Reviews
The hotel is praised for its convenient location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. The free breakfast is a plus, but it can be crowded and chaotic. Some guests have issues with the size of the rooms and the quality of the breakfast.

About the area is Located in Manhattan, a neighborhood in New York, SpringHill Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square South is in the entertainment district and near the airport. Notable landmarks in the area include Times Square and Rockefeller Center, and travelers wishing to experience a bit of culture can try Ellis Island Immigration Museum. Empire State Building and Grand Central Terminal are two other places to visit that come recommended. Guests appreciate the hotel's convenience to public transportation: 34 St. - Penn Station is 3 minutes by foot and 42 St. - Port Authority Bus Terminal Station is 6 minutes. The hotel room , staffs, and the location are excellent. I enjoyed my one night staying , I've got the Room, 1 King Bed. All rooms are breakfast included and they served hot food . I recommend SpringHill Suites by Marriot , to all travelers .

Excellent location, safe and secure area. Very busy hotel during breakfast. Great shuttle service to the airport!

The location was great, the breakfast was great, Christian at the Bell desk was awesome. The pillows were kind of flat, and not fluffy. They were not comfortable. Also, the elevators were a bit of a challenge, with congestion. Too many people trying to get up and down at the same time, and there was a lot of waiting for elevators. Also the lighting in the bathroom was kind of dim. I would have liked an option for another light, for when putting on makeup.

Really had no issues. Room was equipped with both a microwave and small fridge. Television worked perfectly. Had the option for breakfast but checked out earlier in the morning for work so had no time. Bathroom is small but compact and has a big heavy sliding door. The faucet would leak onto the counter which was a little annoying but not a deal breaker and didn't affect me from still enjoying my time in the room. Other than that everything else was comfortable.

We truly had an excellent stay at this hotel. We stayed for 10 days and couldn't be happier with our experience. The breakfast is outstanding, with a huge variety of options, and they add something new almost every day. The location is perfect. The subway is only about a block and a half away, making it very easy to get around the city. At no point did we feel unsafe in the area. We were two women walking back to the hotel around 1:00 AM, and we never had any issues. As for the hotel itself, everything was excellent. The facilities are very well maintained, the rooms are spotless, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, and housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, 10/10. This was my third trip to New York, and honestly, it's the best hotel I've stayed at so far. The only downside, and something guests should be aware of, is that the hotel charges a $10 fee for every package delivered to the property. For example, if you order something from Amazon and have it shipped to the hotel, there is a $10 handling fee per package. Other than that, everything was perfect.

During my stay I was mischarged over 800$ and security deposit of 300$ instead of 50$ listed in my email reservation. I was told that everything will be returned to me, but 18 days later, they didn't return me anything. I tried to contact the hotel on various phone numbers and emails, without response. They didn't even answer numerous emails that booking.com sent them to my demand.

The location of the hotel is perfect, few steps from metro station, shops, markets and coffee stops. Our king room was spacious, bed very comfortable, two different pillows to choose, coffee and housekeeping provided everyday. The highlight for us was the breakfast! Eggs, yogurt, cereals, oatmeal, juices; very good pastries, the walnut roll is delicious and on tuesday they served tacos since it was a taco tuesday! How cute is that? Thank you

Location was great, very convenient and felt safe and comfortable! It was very small for 4 people-we could not even open our lagguage the same time or hang the towels in the bathrooom.I believe this room was not for 4 people, but rather for 2 (and additional bed was integrated that made any flexibility or movement very difficult)! But location was great, staff was super friendly and helpful;breakfast personell (man who did the cleaning) was very professional, kind and positive!

Nothing The staff sent me to my room at 9:30. An hour later someone starts fiddling with the lock on my door. I told that person thru the door she had the wrong room Half an hour later someone calls says front desk and what is your name. I asked why and his name he refused to give me a reply. Turns out they checked someone in and wrote my room number on the packet that holds the electronic key not for my room. Then I thought the disastrous nite was over and the maintenance person enters my room without knocking. He also went to the wrong room to fix an ac problem. This hotel is uncomfortable, the beds and pillows are hard and the staff is ignorant.

The location was perfect for the purpose of our trip (concert at Madison Square Garden). The beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were not street facing, and that really blocked out any.street noise that we heard. On occasion, we heard sirens, but that is expected in the city. The doors closed very heavily. People weren't holding them and closing them quietly, they'd walk out and they would slam. We were in 1003, so a little nook, and it echoed every loudly. The room was situated the best it could be, but the toilet, is very close to where the edge of the bathroom was, which, the beds ended right outside the door. You could almost touch both. You'll be cozy, if you share the room.
- 5/5
Front desk was excellent. Our room was out of order that we booked and they accommodated us for the inconvenience. The hotel was great. Comfortable room and free breakfast was a plus! Location was excellent. I don't remember the name of the nice woman who helped us at front but she had an accent and she was great. I think the manager on duty's name was Jeffrey both excellent say was on May 1 to May 2. My husband also left his jacket in the shuttle service and they were able to find it and will ship back to our house in Florida.
- 5/5
It was in a good location and easy to find. Staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The room was set away from the road enough that we didn’t get any road noise. Only 1 pair of small elevators meant a bit of a wait.
- 3.5/5
It was okay! More options…
- 4.5/5
The breakfast was great, there were so many options and they stayed open for longer than normal!
- 4.5/5
Room smaller than I imagined but still great.

This is a great cost-effective place to stay. It is close to Time Square and public transportation. We were on the 3rd floor and the room was very quiet. Really appreciated the blackout blinds! The breakfast offering was better than most places with an included breakfast. We’d stay here again.
- 4.5/5
It would have been nice to have a regular door at the barhroom instead of a sliding one that kept opening a bit. Also, the room was half clean upon arrival, but the staff fixed it eventually.
- 4/5
Room was clean and up to date, included a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The location in mid-town was terrific as it was close to Penn Station and the theatre district and only a couple of blocks from the MTA. The included breakfast included something for everyone and was plentiful (scrambled eggs, danish, cereal, yogurt, etc.) and the coffee was good! Reading lights and lighting in general could have been better. The room was small, as are most standard rooms in Manhattan.
- 5/5
Hotel with a good location, comfortable room and employees were very friendly.
- 0.5/5
Unprofessional, was given a room I didn’t even book/pay for, and when I went back down to front desk they said the room I actually booked was no longer available. I have never experienced this before
- 3.5/5
The price was great for the location and the room itself was nice. Friendly staff, they held our package for us and luggage while we explored the city. The lobby was super chaotic, tons of kids and luggage everywhere, very stressful and packed. The breakfast room was a mad house. There was a long line before it even opened, and then getting food was absolute chaos. Not what we imagined by the photos.
- 3/5
I stayed for a long weekend. Some of the positives were the breakfast bar, the bar itself at happy hour, and the shuttle to the airports. Some negatives were my terrace door did not lock, the bathroom is barely big enough for 1 person, the musty smell in the rooms, and the staffs unwillingness to help with issues (I called multiple times with zero help)
- 4/5
Wonderful staff. The room was small with annoying pocket door for the bathroom that did not want to stay closed also the TP holder was broken. But overall clean and with very decent breakfast. Again, every staff member was stellar!

- 5/5
They were nice and very helpful! I would love to stay here again.
- 2/5
At arrival was some sort of DJ playing very loud random 30 seconds songs, just a nonsense. There was a strong smell in the room as result of lack of ventilation and cooling system not working in a warm day. Maintenance was called for a constant noise by bathroom ceiling and stated room must be changed, however front desk didn't follow through. The breakfast was decent enough but the hotel didn't have capacity to properly enjoy it.
- 5/5
The breakfast was great! The gym was well equipped.
- 5/5
The breakfast was perfect for me and my family. It had something for everyone.
- 5/5
Great breakfast kind staff
- 4/5
Very friendly staff, they were able to hold our luggage as we got to the hotel early, and we were unable to check in when we arrived. The room was very clean, though a bit small. We had to slide the door open to use the bathroom and when we would close the door, it wouldn’t hold, but the bathroom itself had a very good shower, nice shampoo and conditioner and soaps, and plenty full amounts of towels. The hotel itself was quiet and overall, I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The breakfast was excellent and open until 11:00 am each day. They stored our bags at check-in and check-out. The location is convenient to Penn Station and the M11 bus. The bed was great. The provided pillows were lacking in substance, but more were provided upon request. I would stay here again when in NYC.
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay. The staff was helpful and kind. The facility was clean and secure from non guests from entering the premises. I do think the rooms need better lighting. It was a challenge doing make and hair in poor lighting. Overall though, it was a pleasant experience.

This is an incredible place to stay to visit New York. It is a little bit of a walk from Broadway/Times Square, but we like the walk. Huge pros of this hotel that are rare in this part of the city: free breakfast! Good selections that change every day. Microwave and fridge in room. Ice maker also dispenses cold water so it's great to fill water bottles. Very friendly staff all around from front desk to housekeeping.
- 4/5
Would stay again.
- 5/5
Great spot to stay. Close to Times Square and subway lines. Staff was great and offered a free breakfast
- 5/5
Wonderful newly renovated hotel in a great location. The only thing I can think of that was negative was the fact that the queen size beds take up a lot of the room making it very challenging to move around the room. The large big screen TV is hung such that it leans into the room further limiting space to move. So be warned that if you're a tall or large person you need to lean over to get around in the room and to the bathroom. The bathroom was great just hard to get to past the tv.

We had a wonderful stay at Springhill suites by Marriott New York Times Square. It was a great location and all the staff that we came across or extremely courteous and welcoming. We were celebrating a birthday for a child during the breakfast time and Mauricio and his team made the birthday child feel extra special by singing, happy birthday and giving extra treats. This is definitely the hotel. We will pick when we return next time to NYC.

Everything was great, except either the heat ran constantly, making the room way too hot, or when switched to cool, that ran continuously, making the room too cold. In either mode, it never shut off when reaching the set temperature. In addition, we paid extra for a balcony and it was completely snow cover and unusable. It is realized that snow happens, but our check-in was a full week after it snowed last and at least a path to the railing could have been cleared so we could have enjoyed the view, since this was our first trip to NYC.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located. Staff were wonderful, professional and friendly. Breakfast was good and food was replenished quickly. Service continued to the designated time unlike other hotels that stop a good 30 minutes before the stipulated end. Concierge staff were prompt attending to our transportation needs. Recommendations were excellent. Bartender was attentive and friendly. The only concern was the room lacked storage options for two people in the room. Would like to see coat hooks by front door (on wall) for coats and outfits (closet was extremely small) and hooks in the bathroom for towels and clothes. Could also put shelves or hooks by tv since there was no dresser. Winter coats/boots were hard to store in the room. Would definitely return to this hotel when visiting New York again.

Large slip bins directly outside the hotel overflowing with rubbish for the whole week were stayed… Room was not serviced 3 days out of the 7 we stayed… Requested a kettle for the room twice, when it was finally delivered it was broken and wouldn’t turn off once boiled…No coffee mugs or spoons! Bathroom was tiny, only enough room for one person at a time and only one roll of toilet paper to use, no spare in case you ran out… Buffet breakfast was very bland and disappointing, minimal choice and flavourless… Coffee and juice from machines - not fresh, all packaged… Staff not very welcoming, they don’t speak when they walk past you, and you have to approach all to start a conversation… Bed very uncomfortable and terrible pillows… Double glazed window, but hollow room door so you could hear people talking very clearly when the walked past… The aircon was very noisy, so much so it would wake you up through the night… Not a hotel I will stay at again…

Room 201 heating system was terrible! Did not work well. When we first arrived we called to have them look at heater. It was Ice cold in the room. They had to do a reset! It never really warmed up in our room for the Four nights we were there. We were given an additional comforter. Pretty sad when N.Y. Is having 20 degree weather.

Our room was so extremely small. I don’t like putting my luggage on top of my bed but I did not have a choice in this room. There is absolutely no place to open up our luggage… With that being said, there is no place to even store our luggage. We had to put one luggage behind the entryway door and it created a problem when we wanted to go in and out. In order to walk around the room, we would have to position ourself differently in order to fit through certain areas. When asked if we could switch rooms, we were told they had no available rooms.

Clean hotel. Very central location but probably wouldn’t walk this area alone at night. Breakfast area was packed each morning too crowded and we ate elsewhere. Friendly staff. Fine for a place to stay as we spent most our time outside of the hotel and just needed a room to sleep.

This is one of the few properties in NYC that has 2 queen bed rooms. They had a great free breakfast selection with hot food, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, etc. There was also free drinks in the evening for rewards members. The staff was friendly and helpful. A ring fell behind a crack on the bedside shelf and they had a maintenance employee up there within 5 minutes and he worked until he retrieved the ring. The two cons are the TV was oddly placed to the right of the beds where it would be difficult to watch from the bed on the left. Also, the bathroom is very small and only has a sliding door that isn’t sealed when closed, but this may be typical for New York, where space is limited.

We got the king room it was prettt comfy, no view but that was ok. The staff were great friendly , helpful , nice (Jeffrey Andrew Stephen and Kevin) Kevin the bartender at bar 1905 in the hotel was awesome very friendly made our stay extra special by making great drinks and giving us some good recommendations. I give this place a 10/10 because the staff made it welcoming and that’s what really matters when going into a hotel. Thank you and hope we get to see you guys again

This hotel is conveniently located to Penn Station, restaurants, Times Square, Hudson Yards, etc. It feels quite safe. My room was clean and very quiet. While the room was on the small side, it was big enough, & what to expect in NYC. The staff are professional & accommodating. I have no complaints! This was my second time staying here, & I would stay here, again.

It was very clean, good breakfast options they slightly changed each morning. Smooth check in and check out. They hold your luggage before and after your stay. Elevators took a while to actually be available at time with the amount of people using them, but it was minor. Everything else was great.

So close to Penn Station the hotel is a great option to stay. Staff was super friendly and looking to please every need of the customers. It the cleanest hotel that we stay in the last 3 years and smell really good. The breakfast area had a nice selection and a great employees keeping all clean, full and helping customers. I will stay again and recommend to my friends and family.

Loved our stay here! Friendly, accommodating staff. Easy check in process. Clean, comfortable property and room. Had a really cute room with a terrace. Quite an amazing breakfast spread! Walking distance to everything (but you feel like you're staying in a neighborhood). We will definitely be back!!

The rooms are large for NYC. Breakfast is included, which is superb. Very quiet, clean, very friendly staff. Area is convenient for an NYC trip. Close to Penn Station and Times Square, so everything is close by with public transport. Travelled with teenagers, many families stay at this hotel. Very highly recommend it.

The room was decent space compared to other hotels. When we checked in someone from housekeeping opened our door without knocking, scary. Our shower was a little dirty, someone drew a heart on our glass and it hadnt been cleaned… Breakfast is good. Walkable to time square and subway

Easy subway access. Good breakfast. Small rooms.
- 5/5
The staff was exceptional! The breakfast was fantastic. The room was very small yet, great w/extra space on the private patio. Recommend bringing night light for bathroom as there is no “hallway” the space saver door opens to “bed”.
- 5/5
First time coming to the city. This location is right near Times Square in Manhattan in Midtown. Friendly staff all around and answered all my questions. Loved the room. Had a microwave and coffee machine and TV. Very close to all amenities in the neighborhood. . I plan on booking at this hotel when I come back.
- 4/5
The view of our room is terrible, facing a construction,a lot of homeless people around this area, no parking on site
- 2/5
What I liked before I did not like this time. The room was small. The bathroom was tiny and badly located. Elevators always busy. Sometimes had to wait for up to 15 minutes. Too pricey for the accommodation.

Loved the location, walking distance from Penn Station. The balcony is as big as the room, lol. Loved the Pizza place around the corner, suggested by the front desk. Ask the front desk anything & they are very helpful & accommodating. Would stay here again.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott are generally reliable for our family as a hotel chain with comfortable accommodations at a reasonable rate. This time was no different. We also liked the included breakfast buffet, which offered a sufficient number of choices and decent coffee.
- 5/5
Comfortable and clean! Lots of choices for breakfast buffet.
- 3/5
The check-in was extremely slow. The bed was squeaky and moved every time I moved, which made it very uncomfortable. My coffee machine wasn't working, so I requested a new one. It came over an hour later...
- 5/5
This hotel is one of the best hotel that I have been to. From the friendly and efficient staff to the location and service
- 4/5
Great location to restaurants, stores, and subway. The property was very well maintained. I was very happy to see there was a gym.
- 4/5
Good staff, clean, location. I missed the happy hour event at 5 pm.
- 5/5
Room much bigger than expected and staff was amazing! Elevators could use service but overall worked perfectly for us!
- 5/5
Property is updated and clean, staff are kind and helpful, lots of breakfast options each day.
- 2/5
We paid extra to book a room bigger (over 225 sq ft) than their tiniest room (150 sq ft). We were allotted their tiniest room. When we raised the issue withthe staff, they were rude and told us that there is nothing they can do. They refused to acknowledge our discomfort and asked us to file complaint with Expedia.
- 5/5
Great place, amazing staff and super complimentary breakfast. Most definitely a good find.
- 5/5
What a wonderful experience! We were visiting New York for couple days. This hotel was perfect, it has a great location. The bar was a great choice, and the the bar tender did a fantastic job. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely recommend if you’re in the area. This will be out top choice when visiting Manhattan.
- 5/5
had a good time, the hotel is very well taken care of and staff are friendly. The downside is the breakfast bar
- 4/5
Everything overall was great - clean and good location. However, the elevators sometimes require a lot of waiting.
- 5/5
Friendly front desk staff!
- 4/5
The free breakfast was nice (hot & cold choices & good coffee). Our room(2 queen beds), however, was small. The sliding door for the restroom didn’t have a lock on it, nor did it stay closed all the way so we had to push the trashcan over to keep it closed. It was so inconvenient. Rm#1006.
- 4/5
A nice hotel at a reasonable price for Midtown Manhattan.
- 5/5
Nice stay while in New York
- 3/5
The breakfast here was great, sadly probably one of the best things. Bed not so comfortable. I understand space is a premium
- 4/5
We moved to this hotel on short notice after our first hotel proved not great for showering. The bathroom here was an improvement and modern. Generally the room was comfortable but we did have maintenance come to fix the barn door to the bathroom and a noisy air conditioner. They were extremely prompt and professional.
- 3/5
Faucet on only sink broke
- 4/5
Walking distance to everything, great location wonderful staff. Only negative was the room size - extremely small.
- 4/5
Room was very comfortable. The door to the bathroom slides into place and is a little disconcerting at first. We did not try breakfast. We did not experience any trouble with the elevator or noise. The hotel was a quick walk to many places that we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay gere again.
- 5/5
Exceptional service from Julio, Jeffrey (front desk) and Christian (bell hop?). They did a SUPERB job and we always willing to help in anyway needed!!! The breakfast was awesome!! Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.
- 4/5
Studio bedroom was pleasant
- 5/5
Check in was very easy. When we got to our room we found the AC wasn’t working but maintenance and the front desk staff moved us to a different room quickly.
- 3/5
Breakfast is good. Property was clean. No waiting for lift as mention by many reviewers. However didnt like few things. I stayed with my family. While selecting hotel, I wanted to make sure rooms are big. However like other hotel Springhill also did same thing. Showed 300Sqft but given room 20x8 Sq ft. Even I include bathroom room size was just 200 sq ft. Highly disappointed. Also, front desk person told me he is going to give good room but he given me room which had very bad backside. We didnt open window any single day. They should clearly show correct room size and if rooms are available then atleast give good room to family. I will say, if you want good breakfast, cleanliness you can select this hotel.
- 5/5
Whilst I was recovering from surgery they were very kind and helpful. We also used the concierge for tickets and this was both efficient and cost effective. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Overall staff and accommodation all great
- 4/5
Location is great. The breakfast offered is good. Staff very friendly and nice. Live entertainment good. Hotel very busy . Crowds in lobby waiting for rooms. Good for hotel. Little troublesome for those arriving or leaving. But that's NYC.
- 5/5
It was clean and air conditioner worked
- 5/5
Customer service great! Excellent breakfast! Very clean! The only disappointment was the size of the room & small closet.
- 5/5
Basic complimentary breakfast was good. Only problem was the mini fridge in the room was leaking and got the carpet wet. Other than that great experience.
- 5/5
great hotel! would stay again for sure
- 4/5
Room was a bit cramped, but pretty quiet considering we were in the middle of a busy city. The location was great; close to subway station, Amtrak station and Madison Square Gardens.
- 5/5
Very nice location
- 5/5
Excellent stay. Very clean hotel and room. Area felt very safe. Quiet street in a busy area of town. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Large room by NY standards (and loved that it had two Queens instead of Full sized beds). Seconds to 34th/Penn Station subway (slightly more confusing than most MTA stations, but easy to figure out). Very easy walk to Times Square, Empire State Building, MSG, Penn Station, High Line, Little Island, Chelsea Market. Lots of fast food options within a block (McDonalds, Dunkin, Starbucks). Very international clientele added to the fun. No hotels in NY are "cheap" these days, but this hotel had great bang for the buck. Staff was always present and very helpful. Would definitely stay again. (Tourist tip: do take the time to figure out the MTA system - it's very easy and extremely cheap. Taxi fares, particularly in this heavy traffic area, will eat you alive)
- 4/5
- 5/5
great location
- 3/5
Everything nice, it was just the breakfast
- 4/5
Everyone here was extremely nice. I appreciate it having a continental breakfast. The hotel was clean. Will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Convenient location to metro and other attractions. Room was clean and updated. Breakfast Buffet had good options. Staff was friendly and they hold bags after checkout which is a plus so you can continue to explore after you check out without lugging your bags around the city. This was our 3rd stay and we will come back again.
- 3/5
I stayed here in 2023 and thought it was great. I stayed in a queen room and remember the bed was comfortable and the room layout was good. This time I stayed in a king and the layout was horrible. The door opens directly onto the bed, the window goes to an internal courtyard, and they must have had bed bugs recently or a scare because now everything has plastic covers over the mattress and pillows which made me feel like I was in an over priced dorm room. The linens and bed are like a best western. The fridge froze all my drinks. And the in-room coffee maker didn’t work. The elevators had extremely long lines. The cleaning staff did a great job. And the staff was very nice. But the place is completely average. I won’t be returning. NYC midtown is expensive- but you can get a lot better for the same price.
- 5/5
This is a great place! Staff is awesome and great amenities for being in such a great location in Manhattan! We walked here from Penn Station. It was only a few blocks away.
- 5/5
The customer service was outstanding. We were able to check in early which was I was so grateful for as I have a son with special mental health needs. Room was roomy and clean. We would definitely stay there again!!
- 2/5
Liked the location and staff. Issue was with the room a/c not working. The a/c was ‘fixed’ but went out during the night on two separate occasions. Requested another room and was told nothing was available until the 3rd night. Issue with the a/c not working in that room as well as the television. Maintenance instructed us not to turn a/c off once he got it running. Tv issue was resolved as well by maintenance.
- 5/5
Staff were very pleasant and friendly and competent. Beds were very comfortable and facility was clean! Included breakfast was varied and good!
- 4/5
Although this is not a fancy place, it is clean and very convenient to broadway shows and public transport , both subway and trains! Staff are very helpful and friendly and you can’t beat the included breakfast which was pleasantly surprising with plenty of healthy options! It was also quiet (we were there over Easter weekend) and excellent service for the price! Thank you to all the staff!
- 4/5
Everything was nice. Room very small. There was zero room to put luggage off to side so you don’t trip over luggage.
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
Decent hotel for a few days. 10 minute walk to Times Square so handy location, but hotel itself was quiet and we weren’t disturbed with any noise at all. Only thing I would point out is that we paid extra for a room with a terrace which I wouldn’t bother with. Terrace is small and the view was of a scaffolded building literally a couple metres away, so there was no view of the city at all. The terrace rooms are also on the 2nd floor so if we were to stay again I would rather save that money and just stay in a standard room.
- 4/5
Very close to time square shopping, and Chelsea.
- 3/5
Rooms and bathrooms are too small. Not enough space to put luggage. Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good.
- 4/5
Staff friendly and professional
- 5/5
Booked for one night for a concert. 10 minute walk to Times Square, Madame Toussauds, and the Moynihan train station. Nice room and the staff was excellent. Breakfast was included and they stored our luggage before and after we checked in/out. I will definitely stay here and recommend others to as well.
- 4/5
Stayed for a night. Close to Times square
- 5/5
Great place to stay but get room away from front of building, too noisy at night.
- 3/5
Stayed in 2 bedroom studio. Space was very cramped. No place to keep luggages or even to sit in a chair. No dresser cabinet. Bathroom also very small space. No dental kit. Dint feel 4 star experience. Breakfast options could have been better. Eggs potato and bagels thats all.
- 5/5
Great stay. This was my second time staying here and I have no complaints. Yes the rooms are small but the staff’s friendliness and courtesy makes up for it. I will definitely stay here again.
