    I had a pleasant stay at Red Roof Inn Atlanta - Norcross. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.     It was a last minute decision based on location and cost. Room could've been cleaner, walls were hideous, but it was safe and free from drama. For the cost and quick access to the freeway, it was a decent option.

    I walked into the lobby to check-in, and the guy in front of me asked me where the ‘b*tches’ were, looking for prostitutes I’m guessing. I didn’t see any but this place must be a prime clientele location if he was bold enough to ask this to a stranger. The air conditioner in our room was leaking water and it was the last non-smoking room available. The Wi-Fi was unusable. Towels were stained. The bathroom/shower wasn’t necessarily dirty but it wasn’t in the best shape either. There was someone ominously standing outside my room window at 5am. Could’ve been smoking or something but I was a little too scared to see. I was in a bit of an emergency and only had $70 to spend for the night. I highly doubt I’ll stay here again.

    Because I contacted the property about me reserving a room at the wrong property right after I did it and I let him know I never stayed and it was a mistake of wrong location l. I have not heard back from them instead they refuse to refund my money back and no communication. I feel like I was robbed of my money and this property is not fair I never stayed and I also let him know I wasn’t gonna be checking in. And still nothing. So I lost 55.00. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It’s no grace at all here. All about money and no good customer service out was out of extra 55.00 bc this was not the correct location and the property just took my money

    Put me in a room on the third floor, no towels in the room anywhere. Went back to the front desk to ask for towels and he mumbled something again. About an hour later, cleaning staff gave me more towels that I could use. Next morning I went to the car and came back - the room key didn't work. Had to go to the front office again to get it reset with the excuse "Sometimes it does that." Would stay there again.

    I was like for the most part. It’s a good you know decent place to sleep overnight however, there are some issues that I have encountered dealing with one of the staff here. Are primarily utilize this place when I’m traveling during the week for work because the pricing is reasonable so that that’s one of the plus is the positives of staying here however, I was accused of cooking in my room when I I don’t even have any utensils to cook with or pots or pans or none of That I let them know that it was not me, and they just accuse me anyway really kind of turned me off of wanting to stay here prior to this I had had no other issues but nowI’m very skeptical whenever I do stay.

    The fridge wasnt keeping anything cold. The phone in the room wasnt even plugged in or connected to anything. There were holes in the walls. The sign in the room said any missing or damaged items would be reflected on the bill but there was no coffee maker or coffee or hairdryer or anything really. Some towels and an ice bucket. The laundry machines are coin operated but there's no change machine only an atm. At least the ac worked but I've paid the same price at other places and had much better experiences. The bed was comfy but other than that I don't think ill be returning to this location again no matter the price.

    I like the fact that red roof was located really pretty much in the middle of everything I needed for myself , and if it wasn't that I only had to do another mile or two , and it was easy in parking area bixby good enough Would have been exceptional with a little bit of breakfast there at the hotel

    I understand that this is an older hotel, but the flooring in the bathroom is loose and swollen because its not suitable for wet locations. The ceiling has had so many leaks i am literally worried it could fall on me while sleeping. People are in the parking lot openly using drugs. They charge an extra 20 dollars if you want to extend your stay after 8am, orherwise you have to check out by 11am and can come back at 3pm. By definition that is not extending. When i questioned the policy the rude man at the desk shoved a piece of paper at me and said what is the matter with you buddy, you cant read plain english? From a guy that cant really speak english. They advertise regular, deluxe and superior rooms and charge differently for them. All rooms are the same except handicap rooms have a wider bathroom door. The toilets barely flush. The sinks and showers take hours to drain. The free wifi does wont even allow basic google searches if you can even find the network wirh your device. The tv has 3 channels. Whatever they use to try and mask the smell of filth smells worse than the room itself. The landscaping , if you can call it that, is full of construction debree and broken glass. The matress is not only poor quality, they are very old. Dont look under rhe bed, just dont. The office staff is terribly rude, so rude youll walk out wondering did that really just happen?

    Ac was mid made room stuffy, tub was dirty,sink was disturbing for someone brushing your teeth. The thing I feel like it’s intentional,I frequent here for a while over the years. Has recently been back since November, and has booked weeks here…but have still been treated as if my money don’t spend. Have been told to take pictures and show them to get a proper room,then was told the maintenance man would clean it quickly. While I notice an empty parking lot,as of other rooms isn’t available smh.

    Its hard to rate this property without using foul language. Sh#thole is not nearly strong enough to express the state of this place. There is rempant drug use out in the open, the police regularly pull through the parking lot and i witnessed them harass this poor guy that had gone to pick up some food and was eatibg in his car before going back to his room. The ceiling in my room was sagging literally 10 to 12 inches and i was worried it might fall in on me. I had the air conditioner on full blast the entire time i was there and the temprrature actually rose several degrees. On the positive side, if you need a room and only have 50 bucks, this is the place.

    The only good thing about this property is its location — it’s conveniently situated and easy to access. The room was infested with cockroaches, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The front desk staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Overall, the property was not clean and did not feel safe or well-maintained.

    Paid online and wants I arrived the front desk lady choose not to check me in and a few other guest. There was no reason at all why but the cops was called. When they arrived they told us the front desk lady constantly gives them problems and ignores people that she chooses in her mind that doesn’t need to stay at the hotel. Had to find another hotel last minute after a long travel without receiving a refund or explanation. Don’t recommend this location.

    They kept banging. Mind you I have just gotten out of the shower.I said," I am checking out." They said, "Ok"proceeded to walk away.... In under five minutes. He returns banging on the door in a weird voice. At this time I am frightened and wondering are they even housekeeping. In this day and age of taking rape murder. Then all of the sudden the door burst open. I yell back someone is in here I'm naked getting dressed. He proceeds to say something about got to get out. I yell back" how rude ,this is unsafe you should not be doing this." He closes the door. At this point I feel so unsafe and scared and worried I hurry and get dressed dripping wet. Pick up the telephone the telephone does not work. Go downstairs to the office the man cannot come back for 15 minutes. At this point I made a decision just to leave the property. I will be calling corporate and I am putting up another Google review

    Overall, it wasn't horrible. We checked in at almost 10pm and checked out by 7:30am. Just needed a place to sleep for the night and it served that purpose. The only issues we had was that the shower had one of the curved shower rods and instead of curving outwards, it curved down (like a smile) so the shower curtain would slide down to the center. This caused a lot of water to get on the floor. I fought with the curtain as much as I could while bathing, but the floor was still quite soaked. Secondly, when we woke up, the AC had leaked all over the floor on that side of the room. I cleaned it before my husband woke up so he wouldn't slip and fall. It had leaked and water was from the AC to our bed and also to the door. Otherwise, it was okay.

    I would give negative stars if I could. I accidentally selected a smoking room even though I don't smoke. I asked the little indian woman at the front desk to change it to a non smoking room thinking it wouldn't be that big of a deal. She said they require a $50 deposit to change my room. I said fine and handed her my debit card, but then she said "oh no, it has to be cash". I'm not stupid, so I said I don't have $50 in cash. Then she said they dont have any non smoking rooms. There was glass between us, but there is a microphone on her side and a speaker on the customer side. She turned up the microphone to make really loud feedback noise in the room just to drown me out. She said something into the microphone, and I put my hand over the speaker so I could talk and said I want to cancel my reservation. She said I had to talk to Expedia. I called Expedia, and they said they can't refund it until the hotel refunds it, but they'll call the hotel. So they called the hotel and the woman answered the phone. She told Expedia that they don't have any non smoking rooms, and that she couldn't refund it, a manager has to do that, then walked out of view. Expedia relayed that info to me, and said they will call them the next day to talk to a manager to get a refund. They finally called me back today to say that they have called every day, and that apparently there is never a manager there. So they basically stole my money, I still haven't received a refund. Stay away from this place.

    They refused to check me in after booking online for December 15 and 16. The excuse given was the system was still on December 14 at 5am on the 15th. So i canceled the booking and on the app and never got my money back. Now nobody has a record of my cancelation and I'm out hard earned money for a place i didn't even stay at.     There was dirt on my bed at Red Roof Inn when I was trying to lay down and sleep. I called the front desk at 11:04pm and they said all they can do is have housekeeping change the sheets. I requested for a room change and she insisted to have the sheets changed by housekeeping. Then I called at 11:31 twice because the first time I got no answer. I asked if housekeeping was their way and she said they were and said this was the only way to fix the issue. I called again at 11:45pm and I asked can I just get a refund or a new room because I have an early day tomorrow. The lady at the front desk said the only option is clean sheets or I can come get the sheets and change them myself. I told her that this is a health issue having dirty sheets and having me touch the sheets. She told me this was the only thing to do and she already called housekeeping. So I asked for a refund. She told me I have to get it through Expedia and not them or just come get sheets. I said ma’am you know that’s not sanitary. Then she said “well you can leave then” and hung up on me. After that I got a knock on the door as I was packing and it was housekeeping coming to change all the sheets. I am so disgusted with this place!

    During my stay at this hotel, there was no hot water all night. Despite repeatedly asking for updates, the staff kept saying they were “working on it,” but it became clear that no real effort was being made to resolve the issue. This lack of transparency and action made for an uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if basic amenities like hot water are important to you.

    Bathtub had poop on it and was under plastic mat that was also black and disgusting. The office was closed and locked and when I tried to find the night time window, it was inside a door with no labeling and that was after 20 minutes of waiting for someone to come to the counter or answer the phone at the property.
