    We were so excited to try the Yotel due to its Japanese style rooms. WE left our house later than expected and arrived around 11:45pm. 1st read flag were the revolving doors not working. When we got inside we were greeted with 6-8 kiosk sections (not a human) when trying to retrieve our reservation, nothing was found. We had to wait in a long line for 1 receptionist to check us in. The room itself was okay, but no fridges available we found odd. Upon leaving the hotel the next day for a majority of the day, no cleaning staff ever came. We decided to end our stay earlier and leave Saturday night instead of Sunday morning because we knew we'd be more comfortable at home. Checking out using the kiosk was also useless so we needed to see a receptionist, again. There was two receptionist this time but one receptionist never acknowledged us and we had to wait for the 2nd to be done with their other customer. He noticed we were checking out earlier but in general never asked us how the stay was, which was a 1st compared to our other hotel experiences. Safe to say, thank Yotel for giving us a place to lay our heads for the night but we will not be returning.

    This will be our last stay at the Yotel. We’ve stayed there twice before. Issues started at check in. I made one reservation for 3 rooms. What a mess to untangle that. Then we got to our room and the lights didn’t work and the bed didn’t work. Back to reception. Moved us to another room where the bed didn’t work either, a light was burned out, and the phone and the safe didn’t work. But they said they didn’t have any more rooms. We stayed anyways, 2 nights. Then one of our room keys didn’t work and back to reception to get those replaced. The luggage robot was not working. And to top it all off, the bar and restaurant were closed. The whole place is looking run down and in great need of an all-over refresh.

    No había cafetera como se menciono al momento de reservar la habitación y el airea condicionado no enfría lo suficiente lo cual es a considerar si vienes en pleno verano y hace mucho calor, también al momento en el que alguien sale de la habitación el aire acondicionado se apaga y debes volver a abrir y cerrar la puerta para que se active de nuevo. Es un hotel bien localizado, tiene vista bonita a la ciudad (con cobro extra) pero hace mucho calor en la habitación al punto de que está muchísimo más fresco el pasillo de las habitaciones que la misma habitación. Otro punto a considerar es que las áreas recreativas que se muestran solo puedes usarlas si consumes en el lugar ya que no son propiedad exclusiva del hotel, tienes que comprar una bebida o comida para poder entrar a sentarte en la terraza o cualquier área recreativa.

    Room was clean and view was nice, hotel restaurant was exceptional! Staff let us check in early and assisted us with transportation to the airport after our stay! Little weird that the shower is right next to the bed, frosted glass only works at night- the morning daylight makes it practically transparent. Linens were probably washed but nonethless stained with mold/dyes.

    Location and view. The room is compact yet has all that's needed. The bed can be optimized to watch the TV so this is also good. You can walk to Times Square which is another benefit. 1. It feels that this hotel cares a lot about the money. It makes sense that they do, but telling (through many emails) that early check in, late check in and luggage storage cost money is annoying. I did a relatively early checkout, yet I was asked to pay 6$ for luggage storage and it upsets me. 2. There is a TV but Netflix (or even Amazon Prime) doesn't work (there are channels though). 3. I wasn't 100% confident the towels were clean. One of these was on the floor (folded), and some were hung near the faucet. They all looked clean, but why weren't they folded? It could be that a previous guest hung them.

    I had stayed last week as well. It’s fine and generally clean and the beds are comfortable. There were a number of issues this stay that I reported multiple times with no results. The phone in the room did not work —so I had to go down (two elevators) to ask the staff to fix the issues. Drain in shower did not drain. Room was not ready at 6:30 when I checked in. Just not the experience I had the week before for about $150 less than I paid this stay.

    If you are excited to visit the Big Apple and just have a place to crash Yotel will be one. Expensive, but that's it a place to crash. The front desk people only know to give you the Keys other things they will go away and make a call, and if you request the manager to show up, he will a sneaky and tip toe fleet the site. Definitely a bed in Manhattan managed by NON-Hospitality professionals

    Despite the small room and space, there was no fridge to keep our stuff in. There were a few "ice maker" in some floors", not all that we had to go other floors to use. There was no ice bucket to grab ice even. I had to have them in a plastic bag. There was no water in the room. Even when we asked the restaurant to find a water dispenser or something, the manager said either the vending machine or you need to buy from outside. I strongly recommend everyone to not step into this "hotel" at all.

    I went to check in a little after 4 because check in states it is at 3pm so I went later to ensure my room was ready for check in. Upon my arrival I went to the kiosk to check in and it says my room is not ready for check in. The staff then proceeded to tell me to walk to the side desk and speak to the gentleman there. ( didn’t get his name but he wore glasses) When I approached the desk the gentleman told me “when I call you, you step up don’t step up if not called that is how it works. “ I was flabbergasted by his comment on how customer service works however I did not feel like he was in a position to speak to someone in that manner. That is not customer service and you should not speak to a guest in that manner. Then proceeded to tell me I had to wait for my room to be ready and have a seat. I got into my room closer to 5pm. I was a little surprised on the service being I had stayed here previously and had no issues.

    The staff I encountered were very helpful. My stay was overall good, This is my second time staying at this hotel. The only issue is the elevators. I believe there are 5 elevators yet, they take forever to come. There two times that I and others waited over 15 minutes for a elevator to arrive.

    I was traveling to the city for three days with my girlfriend because I was competing in HYROX. We wanted something close enough to the pier, but not too far away from everything else and I felt like this hotel was in the perfect location to do everything we wanted to do in such a short period of time. I highly recommend.

    This is a good place to go for a quick trip in NYC. It isn’t that far from Times Square which is a plus. About a 12 minute walk. However the rooms are very small and a few things looked worn out in room. Didn’t also like the fact that the rooftop you can’t just chill and enjoy unless you’re buying something from the bar. They came up to me and my wife saying we had to leave if we weren’t purchasing anything due to them not being part of hotel. I was confused on that part. You also are getting charged $44 a night which isn’t a deposit just a fee. I probably wouldn’t come back here. It wasn’t horrible, but there are better options out there

    Also, they need to give you instructions for your room. There’s nothing but mood lighting from what I could tell; no bright light for packing, etc. There were also directional signs for ice and water on my floor, and I followed the signs all the way around just to find a notice saying ice and water wasn’t available on my floor; it was on the floor above. Any kind of minimal up to date info in the room would help a lot. All that being said the room was clean and serviceable given the price and location.

    Had a horrible experience here with my fiancé and I, would NOT recommend staying at the YOTEL in Time Square as I stayed for memorial weekend, As me and my other half were unpacking she noticed something that was wedge in the corner in the back of the bed and screamed she had found a DIRTY USED CONDOM it was totally disgusting, But we was in a rush to get changed and to go meet with friends for a celebration that we just left so we wouldn't be more late so i grabbed tissues and threw it away in the trash the next day in the lobby it was extremely packed and told the gentleman at the table and he just looked at me and turned his head away and i just laughed and walked away it was a joke, I then reached out by phone and totally ignored me for two weeks pretty much even to this day so if you want to over pay for a disgusting room that doesn't get cleaned properly go to the YOTEL... I gave them the opportunity to do right by me but i was miss treated by there managers and staff

    Location They didn’t let us to check in earlier but before that they asked $160 to check in earlier once I said that I’ll check out at 4 in the morning so can we just check in now she said room is not ready. She was cold like ice and to top it off they charged us $3 per suitcase for holding it for next 3 hours. I needed to change there’s no change room you have to do in restroom can’t even open a suitcase and men women restroom together. I was very disappointed and I paid $650 night. Every other place let us check in earlier no problem. Worst place I stayed.

    I liked the location and how time square is down the street. I didn’t like that I called a month before to be on a higher floor and they even asked me for the reason of stay. I told them it was for a birthday . They said thats they would put everything on their notes for my stay but when i got there I got one of the lowest floor and a handicapped room? I expected a little bit more for a 1200 room. The lights on the pictures weren’t even working? Or maybe they weren’t there at all? Aside from that the staff was very nice and the bar as well.

    Beautiful view. Very clean and aesthetic. Loved the lights in the room . Check in and luggage holding was a breeze The amenities on our flood didnt work but worked on all other floors.     When I booked there was a option for an up charge for breakfast and I selected it this was May 5th when I booked for the hotel stay to already have it booked for My trip on the 27th and when I got there ready for breakfast in the am the next day there was a sign you had to wait to be seated for it but you had to pay. When I asked the front desk about it she said they no longer have the breakfast buffet that it had changed about 2 weeks ago. I was never notified of that and I wish I was so i would’ve brought extra money for breakfast elsewhere. Other than that the hotel was great. Checking in was super easy. The hotel was clean and the staff was very attentive when I needed them.

    Property was in a desent location about 10 min walk to times square & the port authority bus terminal, service was good rooms were very small but it was expected, the view from the room was okay. There's really nothing special about the rooms but price was reasonable, however I don't think i would be staying there next time since there wasn't anything that drew my attention to make me want to stay there again.

    I liked the location. Easy check in and out. The staff we did talk to were very helpful and friendly! Elevators were really slow. And Lobby on 4th floor was packed waiting for an elevator. The shower floor felt very grainy and dirty.

    The bed was nice, clean and had a motorized system that allowed you to sit up while on the bed, it also saved space which was cool. The size of the room was okay, and the view was quite nice. Also was quiet. The room was not as clean as I thought it would be considering the overall price we paid. Also having to go through two sets of elevators was a very mild inconvenience, but if it was busy then it was hard to get an elevator.

    The location is perfect and very convenient. The rooms are on the smaller side, but the beds were comfortable. I also wasn’t a fan of the bathroom setup — there’s very little privacy. It took forever to get an elevator around 11am when everyone was checking out. It was nearly impossible — we were staying on the 16th floor and ended up having to walk all the way down with our bags. We mentioned it to a staff member, and the only response we got was, “Oh yeah, I heard it’s crazy.” Not exactly the level of service or concern we expected.

    On a second note, we were fully aware that the rooms are very small, so there is nothing to complain about there, but beware if you travel with large luggage/party. There is barely any space to place luggage or hang clothes, so keep in mind to travel light if staying at YOTEL.

    Easy check in and check out on computers. Got there early and you can leave your bags either for free if there is space in their automatic bag machine or pay $3 a bag for help. Hotel is pretty central and has a target and CVS right across the street if you forget anything. Rooms are pretty small so suits individual or young couple. Elevators seemed to be an issue around check in time as you go up one to the 4th floor then others to higher floors and a few didnt seem to work. Room had one or two minor issues that should have been fixed like a lot of dust on one of the vents in shower and an outlet cover hanging off. Apart from that room was as advertised.

    The location is quite good, about a 10 min walk to the subway and about 20 min to Times Sq. The bed was comfortable and the shower had really good pressure. On arrival the room smelled strongly of weed, to the point of them bringing in an air purifier which helped for a while. The smoke alarm was beeping, we had to ask them to put new batteries in. Not only was the sofa bed not made up even though we had booked for 3 ppl, there was no bedding in room for us to make it. We waited about 2 hours for housekeeping to bring the bedding which effectively wasted our first evening. When we made up the sofa bed we found cigarette papers and a lighter behind it which shows the room had not been cleaned properly. The terrace was dirty. It wasn't a great welcome to the property

    I liled the style and location and its nice bar and balcony. I didnt Like that if you weren't buying anything yoy could search down anywhere except on computer table. Also whle you are sitting í the bar and have had your drink almost immediately they ask you for a card for insurance of payment.     Location is good and the staff is friendly. Rooms absolutely need renovation. Stained bathrooms and bed had some parts with tears. Even if they clean everyday it feels unclean because of the condition of the room. Also they charged us to store our bags even though we were told Yobot should be free (excuse that it wasn’t working so we paid 3 usd per bag and they only accepted cash).

    The staff is unbelievably rude. If you want to leave your bags for before check in and when you check out they charge per each bag. If you forget something in the bag and need it again it’s another fee for the bag. The staff made the experience terrible so unfriendly very unhelpful. The hotel is a scam will try to make money in any way they can. Will never come back to this hotel so not worth it.

    The room was good, the views, the location - safer and easily accessible. Great value overall, would stay there again for the price. No coffee or tea in the room. Also the cleanliness could improve. There were stains in my sink, shower was bot cleaned well, and I’ve found black hair in the sheets (I’m blonde so def not mine). Also no working water dispenser on my floor or the nearest floors up or down. Something to be aware of ahead of time is they charge to store your bags and you have to have cash for it. I forgot how much it was, $5 or so. Not a huge deal but would be a bigger inconvenience if I didn’t have the cash on my.

    Location was close to everything but not the nicest- definitely felt a little sketchy at night! Concierge staff were great, very friendly & helpful. Rooms tiny, hotel doesn’t look much like the photos, very dated. Got an email the night before checkout to say staying until noon was complimentary but despite me emailing to confirm, we were still locked out of our room when we returned after 11am & then had to waste 15 mins queueing at reception to get the key reinstated. They also advertise the Yobot as a free luggage service but it was ‘under maintenance’ for both check in & check out so we had to pay to store our luggage.

    To make matters worse, customer service was nearly nonexistent. Any communication or requests had to be handled online, and the front desk staff repeatedly stated they could not amend, adjust, or extend reservations directly. It created an incredibly frustrating guest experience with no real support available on-site. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in New York. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

    I left my charger in the gym by accident and came back down with in 10minutes it was gone went downstairs and there was such a line for people to check in. THEY NEED MORE STAFF. But someone stealing a charger is completely unacceptable never staying there again security sucks!

    Let's just say that this hotel has seen better days. We had a/c and other issues when we checked in and had to change rooms after the first night. Everything is just really worn. It was an amazing hotel 15 years ago, but now it's just kind of average and needs constant maintenance. I have no idea what the "resort fee" was for as there was no added value to the place. You even have to pay to store your bags upon checkout. I will say our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and we had a great view. But the bathroom is very worn and has absolutely zero counter space. Some shelves would make a huge difference. I doubt we will return. I wanted to love it!

    Don't let the photos fool you! This hotel is dirty and run down. There was pink mold in the sink, the shampoo bottles in the shower were dirty, the bed that's supposed to go up and down did not move properly and squeaked when it moved. The door guys will scam you for money when you went to leave your luggage before you check in. There is a free space they don't tell you about and then charge you $3 a bag. The bar was suppose to be open at 5pm, we went in at 5:30 and they told us it wasn't ready.

    What appears to be a very efficient use of space in a great location turns out to be a dirty and exceptionally loud overnight stay. Housekeeping left previous user's washcloth in the shower which inspires confidence that the sheets were actually changed. Worse, every time someone left their hotel room you hear a reverberating CRASH in your room. Wouldn't be bad if this was a hotel targeting business travel, but with half the people i met at 10pm holding handles of liquor on a Sunday night this annoyance continued well into the night. Will not be returning to this chain.

    The location was great and staff were helpful (minimal staffing, though). The phone system bot is infuriating, so it's nearly impossible to reach a human. It feels like you're a bit on your own there, so if you're a high need person, I'd choose somewhere else. The cost was lower, which was nice, though. The room felt a bit like a run down cruise ship room, but it was clean. Big city noise was to be expected. I could hear people in other rooms and someone around me would not stop pushing their snooze button, so that was a little annoying.

    We went to the rooms only to find housekeeping working on one of the rooms. She told us per her system that room was already occupied by another customer staying over from the night before. Confused, as we were holding keys that clearly had that room written on it, we retreated to the other room to try and call the front desk only to find the phone was out of order. Not wanting to leave our children or luggage unattended we then asked to use the phone in the room being cleaned. We were informed the rooms were indeed ours. The housekeeper talking to her supervisor continued to maintain that the room was already occupied in the system although there was no evidence of another guest's belongings. After much confusion, the housekeeper agreed to change over the room for a new occupant but said she would need time to do so. So, even though it was after official check-in time, we stored all our belongings in the other room and left her to do whatever needed to be done. We returned later that evening to find the room made up but a garbage bag left in our "own private corridor." It was a black bag that had been tied shut but then seemingly ripped open showing its contents -womens' clothes complete with a weather appropriate jacket and a bag full of toiletries.     convenient location next to main stations; can refill a water bottle Guy on the reception was not nice at all. Gave us wrong room number (had to figure out that our room was next to the assigned; assigned room was occupied). Shower was not working. Towel on the floor was wet - no idea clean or not. We cheked in late at night and it coming back to the reception wasnt worth the hustle, wanted to sleep already. We had only one night there so I think thats why we were assigned a bad room - they knew we wouldnt complain.

    Location was the only thing nice about the property. Other than that, it was very sketchy, I was promised one thing, but once I paid, I receive services far below. The queen bed ended up being a full-size bed. And the whole overall experience reeked with seedy and Shady activity all in throughout. The overall idea of the hotel seemed like it would’ve been nice at a different time with better staff overseeing the facility and caring. But as is now, it was something that any respectable person would not feel comfortable in. There was low-key prostitution going on they are, it seemed like a space that possible terrorist would be hiding out. The trafficking possibilities were ideal. I was promised a queen size bed to which I paid for, but once got there, I was woefully, baited and switched with a simple full-size bed. The privacy curtains with which to separate the toilet from the main sleeping area was missing. Everything seemed to be hodgepodge and neglected throughout its appliances. I will say the room seem to be clean, but something was very much off about the whole scene. This is definitely a hotel that I probably would’ve found in the most seedy parts of Germany or some sort because it left me with an unsavory feeling of my safety being compromise at any moment upon waiting for the elevators and furthermore.

    Location was in the heart of Hell's Kitchen. Room had a queen and a bunk bed set up for family of 4! AC unit was so old the room couldn't get below 79° . Maintenance was called three times and would be able to reset the AC which returned to 79° in about 30 minutes. The phone to call the front desk was broken and there was no way to reach somebody live at the hotel, only in AI bot. Room was not well kept and quite uncomfortable. I never complain about paying high prices in resorts and big cities, but these accommodations were not worth the money. Elevators were in various states of disrepair. Everything needs a deep clean, some paint, and general maintenance. I would not recommend.

    Room was so small that looked like a cheap train cabin and shower and toilet was in the same room. It was extremely busy and staff was no friendly at all. Food was mediocre at best. Housekeeping didn't get room done four out of the six days we were there, even when calling them to bring at least some towels they never showed up. Quality is 1 out of 10.     I enjoyed location of property and the three very nice employees there. Chris, on of the managers, one of the bellmen with glasses, and the housekeeeper on floor 26. The very unhelpful and rude employee who said she was a supervisor. She has blue eyes and dark brown long hair with an accent (French I think). The housekeeper on floor 8 (first 2 nights there). First room was not clean and was not ready by the time I arrived (after 5pm) robot luggage not working so everyone had to pay $9 just to store luggage for a few hours.

    Worst hotel ever!!! The rooms were run down/small and the furniture was chipped and riddled with cigarette burns. The couches had foreign stains on them. The bathroom had a heavy smoke scent coming from the vent. Shower handle was loose and hard to maneuver. Reception was very rude and unfriendly after voicing such complaints. The Wifi was very slow and buggy but it came with a mandatory $50 charge. If you don’t care about appearance and service this place is perfect for you.

    Rooms did not have privacy curtains in bathroom as advertised in photos. Check in was simple. Strong lobby perfume smell every time we entered, I dreaded going back to the hotel due to how strong it was. Poor conditions of bathroom on 4th floor throughout various parts of day. Constant smell of weed or cigarette smoke through the ventilation system. It was strong enough to wake us up during the night. While affordable and a convenient location for our needs, I don't know that I'd choose to stay here again.

    Location was good The three person room has a toilet that is not ventilated or isolated (noise or odors) from the sleeping area, so everyone gets to smell and hear what goes on in the toilet. This is due to a fundamental s design decision in the room which can only be fixed by remodelling. Other than a giant slab table with stools on the main floor, there is no place to relax with friends, including the room. The 1st floor lobby had a nauseating chemical smell. Almost all the automatic features were broken - TV didn't work, vending broken,fancy luggage robot out of order. It gave the impression of a neglected business. So chat bot 'lied' said they could 'supply' a phone cord and it would be delivered to the room only to find when I went to the front desk there is no service like that and no phone cords!! andthen I saw later that they selll phone cords.     The hotel was aged but not bad. Fair price for the space we had in the room. Walking distance to many things including the subway station. The idea the hotel is going for is fun and relaxing, they did a good job of that. One thing I’d like to say is the staff was incredible. We got in at 5:45 am, requested an early check in and the man behind the desk checked for cancellations from the night before and had us in a room by 7:20 am. Every body we had communication within the Yotel community was pleasant & made our stay nice. Yotel hotel is good place to stay in New York City.

    There is no fridge, no microwave. The rooms were small as described but the room could use maintenance and cleaning. The thermostat did not work at all. I would lower it cause it felt humid and the temp would never drop I had to open the window. The towel heat warmer did not work. The safe never opened either.     The bellmen were the only saving grace JJ was kind, helpful and very professional. When I came back after my show is was 4:45ish. I checked in at a kiosk, got my keys and headed to my room. I knew the rooms were small, I was only there one night and had 2 shows to see so it was only for sleep. The bed wasn’t made, mattress was awful as well. I was out in a room with a glass door that opened to the a/c units and trash. I wasn’t expecting a view but cmon…. I’m a woman traveling alone- not a great room to Make people feel safe, there was a flimsy shade but you could see thru it. The smoke detector was not attached fully, carpet was dirty etc. I checked myself in and made my own bed for over $200 so no not a great stay and I won’t be back.

    The property itself is cute. Has a chic look. The actual room was dirty! It was obvious that the room hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests before us left. How did I know? There was sticky stuff on the table. The sink and toilet seat was dirty. There were hair strands on the sheets and in the sink. The location isn’t bad. Right across from a CVS. There are many gourmet delis nearby (some 24/7) sand restaurants. It’s about a 5-6 block walk to a convenient subway stop and Time Square! Other reviewers complained about the room size; it’s definitely small, but that didn’t bother me at all. One last thing, the LED lights in my room were non existent. Being able to turn the purple lights on in the room was one of the advertised highlights, so I was a bit upset about that. Would I stay again? Maybe, but I would definitely request housekeeping to re-clean the room if not up to decent standards.

    Nice and clean loved the space saving features. Not sure this room would be enough space for two people. Also no microwave or mini fridge -nowhere to put leftovers, keep drinks cold or heat food. No coffee maker. Lighting was also not great. Location was awesome and I loved that they had a venue on property The breakfast was ok/good. Because Yotel lacked room amenities- I will definitely look for a different hotel next time.

    Stayed at Yotel for one night. Booked a corner window view room and room was not ready until 2 hours after check in. Which is a super inconvenience with scheduling as I did miss an event I was needing to get ready for. Also was woken up by maintenance twice at early hours of the morning due to a leak on the floor below. Which did not have anything to do with my room. As maintenance entered it was not only one person but multiple people entered the room abruptly. Would not recommend stay here with the hassle of everything we went through.

    Walking into the hotel no one was there to greet us, we paid extra to get our room early. Since no one was in the entrance we didn’t know that you had to take an elevator to the 4th floor then another to get to whatever floor you’re on. Walking into our room it was cold, someone had left the window open & the heater was off. I used the sink right away to wash my hands and the sink was clogged up. The water didn’t go down it took a while. Looking around the room i could tell it wasn’t properly cleaned, the floor had some dirty napkins on it and inside the shower around the soap i could see pink mold. On the 2nd day of our stay we had came back to the hotel and my girlfriend noticed housekeeping drop something from her makeup. We didn’t like that housekeeping didn’t leave a note or anything just left it there like nothing. It was an ok hotel but for the price definitely not worth it. At least the hotel food was good.

    I give this hotel a good solid 3 I was gonna put 2 I came from a long trip with my boyfriend the room was nicely beautiful but soon as I got there, there was an issue with parking and I had went to numerous parking places that didn’t want to take my car because it was a truck so it took me about an hour and a half to finally check in the hotel… after that, I went inside did the check-in which was cool because it was more like a technology thing futuristic I enjoyed that it was nice. It was beautiful. The thing was it was very difficult to find the room is not very specific to really find a room. You have to go through one elevator to another, and it was very confusing. Then the bar the bartenders was very sassy. The food was delicious, but the guy was very like…. Seeming like he was attitude like he knew everything.. I wanted to tip him as I usually tip, but that just threw me off and threw off my whole night. Other than that, it was very nice. Also, there was no seating areas outside or anything like that for you to just go outside and look at the view for real for real and to smoke for smokers. It was very difficult I had to go to the train station to smoke. It was very not my style especially if I come to hotels over here…

    We did a four night stay and on the second day I had to go downstairs to get toilet paper and front desk made it complicated for me to get additional toilet paper, even though our room had ran out. It was a big inconvenience because the phone in the room did not work. Neither did the one in the hallway for me to call housekeeping. So why be charged fees if I can’t even get toilet paper use the phone and even the Comcast in our room did not work.

    Selected the Quad room. It was clean and quiet. Twin bunk beds were a bit firm, but the full size was perfect. Sheets were hard, but plenty of pillows. Room needs more electrical outlets and the towel warmers really didn't work. Only thing was sink was filthy like it hadn't been cleaned in days. I liked the secure access to rooms. Bar area was a bit small and closed too early for a Saturday night. Breakfast brunch wax lacking but reasonable for the price. Overall i would stay here again because its clean, close enough to the theater district and Times Square.

    I really like this hotel and the location the bellman were really nice and helpful. The bed in the room was super comfy. The only issues was that the shower in the room did not seem very clean and did not have the best water pressure. Also the breakfast did not have togo cups for coffee. The front desk people were not as nice and welcoming luckily I was able to check in at the kiosk without issue.

    The phone in the room is not working. There is no center light, which make it very difficult to move due to its dim features. Also, the receptionist (he's a guy - midnight shift) was very rude, with a high tone of voice. He should understand that people arrived in the hotel tired, and he must possess a calm and approachable aura but its not. He dont value customers. He should undergo basic customer service training. I saw and witnessed how he dealt with the people before us, very unprofessional and rude.

    It was average. I paid for a premium room, and they tried to stick me on level 4 with no windows. I am claustrophobic brought this to their attention. The lady at the front desk changed my room. For the price I would expect at least a microwave in the room. Breakfast bar had little food for 22$ a person so we went out for breakfast at a nice diner in the area. The rooms were clean but really small. Do NOT CHECK In at the KIOSK they charged me twice for the hotel resort fee it took days to get back my $146.00 so I was not happy about that being it was the holidays. Other than that it was in a great location for times square close to the MTA transit so an easy commute back to JFK.

    when we arrived they tried saying i didnt book it.. when i very much did. on too of the the room has absolutely no privacy as well as none of our doors (bathroom shower room) shut properly. The wifi and internet was down the entire stay and they didnt tell usany of this at checkin we only found out when we called. We tood the staff there was a few things wrong with our room and all they did was walk in and tell us the wifi wasnt working then left. we were offered anytype of compensation or change of room when told them about the missing things in rooms as well as the things that arent working.

    During our stay, severely intoxicated individuals were present in hotel common areas, harassing guests, soliciting alcohol, making obscene gestures, and behaving aggressively. On one occasion, an intoxicated individual attempted to follow us to the guest elevators, which was extremely concerning from a safety standpoint. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to staffing and security, especially at the lounge at night.

    Sheets smelled like fried food. Dirty shower. Men knocked on our door in the morning, hours before checkout, even though our sign was up for privacy. They knew we were still resting and continued to yell back and forth the hallway for an hour. Staff was wonderful and helpful!

    Nice! It really isnt bad like people say its a good economy hotel definitely not 5 stars but definitely not 1 star. Its close to time square but not on time square. I saw a couple of reviews where people said it was disgustingly bad and it just isn’t. I found that the hotel is very clean. They do charge you $3 to leave your bags early and thats okay you are in a city that charges you $8 for a water and $6 for a pack of gum. If you want Free you better stay in the country. Only weird thing for me is the elevator. You need to go from Lobby to 4th floor then catch another elevator to go to your floor. I think they did that so you would pass by the breakfast area every morning anyway but for most people hotel breakfast sucks anyways.. I didnt try it but thats my guess.

    WiFi is really bad! So bad that the TV did not work. I tried to take a work call in the room and it was a disaster. Please remember that the rooms do not have coffee maker or fridge, only the minimum- bed, shower, toilet, TP, towel, hangers, iron, hair dryer. Not sure I would stay at this location again and it was definitely not worth $500+/night that I had to pay for.

    ​The Room: We were disappointed by the size and view. The biggest issue was cleanliness and safety; there were spots of mold in the shower, bathroom, and sink areas, and the TV had frayed wires coming out of the back There is also zero privacy between the room and the bathroom. Hallway noise was very loud, especially late at night. ​The Amenities: The gym is falsely advertised. The website lists Pelotons and ultramodern equipment, but in reality, it was rundown with just a few free weights and two treadmills (one broke while being used). The luggage robot also malfunctioned during both storage and retrieval. ​The Service: The check-in kiosks failed to pull up our reservation. When we asked "Mission Control" (front desk) for help, they were rude and acted inconvenienced. This happened again during the luggage robot storage and retrieval issues noted above. We waited over 30-minutes during retrieval for someone to respond - the manager "opened a ticket", but the engineer said he never received it - mind you, we had a flight to catch. However, I want to give a shout-out to the two "Ground Control" team members who were the highlight of the service experience and super helpful. ​Overall, you are paying for the location here, not the quality of the hotel.

    My son and girlfriend actually where the once that traveled from the west coast to New York for the first time on their own to see a show. They expressed the area was great to walking distance to the show and restaurants. But the hotel itself was very small and compact. To where the bed needed to be folded out to be able to sleep and folded up if they needed to move around the room.

    Good thing about it, security, close to Times Square, view if you pay for a nice view room. Some of the staff that are by the kiosk are really nice people compare to reception. They charge pretty much for everything, not a deposit but a charge of 43 per night supposedly for service. Conditions of the room are ok, not well maintained, WiFi doesn’t work in some rooms ( I got 2 rooms).

    Loved the location of the hotel . Lobby was very welcoming & felt clean. I don’t have much complaints about the room other than the fact it’s out dated. I feel like renovations definitely need to happen to make the rooms fit the look of the lobby . My room was actually beautiful with a beautiful view but everything in it needs to be updated.
