After staying for 3 nights, no House keeping came to clean the room, remove the trash or give us fresh towels!! When we called the phone line to check on it, a lady said they don't have staff to do it! Floors were sticky and the bathroom smelled of mould!

The A/C at the location couldn’t keep up. Room was hot and uncomfortable. One of the elevators was broke meaning only was available and everyone had to use it.

The hotel is definitely dated. And it had stains on the couch and on the carpets in the hallway. Honestly had a mildew musty smell in the room. Our air conditioning unit ran constantly thou it was set to a certain temperature and it was loud all night long. If turned off it became almost humid in the room. Again just a dated hotel. But it served the purpose for the two nights I stayed with my partner.

Good hotel as usual I wouldn't be able pretty long time to reach the concierge. He didn't inform me that the hotel doesn't have another products for the breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I had read awful reviews, but decided to give it a try. Glad I did. Good selection of breakfast items, very clean hotel, beautiful decor, game room, gym, nice indoor pool, very clean rooms with microwave and refrigerator in the room.

We were there from. Sunday to Wednesday and they never cleaned the room or provided clean towels. The front desk said we had to ask to have our room cleaned but signage in the room stated it would be cleaned every other day

Everything in our room was great but it seemed like the ac was broken EVERYWHERE else. All the halls, and public areas were humid, warm, and uncomfortable to be in. There were sections in the lobby where the ceiling was literally peeling off the wall, so it appears this was a long term ongoing problem and not just for the evening. The breakfast was yummy but I thought it was unusual they had 3 proteins, and potatoes with no eggs but it was something that we could adapt around.

Room service was not provided since it wasn’t requested. We asked for additional towels and received them promptly. The hot tub and pool were excellent. Breakfast was good. The location is great, with many shops nearby.

Did not feel safe at all as we arrived there where 2 entry gates that were open and remained open the entire time for anyone not staying at hotel to just come in. The elevator in the lobby shakes so bad it feels like you’re going to plunge to your death my kids were crying it was so bad. The indoor pool was out of service the full 3 days we were there. The staff in the morning the young girl behind the counter is very rude with a nasty attitude when questioned about things in the hotel. DeAndre the Manager is of no help either he basically told me to kick rocks. The hotel is dirty and smells like wet dog. I would highly recommend people not to stay at this hotel.

I didn’t like that you needed the card key to depart from the premises, I can understand coming in but not going out. If you check out you need the key.

Location accessible My requests to change the check in date were completely ignored and found myself going back and forth between the property management and booking.com customer service. It sucked and it was unacceptable.

The water for the shower was not hot so it was like taking a cold shower since it was barely warm even after letting it run. Also the ac/heat unit in the main front room was not working properly, it had wires hanging out the bottom. When you turned the heat on (it was off when we got there and they had the heat blasting in the bedroom instead) it smelled like something was burning, the fan did not come on. It was not great at heating the room up. This was in Room 219. I did let the front desk know about the water temp and the heat unit before we checked out.

The breakfast was not the best. They had bread but no toaster. On the first day, there was no oatmeal, no muffins, no bread, nothing. The pool was closed the first 2 days. I traveled with small children and booked the hotel due to it having an indoor pool. The breakfast was also not the best.

Sad Elevator broke down and we had to walk 4 floors up and down. My husband needs knee surgery and he had a very hard time making it.

The Hotel itself was wonderful, very clean and tidy and up to date. Definitely would have given 5 stars if wasn't for the front desk service. She was not very welcoming and almost made me feel like getting a room elsewhere.

The property needed some obvious TLC. The furniture in the lobby/ breakfast area was very worn out and torn. Found it very weird that we were going to use the room key to open our door just to find a housekeeper walking out herself. The pool area could use some TLC. There were some missing slate pieces and obvious issues along the pool. It was nice though that it was inside and heated so it was perfect temperature. I liked that there were towels available.

Great location right outside of Atlanta. The hotel was clean and the service was decent. The breakfast was really nice! The indoor pool is a good size and clean. They also have a game room and fitness center. I recommend this hotel location for any family that is wanting to stay right outside of Atlanta.

My room card was deactivated every days even thought I stayed for 3 days there. Had to park in the back of the hotel and walk to the front desk and activate the room card every single day. We asked the front desk person to make it active for our entire stay but that didn’t work. Some staff at the front desk were great and some didn’t even want to look at you when you talk. You can hear loud noises when the faucets in restroom are opened, especially disturbing at night times. Didn’t have space to move around in the room as chairs, ottoman was all placed in the tiny space. No housekeeping was done for 3 days of our entire stay. They mentioned house keeping will be done every other day but until we left there was no house keeping done. Good things about the stay was the location, nice breakfast options and near to interstate.

The only issue is when checking out, of you turned on your keys card, you have to go back in to get it back. The exit gate won't open without the key. But very noce place.

The room was clean upon arrival. The front desk was not welcoming and did not seem friendly at any point of time. Housekeeping never once came to our room during our 3 night stay. Breakfast was the same everyday. They ran out of certain fruits. Also there was no rolling carts for luggage. So make sure to pack light.

The staff was very nice. The location was very convenient. Even thought the property was right off Interstate 85, it was quiet and comfortable. Check in and checkout was easy. The property needs some TLC. The main elevator was out of service all three days we stayed and our room looked like it has suffered some recent water damage by the window. Wall paper in that area was loose and the drywall and paint were damaged. The hot and cold water in the shower were also reversed.

Everything about this Hotel was great. Smell of the lobby was amazing. Breakfast was decent too. Room was extra clean and quiet in the hallways. Will stay again at this location.

Property under construction and the new construction was done extremely poorly.

This property could be a great property but they are doing remodeling and the workers must be moving to fast because most of the floor tiles were loose and the AC was so loud I thought I was on a runway.

Room has old mattress, it has deep soft spot due to excessive use, if you sleep on it, next morning your body will have pain. Owner should buy new mattresses without any delay. I wont stay at this property next time. Bad ROI......

Employees handling ready to eat foods without gloves. Also noticed one handling trash and then with the same gloves on handling ready to eat food again.

At the time I booked a room the elevator did not work and made it a difficult to get to the third floor were I had my room ! The front desk lady tried her best to make everything right but seen to be annoyed at points !

it take 25 min for the lady to check us in correctly. Our room so hot, the lobby n the hall way too, my room stay at 81 regardless what we do to the thermostat. We ask for a fan, but they dont have one, we about to look for different place for the night because the lady keep saying nobody complain. I told her to go up to my room to check out, finally we got a new room on second floor. Now we have to deal with noise, so many kids running around, having hard time to sleep, both nights. we will never use this location again!! ruin our labor day vacation
