Staff especially the GM made the stay absolutely horrible. Was checked into a dirty room not once but twice and then was laughed at.

No routine room clean in a 3 night stay- “just ask for a service and we’ll refresh your room/ towels”- we asked, they didn’t do anything. Seems to be ran on a shoestring despite the top-dollar room rates!!

I usually stay at another location when I’m in the area, but but my usual spot decided to steal my wife’s purse so I will start staying here. The only negative thing I would say is there was a weird smell throughout the halls but other than that, my room was clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel is old. Pictures are nice online but once you get inside it could be deceiving. The carpet is old, the shower curtains need changing, the fridge is old and dirty. Need new doors and the hall smelled old. The room was clean. Need a make over.

The room was clean. The showers were a little outdated.Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Everything was fresh and hot. There was music playing in the background that increased the good vibes in the atmosphere.

The breakfast was what i would expect. A wide choice of items, clean area and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A very nice motel at a fair price. Very quiet motel that sits far enough from the highways to avoid the nighttime road noises. I am 6’ tall. The dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower are mounted at my eye level in room 323. I nearly caught an eye full of soap. Luckily not! I have to question why in the world were these mounted so high. It would be quite a challenge for my wife, 5’, to use these. It may or may not be the motels fault, but the tv was buffering on every channel.

I was asked if I wanted my room cleaned, I agreed, but it wasn’t done. There were brown spots on my shower curtain. I asked that it be changed. So, housekeeping came in the room to change the shower curtain, but didn’t clean the room.

Our stay is very unfortunate. The hotel is dirty, has a foul odor, and maintained poorly. Waste of money. Should have stayed some place else. Felt like my husband and I stayed at Motel 6.

Everything was great! We were in for a sporting event and everything was safe and clean. I would book here again. The bed was a little hard.

Staff did not go above and beyond of trying to have my reservation honor. So basically I did not stay at the hotel because of staff saying my reservation wasn’t honored

I didnt care for the tub. It appeared there was a water issue noticed by the wall and the stain in the tub. It appeared the water couldn't turn completely off which was probably the reason for the stain. Yet the water pressure was nice and we had a hot shower.

Dirty lobby worn out seating with stains. Bathroom in room wasn't cleaned well urine around the toilet outdated no additional toilet paper rolls in bathroom.

I'm sure management is aware of the issues with this property and should take this complaints serious. They need to upgrade this location if they are to continue charging the prices they do to stay here. They really are giving the Holiday Inn Express brand a bad name. Seriously......

I love the location, it was pretty easy to navigate to and from , the morning breakfast staff was awesome!!! Very positive vibes atmosphere and attitude, hospitality was on point! Super friendly and helpful!!! The fact that my linen was dingy and suspected to be dirty and I asked for more and I was told there was none to give me, basically leaving me to just deal with it , no solution offered in any way

The bathroom was not very clean and there was water damage on the walls. For the price I paid for a one night stay, I expected so much better. Also, the hotel has high ratings, so I trusted previous customer experience.

I booked the 2 double-bed suite. The fabric on all of the chairs were stained and discolored. Simply put -- they looked dirty. I flipped the cushions on the couch and found an uncomfortable amount of food crumbs. Several tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked or uneven. The soap and lotion pumps by the sink were clogged. When I pressed down on one of the pumps -- the liquid flew outward (instead of downward) and stained my shirt. Perhaps the most alarming thing happened during breakfast. I went to grab a milk for my young son and discovered that ALL of the milk containers were expired by 3 days!

The desk clerk had to leave the checkin area to find out when my room would be ready. This lasted for about 30 minutes. Other than that, everything else was ok. A omelette bar would be nice.😊

I've stayed at many Holiday in Express locations and this was by far the worst. The room was filthy. We would keep shoes by the bed because we didn't dare walk on the floor. The furniture was in rough shape, with the chair upholstery being completely worn through. Sound transfer was also terrible. We slept very poorly.

This room was not ada compliant. The bed was high, the toilet was low, and the shower bench was too low and too far from the faucet and soap.

It was a nice place to stay but had several issues with the room. The bathroom faucet water barely dribbled out. Because it was a handicap room water would drain onto the floor when you took a shower. The A/C made hissing noise while running which made it hard to sleep.

I've stay here several times. Although it's not a newer hotel, they do everything right! I'm not big on breakfast but there was a varied spread and I heard no complaints from anyone. It was nice to see the kitchen staff smiling and speaking to people.

As soon as I walked in the door I could smell the cleanliness. Fromt desk staff greeted me right away. Told me about the wifi and the complimentary breakfast. My room was amazing ans spacious. I slept like a baby.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with the one strange exception of housekeeping. I had the sign on my door indicating i didn't want housekeeping and a guy pounded on my door anyway. Room was clean but needs some repairs. Tub stained and furniture next to bed chipped abd damaged. Matteess very lumpy.

I felt welcomed as I drive onto the property. The staff was excellent and I fell in love with my room(suite). I’m definitely going to return.

Property was fine, clean, and reasonably priced. Hotel was further away from airport than identified and no shuttle was available. A taxi would have been $200 for around trip to airport. Ended up renting a car for less. Criteria used in search was ‘close to airport with shuttle’. Neither was accurate.

The breakfast was excellent and the front office staff courteous. It was very loud from the interstate noise and every time somebody would close the door to the stairwell. The pool was closed for maintenance both days I was there.

This property is very dated. The shower had mold in the caulking, shower curtain rod brackets were peeling the chrome, the carpet floors were in poor shape and stained.

Surprised at stains on chairs, section missing from the carpet in the suite, loose floor tiles in the bathroom, and bottom wall tile missing. When first entering the room it smelled like old vomit. We did not use the living room part but stayed in the bedroom portion. Used this as kitchen, sitting area, and sleeping. Surprised at conditions.

Little get away for myself & Hubby, great location, front desk excellent customer service, took a while to bring uo my reservation that i made online, ice machine on our floor was not working, room was nice except for the wad of hair & a red pill on the floor under the bathroom sink.

Staff members were very helpful, polite, and professional. Room was clean and comfortable.

Property was fine, but the advertising and listing stated there was a shuttle to the airport which there was not. This was challenging as we were there without transportation, we had to arrange other tabs transportation to the airport. The main reason we chose this hotel was proximity to the airport and the shuttle. You may want to check /change this on the listing.

Good, convenient place to sleep, but the bathroom was dirty and the room was dated and had a slight odor. Will stay down the road next year when we are in the area.

The property is nice and they do offer a wide selection for breakfast. The only thing that I was disappointed about was the fact that they don’t offer airport shuttle services anymore and that the hotel does not have a hot tub

Good location, nice pool, coffee 24/7 (which I love), friendly staff, decent breakfast, comfortable bed. The desk chair in the room I was in had the 'leather' peeling off from the seat - was really in bad condition. Shower/tub could have been cleaned a little better - mold around soap dish area.

Received bad customer service, I booked room through Expedia, my flight was delayed, never checked in and they did not approve my refund.

The room was clean their check in/out process was very easy and smooth. Will definitely book with them again and they never disappoint !

My only complaint was the lack of any shade on the patio outside the dining area.

Hotel is starting to show the need for some TLC. It's totally fine, but every once in a while you see something that needs updating.

Could be much cleaner. Suggest no carpet in bedrooms. Carpet was sticky

The room was hot and it took forever for it to cool down. 6 am Saturday morning and the Sysco truck was slamming doors and making terrible noise. Bathroom shower constantly dropped and the tile around the floor was disgusting

The facility was very clean, the furniture up to date the bedroom size very comfortable. Definitely will revisit Holiday Inn Express in the future.

The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The young man at the front desk was excellent and had an amazing personality.

No problem with room. The exercise room didn't have wipes to clean equipments or water to drink.

I was in town for an event at a different property down the road, and chose this Holiday Inn because of the proximity and cost. The room was clean, but the hotel overall looks like it could do with a refresh. The parking area seemed insufficient, and unfortunately someone opened their door into my car hard enough to leave a significant amount of paint on the door (not Holiday Inn's fault, of course). There were also some people that had lawn chairs and were hanging out in the parking lot taking up a spot. They didn't seem to bother anyone, but it was odd.

The hotel needs a makeover but the location was perfect and the staff were freat. Breakfast was ok.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Customer service was a homerun.

The staff is always so friendly and polite. The rooms are always comfortable. My ac unit kept going in and out. But beside that it was a great stat.

We asked for service but no one ever came!
