Price and location There were no ice buckets in the room, which was a clue as to there being no operational ice machines. There was a refrigerator in the room, but it wasn’t plugged in. Who knows if it worked. The room wasn’t clean as there was dirt on the ground and items of clothing left over from previous guests. I could’ve sworn the website said free continental breakfast, but there was nothing available at 6 AM when I went to the lobby. There was no phone in the room. The door to the bathroom opens into the bathroom and because it’s so tiny, you literally have to dance around the toilet to try to close the door while you use the bathroom. There were soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower, but they were not filled with anything. There were no cups in the room, so you couldn’t rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life. I understand they’re in a process of remodeling, but the amenities I mentioned that we’re missing are not directly associated with remodeling in this place, really needs to step up the game.

I requested my money back after entering the room and seeing dead bugs, a broken bed and a broken lock on the door. The door next to mine had been damaged and broken into. The pool was empty and filthy. The bed had hair on it like the sheets hadn't been changed. I was able to get my money back but it took over 2 weeks and it was a hastle.

Receptionist was a smart ass. He even shut window in my face thst he couldn't help me I booked for Saturday night and was told there were no rooms available then what is the reason for letting people book if there going to over book

The place was dirty, the bathroom ceiling was falling down and the bathtub was dirty and coming apart, no towels. We had to get out of there and cancel and start looking elsewhere.

Room was clean however the ceiling leaks in the room and bathroom. The first room we had, had no heat and we had to switch rooms the next day. Some tvs didnt work, the remote didnt work which we were told is how it is in every room after switching rooms a few times. The wifi only worked outside in certain areas. Found out there are some rooms with working wifi however after a argument from staff the room couldn't be enjoyed after being told to check out for entering a area no one stated was off limits. Its cheap and affordable but once you get there you find out why. However it is by the highway and close to a few fast restaurants.

Almost everything else. My expectations were already low, but I wasn't anticipating having to have had them lowered even more. If you're needing nothing more than a roof with a bed while you're passing through, it "works." Staff was nice though.

Unfortunately, the room did not meet expectations. The bedding did not feel fresh, and the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I also noticed some noise from the hallway late at night, which made it difficult to sleep. I brought this up with the front desk explaining how nasty the room was, while the staff were polite, the issue wasn’t fully resolved during my stay. Overall, the hotel has potential, but improvements in cleanliness and noise control would make a big difference. Based on this experience, I would consider other options next time.

I wish I never had booked this. It’s run down, exposed wiring everywhere. Our door had been kicked in, the deadbolt was kicked off and not replaced. The elevators don’t work and are a scene out of zombies call of duty. The bed was uncomfortable, everything was dusty. It’s what you’d expect if you’d find an abandoned motel and had to hide from the store and it was vacated for years.

Not much the people working are rude and lie to you in your face and treat people unfairly The staff the room had a smashed in broken tv , the staff threatened to kick me out wen I asked for a new room because the room they gave me was on the 3d floor and I wanted to switch bc it was dirty and the WiFi didn’t work and they gave me a big attitude then gave me a room on the 2nd floor with a smashed tv that I tried to tell them about and they all just smiled nd said okay and nothing happed or changed in 17 days

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This is completely false advertisement. Rooms do NOT look like photos. The reception lady told me all the rooms were in the same condition if I wanted a new or different room so basically I was SOL. I was on the third floor. The elevator was broken. I hauled all my luggage up 3 floors. I get to my room - it looked like a crime scene. I called the front desk and spoke to the lady to let her know that my TV is broken just in case I get charged for it. She said that all of the TVs in any of the rooms are either broken like that or they don’t have a TV so then when I come down with all my things and asked to check out I wanted to leave, she was like OK…. so you don’t want a different room? And I was like no if it’s all in this condition, like you said…then of course not I don’t want to! I’m leaving. My ride is coming and I’ve booked another hotel. I don’t wanna be here! Then she goes…. Wait!!! before you call your Uber to get you or anything don’t do anything! she goes: I have a room available actually for you. It’s brand new!! Just for you!! and I was like no because you could’ve given that to me in the freaking first place!!!! I was like this is nothing what I booked on the pictures!!!! The door did not have a lock. THIS PLACE IS SHADY AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

It was a horrible experience the photo online did not meet expectations it was false advertisement. in person the build look like it was under construction .I had to chance my room because the first room had a horrible smell stain on tubs nasty walls the second room was no better it look exactly the same and horrible had no plugs outlet working and no working fridge worker where loud as they where doing construction on rooms in morning . Had to do a walk thru our rooms to take measurements while we where sleeping in room would not recommend staying here they should shut this place down . Rooms false advertisement

The staff was rude and mean. The other people staying there are thugs gang members hanging out prostitution going on. It’s a very unsafe place to be. They’re hanging out on the stairs and looking at you with a mean mug trying to intimidate people. The room stunk it smelled like the carpet hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was dark. It was dingy. It was the absolute worst experience. I would not put my dog in that motel. I usually don’t leave reviews if I can’t say something nice but people need to know this place is horrible and you do not want to stay there. You do not want your family to stay there steer clear it is not a safe environment and there are a lot of violent shady people live in there as if it’s their residents. Not traveling, but they’re making that their home and it is not safe. And once again the staff is mean rude and impatient. Everything about it I did not like. There was not one good thing about that place.

My companion was truly uncomfortable and she didn't want to even put her bags down. As i was standing outside smoking I was approached several times by people who were soliciting drugs. We grudgingly tried our best to settle in. There was very heavy activity on this premises. It didn't take long to realize we were in a trap hotel. The room was very dainty with rusting fixtures and mold. By no means was a shower taken nor was a thought of it even. But this place had a great deal of drug activity. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked the room on hotels.com. it was advertised like it would be a standard room. When we arrived, it was more like a crack house. The condition of the entire facility is horrible. All the light fixtures in the room were broken. The bathtub faucet was broken, and constantly running. The bathroom door would not close. I was in the room long enough to see it was deplorable. Immediately checked right back out. Do not waste your money here.

They have racist working at the front desk, especially the lady she was here to say we do not put Black people in the back by the expressway the manager he’s a non-documented immigrant, running five hotels, including the Sonesta, but doing it all illegally illegal charges against people because he does not want to take the correct Weight and get them removed. If he wants them removed, he lies and has you criminally trespassed after he takes your money. I would not trust these people they steal from you. They know about everything that’s going on. There’s always old murders assaults going on on this property all known to the people there Gwinnett county assist them in illegal removal of people from their legal places to stay with receipts to show improve, but they feel like Gwinnett county does not follow Georgia State rules. They feel like we do not have any rights up here. I was told by the sergeant of the Gwinnett County Police Department I have no rights up here. Why have a good old boy inside the seat of his head is like the Ku Klux Klan a.k.a. Gwinnett county police. Blatantly told me like I said I have no lights. This hotel is ground zero for f fentanyl use purchase and distribution all known by the office. These people need to be exposed because they think they can come here and do what they choose to the citizens of the US when you’re not even properly documented

This place is very misleading. The pictures online show a very nice hotel that is not what you get when you stay here. The rooms are run down my room did not even have lock on the door could not open up the closet door the tub and bathroom were Brown and mildew filled. There was mildew on my curtains and air conditioner as well holes in the carpet on the floor and my door look like someone had tried to beat it in at one time before and was filthy dirty. This place is very misleading. The pictures online show a very nice hotel that is not what you get when you stay here. The rooms are run down my room did not even have lock on the door could not open up the closet door the tub and bathroom were Brown and mildew filled. There was mildew on my curtains and air conditioner as well holes in the carpet on the floor and my door look like someone had tried to beat it in at one time before and was filthy dirty. We are the type of family that likes to save on short, overnight stays; so 2 or 3 star hotels are not new to us, and i don't expect more than i should for $70. However, this was the most disgusting cesspool I've ever stayed in. The residents (and i do me they reside there) are very obnoxious and rude. A whole club stood directly outside of our window and smoked and talked loudly and inappropriately until late into the night. The pool is not open. There is no breakfast. There is mold all over the place; on the curtains, in the bathroom. The bathroom is severely in need of maintenance and cleaning. There was scum and grime all over. The room smelled like old cigarettes. The floor felt like it was mopped with Pepsi. Absolutely gross. Don't stay here.

There are no bugs in the rooms. But every room has something different broken inside. There are obvious drug deals happening Nd obvious prostitution happening. Its very loud. Very disappointed.

WiFi goes in and out.. One room had regular linoleum floors; the second room has this nasty carpet. Definitely needs to be remodeled! A lot of people just hanging out in the hallways. Used to be cheaper but just recently went up in price.

The sheets were dirty that was holes in the walls. The carpet was dirty. The mattress was dirty, and I believe it even had bedbugs. I was not gonna sleep in that room I had to leave I had to leave.

Right from the start the person at the front desk was not pleasant. When I went to the room the door was very hard to open. I literally had to kick the door to get it open. The remote did not work for the tv. There was not a phone to call the front desk. The light fixture was falling off the wall. I accidentally locked my key in the room. I went to the office but the lobby was closed and sign said go to the side window. When I did, I was standing there waiting while three people were behind the desk and non of them came to see what I needed. The lady who served me earlier in the day just continue what she was doing and nod at me and mouth what did I want. She was far away and expected me to yell what I wanted. Well I did, and asked for a new key. Guess she could have heard me, because she brought it and said nothing.

As soon as i walked into the lobby to check in there was already a situation happening with the hotel workers- the owners i believe, husband and wife couple. And the guest for charging 1 price of 80$ for their room but another guest was only charge 65. The wife had an attitude and couldnt find my reservation even when i showed it to her and tried to turn me away. I got the husband to check me in but both have horrible customer service skills and are very rude. My room had no towels or toilet paper and i had almost no hot water to shower. The remote for my tv wouldnt work and the tv didnt have buttons. The office couldnt even change the batteries but even after i put my own batteries in it still didnt work. Junkies ride the elevator all night to get hi and follow you around asking for money. I dont recommend this hotel to females staying alone.

We stay there for 1 night while in a road trip, the price is kinda fair for one night but the place feels very unsafe and unsanitary, it has a smell that it is not nice

We arrived looked at the room and walked straight out and handed the key back to reception. The room must have been used by meth addict's before us as evidence was everywhere. On leaving the hotel we had an addict and his wife approach ia asking for money. That is not a hotel, fit for a family. It appeals to prostitutes and drug addicts.

The hotel surrounding was littered with filth. It appears to be a homeless shelter with so many hoodlums hanging around the premises smoking and drinking. I was lucky, my stay was from 11:00 Pm to 7:00 AM.

This hotel seems to cater to transients and drug addicts. Night time consists of near constant yelling outside by people smoking on the balconies and pounding on doors. Not a pleasant stay.

Day of check out, cleaning lady entered my room with me completely naked out of shower and without knocking, she apologized. Front desk staff apologized too.

If you go to this property you will see 100’s of guys standing around on the balcony which gives off an uncomfortable feeling when you’re pulling in to check in, also the tv didn’t work at all, they didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator on premises neither so what are they actually good for?

When we checked in, they put us in a room that had someone in it already. The second time they put us in a room that a door lock was broken and it led us to the room next-door. The third room they put us in do not have heat, and this was during the Atlanta snowstorm, requested king size bed, and never got that room. Out of three staff was terrible. We requested a refund we left. We did not stay there because we had no heat and Expedia is telling us that we will be refunded in full.

You get what you pay for. The only clean, and remodeled area is the lobby. Rooms are dirty. Women offering “massages” outside the rooms. Men with hoodies walking back and forth in front of rooms, following you in parking lot asking for money. No number to contact reception. Front desk staff is not the best. Key card would have to be reprogrammed EVERY time I left the room, and sometimes there was no one at front desk to help me and my kids back in the room.

The hotel is pretty clean and decent for the price, but no tv, microwave, etc. The inhabitants who call this place home severely bring down the value of this property. No such thing as peace and quiet because they hang out til 3am yelling, cursing and screaming ratchetness. I wouldn’t return or recommend this place.

We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel at all. Don’t get me wrong, the staff was nice and friendly but the hotel itself is so old and smelling of smoke. We were given a smoke free room but it smelt like smoke. We are non smokers. The bathroom, room all were not in good shape. We spent most of our days outside and only slept at the hotel just because we don’t want to spend time at the hotel.

Waited 5 days for a fridge, microwave has roaches in it, T.V stopped working, booked room on Hotels.com and my reservation didn’t go through to the hotel. The hotel told me they didn’t care and that this was a 3rd party and that wasn’t their problem and threatened to call police even though I had my reservation confirmation. I spent my money twice and booked for the same day again and they gave another person a key to my room. These people walked in on me after I got out of the shower. The top of the toilet doesn’t fit, the tub has a lot of burn marks, the bathroom door is broken and the staff is extremely rude. I had 3 good experiences on my 2 month stay at this hotel so far.
