I would say respectfully it was one of the worst hotels I have been too. From when we drove in it looked pretty ok but when we got into our rooms it was completely something else my room was hot the ac wouldnt stay cool until 3am. The floors cabinets and bathroom had awful tears scratches and holes. Bathroom was just dirty even the tub looked like it hasn't been washed for 40 years and had leaves and sticks. I had found a blood stained towel that I was about to dry myself with. Even a bunch of officers came because some couple were acting violent. There was no toiletry amenities other than soap. The only good thing that came out of this place was the employees. The employees were some of the nicest respectful employees i have met and even helped my friends late at night when they had key troubles. I would say only come here if you are desperate for a place to stay or dont have enough funds.

I was also told that a staff member reported my children were alone in the room when they were not, and experienced issues with housekeeping. Linens that had been left in my room were later requested back with an explanation that did not align with prior service. Additionally, after nearly two months with no noise complaints, there was a single claim of banging on the floor, and on one occasion a staff member banged on the ceiling around 9:00 p.m. For an extended-stay property, consistency, clear communication, and respectful treatment are essential. Unfortunately, my experience reflected the opposite.

Room was uninhabitable. Pubic hair on bed and around the bathroom. Mold and water stains on the ceiling. Furniture was dirty. Room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The room was booked for my employees that were traveling for work. My employees immediately left and rebooked at a different hotel.

The front desk staff Stephanie I believe her name was. She was amazing! Very professional,very friendly and she did go above and beyond. However I changed rooms four times just to get a decent one. The first one was horrible111. It wasn't clean and had a horrible odor. Then the second one had a bad odor as well and the bathroom was horrible116. With mold on the knobs and the tub was peeling and just nasty. The 3rd room was nicer no smell 154 but the refrigerator cord was burnt up in the socket and was popping. The last one I actually stayed in was nice. No smells,cleaner and looked like newer appliances.

One of the beds had a big dip in it so you could not sleep comfortably on it. The bathroom sink was clogged if you ran the water it would back up into the sink. This property is poorly advertised. I showed up after hours and there was no person at a front desk or check in window. The description of the property specifically said that there was availability to check into hours. After 3 phone calls to the number provided at the check-in window, somebody finally answered of whom I could hardly understand. And finally, their verbiage was understandable, and they said they were on their way. Five to ten minutes later, after standing there in a sketchy neighborhood with my young son, I decided to leave as I did not feel safe. So I cannot rate the quality of the room as I did not even give it a chance. You certainly don't get the warm fuzzies when you walk up to the place!

While the customer service was A1. The property itself was run down. The room reeked of strong smoke as soon as I opened the door I couldn't take it. Also there were men hanging out on the stairs and smoking cigarettes outside while you're trying to get to your room while whistling at me: I just didn't feel safe on the back side. The bedding was old and dirty looking.

It was the worse hotel room I have ever seen. So bad that I cancelled my second night. I would have cancelled the first night if I was not arriving at 3:00 AM. I have photos of all the damages in the room when I checked in. Was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it smelt like someone had been smoking in it ever day for the past year.

The room I was in did not have a security latch. I informed the front desk clerk of this before I checked in. She told me she would make sure the maintenance person would take care of it first thing in the morning. No one came and fixed it at all. The towels were dirty. It looked like there was something disgusting on them. I had to buy my own towels to clean off with. There were bugs all around the room which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in. There was people selling drugs outside of the room. It was not a pleasant experience.

Brother stay there staff everything was nice the grounds are nice I enjoyed it been there or was there about 6 months so that tells you a lot but I'm moving on for a new job and I'm going to miss everybody there thank you for y'all's hospitality did they ever need you again you'll be the first to call

I like that there was security after the desk closed. The outside of the property is nice. The staff was nice. The room could’ve been a whole lot cleaner as in the floors, kitchen, and bathroom. Bed isn’t too comfortable but not too bad. Wouldn’t stay here again but it got the job done for a last minute booking. Overall a solid 2.5 maybe 3.

First of all the customer service at the receptions desk was exceptional. The young ladies working there made my check in a breeze and were very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. The room itself was perfect for the purpose of my trip. The price I paid was good and so I could not expect a five-star hotel at such a low price range. Even though this was an economical choice the hotel went above and beyond my expectations. The rooms are updated and clean, the only thing that was a little worn down was the bathtub but even that was not a big deal since everything in the room worked perfectly and it was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this room or hotel to anyone looking for an inexpensive stay in Georgia.

I've been I've been here for several months and getting to know everybody quiet shopping close by staff is wonderful I just like it a lot it's a good place to transition and it will be the last place I've transition before going into a home that's on my side someone home to another and that's what I feel like around here

My experience there was horrible, it was nasty, smelled ,drunks hanging around the premise prostitutes kept asking my husband for money. This is a dump.
