I booked a reservation with establishment. They charged me a deposit to keep it for me. I caught an Uber to get there and the office was locked and nobody was there in the office. One of the tenants came up to me and advised that the electricity was cut off. Not a very wello maintaned property at all. Not to be rude, but the people that stayed there were all outside due to the power being shut off, and some of those people I would not want to meet after dark. Nothing positive about that place.

Did Not Get to Check in Due to NO Rooms Available. Traveled 7 hours to not have a room even though money was taken from my card 2 days before to 'guarantee' room is secure. When I asked for accommodation to be relocated to another location with a room, I was told I would have to pay for the stay because the money does not transfer, They charged my Card AGAIN for a night because I was unable to check in. When I asked who to speak to regarding fees Intown said to speak with Expedia, and when I spoke to Expedia they said it wasn't them, to contact Intown (While Still in lobby). On Bank Statement its Labeled as Intown Took Payment Even Though The Lady at Desk Said they don't have access to funds UNTIL check in because Expedia have payment info. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! check in was 3-6-23 still have not received any money back

Staff is kind and room was spacious but stove does not work in any of the rooms we in; had to buy cooking equipment (crockpot and dual stove eye) to make food and price was still premium.

I was charged for a night's stay unexpectedly, and when I arrived there was no availability. They refused to refund my money.

Lost the reservation for being late 10 minutes, conditions of the premises were not good, ended up going to an other hotel.

I had reservations there Nov 26-Nov 7 . I arrived at dusk , told the clerk I was not sure of my departure date . Cancellations were not allowed even cancelation 24 hour notice for place with less service than motel 6 . If you check out early , the balence is the entire reservation . I left after two nights , didn't feel safe there & plans suddenly change , So for two nights for lousy room with only weekly maid service , my AMX card was billed appoimately $ 670 . I'm challenging $500 with AMX Frankly am amazed Expedia would offer this lousy place . My check in was on Saturday evening , tired from long drive didn't know what else was available in that area

Not friendly, WiFi costs $7 you wash your own towels, trash bags? Nope being your own. Basically not worth it.

Towels, toilet paper, cups, ou are responsible for your own trash. To top that you are supposed to leave it cleaner than you found it. It got me through and all I can say is I want use that location again. The security was also questionable a few things missing. Dr Dr ARJ 22688648
