The elevator is not working and I was on the 3rd floor. The carpeting was worn and not very clean. The lobby and hallway were hot. Breakfast was small muffins, cereal and waffles. The steam is safe, across from an indoor mall. The bed was lumpy, but i have to admitted the sheets and towels looked brand new. For the price it's not bad for a night or 2.

Rooms were okay, bathroom was updated. Convenient location. I decided to go with this hotel because it was rated 8 out of 10. It is really a 5 out of 10 hotel. It is really run down and dingy. You can’t tell from the pictures on the website. There is a smell in the hallways as well. The room was okay, but definitely dated. I would not stay again.

The bathroom was something to be desired. Shower floor looked like it hadn't been touched with bleach or cleaning products since installation. Sink had hair hair in it. Everything else was fine. Refrigerator was cold and freezer packs froze overnight. Staff, parking, and breakfast were great.

The first floor smelled of some sort of cooking that reeked. Breakfast was an after thought.

I love interacting with Ms.Kim Roberts she was so helpful whenever i needed help or advice. The price for a week is outrageous and the weekend price.

Had loud upstairs neighbors… up all night stomping around and moving things… nothing was really done about it! So sleep was hard to come by!found out in the morning it was teenagers playing video games all night (saw them carrying their special tv down in the morning)!!!

Our room seemed clean except for the floor. It felt sticky and my sock feet got dirty walking around in the room. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was skimpy, but the worst thing was how small the eating area was. There was a sign that said it was forbidden to take your breakfast back to your room. What are you supposed to do when there is nowhere to sit? Considering the reasonable cost, we were happy enough there.

I enjoyed my stay here.

It’s obvious to me that with the pubes being a recurring issue, the owner or some higher up has to be responsible for it. The front desk woman was clearly exasperated by the issue as she’s no doubt powerless to stop it from happening over and over again. If that’s the case, please seek therapy dude. Apart from that, we killed a cockroach in the bathroom on our second night, the breakfast was toast, muffins, and waffles which we were not interested in, and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Since my husband and I are moving to the area, we will always encourage our families to spend the $40 more per night to stay somewhere else.

Mostly clean room except for the nightstands, comfy bed, great and updated bathroom with LED mirror lighting. The room had a weird, dated, reflective, mirror-like wall completely covering the wall behind the bed, which initially made me question if it was a 2-way mirror. Thankfully, there was plenty of parking and I was able to park under a street light right in front of the entrance. As a solo female traveler, I was nervous staying here (one night - thankfully). The elevator definitely needs renovating - old, rickety, and a little dirty. The woman who checked me in was friendly and wonderful, as well as the man who checked me out. Breakfast was ok - I was in a rush and had a couple muffins and juice on my way out. No hot food, but there were waffles and cereal

Minor things: plenty of eletrical light, but in the wrong places for me; not enough plugs around the bed; no stopper for the sink; battery cover on the TV remote kept falling off; out of regular coffee the one time I went for breakfast. No deal breakers, but annoying enough to knock the rating down a peg.

Asked to speak with management or have management call me when I got the room for my sister having a domestic crisis and was given a hard time but at the end took care of my sister. But in my eyes I’m appreciative but the situation was not handled appropriately

The room was clean, updated and had a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable not too Firm or soft. My one vice would be the breakfast options or lack thereof. Only 2 kid cereals, waffle, and a few bread options. Even the juice was terrible, no fruit, or meat options. But for the price and cleanliness of the hotel, I would definitely stay again and eat breakfast elsewhere.

I have a video of a unidentified bug crawling on my bed. I shared with staff and attitude was as if he didn't give a damn! Breakfast was a joke. Definitely will not stay at this establishment again. Room 218 !!

Breakfast was hit and miss. Waffles, cereal (raisin bran&froot loops) and white bread. Sometimes they had mini muffins or yogurt. No fruit! Rooms are clean. You can smell the bleach. Walk in shower in handicap room is not roll in accessible with wheelchair. No chair to sit on either. Couldn't shower person in wheelchair.

Front counter was very nice however staffing seemed indicate front counter guy was running around doing many things. Breakfast needed more variety.

The building in general needed some basic upgrades: carpet, older wooden cabinets and doors and my shower needed to be restaned there was some brow rust residue on shower floor.

I always enjoy coming to this hotel when my partner comes into town. We love the cleanliness of the room and stand location. The shower is a great part of our stay. There are lots of food places to eat at. The hotels is always clean ant the staff is great. At this time there is not anything that we don't like about this hotel. We will be coming back to stay again real soon.

I loved this place! You can’t beat the quality for the price. It was a nice, small, clean room with a really nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Or you have to wait them 4 5 business days for it back. Front desk dude got butt hurt as im reading the sign and speaking to myself (which he can hear me) i state yea i need that back Friday morning. He toss my money back to me as if im getting smart or something. Talking about you can go. Which i wont cuz u won't about to keep my money booking money (book from a secondary site with no cancelation after book date). Dead serious i wont book here again after that one. I kept my cool but bruh had me pissed. Icebox didnt work right in the room. But the rooms are ok, best part was the bathroom/shower.

The hotel was middle of the road…comfortable but not luxury. We were in town for our child’s wedding and came in very late Saturday night. We talked to the desk clerk and requested a late checkout. He assured us that we could check out as late as 1 pm. Around 10:45, housekeeping tried to come in the room. We explained that we had arranged a late checkout. They came back around 11:45 and again around noon. We again told them we had been told 1 pm. About 5 minutes later we had another knock, this time saying that we had to leave because they never make late checkout after noon. I told him that the night desk clerk had assured us we were good till one and his response was that the clerk was new and they don’t allow it. So we packed up the last of our stuff and left, never to return.

This place is in need of a makeover. The interior and rooms are screaming for a refresh. The bathroom had been redone which was nice but the rest of room is in need. The mini fridge blocks the walkway around the bed. Our bed had 2 metal pieces sticking out, I caught my leg on it, which was not pleasant. The ironing board was broken in our room. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Horrible accommodations! Cleanliness of rooms and building were less than desirable. We were charged a $50 refundable deposit if we didn’t smoke or cause any damage…well the place smelled like marijuana! The hotel was loud and sleep was constantly disrupted with guests that lacked any respect for noise and time of night. It was a terrible experience and would not recommend it to ANYONE!

It was my 1st time staying in a Microtel so I didn't know what to expect. The look of the hotel & location wa sketchy but once I walked in, it wasn't that bad.The room was decent, but the main issue was the cleanliness. My bathroom shower floor was dirty, & there was hair in several places in the shower. There is no way they cleaned it. There were also small hairs in the sink. I was disgusted. I ended up going to the front desk about my bathroom 4 times over the during my weekend stay & STILL didn't have a clean bathroom when I left. The first time I was told that with it being a weekend they couldnt promise it would get cleaned. so I assumed there was no cleaning staff on weekends because they did tell me that they don't do room service, you have to request what you need.The 2nd time I talked directly with the manager who did send someone while I was gone, but when i came back, I had clean towels and rags but the sink and shower were still dirty. This time I showed it to him myself. So he sent someone back again. When I came back most of the hair was gone which let me know they came but the floor of the shower was still gross. The manager had the nerve to complain to me about a towel when I have been in a dirty bathroom all weekend. At check out I asked for a refund. we ended up arguing & he literally laughed in my face & said "you're picky picky. You think you're supposed to have a sparkling clean bathroom". And they won't respond to hotels.com to approve my refund.

I love the Microtel. The area outside is a little iffy but the hotel itself is great for the price. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. They accommodated our request for a room on the first floor. Breakfast was delicious. This was my 3rd stay and I’ll definitely stay again

You get breakfast in the morning and anything and everything you could want is within walking distance and you are right by interstate so it’s a great location as well. Fast becoming one of my favorite motels in the area

IT Was CLEAN

The key to my door never worked. When I entered the room, the top of the door of the refrigerator was dirty. I tried to clean it with my alcohol wipes. The commode had feces in it. I tried to flush it but to no avail. I had planned on staying an extra day, however because of the refrigerator and commode I decided to leave. I had stay there on Thanksgiving and the day after. My room was much cleaner during that stay.

Renovating but what has been done has improved the property - new rugs and flooring, showers instead of tub/shower combo, better lighting. My room provided me exactly what I needed - great bed, plenty of hot water, and quiet - as I spent day with friends. Desk clerk was personable and efficient. Breakfast offerings were good for the level of hotel.

1st Room I was provided the tv did Not work so I was provided a Different Room that had Roaches. Staff was Amazing. However, some Guests was Smoking at Front door Entrance and I was having difficulties as I'm Allergic to Cigarette and Marijuana smoke.

The room keys never worked we had to keep going to front desk when ever we wanted to get back into the room. The tv didn’t work. Bugs were crawling every where.

This was a one night stay. I traveled alone and felt the parking lot could have had better lighting to make me feel safer. The room was great. A comfortable bed with a nice bathroom.

I went to workout and the treadmill wasn't working. I was extremely disappointed. I went out and purchased a gym outfit and wasn't able to use it.
