The staff was kind. I found a bedbug and got bitten. I visited based solely on the review because it said it was clean, but this happened, and I feel terrible. I couldn't sleep because I was worried because I had a 1-year-old baby and a 12-year-old child.

The room and sheets do not feel clean. I’ve contacted scabies after staying at this hotel. Initially I thought it was an allergic reaction to some food or maybe bed bugs, but I visited the doctor and was diagnosed with scabies. Definitely will not return.

Staff that was there when I checked in was nice and did her best for me, the next lady the day after was nice. When I checked out the male wasn't nice I checked out at 3 in the morning and he acted like I was bothering him.

Never staying here again. This place has bugs that they fail to take care off the issue. It is really sickening being that we came for a special event only to end up not sleeping at all even after changing rooms.

The staff person just said breakfast was over in 30 minutes, sorry and proceeded to toast a bagel for herself. It is clean, fresh, no any annoying smells around, breakfast was OK, not perfect, but better than anywhere for this price 1. During the breakfast trash can was full for first 30 minutes, the staff was walking around this can, so guests had to leave plates and garbage on their tables 2. Check out is at 11 am, but at 10:15 somebody knocked the door and asked to leave for cleaning. I understand that, that’s a lot of work, but this hotel has late check in after 2 pm, and they ask to leave before 11? I was frustrated ? smth not right ?

I usually stay in Holiday Inn express. The breakfast was usual, and good. Our room however was not cleaned to our satisfaction, as the rug had potato chips on it, and other things, which led me to believe. it was not vacuumed or overlooked. The rest of the room, the bed, was good. The shower has a rail near the spicket, however, the shampoo and soap are on the other end of the tub. I am disabled and was unable to find another rail to grab the soaps. This seemed odd to me. The front desk was professional and friendly, our reservation was organized. we checked into our room with no problems. The Inn has one elevator, with 3 floors. Might have liked one more elevator for convienance.

My girlfriend stays there dozens of nights easy at your various locations mostly in Minnesota, the breakfast was horrible. I drove extra and paid extra for your breakfast and it was nasty dried out sausage salty cheese, omelette, water down orange juice bacon was OK and your hot rolls were good, I will never pay extra again except for Troy Ohio at one of your places I drove a half hour extra for your biscuit and gravy, and there was none! Total garbage set up and rules very disappointed you’re supposed to be a top notch hotel chain, and I have had good luck with you prior to this

I was told they would hold my room, however, when I went to check in, they had released my (and some other people too) reservation. I was exhausted, but eventually got another room. It was unfortunate, but was resolved.

This hotel was everything we needed in a last minute reservation. Staff very nice, clean rooms, and very close to attractions we were attending. Breakfast was very great. The only down fall is the area around the hotel. There was a restaurant near the hotel that was dirty and had trash out the area but other than that the hotel was pleasant!

This is a very nice hotel with a hot breakfast, clean well equipped rooms, spacious free parking and great location.

Lobby area smelled like mildew. My room was fine excepe the noisy airconditioner. Went to the pool,asked front desk for a towel and her reply was housekeeping has left for the day.

Room was good. Both ice machines were broken 1st night. One was working the next day. Breakfast was good. Pancake machine & some hot items.

We stayed here overnight on our way from home to our vacation in Florida. Our room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was also conveniently located off the main highway and near nice selection of restaurants.
