Please note the following issues: Housekeeping Schedule: The housekeeping team needs better planning and consistency. One day my room cleaning was entirely skipped. The following day, the room was cleaned far too early, while I had briefly stepped out for a cup of coffee, and before I had a chance to shower and check out. Common Area Climate Control: The lobby and lounge areas were uncomfortably warm. While I understand the desire to conserve energy, compromising guest comfort to this extent will ultimately lead to a loss of customers. Furniture Condition: The furniture in the room desperately needs deep cleaning or replacement. The futon/sofa, its mattress, and the pillows on it were dirty and heavily stained. I have been a loyal customer of Marriott Courtyard for many years, but due to the poor quality of this stay, I will likely begin looking at other hotel chains for my future travel needs.

Elevator and hallways were dirty and damaged. Rooms need updating, carpet is old and snagged. Smelled like fried tortillas when I walked in my room.

The parking lot has no lights. On doesn’t feel safe to park at night to go to their room.

The rooms are newly renovated, the modern pool and whirlpool/ hot tub were my favorite part, especially being so close to Don Edward’s Wildlufe Refuge the outdoor space feels natural calming and exclusive plus the staff is amazing!

Here is my problem…I stayed one night after driving over 500 miles and I was beat. The last hour of the drive all I was thinking about was getting in the hot tub at the hotel. When I got there it was full of adults who were ALL either smoking weed or drinking alcohol. There was loud house music playing from a boombox one of them had brought down. This is all within eyeshot of the front desk and they did nothing. Wont stay there again.

Clean building inside, rooms are clean. The hot tub is mainly a giant warm bath. Temperature is not very hot and there is little to no pressure from the jets. The jets barely bubble when on. I had to skim the pool and hot tub of debris before using.

The property was a nice stop for an overnight stay.

Room was clean, beds were comfy, staff were friendly. Elevator took forever, only had 1 elevator. Snacks/drinks were over priced (was expected), didn’t have conditioner (needed to be refilled) only stayed for 1 night. No microwave in room, had one in lobby. Refrigerator only stay cold for 2 hours, needed to reset to cold every 2 hours. Light in the bathroom will automatically shut off after a period of time. Other than that it was a nice stay for a good deal.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms had these motion-sensor lights for the entry and bathroom and they were very annoying because they'd randomly turn on in the middle of the night. Other than that, it was a good stay.

It looks to be an older Courtyard hotel. Room seemed dated with no thermostat, just the usual AC unit near the window. I couldn't get this to work properly. The elevator was broken for a day but this was not an issue since I was on the 2nd floor. There is no breakfast included in the room rate. There is no microwave in your room, but one in the lobby.

Bathroom had a couple of hair strands in the corner. AC had analog controls, while other hotels have digital controls. Rooms and hotel interiors could do with brighter colors and perhaps a repaint. Gives an old look. Otherwise, bed and Wifi were of good quality.

The bed was cozy I had a booking from the 14th of september until the 20th of September, then I made another separate one from the 13th till the 14th. I went to the reception and asked them if I could do check-in once for both of them not to check-in, check-out, then again check-in and change my rooms. They said "Absolutely sir". The next day, I went to the office and when I came back I realized my room was not opening and some voices where inside. I thought maybe cleaning service or something. I went to the reception and they said, "ohh sir we checked you out and brought your belongings here". I was like, But why?" and they said that my second booking was not checked in and marked as "No showup" and that now they couldn't give me another room because they are fully booked. I do not know if they forgot to merge it, or manually do it on time or what. But on the initial booking, they kept a note that I have another reservation. The staff was saying I am so sorry I couldn't find your name on the system that time and some excuses... check from booking.com why we cannot find you... I appologize I am new here and so on. BUT, the manager came and she was super rude. Her name was "Angie Makisi" and she camed and started blaming me and poiniting out that it was my fault for not coming to check-in again. I told her tell your staff not me, she is the one who told me she can take care of that. But Angie was all the time attacking me instead of appologizing, or compensate me in some way or try to solve it. They also claimed that they tried to contact me through email, which I did not recieve at all, same as for booking.com - no messages in there. Another thing is that I have a lot of missing items and I asked my colleague to check with them and they said they packed everything, which is not true. I had adapter with charger other accesories missing.

I did not like their customer service I did not like my privacy being violated I had that do not disturb but on my door I never once checked out The office lady told me that they I never checked out I have videos of how my room looked I will upload if I can do not stay here and they're using my credit cards for deposits for fraudulent charges beware

They cleaned my room without me checking out my checkout wasn't until 12:00 My Jordans came at missing My Victoria's secret and/or came up missing my socks came and missing and a $250 pair of jeans from AG came and missing and my top as well not to mention the soda I had in the refrigerator for me and load my leftover Chinese food that was about to eat in the morning all gone by completely stripped all drawers opened without being told to ask a friend desk if I they put me on a check out list they said no cuz it is against the rules in HIPAA and Angie told me that she was going to call me for both of the night stay I contacted booking.com they did not get any email stating that she was coughing me so something needs to be done about this Plus now I'm finding fraudulent charges on my credit cards from the courthouse Marriott when I never bought anything from that place And these pictures were taken at 10:00 a.m. and my checkout was not till 12:00 and I do not disturb on my door and all of my clothes to change into that day to take a shower plus my breakfast was gone

I enjoyed my stay very much. However, I paid twice for my breakfast. The debit machine was not working and I filled out a slip to charge to my room. I told the ladies that I would get the cash from the bank on the corner. upon finishing my breakfast, I went to the bank and got cash, returned and paid cash for my breakfast. However, I was still charged and it could have been a misunderstanding.

It was a good stay. Property clean and close to shopping center. Everything was clean. Pool and spa was clean only the towels are small at pool side. Not enough towels in room but over all okay stay. Large lobby for waiting. Staff was friendly.

However, my only concern was with the breakfast service. Although it was advertised to start at 7:00 AM, I arrived around 7:05 AM to find the buffet was not yet set up. I had to leave for my tournament before 7:10 AM, so I was unable to grab a bite before heading out. It would have been ideal to have breakfast available promptly at the scheduled time, as I’ve experienced at other hotels. Other than that, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Our TV connection problem has been fixed but still not working and no conditioner and body soap. We have to ask for it. They should be checking and refilling the supplies first before having it occupied.

Toilet didn’t flush correctly, refrigerator wouldn’t stay on, and blow dryer was caked in something sticky. On the second night of our stay the fire alarms went off in the middle of the night because someone in the lobby/kitchen cooked something that started on fire. Waited outside in the cold for 30 minutes. When presented with the issues, we were told there was nothing they could offer us except for additional points on our rewards account. Which I don’t have because I rarely stay in hotels. What a terrible experience.

Even though the hotel was booked based on having continental breakfast, they did not provide it. The hot tub does not work. The halls are dirty and have stains all over the carpet. There are no trash cans available lead to people leaving trash on the floor. The swim area for the pool is not cleaned and there are paint chips everywhere and my kids got them stuck in their feet. The front desk staff in the morning were extremely rude when I asked to speak to the manager about the pool area concerns I had. This is not a property I would ever stay at again.

Shopping center Customer service , check out early did not stay, someone started banging room door around 3:30PM, two people standing in hallway yelling water leak open the door, i refuse to open ,I did not any call from the front desk. Until I called to found out who is banging at door . Rude front desk , when I ask for the GM or supervisor, was told no one at hotel , called again next 2 days was told the same no supervisor. Still waiting for call back ,I checked out at 4PM , did not stay . Never again stay at this hotel

The hotel is conveniently located close to supermarkets such as 99 Ranch and 85 bakery. There is plenty of parking. The location is very quiet. Overall we enjoy our stay here.

I had a bit of a rough start when I arrived to the location. The staff was not open to helping me solve the issue at hand. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to such as a manager but the employee rudely said no. I asked if I could book again through my wife’s name or if I could change the name on the reservation. Again the employee rudely said no it was impossible to book because they were “completely booked for the night” mind you this is a 6 floor hotel with plenty of parking in the lot. I felt completely helpless and in a state of panic not only am I in a new city I’m not familiar with but my WIFE is with me. We had no place to go and were far from home. Luckily my brother was able to email me the documents I needed so we ended up getting the room. Except the employee stated that since they were completely full and it was relatively late by this point he had to put us in a room on the first floor. The room was a decent size but it was subpar. The shower floor looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in weeks and the curtains were riddled with little holes and rips. Overall I would I had a horrible experience and was deeply disappointed because this was a first for me. If I said something good about my stay or this hotel I would be lying.

The AC unit in room was the noisiest I've encountered in years. It would literally wake us up when it turned on, so we had to turn it off. The room was dated and in need of a refresh and smelled musty.

I didn't like it at all, the elevator doesn't work, the rooms are ugly, the internet is very slow and they return your deposit after a week, I don't recommend it.

Cigarette smoke could be detected in the hallways and also came in through my bathroom vents, but the front desk did take care of the issue by spraying my room with a pleasant essential oil mixture to release the smell of smoke.

Issue #2 when I checked in she asked what card for incidentals. I said I will not have any in a reply with then there will be no charges. Well there's $100 hold on my debit card if she would've told me that I would've gave her the credit card that I checked in instead now I can't use that card. Is this the card that gives me a discount when I charge up this electric vehicle inconvenient and cost me. . Also, with checking in, she told me breakfast is served open till 11 AM. I went downstairs around nine and the lady said we just have a restaurant no breakfast so I was told something that was not true. I was so tired and taking some allergy medicine which kinda knocks me out I would've went in and told them I want a different room and if I knew that there was no breakfast or a car hole I could've made other arrangements would've been much more comfortable for me as soon as my friend and I left the room her asthma seem to just go away

We had a nice day. The bartender was funny. The pool looked clean. The room was very nice and very clean. The only issue we had was that Expedia said we could stay until two if we paid extra money upfront and the hotel did not honor that. Not sure if that’s Expedia hotel. Hotel allow us to stay until Marriott awards member.

The toilet was constantly running because the floater didn't completely turn off the water flow. The 4th floor hallway REAKED of cigarette smoke, like this used to be a smoking hotel and they made it non-smoking recently. My eyes stung as soon as the elevator door opened.

This property doesn’t reflect the higher standards of service, cleanliness and modernity that one comes to expect from a Marriott product. The sheets and curtains were torn, the place looks dated and is in desperate need of renovation to be brought up to more current standards. There’s a poor selection of breakfast choices and the staff not entirely welcoming!!
