horrible experience wouldn't recommend it over priced housekeeper doesn't exist and if you want need anything it an extra change just to get new towels and sheet ever other day they changed an extra fee

Wow the key was not working several times. I had to Keep going back to get the card reprogrammed several times we were very inconvenienced. I asked for a refund this was totally unacceptable. The property manager and Expedia representative was going back on forth about which one was going to refund me. I was told by a Expedia representative I would receive a refund within 5-7 business day’s. So I’m waiting I think Expedia should look into who they partnership with before allowing people to stay there based upon the reviews. Yes people may be economically having some issues they still deserve a well maintained place.

There was NOTHING to like about this hotel. There were roaches, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom causing a hole. The carpet was filthy. The A/C units filter needs to be changed. Due to the mold I had a headache all night long and didn’t sleep. The hallways were filthy with dirt, spiderwebs, cigarette butts, and trash. The elevator was dirty abandoned smelled of urine. Or maybe that was the hallway? Who knows. This place needs to be blown up and redone. It is awful. And don’t get me started about the sketchy people hanging around outside. Never felt safe. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never again?!! See previous question

The first room given to me rm 236 key door pad didn't work. The staff kept saying the key pad freeze at a certain temperature. Prevent guests from entering certain rooms. They eventually switched my room on the second night I believe. I didn't like how nonchalant the first lady was. Knowing that room door was a issue! Room 230 was great!

It was okay but I had to clean my own room and especially the floors I had to sweep from the bathroom to the front door and I mean a lot of old food was in the floor

Check in, with only two party group ahead of me took 40 minutes. Kitchenette with stove, microwave, sink, but no fridge to store perishables or leftovers, and no ice to keep items in a cooler.

The walkways were filthy, the room floor was sticky, the mattress cover was brown, and we had to ask for pillows. I saw every hour of the night worried about the area. Was someone coming in? I will pay double elsewhere to not be worried about my safety. The only positive was the friendliness of the one staffer.

It was very comfortable for what it was definitely a nice room to rest your head at when traveling for a little while. Not to modern but had everything you need to cook rest shower and even watch tv.

No housekeeping service for the entire 28 days. The luggage trolley was broken when I arrived & still broken when I left. Tv cable went out nearly every day. Water was turned off 3 times to repair broken water pipes.

Luggage carts are disgusting. The person checking me in smelled bad, had yellow hands and beard from smoking so much! Most of the staff was outside all the time smoking!!! Floors were sticky everywhere!!

We called in advance to confirm this was okay and they agreed. She took over two hours to come to the office to check us in. The room was not what we booked. When we entered it around 4:30am, it had been recently smoked in, not just cigarettes. It smelled of elicit drugs, the microwave was still hot, and the bathroom smelled rancid. The dresser had ash on it. The floor had dirts, trash and eaten sunflower seeds. We slept in our car in the parking lot because this room was uninhabitable. They also refused to refund our payment for other rooms we had for kids traveling for a team competition. Homeless people were lurking outside day and night. This place is filthy and unsafe. Stay away. We are still trying to get our money back because the rest of our party also all checked out without staying the whole time.

Guests played TV loud - all night long. Seems like that's how they sleep. Debris and filth in the stairwell. Smelled like pee. The room came with a stove, fridge, microwave and sink but absolutely no kitchen tools. There were two plastic cups. No coffee cups. The bed was comfortable enough and the room clean enough.

Nice location First off they made me pay $100 deposit after I got here second they told me it was a non-smoking facility and a non-smoking room and when I checked in there was burn marks on the bathtub from cigarettes if you’d like I can send you a picture of them on the bathtub because if they try to charge me, we’re gonna have a big problem. I’m not a smoker.

Location Room Card activator quit working so I had to find a member of the staff to give me access to my room many many times! And this was in the freezing winter evening that I could not get into my room. And had to use a telephone in an open, windy breezeway to call in my complaint, to get someone to come let me into my room that I had paid for.

Room did not look like the pics. Had carpet in half the room , however shows like a laminate flooring on the web site. Entry door did not have proper weather seal around it. When the person that was parked in front of the room started his truck up the fumes came into the room. Shower had poor hot water and poor water pressure. Shower shows fancy attachments, however they do not work. No coffee maker in the rooms, if you wanted clean towel you had to pay for them. When checking in you get the rules. It was like prison and not a vacation. Horrible place. I would like a refund.

This place has gone downhill. If you can stay somewhere else then please do. They no longer provide cooking equipment and you have to pay for it. Not sure if you keep it or “rent” it.

I would not recommend staying here. The area is kind of “iffy” and the rooms are horrible. The water smells and there are transients all over the property. I ended Jo leaving in the middle mad be hunt because didn’t feel safe sleeping

Shopping centers were close by. On a disappointing note, a couple of roaches paid a visit. Recommend getting a professional exterminator to treat the rooms.

We would like to see some cooking ware and eating wares. One chair for two isn't cool. The chemicals used on the floor was sticky after drying they are using too much or nit following the instructions on the chemicals. However, tgey dud come back too clean the floors.

This needs to be refunded. When I got to the hotel last night there was no front desk staff at all. I waited around for hours before giving up and going somewhere else.

It was not at all like what was online. Door was ajar and very old and smoky - filthy - we had already checked in, but we immediately left and went to a Marriott close by. I would take this site off of your listings.

The kitchen outlet was black where it had burned. The toilet seat was broken. The kitchen handle was just hanging on. The curtains were halfway off the rod. The crack in the door was large enough for bugs to come in. Very old and smelled terrible. I had to go buy air freshener just to be able to stay there. When we checked in, there was a note that said out to lunch be back in 30 minutes. No seats to sit in and wait. Breakfast was a breakfast bar but when we went to get one, the door was locked with a sign be back in 30 minutes gone to lunch! Will not stay there again.

It was pretty average. The bed was terrible. It was way to hard. There was supposed to be a grab and go breakfast and they had none. The price was fair. It had a kitchenette, so we were able to do some cooking.

My room was clean and the bed was adequately comfortable. It was definitely not something to write home about for comfort, however. Unfortunately, the problem was that the front desk staff put me into a room with a known faulty door and when I returned from the wedding I was in town for, I was locked out. The front desk called the on-call maintenance staff, but it took hours for the person to arrive. In the meantime, I was able to get another room, but my belongings were stuck inside my original room with the faulty door. I did not get my belongings until 2am!! Despite my significant inconvenience, the hotel staff were all very kind and respectful throughout the experience.

The staff was polite, nice and professional! They were eager to answer all my questions! From Check-in to Check-out, the entire staff was amazing! The room was nice and quiet, I couldn't hear any of my neighbors!

It had not been swept or vacuumed, there was a roach leg on the wall, there was a roach and a spider, there was food residue in the sink and the stove, a used water bottle behind the chair, used soap in the bathroom, and the outside of the tub had not been cleaned. Also the bathroom door would not close/lock.

In short, my room was not clean. Upon arrival they gave us a key to someone else’s room. Once we actually were put into a vacant room the towels were dirty, floor was completely stained & sticky. Stains on walls. Cockroach legs on walls. “Kitchen” area looked filthy and falling apart. Our first night there was a fight that broke out in front of our door, we were unable to go up until the police arrived to diffuse the situation. And even then I listened to a girl screaming because whoever was going to jail. I chose this extended stay for my 2 night stay based on reviews. I could’ve stayed at a 1 star rating and got the same experience for alot less.

The room had a bad smell. The cabinets and small dresser was very old and falling apart. The pictures on the website were not what the hotel actually was.

I was too tired to go through any more aggrivation so I tried to get some sleep and get up to go back to work. i didnt use any appliances or anythi ng else in the room, simply slept a few hours and left. Then they have the nerve to charge me $250 for SMOKING!!!! I do not smoke and never have. I am furious. I called and asked for thee manager and am awaiting his call. I will be calling back. They charged more than my receipt on hotels.com was and then i still paid the additional $100 deposit. I will NEVER STAY here again. Its super convenient but every stay has been marred with some disaster or another. NEVER AGAIN. I am a registered nurse and have to be nicotine free for my job. Furious!

Price was ok. But this property had cockroach. Not very clean. Front desk staff made me wait for 1 and 1/2 hour for check-in because they are unable to find my reservation in their system. I asked for toaster multiple times, but it was not available.

Out all of the traveling I’ve done and hotels I’ve stayed this is the worst trust me do not do not reserve here. You’ll be in the office room resolving problems then in your room. Smelly rooms, bad costumer service. They don’t give you room you reserved

Do these places even clean thoughly anymore? The sheets and bath tubs were clean, but I don't think the floors were cleaned. I know for sure the window seal was not cleaned, or they would have seen the dead roach that was on the window seal.

The Heat unit did not cut on. No one was available at 2am when I got back to the room. The room ph didn’t work. They said maintenance didn’t come in until 9. I just left and headed back to home.

It was ok for overnight room 226 was clean and bed was comfortable.like it say Extended stay People do reside there but the property was clean For a state on a budget one night or so not a bad place to stay

The stay was nothing exceptional but the price was good. My complaint is the room was not clean like I expected. All lamp fixtues had dust and spiderwebs (spiders too) on them. Lots of roaches outside and around the building. Thankfully no roaches in the room except for 1 really small in the bathroom. Other than that the was fine. Parking was pretty full but usually space to park behind the building. Given the choice I would not stay again or recommend.

I have stayed in other extended stays but nothing like this.. there are long term living guest there.. you can tell as they have their camping chairs and personal grills set up on the back side of the property close to their doors.. they would congregate in the hallways and stairs talking loud and slamming doors. No consideration for regular guest. It Seemed to be an attraction for the homeless folks.. Room was smelly a combination of cigarettes and just old and dingy smell. Pretty pricey for the type of environment you get. Should be considered an inn.. bed is super hard could not sleep. We were considering leaving in the middle of night.. room service never came on the two nights we stayed. very disappointing to say the least!

Hotel pictures need to be updated hotel was very low maintenance bugs it didn’t feel clean . Would not recommend very loud noises from people above not just one person .

The room smelled like something died in it the toilet was constantly running and the carpet and headboard were ripped I was only there long enough to look around the room and I went back to the front desk to request a refund because I decided to just go to a different hotel and they wouldn’t give me my money back it was a wast of time and money I will never stay in any of the hotels owned by this company ever again

Garage can outdoors weren’t concealed and had no overs. Roach in my room and the door was not sealed properly which meant rodents can enter the room.

Got there and was helped by the front desk. Tony was working at the time, she had a very pleasant attitude. I did get sent to a room that had a bad smell but they fixed it right away no questions asked.

The room was clean but shabby. The hallways and stairs were filthy and have not been cleaned in years. Disgusting! All the garbage cans in the laundry room and the outside storage areas were full and overflowing. Plus there were heaps and heaps of garbage behind the building. Looked like they have not used a garbage collector in months. The place is a slum all around the building. Looked like "guests" were homeless used to living in a slum. Couldn't wait to check out. Gave me the creeps.

This location is extremely poor when it comes to the cleaning. My first night I had some kind of drink sticky liquid stain on the floor. The fridge handle was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch it. Inside of the fridge made me wanna throw up. Open the Cabo under the sink and there was black moldy spots. I had asked for dishes and there was wet mold in one of my bowls. They could at least have someone do outside door maintenance and make sure the elevator, stairs, and walkways aren’t filled with nasty cobwebs, bugs, dirty, etc. the only thing that is stopping me from marking this property terrible was the sweet old lady who worked at the front desk. She was very pleasant.

The parking lot was dirty and the front desk staff is not on one accord ... they all tell you something different. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be staying here ever again!

Roaches and mice. People yelling 2am evey night. Was miserable.

The dirtiest most foul smelling hotel i ever stayed at. Stains all over the carpet. No blanket. There was garbage under the beds and behind the chair. Stains all over the walls, and what i assume is mucus on the lamp shade. I wasn't able to get a refund and i refuse to sleep in such filthy conditions. Beware of this place.
