    The gras around the entire building was very overgrown. I was given a room facing the highway (very noisy) with bright lights shining into the room even with the curtain closed. (Probably because I tapped on the glass twice to get their attention to check-in. The room was fairly clean. Cobwebs all around the window but otherwise clean. The mattress was the firmest I've ever had at any hotel!

    The good: Sheets were clean...save a ball of human hair on one of the blankets, which honestly probably came out of the dryer that way, and is forgivable as it was accidental. Pillows were good and clean. No noticeable or visible bugs. They had digital tv channels that actually worked. They also had a good ice machine, (but it had no scoop). The Bad: Everywhere in this hotel smelt of pot. From the check in, to the room itself. Weed stench was present everywhere. Room was in need of repair. The tub had paint that was peeling badly and had a rusty drain. Floor was shoddy laminate wood floors that was not only ultra damaged but popped up when tread on. Mold spots on the ceiling of the bathroom, with paint peeling on the doors and walls and random bits of damage. The UGLY: They have a horrible towel system. We booked a double queen bed room for three travelers. Provided only two towels and wash cloths. Went to the front desk to ask for two extra towels and wash cloths...said I could not have them. Explained as per our booking, we had three people. Reluctantly they gave us one more towel and said we were not allowed more wash cloths. They use a trading program where before 6pm you must turn in soiled laundry if you want clean replacements. Just terrible. I truly do not recommend this place and do not trust Hotel.com's rating system after this place.

    The staff was so rude. I had booked two rooms and I understand why asked for two ids but my friend noticed she took a picture and asked why she took a picture of her ID and she said we was being rude and didn’t not gave us the room. Staff are just so rude never again ! I made sure to get my refund back !!

    Clean room and linens, but did need to clean floors. Had some issues with disruptive guest next to me, but management handled the problem. Laundry machines are very affordable. Parking is well lit.

    Enjoyed our stay here. The grounds are well kept as well as common areas. The floor in our room,filthy, there was still a coffee pod in the coffee machine & the sheets were put on sideways. There is no local tv or cable tv only WiFi to use streaming services which seemed odd. We have stayed at Studio 6 and had Directtv. The vending room closes at 7:00 pm however there are no hours posted. Seemed kinda odd, why not just put a room card reader on the door. There is laundry onsite, 1 large capacity washer and dryer. It’s $2.00 per use, which is a fair price. we received a notice from the hotel that we could not stay past 28days. Nothing was said to me when I was extending the room weekly. There is nothing posted on Motel6 or Expedia about length of stay . Seems weird if the Studio product is meant for long term stays. Lastly for this particular hotel none of the rooms have a stove top, only fridge/freezer, micro and coffee maker. There is a studio 6 sign where you check in stating that a kitchenette is offered however not correct. Overall I’m homeless so it was a nice break from being in a car. I would happily stay here again. Just feel that somethings should be better communicated.

    The rooms are typically clean. The property is quiet and clean despite being beside a busy highway. The housekeepers can make sure that when things are stained to take them out the room. No towels should have been put up for use that had harden stains on them. I was so disgusted when I got out the shower, grabbed a towel and dried completely off and I saw that stain

    Brittney was amazing and one of the cleaning ladies, Señorita I called her! Were the only two people who made our stay somewhat pleasant! Around 10:00am Brittney advised me I can take my daughter to the pool. She opened the pool for me at 10:37 Betsy yelled at me as my daughter was getting into the pool saying that they’re cleaning right now and we have to get out the pool and we can’t get back in until 12 because they’re cleaning the rooms! why?? I don’t pay to work around y’all schedule! Vending machines had a lock on them after 9pm! I was told after my check in that I wasn’t allowed to have company in my room or vice versa! Electricity kept going out, which spoiled my food in the refrigerator! everywhere else had electricity but our hotel. I had to leave the room that I paid for to put my daughter to sleep because she’s scared of the dark! Closing the pool in the middle of the day so the staff can have a BBQ! Our stay felt more like a prison than a hotel! ROACHES

    I checked in first day no problem. Then the second day my key stops working and so I figure no big deal maybe it got demagnetized. I go to the front desk to ask for another key and the person at the front desk first asks me if I'm sure I have the right room. I tell them I'm sure, I can see my stuff in the room through the window. They tell me to double check. I do anyway even though I know it's the right room. Come back down to the lobby and confirm it'. They then tell me they have no record of me in their system, even though I can see the computer screen and literally can see the scan of my ID on there... They tell me my room is registered under a Ricardo... There's NOTHING on my ID that could be mistaken for Ricardo, but they lie and say it probably just got scanned in wrong...

Com i didnt have any where else to go i filed a complaint they refused to give a refund even though it was refundable house keeper pretending to be manager and put me on a DO NOT RENT LIST because I called corporate and complained on my last day I left early do not stay here whatever u do there’s weed smoking crackheads crunchy shower floors just save your self the trouble and book somewhere else

    1. The place was ok. 2. The #143 room that I stayed in the floors were so morosed kinda like what is going on here. 3. The bed smells like a cat pissed but they used padding to cover it up 4. The door was so hard to open and close that's my biggest problem and I'm all about safety, That's a fire hazard.

    Door lock was coming unscrewed from the walls, the cleaning lady almost ripped it out when she opened the door on me. The bed was hard as a rock to the extent I’m not sure it was actually a mattress. The floor was dirty and covered in paint stains. The walls, while freshly painted, also bore evidence of severe patchwork. Most of the rooms on the way to ours were under severe renovation. I would not stay here without an armed escort and biohazard suit (found 1 small brown bug on the sheets and didn’t risk using the shower). In under 1 hour I had a reservation for a new hotel. Couldn’t get a full refund. Pictures on website are entirely misleading. Save yourself the headache.

    Our room was under about an inch and a half of water. Once we returned from our ball game at 11:30, I went to the front desk to inform them and the front desk attendant said. What do you expect me to do about it? Why are you just now coming to tell me about it? I informed him of our situation and he decided to send us to another room. We get to new room and it is exactly the same. We ended up staying at a different hotel because the lack of effort from the attendant. The bed covers were nasty.     Our room was under about an inch and a half of water. Once we returned from our ball game at 11:30, I went to the front desk to inform them and the front desk attendant said. What do you expect me to do about it? Why are you just now coming to tell me about it? I informed him of our situation and he decided to send us to another room. We get to new room and it is exactly the same. We ended up staying at a different hotel because the lack of effort from the attendant. The bed covers were nasty. There were holes and mold all over the room. Highly disappointed but what do you expect?.

The ice machine was only available on the 3rd floor. Repairs are needed on the doors. Painting had been sloppy, resulting in drips on the floor and other surfaces. The tub had been painted and was chipped. The day clerk wasn't rude, but seemed unwilling to be bothered by a request for coffee or reporting that the room's floor was slick and dirty.

    We were on wet sheets and they were dirty , mildew all over the room which caused me to get sick and seek medical attention. The guest had the hallways and balconies smelling like marijuana, and trash all iver the facility. The property had room that had no renovations and unsafe conditions. All the staff were pretty much rude or not helpful and the cleaning lady left an old used bar if soap in our tub along with irons full of water. And broken coffee pot. Thy wont give u time to gather your things and leave they literally rushed us out and had no reason to ir new gurst waiting .they the elevator was shufty as well. And dog feces on the grounds.

    Floor was very sticky and slippery when we arrived. Lots of attention of detail that was missed out on when cleaning. Thankfully we were only there for a night. The area is great. But the rooms and environment themself need more work. Wish our room was properly cleaned and tended to before we arrived!

    The room I paid for had plumbing issues. I had to walk down to the front desk and leave my drivers license to borrow a plunger, twice, instead of staff bringing one to fix it. Mystery stain on the bathroom floor. A lack of weatherstripping meant the room was always humid and bugs could enter the room including a large cricket I found only after I had squashed it with my bag. Checked out early.

    So our stay wasn't all bad the front staff Brittany was amazing super sweet clean towels and clean linen for bed but there was intermittent power flickering and 5 hrs of no power one night making me miss work and when complained to hotels.com got kicked out the next morning very unprofessional also the whole time had to wait until late late at night like 11 pm to take a shower and it be hot enough

    Unless you’re looking for like a motel 6 type place, I would recommend not staying here. They have a locked lobby with a rude kid who takes your reservation check in, not very clean and while sleeping a cockroach fell on me from the ceiling (I assume)

    Please be aware -- this is actually a Motel 6 and is not in good condition. The lobby area is not represented at all like it is in the photos. We were disgusted to see dead cockroaches in the hotel room. Both queen beds had bed runners that were stained and visibly dirty. The bathroom was also run down, dirty baseboards, with dead bugs on the floor. I don't choose a hotel with ratings under 8 and at the time I booked it showed 8.4. There is no possible way this is accurate. I believe the reviews had to be fictional and inflated, now that I look closer most are from the same couple of people!

    It’s an old place stained tub no shower liner. Towels were stained undersized and wore out couldn’t even dry myself off using three of them. Door had stains, dust hanging from the sprinkler head. Crazy they were at an 8.7 overall reviews when I booked it.

    The hotel is a dump. I should have known better not to book a hotel for that price. Drug deals went on next door, and the outside and perimeter of the building were not kept up.     I have to leave two days earlier than what I had initialiy scheduled and paid. I had purchased the Guard® travel insurance plan to be covered in case something happened. ended up losing the money for the 2 days I didn’t stay and the money I had paid for the insurance.
