I tried to called for questions from my room but no one picked up ever. The shower pressure was so low that I don't feel like showering. Requested the hotel to send someone to check, only answer me after 2 days and from the app telling me there is nothing they can do.

This tiny hotel was a really welcoming place to stay for 3 days for work. The staff was lovely, my room was spotless and well appointed, and the complementary breakfast at a cafe around the corner was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable. I'd come back.

We had a room facing the street, and it was Halloween weekend, but it was a very quiet stay! Truly impressive for NYC. Beds were super comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating. It’s a little hidden gem in a great area.

The location was great. Close to shopping, metro and nice restaurants. Interior was tasteful and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful too. The place was under renovation. I knew this when booking and thought that it would be ok. But the luxurious and cute thing of this place was actually the courtyard and breakfast cafe. We got vouchers for a cafe nearby which was fine, but I would recommend to not book this hotel untill the renovation is done.

From the moment you enter the doors the staff is excellent and the space was clean and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and well thought out with attention to small details.

The premises were nothing like advertised. No restuarant, no lobby seating, old and small rooms. Definitely not worth the price.

The bar and restaurant was being refurbished so we had to go out for breakfast and drinks. It would have been nice if we had been warned in advance of arriving

The front entrance stair to the hotel are very steep so it may be difficult for some folks to safely traverse.

Honestly, I was furious with the state of this hotel compared to their photos. The lovely lighted courtyard with green plants ? a dark depressing hole you don't have access to anyway. The nice lighted rooms ? a dark room as well without light (obliged to turn on the light even when there is a bright sunshine outside otherwise it's the night) Also, the hotel is being refurbished (so you are sent elsewhere for the breakfast), there is no lobby, no restaurant anymore. Don't you think it's an important information to tell your clients before ? And I paid an outrageous 500 US dollars for this room per night. I was really furious specifically when I looked around, there was better hotels cheaper but I could not cancel anymore. A shame.

The hotel feels like it could be a 2 star motel. Overall, it feels run down, tired, and like it's been through a lot. The cleaning staff seemed kind, and the front desk people who I interacted with seemed uninterested in their jobs and I had to ask to get help with my luggage if I needed it going up/down the front stairs. The hotel is clearly renovating some of the common areas, so the inner courtyard doesn't look anything like the photos. The worst part was the room felt dirty and tired. The carpet was stained, the walls were dinged up (and repaired poorly), the tile in the bathroom shower was cracked, the ceilings had cracks, the light in the closet ceiling had a big gap between it and the ceiling, the bathroom toiletries were mediocre at best, the bed skirts were stained and ripped in areas, the AC/Heat system was dated and finicky (it either got too hot or too cold while on), the sheets were minimal, the bed was uncomfortable, the curtains in the bedroom weren't properly installed so were kind of coming off the rod, and the phone in the room wouldn't turn its light off so I had to manually unplug it to be able to get my room dark (it kept cycling through different photos in the screensaver). The pros of the hotel were that the inner courtyard rooms are quiet, you're able to get total blackout (when phone was unplugged), and the location is right in the heart of Soho. Overall, I am incredibly disappointed with my stay, especially considering I paid ~$700/night.

Comfortable Not very handicapped accessible but they did help my husband get in the lift.

Nice location in Soho; lots of restaurants, high end shopping, and convenient to subway. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Only criticism is that in-room amenities were sparse - no coffee maker, fridge, microwave... But overall we had a very nice stay!

A hotel with a great SoHo atmosphere, the room was spacious and convenient with good beddings. An excellent breakfast was supplied at the nearby Citizen cafe. On the third floor, it took a few minutes for the hot water to come on in the shower.

This boutique hotel was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway in SoHo. The beautiful courtyard is stunning- we didn't get to eat in the cafe due to renovations but we were given breakfast vouchers to eat at Citizen which did not disappoint. We had a great time in SoHo. Parking was $57 in a parking low 2 blocks away. Hotel was very clean. We found personal welcome notes in our room. Few free bottles of water. Comfy bed. Fresh coffee with croissants, bread, yogurt, small sandwiches in the morning. Checking in and out was a breeze.

If you are looking for a quiet retreat in SoHo within waking distance of lots of food, shopping and transportation, the Broome is a fantastic choice. I keep coming back for the location, the pleasant staff and the delicious breakfasts.

Arrived late. Check-in was quick and friendly. Room was nice and clean, but shower pressure was low and access to the deck was through the bathroom. Also, AC was complicated to use and I had to unplug the fridge as it was quite loud.

The hotel was cozy and beautiful. Very comfortable beds and the courtyard so tranquil. The mornings were so relaxing and the coffee and pastries were of excellent quality. Very friendly staff, so helpful and easy to work with. We will definitely return someday.

Excellent and safe location! The breakfast was delicious and the room amenities (Evian, trail mix, and chocolates) were a nice touch. This is a small boutique hotel with great character and was very clean. Would highly recommend and looking forward to staying again!

If you’re planning on visiting New York for the first time, you can’t go wrong with staying here. Our room was really nice, clean, comfy, and well kept. The staff were friendly and had the room ready earlier than the initial check in. Would definitely stay here again for future trips.

Breakfast exceeded expectations, with healthy options, eggs, beautiful yogurt artesian granola with fresh berries parfait and espresso drinks included, made to order. Also available up to 10am which is later than many places. Great air conditioning, quaint, quiet, and in a lovely neighbourhood of the city with a local vibe. On our particular arrival, we could start exploring while our bags were left at the Broome and transported to our room, which was ready for check in two hours early! Prompt and helpful correspondence with Jordan and front desk staff. Excellent gem to stay in Soho.

On our particular arrival, we could start exploring while our bags were left at the Broome and transported to our room, which was ready for check in two hours early! Prompt and helpful correspondence with Jordan and front desk staff. Excellent gem to stay in Soho.

Very comfortable, quiet place to stay and relax in a fun, high energy, hip area. The breakfast was delicious and the courtyard is beautiful. The staff was very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help with transportation, restaurant recommendations, Central Park walks, etc. I will definitely stay here again when I return to NYC.

Quiet, great location, very nice room and bathroom. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were wonderful. Breakfast was very good. No one at front desk in evening or at night which felt unsafe.

The Broome is perfectly located, the entire staff was most helpful, the included breakfast was surprisingly superb. My room was a good size for NYC. I will definitely be returning!

Loved the Broome. The staff was so nice with us, we felt really safe, and of course, we loved the area. Could not have been more convenient. Our room was very quiet and clean. 10/10 would definitely book and stay here again.

appointed in a great location with pleasant, competent staff. Breakfast is included and served in a lovely cafe located at the back of the hotel, looking over their central terrace. I have never had a quieter room in New York including at much pricier hotels. Super comfortable and just a lovely space. The only downer is the front door is hard to find. Signage would help!

Amazing boutique hotel! Super clean. Desk attendants so helpful and considerate. Lovely little garden dining area for free breakfast. Quiet. Highly recommend. Definitely my new go-to for staying in that part of the City.

The staff goes the extra mile with little details, the complimentary breakfast is so over the top and the rooms are perfect. It’s very quiet and you can’t hear any street noise. Will definitely be back!

The Broome Hotel is excellent. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable with great mini-bar options. The location is ideal to get anywhere around Manhattan and it was easy to hop on the Subway and visit friends in Brooklyn. Definitely will stay there again. 10/10

We had a lovely stay here. Concierge greets you at the door making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Breakfast of freshly baked croissants, coffee, and fresh squeezed orange juice in the open air courtyard is a treat.

This Hotel is outstanding. It is quiet and not easily seen from the street. The service was outstanding and in particular Grace was awesome. Our daughter was moving into an NYU dorm not far from the hotel. she offered to help us transport our luggage from the hotel to the dorm. We declined but just the offer was great. Highly recommend. Great location in SOHO.

Fantastic service and like being in an old-fashioned dream! I was in NYC during the tropical storm and was able to check in early and just kick back and enjoy my rainy stay. Nicole, and the entire staff was amazing, thank you for the beautiful breakfast, amazing room, and the heavy duty umbrella, a life saver! Can't wait to come back!!!

I was very pleased with the location and service. The morning room service breakfast was pleasant. I would like to stay here again when we are not so locked-down by COVID.
