Reviews
The hotel is praised for its central location in Koreatown, close to subway stations, Penn Station, and various dining options. Guests generally had a positive experience, highlighting the friendly and helpful staff. However, some guests expressed dissatisfaction with the small room sizes, outdated facilities, and noise levels.

The location was amazing, right in koreatown close to all the subways and had a view of the Empire State Building from the rooftop bar. I left my hair straightener on the bathroom counter to cool off while I ran downstairs to grab water and we asked for a late checkout they told us we could have late checkout at 12 PM instead of 11 AM yet while I was downstairs getting water they knocked on the door and told my fiancé that he needs to exit the room so he left my straightener and I immediately told them what had happened and they went up to the room and said the manager said she didn’t see the straightener but I’m home now Without my very $$$ straightener…..the staff stole it. I’m Very unsatisfied with that aspect of my trip.

The location was very good and convenient! Also, the property was very clean and fresh. It’s a high quality property and busy street therefore, it would be nice to have more elevators especially because the maintenance will take one of the elevators so there’s only one available.
- 5/5
Location was brilliant. Right in Korea Town with restaurants everywhere. The bonus was the subway on the corner which took us everywhere. Plus walking distance from Times Square and Central Park. We loved it.... N/A

The air con was unbelievably loud - especially when it clicked back on - but at least it worked. Difficult to get any sleep with that noise tho. Also - the room doors slammed shut - which again led to broken sleep.

Staff were helpful and friendly. AC worked well. Great location. There were two elevators and often one wasn't working or in service or got stalled on a floor. So, at times, there was a line at the lobby of people trying to get to their room. I was on floor 12 and it took awhile to get the elevator at my floor, which was a bummer.
- 4.5/5
Super friendly staff, great location at a public transport crossroad. Typical New York City room; bit outdated, but very comfortable bed. Would recommend.
- 2/5
I really liked the location Receptionist was really rude when checking in. I walked up to front desk to check in, she asked “what do you want?” Also did not inform me on how much would be charged to my card.
- 2.5/5
The location was perfect. Close to subway and attractions The room was tiny, with only enough space to open one suitcase at a time. There was no chair or desk, despite what was shown in the photos. The air conditioning was also very noisy throughout the night. We also did not use the towels provided, as there was hair on them.

Very spacious for NYC! I was surprised. Id stay again! You do have to go up 3 steps! There really should be a railing somewhere. A++
- 5/5
This is my second time staying here. Once again it was a great experience. No complaints at all. Customer services is top notch. From arrival, helping with our bags, to the desk and getting checked in. The women cleaning the rooms were so polite and professional. The roof top bar was great. The hotel is clean. Location is amazing! Highly recommend this place for your stay.
- 3/5
The rooms needs a major upgrade or renovation. For parking we had to pay for daily
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
The only complaint is that our room was across from the 14th floor elevator and adjacent to the rooftop bar. Very noisy late at night
- 0.5/5
Only the location. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location, although even that comes with a downside as the surrounding area is quite dirty. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. I don’t mind staying in an old hotel, but I do mind staying in a dirty one. On the first night, I seriously considered changing hotels because I felt so uncomfortable, but the reservation had already been prepaid. To make matters worse, we found several large bugs in the room. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful throughout our stay. Despite repeatedly requesting housekeeping service and even contacting management directly, our room was not properly cleaned. At one point, even the trash had not been removed. The hotel also suffers from excessive noise and unpleasant odors. New York is an amazing city, but your hotel can have a huge impact on your experience. If you are hoping for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel.
- 5/5
The cleaning service was always prompt and thorough. The front desk was helpful and accommodating. Beds/room was comfortable. Fantastic stay The elevators could have been slightly faster and the outlet holes in the room were a little loose. Nothing too major
- 4.5/5
Great location. Very helpful door/storage staff. . Ice didnt work on all machines - only 10th floor. I didnt find a wayer fill station. Some Reception staff Excellent, some average.
- 5/5
Centrally located spot was perfect for getting around!!
- 3/5
The Hotel is okay. Old elevators. Smaller than advertised. Good for overnight traveling
- 3.5/5
I didn't have breakfast there. There was a lot of construction noise all night which was not fun. I liked the location except for the construction noise coming from outside all night.
- 4/5
Excellent location. Walking distance to subway and Penn station. Small rooms, but still comfortable, clean and convenient!
- 4/5
It was clean, which was the most important thing for us. The cleaning service came in everyday to take out the trash, give new towels, and make the beds. It’s in a busy location with lots of food and shop options around. We were able to walk to Times Square, the subway, and target. The only complaint would be that there was no microwave or fridge in the room. There was an ice machine on the floor though.

Staff offer lots of friendly personal attention and are responsive to requests. There's a secure patio that's pleasant in good weather. Metro stop and excellent restaurants are nearby.

Make sure you have plenty of money for parking. We paid $160 for 2.5 days. Rediculous. Restaurants and coffee and doughnut shop prices twice more than where we live.
- 5/5
All was wonderful during my stay. Helpful hints for future: 1) have someone answer lost and found after departure. 2) a rail or post for front steps. Had recently broken ankle and getting up steps was challenging. The housekeeping staff in particular was exceptionally kind.

The location is right in Korean Town so there is many shop opens late and many food to explore First, I booked king room and when I came in, they said they upgraded my room to premium with the balcony. They said they are out of the other room. When I was in the room, it turned out they have balcony but the bed turns to queen and the room is way smaller. In the evening, the employees used same elevator to move the 95 gallons trash can down so the elevator smells so bad. There is a door between the bar on the 14th floor. In the morning, they moved things really loud and I couldn’t sleep. The body soap they provided is pretty bad and dry out your skin really bad. I got itch over my body since my skin is too dry. Hotel runs down and elevator makes noise and shakes while operating.
- 4/5
Location was great. No refrigerator.
- 4/5
Great central location. Our room was on the top floor and facing away from the street, so was pretty quiet at night. Staff were friendly. The 2 lifts were very slow to arrive each time they were called and very slow to travel between floors. The hotel lobby looked fine, but the rest of the hotel is quite dated and could do with being renovated.

Basic clean and small room with a tiny coffee maker, no refregirator and no microwave and no view even though we were on the 8th floor. Centrally located unless you dont like crowds because it is right on the block Korea town, 32nd street between 5th and 6th. The elevators were so slow and the room was so small especislly considering it is a king bedroom.

Great location with easy access to Herald Square subway and two blocks from Penn Station. Older hotel with likely recent upgrades. Tub in room. Small room. Dark. Two suitcase stands. Iron and board not used. Safe in room. Temp a little hard to regulate.

I’m retrospect, 32nd street in Koreatown is not a great place to stay. Sidewalks are packed at night.
- 1.5/5
Location A terrible mattress—just like a foam dish sponge. Terrible noise from the air conditioner. Not the ability of personnel to solve such problems quickly, in the evening and in the future, not much better conditions were proposed, no compensation.

Hotel is at the great spot, very well connected to airport and to the city. Empire State Building is next to it, as well as Madison Square Garden. Room was clean and staff were very nice. AC machines that were outside made quite a noise although AC was off. You need to get use to it. If you can, request rooms that are facing 32nd street.

The hotel location is good- walking distance from Penn Station and to the main attractions around the Times Square, the Theater District, and the Rockefeller Center. The neighborhood is a little bit noisy in the evening because of very popular Korean food spots. Our room was small, basic, clean, met most of our expectations. There was only one bedside table and single light over the bed on one side- slightly inconvenient for double occupancy room. The bathroom lacked a night light, and the main light was connected to the very noisy fan. The air conditioner was working well but was also noisy. There was a slight issue with the side table drawer constantly opening and the wardrobe door, in opposite, not staying open when needed (had to place a door stopper under it)- probably because the building being old and the floors being uneven.

Great location for foot and metro travel. Subway at end of block was handy to easily reach many destinations especially on the three days it rained. Street noice very loud at night though. A bit more than the an average city that doesn’t sleep. Extra daily charge announced in check- in. I’d say out of five stars I’d give it a 3.5.

The room was on a lower floor facing the inner courtyard, and it stayed dark all the time regardless of the time of day. The housekeeping staff did their job well.

I really enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable throughout my trip. I slept very well the bed was super comfortable. The room is small, but very cozy, and it has everything a person needs to take a hot shower and rest after spending the day exploring the city. One of the best things about this hotel is its location in the city center. Everything interesting to see is within walking distance, which was perfect for me because I didn’t have many days for my trip. Since I was close to everything, I managed to see almost everything I wanted. The only point I would mention and I genuinely think this is something the hotel should try to improve is that we had to wait around five to six minutes for the hot water to come through. That feels like a huge waste of water, both environmentally and financially for the hotel itself. Other than that, I honestly have nothing negative to say. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

the room was VERY small. Only had one bedside table so the second person had no lamp or outlets. The desk and chair were too big for the room. Couldn't move the chair anywhere. Hangers were the antitheft type which seemed insulting. No mini fridge. No natural light. Tiny, tiny window. Full length mirror was 12 inches from the foot of the bed which made it impossible to view yourself. Would not recommend this hotel. Exception: The staff was very nice.

Super convenient location , no real security, which is an issue in the heart of Manhattan. Asked for a fridge and they bought me a microwave and a fridge. I think it was $30 a night. Asked for a quiet room and they gave me one facing another building so there was no noise. Awesome in Midtown.

Room was small, dark and dated, though clean with a nice bathroom. Small as in: door hits the bed when you open it to enter your room. Mattress seemed like a thick slab of memory foam with no internal structure that you sank halfway into when lying down, perhaps never to emerge from again. Three thin pillows for two people in a queen bed. Loud AC unit that bangs on and off all night, with no option to keep the fan consistently running. Amenities? Not really… a mr coffee on the ledge in the bathroom nowhere near a plug. Though it was fine, wouldn’t be in a rush to return, especially not at NY hotel prices.

Amazing location for a NYC trip, the roof top bar is right underneath the empire state building. The room itself was great, spacious with a very comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a nice bonus. The bathroom is very very small and could do with a revamp. This was the big let down for us. The lobby itself is very modern but as soon as you go upstairs the hotel ages 20 years.

The hotel is at great location, easy accessable, everything is around the corner. The room is comfortable, although a bit small, but when you unpack, there is enough place. The bed is large and comfortable. There is no minibar, but the drinks and snacks could be purchased at the hotel vending machine. Filter coffee is available in the room. There is no terace and it is not possible to open the windows, bit the central climatization is working very well. The bath tab is not user - friendly. The shower is fixed and it's not easy to organise if you don't plan to wash your hair.

Overall, I had a good stay. The location is excellent, the hotel is clean, and the room was quiet with no noise issues. I also appreciated the luggage storage service on the check-out day, which was very convenient. However, the amenities are quite limited for a hotel of this standard. For example, the shower gel/shampoo was provided in a very small all-in-one bottle, which was not very practical i had to buy my own shower gel. Also, the shower head is fixed and not movable, making it less comfortable, especially for taller guests.

Staff was great. My a/c wasn't working and it was addressed and corrected immediately! also very friendly. They will hold onto your luggage AFTER check out, too. The room was small and I was alone. Solidly a 3-star hotel. Generally clean, and quiet, even on the 2nd floor, but pretty outdated and scruffy feeling; loud plumbing & AC. Alarm clocks in ours and all three rooms around us were auto-set to 5:55am, so didn't sleep great the first night. Staff is very friendly and kind, proximity to Penn Station is great.

As a family of four, we stayed comfortably in a very clean, double queen room on the 7th floor overlooking 32nd Street. This was not quiet! However, it's NYC! We used earplugs at night and we were fine. The elevators were fast, the staff was great, and we enjoyed the coffee station. The location is walking distance to many attractions and a subway station. Honestly, no complaints!

The room was dirty when I arrived. Hair all over the shower, the toilet was not properly cleaned. The drawers would open on their own. The ceiling apears to have had a leak resently. When I checked in the front desk gave me the room key and he said it had the wifi password but it did not. I had to go back down and ask for it. Over all, very sloppy.
- 4/5
If you like to walk even better.
- 5/5
The hotel was nice, with no complaints at all. The best part was its location—it was central to everything, making it super convenient.
- 4/5
Ac was fine, location great, room looking old but ok
- 4/5
Rock solid hotel choice, great location, clean room and a good deal.
- 5/5
Clean room. Beds were very comfortable. Room was Quiet and staff was so friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
This Place was a good find....It was Close to everything and Nice and Clean....I would definitely stay here again
- 3/5
Building was in good shape. The room was small and not as advertised but it wasn’t a deterrent
- 3/5
Someone threw up in the elevator and all staff did was throw a towel over it. I guess there is not housekeeping at night so they don’t clean. Elevators very small and slow. Rooms small ok for 1-2 people but no more.
- 4/5
Small size room but we made do. King bed made up for it! A/C was quite noisy but we got used to it. Towels old and thin but were changed daily. Housekeeping was good. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Hotel was in convenient location and we couldn’t hear any city noise which was great. We were happy with our stay here. Would recommend for the central location and rooftop bar that have awesome views of the Empire State Building.
- 5/5
We had a great time here and well located
- 3/5
The front desk attendant was not very polite or hospitable. There was heavy police activity in the lobby. There room was small for a king sized bed, the bathroom was small as well and can hear the plumping from other rooms or the noise from the hallway. Wouldn’t stay again.
- 4/5
Great location
- 5/5
Staff was super nice, great place for the price. Good location
- 5/5
Heater worked, shower fine . Room size decent for nyc. Great location.
- 5/5
Very impressed with the entrance lobby area, staff was nice, room was good.
- 5/5
Staff were great. Roof bar was amazing. Room is a little outdated and there were barking dogs in the room next to us, but it’s NYC and it’s noisy so I had ear plugs.
- 5/5
Great value. Close to everything
- 4/5
Great location,
- 4/5
City parking convenient
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
All and all an immaculate , well situated , hospitable Hotel to stay at in busy NYC!
- 5/5
Very great experience.
- 4/5
Location is excellent. Friday night and Saturday it does get loud though. We were on 5th floor and was hard to sleep.
- 4/5
Lots of shops and restaurants near by, staff was helpful in accommodating us in a different room, our first room was really small and they were able to change us to a room with a little more space.
- 4/5
Rooms were spacious and super close to the Empire State Building. These were not really nice rooms (like updated wise) but did the trick for our one night stay! The doorman literally got us an uber and was incredible.
- 3/5
The hotel was in Korean town. A convenient location. The unfortunate thing was the bed was old and has obvious dent. It’s especially hard for people have back pain. We tried to change a room but was told all the beds are like that! Please update the beds.
- 4/5
There are a lot of korean Shops around the hotel but are too expensives, i recomend to buy water oans other stuff in the CVS pharmacy
- 3/5
The room was bare bones but clean. There is no mini fridge in the room. The property also charges an addition fee upon arrival that was not disclosed prior to booking.
- 5/5
Good sized room
- 5/5
There was a lot of night life around, the staff was friendly and quick.
- 5/5
Rooms were always cleaned, staff was friendly, and I really enjoyed the room! Great location; everything in walking distance.

I have stayed at The Hotel @ Fifth Avenue twice now and have been very happy with my experience on both occasions. I really like that fact it is situated in the middle of Koreatown and it is a very busy and electric atmosphere there.

- 2/5
room feels more like a motel than hotel. was very cold during my stay, bathroom necessities were mediocre. towels, bedding, room air all smelled like musty. wasn’t a comfortable stay but staff were nice and it’s in a convenient location. however wouldn’t recommend if you enjoy comfort
- 5/5
Staff were excellent. Room was great. My only complaint is the 11am checkout time.
- 1/5
I had a HORRIBLE stay. When I arrived at the hotel, the concierge told me that my reservations were canceled. I booked for two rooms and didn't even get a courtesy call from the hotel thst they canceled my reservations. I booked for two nights and they wanted to charge me their rate for those nights opposed to what I was originally supposed to be charged. When I asked to speak with a manager, they decided to charge me my original price for only one night and said there were no rooms available for the next night. Also, the pictures of the rooms is a complete lie. The hotel doesn't look like anything in the pictures. The rooms were tiny and the bathrooms were even worse. This was a complete disaster.
- 4/5
Staff was nice, room was clean, just could use a little upgrading.
- 5/5
Amazing place in midtown district
- 5/5
Room was very clean. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Location is perfect!
- 3/5
The room was clean, I had an issue with the shower on the first morning and I had no water pressure, and barely warm water.
- 5/5
- 5/5
Location was perfect! Room was clean and had everything we need. Staff was great, room was comfortable as well.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and courteous, the place was spotless, and the location was super convenient.
- 3/5
Wonderful midtown location. Thank goodness that Tom was at the front desk this afternoon 1/31/2026 to help check us in —- because the clerk before him was most unhelpful & rude, who walked off in the middle of our check in discussion —We are sure this clerk is a liability to this otherwise quite fine establishment. Thx Tom! 🙏
- 5/5
Second time staying at this hotel and I love it.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. I liked that the hotel was around many food places and not far from my activities. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.
- 3/5
Installed Heat in room was not working and there was no mention of it at check-in. Instead, there was an oil-filled electric radiotor, which worked fine. Overall, the room and hotel are a bit tired.
- 4/5
Front desk staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
The room is chilly because the windows leak cold air in the winter. You have to crank up the heat higher than you would normally. Otherwise the room was fine for a budget hotel. The location is excellent
- 5/5
Everything was perfect! I wanted to take the bed home, it was so very comfortable!
- 5/5
My biggest issue is there is no refrigerator or microwave. I'd be fine if there was a communal microwave but there isn't even that. You can however ask for a microwave refrigerator combo ne sent to your room for an additional $25/day. Which no thanks. The experience was decent for the price we got the room for. Cleanliness, no odors or bugs and thats what I care about most. Location was the best part, smack dab in the center of Korea street with plenty cafes and restaurants. I felt safe there even at night, as much as traveling in NYC is. Best location for walking around Manhattan in all directions and the Subway is on the corner.
- 4/5
It’s a great hotel in the middle of Manhattan. It’s among the cheapest decent places so manage your expectations. It’s a little old etc, but it’s mid town Manhattan. It is what it is.
- 2/5
Ac didn’t work, tub was clogged staff were rude
- 2/5
Rooms are extremely small, no microwave in the rooms or in the entire building.
- 5/5
It was a wonderful stay! Staff were courteous, everything was clean and it was a perfect location!
- 4/5
The housekeeping staff that I encountered was more than accommodating.
- 5/5
I was a little concerned when given a room on the second floor due to the general street noise of NYC on past trips staying on much higher floors in other hotels but the room was so quiet you could hear a pin drop, clean and tidy with ample space for 3 adults sharing the room. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
- 1/5
The leftover smell of marijuana in the lobby permeated the tiny elevator that the five us of were barely able to get ourselves and luggage into. The one way hallways were a good indicator to the size of the room. Online, fisheye pictures designed to deceive the size of the room were very effective as the room was so small you couldn't walk around the end of the foldout bed in the couch, one had to crawl over the mattress to pass. The stained cushions of the couch were hidden under slip covers but the stained carpet of the room could not be hidden. Front desk staff seemed nice enough upon checkin but we did not stay even one night. We were happy to pay the first night to not have to stay there.
- 5/5
LOCATION! Subway a block away. Walk to anywhere. The hotel itself is updated. The rooms are small and dated but clean and the beds are very comfortable. Staff lovely.
- 5/5
Everyone was very pleasant and the room was very clean and spotless everything was great also the front desk clerk was very welcoming especially Tom he was very pleasant he made me feel at home can't wait to go back i was so happy there Everyone make me feel special Beautiful service from everyone the cleaning staff that front desk and everyone else where
- 4/5
The beds is very uncomfortable
- 5/5
We travelled as a family of 5 staying for 6 nights. Our room had two queen beds and a sofa bed. Sofa bed was metal sprung and although a bit lumpy we all had a good sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. It’s not a modern room, the furniture is a little bit dated, but it’s what we expected for New York and we had no complaints. Beds were made daily and fresh towels left. Room was cosy with a good heating/ air con system. Plenty plug sockets. TV, hairdryer, coffee machine and iron board and iron. Beds were comfortable. No outside noise from the street. Our view was of the courtyard. Would have preferred a better view but it wasn’t a deal breaker. They have vending machines on lower lever. You can fill water bottles from a water dispenser there too. Has a gym suite but we never used it. No food available but there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the street. We loved the pastry shop Tous les Jours for breakfast. Hotel is a 3 minute walk to Macy’s and 5 minutes to Times Square. We travelled to Penn Station from the airport which was a 7 minute walk to accommodation. Staff were friendly and happy to help. We had a great stay.
- 4/5
The location is excellent. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooftop bar is adorable!! Would stay again in a heartbeat!
- 5/5
Good stay
- 3/5
Everything was good except the sofa bed. It was horrible!
- 4/5
Clean, room and location.
- 1/5
Place was filthy
- 5/5
Room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage until check-in time on the day we arrived so that we could enjoy exploring the city. Hotel is in a great location as well!
- 4/5
clean room
- 5/5
Easy check in. Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Will stay again.
- 4/5
Good location, clean, staff was awesome.
- 4/5
Great stay! Very pleased with service and room.
- 3/5
The hotel is on a very busy block in Koreatown with bars and clubs. The noise outside all night even on the weekdays was terrible. There were crowds of people loitering on the steps all the time. We had to catch a cab to the airport at 4 am and the steps of the hotel were full of people smoking marijuana that would barely move for us to get our bags down.
- 4/5
Nice staff, clean close to a lot of places
- 1/5
Hotel has no facilities- rooms are extremely small- not even a fridge- no hot water - not even a bottle of water in the room
- 5/5
A secret gem!!! In a fantastic location
- 3/5
The noise level-even on the 8th floor was ridiculous. I know it’s the city that never sleeps, but you shouldn’t hear people screaming at 3am. The room was cold, heat really was ok. We paid $60 to get from airport to the hotel, when we were leaving we asked the hotel employee to get us a taxi…he said $150 for the 4 of us. What a rip off, they were trying pocket extra money. I would stay somewhere else on our next visit!!!
- 3/5
Cons: small and very slow elevators. Room was very small and crowded. No place to even open your luggage. Room was very dim. TV was not centered in the room. bar on 14th floor was so dark. No holiday lights or festive atmosphere despite being december. Heat lamps were not sufficient to allow you to sit outside. Overall lots of room for Improvement.
- 4/5
The staff at the hotel are extremely nice and responsive. The rooms are very clean and cleaned everyday (many hotels don't seem to do that anymore). The hotel could use updating, particularly the elevators but it is a very good deal for staying in NYC and enjoying all it has to offer. As a frequent solo traveler, I also felt safe, which is important to me.
- 3/5
The air conditioning was effective, the rooms were clean and its really close to times square
- 5/5
Great location near everything
- 5/5
I stayed here four times throughout the years and I always go back. It’s really clean great service and very great location.
- 5/5
everything was nice , the staff. the room. really good location!
- 5/5
Friendly desk staff! The gentleman in the luggage storage area is amazing- goes above and beyond! Room was clean and quiet too.
- 5/5
All staff I encountered were friendly. We had a terrace room that had an amazing view. It was reasonably priced. Only things to note is that the rooms aren’t anything spectacular but we knew that. Not sure if the room was vacuumed before and there was some hair on the towels, that’s the reason for the 4 and not 5. We only were in the room to sleep and it was perfect for that. The bathrooms are quite small, so don’t plan on having multiple people in there at once.
- 5/5
very nice stay. great location with my many good places in walking distance. staff was very kind. would definitely stay again. honest review
- 5/5
Very much
- 4/5
The staff was really attentive. The room was very clean. The location was really convenient.
- 4/5
My wife and I would stay here again.
- 5/5
A great location, close to subway & midtown.
- 5/5
We stayed here as a family of 5. The location was central and perfect for our busy itinerary. The staff was VERY friendly and attentive.
- 4/5
Great location
- 2/5
Not worth the price at all. Very run down.
- 5/5
Check-in was easy and we were able to access our room early. The lobby is very pretty. The room was a fine size for two people in two beds, and seemed very clean. Good location in K-Town so we could walk to many different areas. We would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Clean room, kind staff. Our stay was good!
- 3/5
Hotel was not what photos made it seem . Very outdated and not many amnesties . For the price I was disappointed
- 5/5
Clean, safe (solo traveler), in a perfect area.
- 3/5
Found the room to be dingy. Carpet had not been vacuumed and we found pubic hairs in the sheets. Requested a linen change and the floor to be vacuumed. They brought the linens and left. We had to deal with the sheets. Floor was never vacuumed as requested. Hotel needs a major make-over. The couch looked like it belonged in a budget movie. I will say the staff was friendly and the location met our needs. But I won't stay here again.
- 2/5
The day desk attendant was polite as well as the luggage attendant. However the night attendant did not say one thing while checking us in except that there was a $99 “resort fee” and charged my card. There were 0 amenities.
- 5/5
Overall it was good
- 2/5
The room was very tiny and had a tiny window. There was a lot of noise coming from the hall. He kept on getting it too hot, then too cold. Don’t be fooled by how nice the lobby and entranceway looks. The rooms are pretty shabby.
- 2/5
Its tv was broken, wouldn’t turn off. The bathroom wasn’t clean, had hair in the tub. The water from the tub also didn’t go down. The bed frame was also very dirty. Overall the customer service was good, lobby was really nice.
- 5/5
Very wonderful location, nice rooftop bar, pleasant staff
- 2/5
Small business around area friendly, very busy . Great little coffee place near buy just a few doors down. Uber came right to the door on time. Room was cleaned daily.
- 2/5
Very noisy heater, uncomfortable matress, back hurts for both of us, our floor had some nasty smelling liquid spilled on it when we checked it and our socks got wet. We wanted a king bed and got a queen. Room was old and too tiny.
- 4/5
Clean room, courteous staff..
- 3/5
Old hotel on a noisy street. But location is great and the staff is friendly.
- 2/5
The bed was by far the worst!! No support sunk when laid on it make noises with every turn! Left with head-shoulder-back pain!! Poor insulating around bathroom window leaving it freezing when stepping out of the shower. Hotel was clean but deff needs upgrades! Parking deck is available to you but 2 streets over from the location which is a little walk not convenient at all, we used the one across the street which was 150.00 for 2 days!
- 5/5
Room was spotless and the bed was behind comfortable
- 5/5
The room was very spacious n close by a lot of a shopping places
- 4/5
This hotel is okay but only okay. One day the elevator does not work. Next day light switch does not work. Then they fix it. The shower did not work. Then they fixed it. Coffee only 7-11 am.
- 5/5
Room was clean
- 3/5
Room was okay, but the walls are incredibly thin. The bathroom did not come body wash and the towels are really thin too. 1 of the 2 Elevators also broke 2nd day into our visit which was really frustrating so we were waiting more than 5 min each time. Overall, not horrible, but not great. You get what you pay for.
- 5/5
Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean. The elevators were slow, but I have experienced worse elevators other places. No refrigerators or microwaves in the room. I would stay there again.
- 3/5
We came here to celebrate our honeymoon. Our room was very small and we didn’t know we could request a microwave and a fridge until we had three days left. Regardless, it was a great stay but the room was weird. The coffee machine was in the bathroom, the lights seem like they were ONE tick away from breaking, and if a neighbor threw a door ours would shake (it felt like someone was opening it). If what you’re looking for is somewhere to sleep while you explore during the day /night — this is it. The staff is friendly, and the cleaners always made our bed.
- 5/5
clean rooms and lounge area was great. I arrived early but my check in was late, I communicated that with them and they made sure to get the room as soon as possible with no charge.
- 2/5
Additionally, the property does not match the photos advertised. The hotel is old, and only one elevator was operational, resulting in long waits — often 10+ minutes — only for it to arrive full. The room smelled moldy, and the bathroom had visible stains. For the price, the condition and experience were far below expectations. I do want to acknowledge that the manager was helpful with the refund process, and I appreciate that. However, I would not stay at this property again.

- 5/5
Clean room, very convenient location.
- 5/5
Good staff. Very friendly.
- 4/5
Clean rooms, good customer service. Definitely know where to stay if I want to see the parade in a couple of years
- 4/5
Great location. Polite expedient staff
- 5/5
The staff are always OUTSTANDING!! Friendly, helpful and welcoming - it’s like coming home every time we stay
- 5/5
Great location and Korean town s the best.
- 4/5
No the toilet bowl had mold in it but it was very close to everything when I would stay there again.
- 4/5
I’ve been staying at this Hotel for years. I love the location, the rooms are spacious, the staff is so friendly.
- 5/5
Great location and quiet despite what other reviews said. Maybe we got lucky. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Check in was quick. Would stay here again on my next trip to ny c
- 5/5
Everything was clean. All the staff were nice and welcoming. The staff was very nice and helpful when I needed help with the shower they showed me a video.
- 4/5
Room spotless
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Perfect location
- 2/5
Didnt appreciate having to pay more on an already paid for room.
- 5/5
Started with friendly but efficient people at the front desk. Clean room, comfortable bed and understated decor enhanced the great location, just a couple of blocks from Madison Square Garden.
- 3/5
Internet was lousy. Kept shutting down. This is the 21st century and good internet access should be reliable, not intermittent.
- 2/5
The wifi is unstable. It even stopped working for a day/night. It is extremely inconvenient for international travelers without US cellular service. The front desk staff did not try to accommodate nor seemed apologetic, almost annoyed at the customer, for the hotel’s inconvenience. The location is great, but not so sure if I would book this hotel again for a pleasant stay.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 5/5
The room was spotless and well prepared. The hotel was half a block from a subway station with five major lines running through and two blocks from Penn station. It lies halfway between Broadway and Fifth Avenue, Macys is three blocks away, along with many shops and restaurants all around. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The front desk saved me a lot of wasted time by knowing that one subway line did not run on Saturday. Very good value
- 3/5
No fridge, wifi was down, long wait during check in, bathroom and closet had a weird smell.
- 2/5
Very noisy room
- 4/5
The patio has incredible views of the city!
- 4/5
The location was key. The room was adequate. Staff were helpful. Lobby was nice and rooftop bar was a nice surprise. The view of the Empire State Building was unique
- 5/5
Good overall
- 2/5
Staff was professional and helpful. Room was old and dingy, so overpriced, horrible bedding and towels. No valet parking which is a definite negative.
- 5/5
Comfy bed
- 3/5
The hotel itself isn’t anything special but it was clean enough, had a comfortable bed, and was very convenient to walk to many attractions, as well as shopping and dining options.
- 4/5
Clean room.
- 2/5
Friendly Staff, Great Location, Spacious family room Cons: Walls are paper thin. Doors slamming all night waking you up and you can hear neighbor's faucets running also waking you up. Room had a musky smell TV intermittently worked No mini fridge
- 4/5
My room very clean, comfortable and quiet. Coffe maker did not work. Not all TV channels listed worked. My check in not very welcoming - eg I asked about the buffet breakfast but said none avail - but failed to mention they did have good coffee available in the basement. Only when I asked about a nearby bar did they advise me about the rooftop lounge - it was quite unique!
- 5/5
Fantastic staff! Amazing building! Perfect location!
- 5/5
Central location with easy access to transport, shops and attractions.
- 4/5
Room was clean and housekeeping did a good job. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Great area for Korean food and excellent walking distance to Empire State Building and midtown area. Very easy to get Lyft or Uber from hotel. Very quiet room as it was located on the interior to other buildings, which means boring view but peaceful sleeping. Shower water pressure fluctuated and sometimes took a few minutes to get warm-hot water, likely due to busier time of day. Hallway had an odd smell, but wasn’t impacting the room.
- 3/5
Stayed on the 14th floor and because of the rooftop bar it was loud as people were leaving at midnight. The ice machine on the closest floor to us was not working and the front desk was not aware so we were sent there to get ice.
- 5/5
clean, good staff
- 5/5
The hotel was in an extremely convenient location. It was very easy to get around midtown from there. The room was comfortable and very clean. There was no mini fridge in the room and when we requested it, we were informed that it would cost $25 for the fridge. The hotel should specify that on their website when it says the fridge needs to be requested.
- 4/5
This hotel is in walking distance to Penn Station, which for my trip was very convenient. The staff pre-checked me in as my flight was cancelled and I arrived one day late. I asked for a letter stating this so that I could file a travel insurance claim and they were very accommodating.
- 4/5
Okay place to stay. Room smelled a bit, but it's NYC. Rooms could use some updating, especially for the price you have to pay.
- 3/5
Ok hotel for value but very dated and staff isn't very welcoming or helpful. If you want midtown location at a great price point and like ramen - it could be a decent option.
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
However, the hotel itself feels a bit worn down. At one point, my friend got stuck in the elevator and had to call us for help. Since we were on the top floor and couldn’t reach the front desk, we alerted the bartender. His reaction was surprisingly casual—just an “oh, okay”—with no urgency at all. It felt like this sort of thing might happen often. The rooms were noticeably smaller than they appeared in the photos. Also, the ground-floor coffee area was underwhelming, especially considering the price we paid to stay there. We had two rooms next to each other—one had been cleaned, the other had not, which was a bit disappointing. We also noticed that many people at the rooftop bar weren’t hotel guests—they mentioned it themselves. A few even asked us if we were staying at the hotel and where we were from while in the elevator, which felt a little odd. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but nothing particularly memorable either. It served its purpose as a place to sleep after a busy day exploring Manhattan.
- 3/5
Great location in the heart of K-town and easy walk to Penn Station. However, the room wasn't great. The bathroom had only a hand held shower head and the towels were not clean - one of the towels hanging in the room was actually full of someone else's hair making us suspect the towels weren't changed. We also had trash from the last occupant of the room still there when we checked in.
- 5/5
Great property and location. I got this place for a steal and it was so nice. Right in the heart of Korea Town with restaurants that are authentic and open late. Easy access to Subway as well. Don’t forget to check out the rooftop bar before you leave. It’s free to enter and has a wonderful spot to take a selfie with the Empire State building in the background. The one weird thing was that the girl who first tried to check me in wasn’t very friendly and told me I would have to wait until 4 to get into my room. I was waiting in the lobby for 5 minutes getting something out of my bag, and there was a new guy at the front desk. He asked me if I had been checked in and I told him that I was told it wouldn’t be available until 4. He upgraded me immediately to a nicer room and got me in it immediately. Other than that it was a glorious stay and would stay again!
- 4/5
The room was clea
- 4/5
Nice location but abit old facility
- 5/5
Excellent area
- 5/5
Clean and nice
- 2/5
I was disappointed with this hotel. It’s very basic and outdated hotel with an old bed, old pillows and I wouldn’t let my children go near the sofa bed as it looks like it over 15 years old. The bathroom is very basic as well but works. However location good but thats all this hotel has… 2 stars
- 2/5
when I booked the hotel and saw pictures it looked very nice when I got there . It had scaffold all over the building when we went inside to check in and ask for a refrigerator when we went to our room in elevator was very small and rundown elevator needed a paint we went to the room. The hallway was narrow. It was eerie like the twilight zone when brought the refrigerator. the refrigerator was wobbly wasn't balanced the desk drawer kept rolling out because it was uneven when I went to put my clothes in the dresser, the dresser had condom a lot of paper towels, and some kind of pill. I went down to front desk to complaint. they changed my room to two floors up. The Hotel need to upgrade mattress. It wasn't a very good experience at the hotel and last time there very noisy. First time in New York that was great not the Hotel

I always enjoy my stay at The Hotel at Fifth Avenue. The staff is attentive and prompt, the room is clean and quiet, and the neighborhood is vibrant with numerous restaurants.
- 3/5
Tiny quarter but understand the realty in the heart of Manhattan
- 2/5
Poor air circulation.
- 4/5
Great location. Great staff.
- 5/5
It was a very nice hotel. Area was a little loud and a lot of light came in the room at night.
- 2/5
Needs updating. Many things were wrong with our room and it was just big enough for the queen bed.
- 2/5
Area very dirty. Hotel is clean . But they charge for everything.
- 3/5
It was a good place to stay with lots of amenities, shopping, and food choices.
- 4/5
The hotel room was cleaned and the staff were kind!
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Staff are friendly
- 5/5
The room is spacious for Manhattan. The bed was very comfortable. The best thing, was locating. It was near everything. 34th street subway station no more than 2 mins walk. Madison Square Gardens.10 mins if taking your time. Beautiful restaurants and plenty of places for coffee or quick bites. Must say very impressed!!!
- 3/5
The location was good. The room was dated and smelled like they were covering up someone who had been smoking in the room. The people behind the desk weee friendly and curtious.ñ
- 5/5
Great hotel and location, easily walkable to major landmarks.
- 4/5
Very convenient location. Room was small but perfectly cozy. No cups for water. Elevator fine but slow. The rooftop bar is excellent.
- 4/5
We really like the location and the fact that the family room slept 5 people. It was good value for money also.

When booking on the app it said there were adjoining rooms available, but when I called ahead and asked they said they couldn’t make any guarantees. Then I got there and they said they didnt have any adjoining rooms at their hotel at all. There was an industrial sized construction fan left in our room and the window wouldn’t close so it was super noisy.
- 4/5
Great location!
- 5/5
great rooftop view of empire state building
- 5/5
Clean nice hotel located right in Koreatown. Very comfortable!
- 5/5
Stayed here before. Affords a lovely time. Only complaint iscthere is no gand rail on the entry steps from the sidewalk.
- 2/5
The hotel is not updated at all, paid 1700 for a family room pictures did not match there’s no wall separating the space just one small room, no microwave no refrigerator a small tv sits in the corner. The ac went out on the hottest day they said they would bring a fan never did, we was without air for almost two days in 89/90 degree weather the windows have no screens and we had to wait for maintenance to open them up. The location is ok walkable to places but the room smelled old and stuffy no air vents for the bathroom so showering or using it made the entire room moist and you could smell, it was just not something I would like or would ever do again! Ever! Customer service sucked too!
- 4/5
Good location and comfortable room. Basic hotel but no food
- 5/5
Ótima localização, time square e central park. sem burocracia para checking e checkout, pizzaria, café e restaurante tudo perto. Funcionário bem receptivos. Recomendo.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Pretty outdated room and hotel. Staff at the desk was nice but unhelpful. Dude didn’t even know about a discount that this place gives. Asked for our room to be cleaned and for towels like 6 or 7 times and ended up getting them ourselves from the basement
- 4/5
We just needed a place for the night. We got there at 2am and the front desk was staffed and friendly even in the middle of the night.
- 5/5
Wonderful place to stay. It was in a great location. Many good places to eat around the hotel. Close to the subway and Penn Station. Also close to many shopping places including Macy’s. It was very easy to get to and from the airport from here. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity to in the future. Highly recommended!
- 5/5
Nice property. Stayed for one night and had everything we needed. Subway station was right on the corner and there were plenty of food options in the area.
- 1/5
Place like motel , every thing no quality , and room so small
- 5/5
Perfect location, quiet, staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable!
- 5/5
Good hotel closed to Penn station easy to get LIRR to JFK airport. In Korea town many food options and bars. Great comfortable bed and nice shower
- 5/5
This property is located in Korea Town and you have an amazing view of the Empire State Building that you can see from the terrace bar! Walking distance to several different restaurants and the subway. The staff was amazing and attentive. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York!
- 5/5
The rooms were very clean. Comfortable beds.
- 5/5
Excellent location
- 3/5
Walkable to many shopping areas but very noisy. Hotel is clean but very small.
- 3/5
In koreatown, very noisy, but you can walk to many places. Hotel is very small. Rooms are small but clean.

N/A
- 2/5
The elevator was out of service
- 4/5
The check-in process was quick and easy. Once you get to the room, just ensure everything is working properly, if not, notify the front desk and someone will assist you.
- 2/5
The first night we stayed we came back and our bedroom door was wide open. We then noticed the next day that a bag of clothes and some toiletries were missing. We reported this but nothing was done about it. Reception service could be improved. The best thing about this hotel was the roof top bar staff. The lady that worked there during our stay was friendly and efficient. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
- 5/5
The Staff were wonderful and accommodating
- 3/5
Average hotel, Korea Town had too much foot traffic.
- 5/5
An all round excellent base for a great holiday.
- 2/5
the room was so old. everything looked and felt dirty. coffee maker, sheets, light switches. just gross.
- 4/5

Halfway through our stay (around 11:30 pm) my son told me he saw a cockroach in our room. We were in the family room so we searched around the pull-out couch and a cockroach came running out that I had to kill with a shoe. I went down to the front desk and we moved to a smaller room (no family rooms were available). The next day we didn't want to have to bring our luggage down for the day to take it back up so we opted to stay in the smaller room for the next night as well (since it was our last night). When I checked in with the front desk to see how they would make the situation right all they did was refund me the hotel service fees that I paid on the first night there of $114. So, their way of making up for a roach being in the room and us having to move late at night to a SMALLER room and then staying there so we didn't have to move our stuff all around was only $114 which is their fake hotel service fees they charge for staying there. Not impressed at all with their customer service. Hotel is basic to begin with and their customer service leaves this as an unrecommendable place to stay with your family.
- 5/5
Last minute booking, and very impressive property. I loved ever single thing starting from check in moment. Will be coming back.
- 3/5
Nothing great - nothing horrible. The room was not much more than a large closet. Opened the door into the bed. Night staff not friendly. Check in was good. It was not noisy in the room but the area outside is crowded and dirty.
- 4/5
The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room we had was large and clean the hotel is fine its just showing its age a bit. Would I stay there again ? yes I would.
- 2/5
The room was small and smelled moldy
- 2/5
I wont stay in this hotel again.
- 4/5
Easy access to public transportation and not far from major attractions. The hotel is old and the rooms are extremely outdated for the price, but it is NYC after all.
- 4/5
The location of this hotel is absolutely top notch. It is close to everything you need. The subway and Penn station are just a few steps away and so is the Times Square and ESB. Korean restaurants are right there which is a big bonus as I don’t have to go anywhere far for food. The room is small but that’s fair given this is NY city. I was afraid of the elevator problem while reading other reviews before but during my stay, I usually didn’t have to wait for very long. There was just a small problem with the staff cleaning up my room and my shirt got dirty for unknown reasons. Anyway, the manager was attentive and handled the complaint well. I highly recommend this property as the location itself is worth the price already.
- 5/5
I will 100% recommend this hotel for anyone to stay at while they’re in New York City. The concierge was very helpful on our last day of stay. It’s very clean and in a super trendy part of mid town Manhattan.
- 5/5
Loved every second of staying here!
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
This place only has the location but mostly not a good place to stay. Many issues. Noisy, the AC unit makes the room either too cold or too hot and is very noisy while you try to sleep. Room is tiny. Coffee maker didn’t work and instead of replacing they wanted to look at it. There was a very dangerous step into the bathroom where we tripped several times. Ice machine only worked on night. Anyways I would find a better place. Location is ok. Close to Times Square.
- 3/5
The staff was nice, the room was nothing special, the location is great
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and easily accessible to NYC tourist attractions.
- 3/5
When we arrived the area around the hotel was super dirty and noisy, there was a girl with the paramedics in the lobby that was super drunk according to her friend. Not a great 1st impression of the place.
- 4/5
The room smells a bit musty probably due to the hot weather. It’s old but room is clean. Overall it was good. And accessible to different places that we want to explore. Too many restaurants that we could choose to eat.
- 5/5
Great location, clean room, and friendly service. It was also very quiet inside, we didn’t hear any noise from the street which was nice because the hotel is in a really busy area.
- 3/5
The hotel was ok, a bit small and not much to offer other than a "rooftop" bar. Only vending was in the basement
- 4/5
Hotel was great. The location was perfect. A walking distance from everything. I would stay there again.
- 4/5
Front desk curt and unfriendly hotel dated. My room faced a brick wall. Dated room was clean was was basically all I could ask for. Neighborhood was surrounded by Korean shops and restaurants and was lively during the evening. Would I stay here again? No but it was a last minute booking and would be fine if this was an option.
- 3/5
The hotel has very small rooms
- 4/5
Friendly employees. The elevator was terrible. Only 2 and they are very small and it takes forever. The location of the hotel was nice.
- 5/5
Quiet, CLEAN, housekeeping staff and front desk were wonderful! Rooftop bar was lovely with a great view of the Empire State Building! Great location close to the subway and walkable to Times Square, Broadway shows, etc.
- 5/5
The location was perfect, just a short walk to major attractions and public transport. I appreciated how safe and quiet the area was, especially at night. Overall, I would highly recommend the fifth ave.hotel] to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. I’ll definitely return on my next visit!
- 4/5
Location and bigger rooms for a large family. The elevator is super slow and small. The towel and blankets were old
- 3/5
Clean rooms. Convenient to Penn Station. Wish the hotel had a more comfortable lobby area and an on-site restaurant/breakfast option.
- 4/5
Location was great. Hotel was clean.
- 5/5
We are a family of 5, wanted to visit NYC for the first time for three nights. This hotel was perfect for us. It was clean, beds are super comfortable. The A/C was wonderful! We all slept great! Room had a dresser, a desk, and two luggage racks to place our carry-ons. We slept 2 to each queen bed and one on the pull-out couch, which was clean and comfortable as well. The shower pressure was good and there was immediate hot water. There were plenty of towels and the cleaning person offered us more if we needed. She offered to clean each day. The lobby of the hotel was clean and nice, the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. They had a locked luggage storage so we could store our luggage before check-in and after check-out so we could still enjoy the city. The hotel is on a busy street with restaurants EVERYWHERE! We had many amazing meals all within a short walk. The Grace Cafe next door was such a treat, with delicious desserts and ice cream. We also visited the roof-top bar and had delicious cocktails in a cute, modern environment while looking at the Empire State building. So many attractions within walking distance from the hotel: The Empire State building is one block away, Times Square, Radio City, Rockafeller, Broadway, The New York Library, St. Patrick's Cathedral and Central Park. Subway station at the end of the block, a 1 minute walk from hotel. We loved it, and would definitely stay again!

Nice location
- 5/5
Lovely, a little small but very clean and did a bang-up job for the price in NYC.
- 3/5
AC was not working
- 4/5
This hotel was licated in Koreatown. It was very close to the subway and close to many other locations. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Bartender was short and not personable. Overall stay was good!
- 5/5
This was such a perfect place to stay at and easily accessible to multiple subways. I cannot recommend enough!
- 4/5
We always stayed near Time Square in the past, but this time we stayed south of there at The Hotel @ Fifth Avenue. The beds and pillows were way too soft, but the area was a great location for our needs. The staff was great.
- 5/5
staff was helpful and friendly.
- 2/5
Property needs a major update. Elevators don’t feel safe. Staff did not speak great English- it was very loud at night - we were woken up several times- once early in the morning by staff being rude in the hallway right by our door. Bed was very uncomfortable
- 5/5
The man i didnt catch his name, helping with holding the luggage before and after checkout was the most helpful and coolest guy i met in NY he made up feel very welcome and he was very nice to my grouchy toddles (we flew overnight and he was grumpy) but this hotel id definitely recommend and id book again!
- 2/5
Cheap hotel, but not so much for what it is.
- 3/5
There was a great rooftop bar but it was unclear when it was open as the opening hours on the door didn't always match when it was actually open. However, the view of the Empire State Building from the rooftop bar was pretty special. When we were there one lift was not working for the week and so only one lift and it took absolutely ages and there was such a long queue to get in once the one lift did arrive. Sometimes you missed getting in because it was full. We were on the 14th floor so sometimes we just walked up the flights of stairs to get to our room and avoid the lift all together so I guess it helped with our fitness! The only real issue was that the hot water too SO long to get hot when you went to have a shower in the morning. An entire shower's worth of water would have to be run before the water got hot and I just felt like I was wasting so much water just to get a hot shower. Other than that, the location was brilliant, the staff were friendly and the beds were comfy and warm.
- 5/5
Close to all things new York!
- 5/5
Very nice property in a very good location . The property is very reasonably priced, located a block away from the Empire State Building, and many other great tourist attractions. The lobby has been updated and provides seating for customers. The room was roomy, quiet, , and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be better was that the street in front of the motel was a little dirty and trash on sidewalk..
- 5/5
everything was great thank you
