    Room was prepaid thru Expedia but when we arrived they did not have a room for us. We were told unexpectedly some rooms went down and the hotel was full so they did not have a room for us. At 10:30 pm the manager began to look for an alternative hotel despite other guests checking in while we waited. Eventually 30 mins later they said good news someone else cancelled so we can stay! If I had known that Expedia bookings were treated as a lower priority not guaranteed I would not have booked thru Expedia. Very dissapointing

    The ceiling vents had noticeable dust buildup, which contributed to throat irritation during our stay. In addition, the TV was quite small and offered only basic channels. We were so disappointed with the condition of the room that we chose to check out a day early. When we informed the front desk that we were leaving early, no one asked why or seemed interested in our concerns. That lack of interest only added to our frustration. Overall, we expected a much higher standard of accommodations and service. The condition of the room and the response from staff did not meet our expectations.

    Location was convenient When I first arrived the front desk person didn’t explain where my room was didn’t say anything about what time breakfast was or even where they served breakfast she didn’t even tell me which floor I was on just handed me the keys and let me figure it out I actually went to the wrong floor but I watched the same explain things to another guest and was very helpful to her this was very disappointing I’ve never been treated that way upon arriving to a hotel and the next morning I was questioned when I came down for breakfast I was treated like I didn’t belong there but I noticed others who were unlike me just came in and sat down with out being asked questions like what’s your room number or are you guests here I felt like I was being racially profiled it’s almost as if the employee was acting like I just walked in off the streets and she made me uncomfortable because she kept staring at me

    The clerk who checked me in was not pleasant and disrespected me when i had questions for her. People like her gives Marriott a bad name. She needs to be trained in diverse customer service. The other issue was the low water pressure in the shower with no markings for hot/cold on the shower faucet. The hot water was scalding hot! If those issues are addressed, I may consider booking another stay.

    The food at the hotel restaurant was not good. My dinner at the hotel restaurant was awful. I didn't think it was a complicated dish - grilled steak, mashed potatoes, and collard greens. Oh my - I could not eat it. The potatoes and greens were essentially some strange form of mush, and the thin steak was tough and dry.

The window in the room faced out to a brick wall no decent view. The refrigerator did not work. The tv remote control was not fully functional, The water during shower drained slowly. Room looked low quality and overall experience was below average but was only there for one night and was too tired from drive to complain about moving to another room. Rooms need to be updated,

No breakfast unless you are willing to pay $26 per person or buy individual items, side of bacon 2 strips are $7 No way to heat up food, paying $6 daily to park, long walk from parking deck to Hotel.     The room had someone else’s food in there, there were holes in the wall, torn bed skirt, hairs in our towels, lamp shade busted like there had been a fight… I was so happy to check out and get to my next hotel room. Marriott knows better for that price to give a subpar and unclean room.

    Staff were not accommodating. I made the reservation for my dad, and his name was on the reservation. However, the front desk staff and manager didn't see it. I notified Marriott reservation, booking,,ect. Finally the manger assisted and stated that this would be a " one time" request. My father waited over an hour. Staff unprofessional was rave and issue possibility. The fact that the room was paid in full and they gave us so much hassle is being beyond all of my understanding.

    We picked this hotel because of the convenience to what were doing. It was only my husband and I, we booked a King bed, however, we were given a double, the hotel said that ALL of the King beds were under maintenance. I was annoyed however, we were given complimentary breakfast Moving on, A special shoutout to Taylor G. who was there to park and retrieve our car, he returned my cell phone to my room, after I thought I had misplaced it. That was very kind of him to do so.

    First off, I paid about $150 more per night because this hotel advertised free EV charging. The only EVs accommodated were Teslas. No other charger type was installed. They sent me to the free garage near the theaters. It, also, only accommodated Teslas. Next, the handicapped parking is nicely close, but it is re-labeled as Marriott premium customer parking. While we’re discussing accessibility, the outer doors are manual, and the room doors block chair and walker use. I don’t need too much accommodation, but I asked for a shower with a seat. The disability chair they put in the shower almost completely blocked my entry. It was way too big. And, for some reason, both sink taps delivered hot water. When I ran it a bit that got better, so maybe it’s an overly long supply pipe. Staff was polite, but I can’t get past paying way too much for a hotel with chargers that are misrepresented.

    I had stayed at this property many times and never had a problem but this stay was different. We checked in at 630 and were assigned to a room. When we went to the room, it wasn't ready and the housekeeping team was quite rude when we asked how long it would be. We went back to the desk and got another room assignment. This room also was not ready but we waited a few minutes for them to finish. Once we settled in and were changing clothes, the housekeeping supervisor walked in on us without knocking! That night I had the worst night's sleep as the mattress was sagging and uncomfortable; my back hurt for the next two days. I had stayed there multiple times before and generally like Marriott. My daughter goes to college in the area so I stay overnight often, but I doubt I will stay there again. So sad.

    My recent stay at this Marriott property was deeply disappointing, starting from the moment I arrived. Finding the main entrance was challenging, as there was no clear signage, and I had to drive around the entire building before locating it. Once inside, the receptionist directed me to the parking lot without explaining how to get back to the hotel, leaving me struggling again. After finally checking in, I was told to return to my car to place a parking tag on my rearview mirror—a frustrating extra step. The parking lot elevator was in terrible condition, and even the hotel elevator showed signs of neglect with visible dust buildup. Despite the hotel being nearly empty, the receptionists seemed indifferent and rarely smiled. When I inquired about a possible discount for an event I was attending—something the organizer suggested I ask about—the receptionist flatly told me no and gave no indication of wanting to help. There was no effort to check with a manager or offer an apology, leaving me shocked by the lack of basic customer service. The view from our room was pleasant, and my son and I enjoyed the evening, but the positives stopped there. Early the next morning, I was interrupted by music coming through the vent system, making it difficult to concentrate on work. Additionally, the water in the bathtub was clogged and drained so slowly that it caused delays as we had to wait between showers. This was an unnecessary inconvenience, especially given the price we paid. Later, at breakfast, I discovered that what I believed to be an included meal (as confirmed by the event organizer) was not. The breakfast staff were kind enough to let us eat while I tried to resolve the issue with reception, but again, I was met with cold and unhelpful responses. The receptionist explained that because I booked through Booking.com, breakfast wasn’t included, and they refused to escalate the issue or offer any assistance. When I mentioned that I hadn’t received the booking link they referenced, they simply repeated that there was nothing they could do. Ultimately, I overpaid $110 for a full price for my one-night stay and an additional for breakfast that I should not have been charged for. Overall, this stay was a frustrating and disappointing experience. From poor communication and unhelpful staff to subpar cleanliness, unresolved issues, and a clogged bathtub, it fell far below the standards I expect from Marriott. I hope the management takes these points seriously to prevent future guests from having a similarly negative experience.

    This property is outstanding - certain staff like Bo and the waitress Vivian are so professional and helpful. They go above and beyond and the Marriott Team should be proud to have them onboard. Vivian is a gem and should be recognized for work. I’ve never had a waitress go out of her way the way this woman did. Wish the place had a hot tub. Doormen need to come out to the car to assist and not just wait for guests to bring bags in. ( doormen did do a great job once the bags were on the trolley. ) Hotel is clean and quiet.

    The first 25 spaces are reserved for "Valet" and when I asked for my car to be valeted, the desk clerk said "We don't valet." It felt unsafe to be walking deep into the the parking garage for items needed from the car. An employee at the hotel entrance just said "Hello" and didn't open the door for two older women struggling with bags and poorly maintained baggage cart. The cleaning staff was on our floor for hours with large trash bags and towels littering the hall. Each time we needed ice or vending machines they were lined up and down our hall obtrusively talking and working-It seemed the only floor with guests was our floor. Usually cleaning staff should be done by 4pm when we were checking in but they worked for hours before and after.
