The bathroom was barely tolerable and the shower was disgusting and looked so old it was peeling. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, and the baseboards were coming up almost everywhere. I almost had a roach crawl on me in my sleep.

I liked the layout and the spa tub was nice. The bed was comfortable as well. Everything was on the dated side but the decor was nice. Everything worked; lights, TV, refrigerator, spa tub jets, ect. It was quiet even through the rain storms that we had. Check in and check out was fast which I did appreciate. I never got maid service even when I put the requesting maid service on my door. I did see a few baby roaches in the room. It said on their site it had complimentary breakfast but the 3 times I went up to check it out the area was closed ( I tried 3 different times, right when it was supposed to be going on, and half way through, and near the end). The bed was clean and comfortable but the carpet looked gross. I kept my shoes on the whole time till it was time for bed.

Easy to get to the coliseum, the room was clean. No full length mirror in the room and lack of vending options.

Checked in went to the room they assigned me. Used the bathroom and along with the toilet paper holder broken off the wall, the toilet would not flush. Looked at the tank and it was not filling. I had to explain to them that I just wanted a different room ( they weren’t going to fix both issues, and whatever else I didn’t notice, immediately). The second room was 2 queens, rough looking but acceptable at the bare minimum. Still smelled like weed like the other. I won’t come back to this place.

I walked in the room, turned on the air conditioning and made sure the toilet flushed. Then I headed to the dollar store and Walmart to purchase items to make the room livable for an evening and just never returned. Didn’t even care about getting my money back.

The person who checked us is was so nice and friendly. He was amazing! The room was mostly clean but had a weird smell. Sonic in walking distance and the bed wasn't the comfiest. But good for the price

There was a piece to a se(x) toy that my two year old found underneath the bed which means that wasn’t cleaned at all. And the door to the room had a half inch wide gap between where the door ended and the floor. Bugs could just come right in! Horrible place, especially for the price. But I knew it would take longer to get a refund and couldn’t afford to request to change to another room.

There was construction the whole time daughter called to let them know that I was in a wheelchair and they tried to put us on the second floor anyways kids were running up and down the room up above and kids were running outside until 5:00 in the morning everyday when told office staff they said that they would talk to the people that were running around all night and making noise.

Door did not go to thr floor, inviting bugs to come in. I'm aware that it's a lower cost hotel, but a dump is still a dimp.

First and foremost good day but I cannot believe I seen roaches bathroom was not clean I had to use my own cleaning products to clean the bathroom the bed was hard as hell the door had messed up paint all of it on the back of it I will never stay there again I was very very disappointed and I stayed there for two days that's why I didn't even speak up on the road just cuz I still had to stay I had to go buy some stuff to take care of that I will never ever ever say that again very Paul I wish I wish I never spent my money so waste of time have a blessed day

There was a sign saying the office is closed 11 pm to 9 am. That is bizarre for a motel! I didn't get in till 11:30 Friday night, so I guess I am lucky someone was there at all?

When I got to the office the manager was very nice but when I got to the room it was very run down and not very clean but when I woke up in the night there were bugs crawling around and I woke up with one on the ceiling above me the bathtub hasn’t been cleaned in ten years

Rooms were not as photos. Roaches were found in the bedroom. Receptionist made me feel like I was lying when asking him for a refund because of those reasons and rejected to watch the video I recorded with the roaches roaming around the bedroom floor and walls.

We showed up and waited 20 mins before I finally walked around the building to find someone to check us in. And I can't forget the roaches. They are charging way too much for any room in this hotel. It looks shady and the graffiti that says F### the police doesn't help.

The check in was very easy. In fact, easiest check in I have ever had. They had already turned on the air conditioner for us so the room would be cool. It was in fact very cold in there when we entered. I made the comment that I was glad he had turned it on because it felt good after a long, hot day at Busch Gardens. I flipped the light on and my boyfriend immediately went to the wall and killed a roach. He went into the bathroom and there were several more. I let the front desk attendant know and he offered a can of spray, but we really didn't want to smell that all night, so we declined. He was very nice and apologetic about the whole situation. We stayed, because there wasn't another room anywhere. The beds were very comfortable, and other than the roaches, it was a decent place. I suggested they get an exterminator to come in and he said they come in once a month, but he'd request them to come more since there was that problem in our room.

There was roaches in the room. The floor in front of the door inside of the room has a hole and I twisted my ankle cause it’s hidden under the carpet. The stairs to go to the second floor are falling apart. The ice machine was not working. I do have to say that The A/C works great.

Found 3 cockroaches. During our 2nd day, they rented my room to somebody else, and that person opened the door while we were getting dressed. ( Don't worry, we already had clothes on). We found our room at night, the same way as we left it in the morning, they didn't even do bed. So much noise from other rooms. Fire alarm was beeping continuously. No telephone in rooms to call reception, so I had to walk to the front desk like 10 times. All I've got from the stuff is: sorry, sorry , sorry sorry................ Unfortunately this happen during the 4th of July weekend and we couldn't find any other hotel near by otherwise we would have moved the very first day.

Overall the stay was nice. Could use a little TLC. Location was great. No breakfast as stated. Staff was very nice. Could have used a ice machine.

I booked two rooms for this stay. One king spa with a jacuzzi and a regular King for a friend. When i tell you I had absolutely nothing in my room with the jacuzzi, i am not exaggerating. No towels, no remote for the tv, no fridge no microwave. literally nothing but a damn bed. the room obviously had not been cleaned. There was hair in the shower, hair in the sink, hair on the sheets and pillowcase. there was blood on the damn bed. for the price i cant complain too damn much with the jacuzzi but i at least expect a clean room. The room had not been cleaned at all. absolutely disgusting. they dont serve breakfast like advertised either.

Property is run down, though they are trying to fix it. No coffee, ice, or vending machine. Room parts on the landings, toilets, dressers, mattresses. Kids out playing until midnight and loud. Room door was weird and opened pushing the handle up, they added a sticker after I struggled with it and called for help. Needed the key reprogrammed a few times. TV would not work, I said not to worry as I was going to bed early and leaving the next morning and to deal with it after I left. Well, when the new shift came on at 10pm, they called the room at 10:17pm, waking me, to see if I needed it fixed....uh, no, I was asleep. Then asleep again until loud music at 11:30pm.

As far as rest and a place to stay, it was suitable. I was not able to connect to WiFi as it was very important to get some school work done and assignments turned in. I mentioned it to the office and they checked. Everything showed connected. After leaving the motel laptop went right back to operating normally. This put me behind three days.

The room was very dirty. I'm glad we only stayed for one night. Also no sofa bed which was the reason we got this room for. It was upsetting they did not have it.

Very old cigarette burns in comforters. Shower drain clogged. Staff was friendly but place needs some care.

The staff did allow me to check in to my room early but several things were wrong. The toilet didn’t work at all.

We got the room with a jacuzzi, thats what made the night for us, only thing that didnt was the way the room looked, water damaged floor, rusty door hinges, in the morning the window was soaking wet, and we found a couple hairs in the bed, and the room didnt look like the picture.
