for the one night we needed it. However, we spent as little time as possible in the room. Would not recommend and will not stay again.

I paid $320 for a room that I was only supposed to pay $160 for. They scammed me. I made my reservation online but I put pay at property the guy swiped my card and a couple seconds later said my card declined. I immediately checked my account and it said the money had been withdrawn he then proceeded to say that the money did not come out of our account that it was gonna be a refund and it should take about an hour, but it could also take up to three business days so then he said we could pay cash. that was my biggest mistake. I ended up paying cash, still giving them the benefit of the doubt but the money never came back to my account. I called my bank and they said the money was withdrawn and there was no pending charges so I ended up paying $320 for a $160 room I stayed here May 27-29th and to this day I never received my refund, but I am still in the process of having it disputed with my bank. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The floor had holes, the toilet seat was smaller than the toilet, the door lock was broken… the television was not working

location is good, close to the ocean and fishing pier.

The room was ok. Needs some cosmetic work for sure. Bed was comfortable. The room served it’s purpose

Staff was basically non existant. No breakfast, no coffee. They were polite and friendly when we did see them. Property is under new ownership. Remodeling is under way in certain areas. Showers are hot but have low pressure. Considering the price of the room, the closeness to the shore and everything else considered, its a basic nothing special, hotel room, and worked for what we needed. Would stay there again.

It was dingy and not clean. The hotel was right across the street from the beach which was nice but it gave off homeless vibes. The sheets had stains and the shower curtain had mold on it, wouldn’t particularly have stayed here had i known the condition

Pictures were extremely innacurate, the room stunk of smoke, the parking lot was filled with trash, the ceiling had visible water damage that looked like mold, there were puddles on the floor when we checked in, the bathroom floor was dirty with hair, the entire bedroom floor was STICKY, the "comforter" was as thin as a curtain and felt like one as well, the door lock was clearly broken off in the past and re-installed improperly with 2 screws one of which was very loose, the sad excuse for a curtain was stained and didnt even cover the window. All of that topped off with a random woman knocking on our hotel door at 3am waking me and my girlfriend in a panic.

Great room. Only issues people screaming at 1am in the morning.

It is a really nice atmosphere especially to be so close to the beach. I stay here for work just because of the water and its budget friendly.

If you are looking for a quick place to wash up then it’s ok. It is not safe for overnight stay. Poor air quality and very noisy both from guests and vehicles passing by. Most of the time there’s no one at the front desk.

Best thing I can say about this is there were no bugs or bed bugs. They were toenail clippings on the floor and the white towels were no longer white. There were unknown stains all over the pull down blinds along with tears. The trash bins on the way up were overflowed with trash.

There were parts of the floor that you could literally fall in if you stepped hard enough. The front guy attendant was extremely rude. There is a landfill of a home out of the window with nothing but junk! The only positive thing is that it is directly across from the beach so you can walk across and be at a nice part of the beach!

It's by a major intersection so it can be a bit loud. That said, if you don't care about fancy accommodations and just want to be by the beach this is perfect.

Was met with a not so friendly guy and felt like I was inconveniencing him. The room had no mirrors. It was overall pretty bad. It would be expensive even at 50 bucks a night.

It was easy and simple checking in,and out.good for drinking with friends. Definitely coming back.

Due to issues with the main door and unable to communicate properly by the hotel staff we have to move to another hotel and lost the amount paid to this hotel.

The sheets had stains on them the room smelled like stale smoke even tho it was a nonsmoking room. There was pubic hair on the toilet seat, the toilet didn’t flush I was told to take the top off the back and do it manually and the toilet seat was smaller than the actual toilet. Sink had no hot water and I was told I could only have two towels and two washcloths ( it was 3 of us) I was then told to just share. Electrical outlet hanging out of the wall with like 5 things plugged in. The pictures DO NOT match what’s online I asked for a refund because we left literally an hour after check in and they told me no. Never again!

I was very impressed with the comfort of the room and friendly service.

The area is kinda ghetto, their pier nearby is nice. Really not a bad price for this joint. The neighborhood is lacking though
