    From the decorations and organization to the overall atmosphere, everything came together beautifully.     The reason for a poor review is that I was assigned a handicap room. I checked in late and was too tired to return to the front desk with my luggage to request another room. Because the shower, closet, and room design were designed for the handicapped, they were inconvenient. The restaurant staff was super helpful and polite. The small detail was important because I attended a conference where my attire mattered. The low-hanging clothes bar did not work for my normal or formal wear. Hilton staff, please do not assign a handicap room unless one is requested.

    The location was great. Staff was very friendly. The room smelled so musty- it hit you as soon as you opened the door! There was no bar of soap to wash your hands. I had asked a housekeeper I saw in the hall and she said there was no hand soap. After going to the front desk, someone from maintenance went out of his way to bring a bar of soap to our room.

    One small downside was that the bathtub drained slowly and the water pressure was low. Also, because our room was the first one next to the elevator, it was quite loud at night due to people talking in the hallway. Other than that, we were glad we stayed at this hotel.

    Went for a conference. Friday through Sunday. I got really sick Friday night and was so sick all night; my husband had to come get me Saturday morning. My car is still sitting in the parking lot. I am Hilton Gold, husband is Diamond. I booked through Expedia so they handled my refund request for Saturday night. Expedia spoke with Karen who said it was policy because room was booked through Sunday. If I had died Saturday morning I wonder if my family would have gotten a refund! Really disappointed in the customer service at this hotel.

    Upon arrival/check in the staff did not greet at all and said "what is your last name" this continued onto the second day with rude staff at the front desk, specifically the two older ladies working the night shift. The hotel overall was ok. The first room given to us had mold/mildew around the bathtub the room was not properly cleaned. We immediately went back downstairs where another room was given to us. I would not recommend staying here unless you have to. Disappointed in the service and for a Hilton, I expected more for what was paid for. We will not be returning. The nice outdoor area is not part of the hotel and belongs to the restaurant unfortunately that area was closed the weekend we were there. They didn't seem to want to bother with it. The bar was ok, nothing special.

    The shower has a horrible design, room is old and smaller than expected. Tips need tobe given to cleaning staff. It looks like the hotel is using tips to pay the salary or they are stealing jt. Very very bad.

    The location, the size of the room. It was very clean. That you have to pay for everything extra, like parking, WiFi, water bottles in the room, breakfast. The mattress was saggy and uncomfortable and the room always had a bad smell when you walked in. The USB port next to the bed didn’t work and some other small things that need to be repair (A foot was missing from the refrigerator and the shower faucet from the shower is a bit loose). The pool also needs to be cleaned.

    This Hilton location was nice. My room was specious, and the bed was comfy. I was only there for a night and the check in staff was great. I had an easy check-in and check-out. If I were to come back to Atlanta I would definitely stay here again!!

    The hotel check-in staff. In error, there were two reservation bookings for the same stay. I spoke with staff and upper management about the double booking, who confirmed both pre- paid reservations but was not willing to cancel and provide a refund or credit. They offered a next day stay to compensate for the double booking, but that was not an option, as I needed to check out the following day to go to work. I requested a credit to be used toward a different reservation at another time, but they refussed. They told me I must reconcile the issue with Booking.com. I contacted Booking.com to request cancelation, and they sent me a text message that expressed they needed to wait for a reply from the Hilton before issuing a cancelation. I shared the response with the Hilton. The Hilton expressed to me that there is only one staff member to access the correspondence from Booking.Com, but she is on maternity leave, and there is no staff coverage for her. It was apparent that the lack of staff stagnated a resouution at that time. A host of family members booked with the Hilton to accommodate stay for a wedding being attended close by. It is regretting that the Hilton was not flexible with helping with the resolution of this obvious problem. They accepted the pre-payments for the reservations and expressed their sorrow, although they understood the discrepancy. Since Hilton received payment for both reservations, it would be fair and equitable to issue a credit for the unused reservation.

    Rooms and lobby! The restaurant horrible service. Waited 12 minutes with no one came over to ask. Just was seated and never spoken or checked on in. Then wanted to drink water and get a snack at 1130pm from lobby but they said they are doing inventory and comeback in an hour. Came back after an 1.5 hour and said can’t make a purchase they are doing an audit.

    The 1 night stay was ok. Had an issue with heat in my room but service was prompt as they were able to quickly determine the issue, and moved us to another room. The room didn't necessarily have a good smell as the other room but was fine for the night. I didn't find the beds to be comfy. At breakfast bar the potatoes were good but didn't enjoy other options. There was no cheese readily available for eggs/grits.

The carpet was very worn and frayed in spots and could use a good shampooing. The pleather headboards were peeling and ripped, the curtains were frayed and torn and the wallpaper in the bathroom was badly stained.     The hotel had a restaurant, but because of Valentine’s Day they had a special menu in which you had to get five courses or you couldn’t get anything but bar food. All I wanted was a salad and I’m staying at the hotel and I can’t even get a salad. There were only six people in the whole restaurant, but somehow they couldn’t accommodate me. The carpet throughout the hotel was old and it was hard to roll your luggage on it. It kept getting stuck because of the looseness of the flooring. I didn’t find it was very nice at all. I won’t ever again.

I want to say racismmmm but I’ll say unfair treatment.     I stayed 2 nights at this hotel last week. Check-in was great, welcoming and accommodating. I had to switch rooms twice because one had a broken lamp shade and needed a little more vacuuming and the other had a musty smell, that I could not identify. Each room change request was graciously accommodated. I appreciate the hospitality and care that Candy at the front desk took to make the change. I ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant, arriving just after they opened at 6:45-7:00 am. The staff was very polite and cheery and made sure I was accommodated. The only negative I have to say is that the food on the buffet was not as hot as I preferred and a little dry. Upon departing the hotel, the front desk attendant was very nice, and he was happy to check with the restaurant for me on when the complimentary coffee would be brought to the lobby. The rooms I experienced felt a bit dated even though it looked like there may have been an update. The I stayed in was okay, at least no terribly unpleasant smell or broken shade, but it did have a rip in the shears at the window and the mattress was mediocre, not exceptionally comfortable. The hotel is near shopping, restaurants, nail/hair businesses, and movie theatre, but not walkable. It appeared to be popular for large family events and conferences. It was reasonably priced on hotels.com. Overall nice stay.

Once at 10am and once at 11:45am.   There are lots of hotel options in this area and I expect much more from a Hilton. Slightly outdated is one thing, the rest made it very easily a place I will not return to. We had a minor accident that required ice and towel for some minor bleeding, then wiping the floor. Attached is the dirt from 2 steps in the door in that wipe up…that is gross, and I have 2 dogs and 3 kids.

    I had a party of 9 people with separate rooms and the customer service that I saw other people receiving didn't get transferred to any of us. Not one employee greeted us with a hello and welcome to the Hilton Atlanta hotel etc. We weren't given the information on what your hotel offered for example, the gym, the type of food served, breakfast, the pool location etc. This hotel is a very nice hotel but the staff really needs customer service training.

    A reservation was made and then not fulfilled. My family was unable to check in. The front staff were not welcoming and barely offered assistance. My family among other parties were told we were unable to check in due to their system being down and there was nothing they could do about it. However we know that other friends and family had checked in the day before and day of. None of us received phone calls or emails prior to our arrival. Many of us were visiting from various states and cities. It took my family and others hours to try to find other accommodations at the last minute.
