I appreciate that they accept pets, although not all breeds. They feature a swimming pool in their photos in fact, even when you book the room, you receive messages regarding the pool's hours and other details yet when we were actually there, they wouldn't let us use it. The staff member I asked about using the pool was even a bit aggressive in their response. The bathroom was in terrible condition: the trash can didn't have a liner, the floor was dirty, and so on. And the room doesn't have a microwave.

staff was good. police was on the property , there is some people was not comfortable . it was not good with family . all the night there is some one taking outside. no microwave . no wifi . no clean bed sheet . not clean bathroom . smoking small in the room 172. no coffee in the morning , not proper bed side table lamp or changer points. it was just bad and bath. will not book next time.

The rooms were quite easy to find, the lettering was big enough to read while driving around which is a perk maybe the only perk…. The property was quite interesting, the bathroom didn’t have a door which is a new level of bonding for those who are together or if your into that I guess… The bed was not sturdy and quite loud, from even sitting on it the noise was extremely loud…the walls quite thin being able to hear the other rooms tv show playing. Th floor aswell had a hole and the remote had old bandaid glue residue which makes me wonder about the overall hygiene. A few un-expected visitors came out to say hello for a bit and even get personal and touchy… they know their crowd and the perfect time to come out, apart from their relatives memory on the walls. Overall the pricing was decent but not decent enough to let roaches hang out for the night.

The staff was really good. The room was clean, but old and worn down. The reason for a bad review can be summed up in one word, cockroaches. Cockroaches. I did not like the cockroaches.

You can just tell the furniture and lamps are really old , everything metal is rusted and the furniture is pretty old and beat up. You can feel the mattress needs to be retired, Felt like I was sinking, and had a few strange neighbors , whenever I cams outside he came outside , just watching for me I guess, maybe I’m thinking to much into it but as I was leaving he started recording me pack and leave . I felt odd Like I’m a stranger at thier motel, well I am and it’s a motel. I won’t go back to that EZ-8 anytime soon , but the price made me happy. So there’s a plus. I guess And I have bad knees so I appreciate the accessibility. Thank you!

I didnt have great expectations because it was inexpensive, but it was trashed. It was so bad that i challenged myself to stay the prepaid 4 days just to know in the future that whatever room i stay in, it could be worse. The check-in took more than 15 min at the side window outside when the wind was blowing about 50 degrees outside. The door handle was so hard to open, so I have swipe the card multiple times to get in. Then, I found couple of cockroaches on the wall behind the TV crawling around. Knowing that the rate was economical, I then decided to keep my complaints to myself

The room needs fixing and cleaning the floors were still dirty. I had white socks on, and they were just black on the bottom of my socks, and there were roaches everywhere, I did not feel comfortable sleeping there so I left I checked out at 1 am .

I really hate to leave a bad review for a place, but just be aware: The room was adequate, the door locked, but beyond that it was a pretty miserable stay. Lumpy pillows, creaky mattress, lights didn't work well, and there were baby roaches running around all over the bathroom. At first I thought they were confused ants, but no. I'm grateful to not have encountered an adult member of the family, but totally unacceptable level of uncleanliness.

E-Z8 is a solid, no-frills, two-star property in an excellent location at good value rates. Their WiFi is an extra $6/day so use your own hotspot if you have one. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner too. The rooms have refrigerators but no microwave (one is available for the whole property in the laundry room.) The TVs are small with limited channels, but the rooms are quiet. It’s been an excellent commuter rental for me.

The place was very worn, walls patched in our room, paint on walls and around doorways worn. The glazing on the bathtub was all worn iff, we did not use the shower. The towels were very small and thin. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a gap around the door but the lock was secure. Carpet old and didn’t look clean. Would not stay there again.

Parking was open with spots right by my room. But the shower did not work at all which was not discovered until shortly before I had to leave for a meeting. Extremely inconvenient and problematic. And the staff didn't believe me that it wasn't functioning. The AC was also broken leaving the room stuffy.

Parking was open with spots right by my room. But the shower did not work at all which was not discovered until shortly before I had to leave for a meeting. Extremely inconvenient and problematic. And the staff didn't believe me that it wasn't functioning. The AC was also broken leaving the room stuffy.

I noticed there was big cockroaches on the walls and bathtub.. carpet definitely had urine, there was a strong penetrating smell emanating from the floor. Front desk isn’t very welcoming..

Staff were nice but I don’t think I went five minutes without seeing a cockroach or bug. Not the cleaning staffs, fault but place is run down.

In all of my 46 years I’ve never stayed in such a gross disgusting hotel in my life!!! I had a pay at hotel option n for some reason they charged my credit card 4 hrs before I even checked in!! I had a certain card I was gonna use n they charge me on another. The room was soo disgusting, the carpet was sooo dirty it looked like they place an old carpet over n existing one, the walls were dirty, cigarette burns on the thin blanket, no outlets near the bed( other side of the room. Mold n grime all over the baseboards n the bathroom ceiling the vent was beyond gross!!! The bed was like sleeping on plywood. Loud people well into the early morning. The shower looked sooo disgusting I didn’t even want to take a shower!!! Definitely would not walk around barefooted I felt sooo dirty just standing in that room !!!! I couldn’t wait to check out!!!! There were sooo many bad patch jobs on doors wall n ceiling it’s like a they weren’t even trying to hide it !!! Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in !!!

The best part of this stay was the price. If your goal is to save money then this is the spot for you. The bathtub had debris and appeared not to have been cleaned. Staff at front desk were kind.

This property was roach infested, roaches crawling on the bed and walls.

Great accommodation for the price. Supportive staff and especially the cleaning staff who do an extraordinary job.

Bring your own cleaning supplies and clean everything before using
