    Having stayed at a few different Aloft hotels before, I expected some level of comparison, but this one is completely falling apart at the seams. Everything after the lobby (elevator, hallways, room) was completely filthy and looked like it hadn’t been maintained in decades. Avoid this hotel at all costs, it is not a good value for money in the Bay.

    Amazing experience at this hotel for a concert. Staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is excellent. Would recommend to stay here to friends and family traveling through especially with Superchargers next to hotel.

    Me and my partner stayed there although we were practically out all day and only came to sleep the time we were there the staff was lovely our room was always so nice to come back to and always felt so welcoming and comfy.

    I ended up booking a room with 2 beds since that was all that was available. First of all, the room was too small for how the beds were arranged. There were no curtains on the windows, just shades that needed to be replaced. There was a smell in the room which might be from the area outside the hotel since it's close to the marsh area. My room phone wasn't working properly. When I checked in, I felt the person was lacking in customer service skills, that has been an issue in the past. I feel that the person could of been more friendly and acknowledged that I have been there before and welcomed me back. This hotel and this location needs to better train their front desk people in being more hospitable towards their guests. I also ordered some items that the robot delivers to the room, 30 minutes went by and I had to call the front desk to ask for the items to be delivered since I had been waiting. I also ordered room service and they were timely and friendly, good food too. I stay at this hotel cause the restaurant is good and the rooms have bathtubs plus the location but I do believe customer serive at check-in needs to improve.

    I love the location of the property and the double suites. This is our 3 trip to this hotel in the last 3 years and the pool and spa have been unavailable due to maintenance issues. Huge disappointment because our entire family gathers at this hotel for holidays and loves enjoying the amenities. The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. The old carpet in the hallways, and burnt light fixtures are starting to make the hotel look run down. The cleanliness of the rooms does not meet expectations for a hotel that’s $250 a night. I’m surprised this hotel is rating 4 stars. At best a 3 star rating would be appropriate. The newer hotels in the area are HALF the price and twice as nice. Won’t be staying here anymore.

First security came in, then Maintenance it was very awkard and uncomfortable by the time they troubleshooted we were offered to switch rooms. it was too late to watch a movie after the 2 hour disruption.

    I felt that the room hadn't been used in awhile. The lights and vent in the bathroom were really dusty. The blue tile in the bathroom floor was missing so it was panted blue instead. The lamp on the side table had a big stain of the base of it. There was an employee door next to my room which was annoyingly loud when it was closed. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and I feel that the maintenance of the rooms has been lacking. The telephones don't work, missing curtains, ripped shades and smelly rooms. I consider this chain of hotels to be nicer and better than others but lately I'm questioning that it's not. Do better and the front desk people could be friendly and acknowledge that I'm a member, little things like that make a big difference in your stay.

I called to order room service and they took awhile to answer plus I wanted a mixed drink but the bartender had left so I settled for wine instead. I also feel that getting charged a delivery and service fee is redundant and then this also tipping too. I know that I could not oder from room service but it's convenient although charging for 2 different fees should be reconsidered. There was also no bar of soap or soap of any kind for hand washing so I used shower gel, I could of ask the front desk for it but when I called about the phone and AC issues, I felt they took too long responding to the issue. This is the second time that the phone in my room didn't work. This hotel use to be a really nice and updated place but lately it seems to be lacking in many areas.

Rooms are good sizes and clean enough but the hotel doesn’t have enough towels and blankets. We booked a room for 4 ppl and one king and one “single” person pull out sofa were provided in our room with no blanket/pillows for the pull out and only two drying towels.. room phone can’t dial front desk nor bell desk so if you need something, you need to go there and ask in person.

    I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and this was the first time that I was disappointed with their service. I called about the phone not working and no one ever came, used my cell for the call.     Clearly the third party booking reservations get the crappy rooms. No sheers, yet the rails still up, blinds had taped repairs, sink didn’t drain, leaving gross toothbrushing detritus on the surface, had to call maintenance to get the HVAC working & ice on this floor is out of order. Mattress needs to be flipped/spun as there is a distinct impression on one side. Definitely not the quality I’m used to from the Aloft.

    I was disappointed because I didn't expect a aloft brand hotel is not as clean as the other ones I’ve stayed before. One of the not cleanest hotel I've been to. I see stains on the carpet and couch maybe because it’s older than most of the hotel that I have stayed but cleanlinest should be the priority of any hotel in my opinion. I also notice no staff came to clean on the daily and replenish the hotel complimentary essentials. All the hotels I stayed be of the same level do the everyday cleaning and replenish essentials.
