    Great location, within walking distance of major attractions, shopping centers and restaurants. Great value for money, with complimentary breakfast and free access to the laundry room. The room is well-equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove with cookwares and utensils. The staff are very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel

    Fantastic hotel. Booked same day and checked in that evening because we had to leave the original hotel that we booked (we won't talk about that one). The front desk lady (didn't get name unfortunately) was so nice. We lucked out with a corner room! Whole Kitchen, microwave, fridge and freezer with an ice maker. Bed was comfy and the shower was amazing with different options on the shower head. You will here car horns, but it's NY, what do you expect. They didn't bother us. Next morning, free breakfast! On our morning there were eggs, sausage, jimmy dean wrapped breakfast sandwiches, bagels, toast, muffins, fruit, yogurt, cereal, apple juice, milk, coffee and tea. Very friendly and attentive staff there too.

    Very nice room, because there was a kitchen. Cleaners and breakfast staff was super kind. I had problem with Wi-Fi and it was fixed by very professional woman manager. Price was very high.

    The hotel location was great but we had a few issues during our stay. When I plugged the blow-dryer, it tripped a fuse and then the outlets in the room stopped working as well as some of the lights. I could not get the blow dryer working and had to try to get a new one. They did deliver a new dryer but since the outlets were not working I had to use an outlet by one of the common area restrooms. Also, the elevators took a really long time. Maybe, the hotel was full but it was kind of painful waiting for them especially since I was in a rush trying to blow dry my hair before an event.

    Just steps away from the World Trade Center and the 9/11 Memorial. With multiple subway lines right around the corner, getting around both Downtown and Uptown Manhattan was incredibly easy. The variety was satisfying, everything was fresh. The entire team was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our entire stay. The elevators can be crowded during peak morning and evening hours, so you might need to factor in a few extra minutes when leaving the room. The furniture and amenities in the room are starting to show their age and could benefit from a bit of refreshment/updating to match the overall premium feel of the hotel. I had fully prepaid for my reservation months in advance. However, upon a very late check-in, the front desk insisted on charging the full amount again. Being exhausted after a long journey, I paid just to get to the room. The next day, management admitted they took a full payment authorization, blaming a "lack of information from Booking.com." Getting a straight answer and getting this sorted with both the hotel manager and Booking.com was an incredibly annoying and stressful experience that ruined the initial impression.

    Great location. Breakfast standard American fare, so-so. Unclear about charges at check in (destination charge), and accidentally overcharged us for a beer by $60 — waiting for a resolution to this. Room spacious and comfortable. Entry a bit weird (enter on G, elevator to L to check it, can get very crowded). Nice bar/lounge area.

    The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops and the subway is a couple of blocks away. Breakfast is always fresh and hot. Staff is very helpful. The rooms are always clean. This is my go-to hotel whenever I am staying in the city.

    I'm a coffee snob, so when I road trip I like to bring my kettle and my French press. Having a kitchenette with full size fridge allows ample space to make my coffee and morning protein shake, a fridge w freezer to keep everything fresh, and then the bonus of complimentary full breakfast helped make my mornings wonderful! The bed was comfortable, room is large and not cramped with my bicycle in it, and surprisingly quiet being in the middle of NYC. The location is fantastic for shopping, dining (the biryani cart right around the corner was key late night!), exploring both east & west sides of Manhattan, easy access to various ferries (Ellis Island, Staten Island, and other boat tours), close to Battery Park, Hudson River Park, and Brooklyn Bridge.

    The perfect place to stay in NYC. The hotel is located in the perfect area, financial district with lots of food options. Far enough from the chaos of Times Square but close enough to get to. There is a train stop right down the street. The staff was wonderful and so friendly and helpful. Our family will definitely stay here again whenever we venture into NYC!

    The first night was very noisy given there was construction going on across the street from our room. I was wondering why somebody would rent a room with construction directly across from the room window. The second night was to standard because it was a friday night and the construction crews probably don't work into saturday morning. I was traveling with children. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Jane was outstanding as was everyone else.

    Loved the location of the property and the bed was nice and comfy, with toiletries included and staff were nice and friendly The breakfast room was absolute hell, people stood around blocking all the food because the room was too small and even when you got the food there was nowhere to sit. It would’ve been nice if water could’ve been placed in rooms for the price of this hotel. Also we tried to add an extra guest on before staying and it was absolutely impossible to do and was just repeatedly ignored by the Marriott team so that’s quite bad customer service.

    Location was great! They stored our luggage for us prior to our check-in time and after we checked out, so we could finish touring the area. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. The only negative things were our room was not ready at the check-in time (we had to wait 45 minutes), the small convenient store was poorly stocked and the dishwasher had dirty dishes left in it.

    There are no personal travels sized toiletries provided by the hotel. Everything is a large bottle, including lotion, that was surely shared by previous guests. It’s also unclear what the ingredients of the products are as they’re not labeled, so for anyone with sensitive skin or anyone concerned about natural ingredients in their skin care, I would definitely recommend bringing your own. The overall cleanliness and comfort of the room was also just okay. The cleaning staff was glorious! My mid-tier rating is geared more towards the general upkeep of the room: really loud refrigerator, eating utensils were provided but had dry food on them still, and the grout and floor of the shower were stained. Otherwise, excellent location, there was a water filling station in the lobby, staff was attentive and kind, and there was baggage storage that we could use before check-in

    I visit NYC three to four times a year and always like staying in different parts of the city. With that said, I will definitely be making this hotel my go to from now. Everything was just a little nicer and the price didn’t break the bank. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We also encountered internet connection issues that they were not able to resolve and they asked us to contact the provider.     Few things to note. Parking is not avaliable. You'll have to park your car 6 mins away and walk back to the hotel. Also, you'll be told that they will hold a $50 fee when checking in but intial its $170 and not $50. You do get it back when checking out. Overall room was clean, housekeeping staff were very nice.

    Everything in room looked new and very clean. Excellent amenities at a reasonable price per night. Very safe with security check in on ground floor and lobby to rooms only accessible by elevator. Very welcoming front desk staff. So close to my reason for being there: the Tunnel 2 Towers run and visiting the WTC. Very walkable to places like Battery Park also. I wish I could have stayed longer. I will stay here again for the run next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

    The hotel is well-maintained and very clean. We stayed in a studio room that felt more like a fully equipped apartment—it had all the necessities, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. One of the highlights was the included breakfast: fresh granola and apricots made the perfect topping for my oats, and the latte from the in-house coffee machine tasted like something from a boutique café. If you’re driving, be prepared to park at a nearby parking station, which is about an 8-minute walk from the hotel. Not a big deal, but good to know in advance. Overall, this is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at so far. My family and I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back. PS. No photos to share. Hotel is same as pictures and stay yourself to see.

    We enjoyed our stay! The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious for NYC. We appreciated the kitchenette and the huge refrigerator. The location is very convenient; close to the subway, a couple blocks from Eataly, and a short walk from the WTC. Staff were friendly and helpful, too. It would be nice if they had more water dispensers since there are only two in the whole hotel. Also, kitchenette was missing flatware.

    -checked in at around 6pm but the room wasn't ready. waited for 15-20mins for that. -went to the room (1 king 1 sofa bed suite) and the sofa bed don't have the bedding set ready, got help some the staff quickly, then realized the we don't have a blanket, and got help from the staff quickly. -the sofa bed condition was sub-par

    i was under the impression that i wouldn’t be paying anything further as expedia said fees and everything were included in the price shown. boy was that a lie. as soon as i checked in my card was charged $150 in holds (the room was only $200). before even checking in i met up with a friend who had another friend i wasn’t familiar with along with her. we went to drop my things off and check in before heading out and somehow this person that i did not know was allowed to order a drink and charge it to my room as i was at the check in desk without any type of authorization or knowledge to me. not even sure how he knew the room to charge it to but the person made it seem as if they bought this drink themselves yet i was unknowingly the one paying. i find it frustrating that i was left with the bill and marriott basically assisted this person in scamming me as someone i did not know was allowed to get drinks charged to my room. i also found a small bug in my room on the nightstand right next to the bed that looked a whole lot like a roach but can’t say for sure. probably wouldn’t stay here again.

    This hotel location is great and close to all attractions However, the hotel manager Gideon is extremely rude and unprofessional when we informed him that there were dirty dishes and opened bathroom soap in the room we checked in. We were too tired to switch room not to mention that the only other room able to switch to is in the lobby level. We simply can’t believe Marriott has such an unprofessional and rude hotel manager who not only did not introduce himself but was generally untrained in how to talk with customers He even raised his voice in talking with us. Very unbelievable and will be filing a complaint with Marriott directly soon

    We stayed on the ninth floor room 908 to be exact and overall it was a pleasant experience. The glass shower was exquisite. The bed was very comfortable. The large windows shared a view of another building and a nice garden to appreciate. The tall ceilings made the room spacious and comfortable. Overall in my experience the stay was a solid 8/10.

    The property is conveniently located. Many businesses around, including shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was really good, also the staff was very friendly and the hotel and rooms were very clean. The bathroom sink area was a little small, and there was no mirror in the room. They could have also given us more soap and lotion, since 1 of each for 3 people was not enough

    Accessing the room just after check out time to take the bags out was unpleasant experience. Wouldn’t allow to go up more than once to pick up stuff, warned that I will be charged additional. Paying high price for the room and staying multiple days shouldn’t be treated this way.

    My wife and I booked a two day stay at this hotel for our 20th anniversary. We had a wonderful time, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We love being able to walk right out of the hotel and having access to so many different eating establishments, the subway system, world trade center area only a couple of minutes away by foot. We plan to book another trip, only longer real soon.

    It was clean, comfortable. The breakfast was chaotic and not enough places to sit. To find the entrance to get in was difficult because it does not match the address. Elevators were hard to get for going down from the lobby which is how you got out of the building We waited atleast 10 mins to get the down.

    No parking it’s $65 a day to park and you can’t go in and out you’ll have to leave it there or you’ll pay again. They also take half of your incidentals as credit use at the hotel and you don’t have a choice. They don’t tell until you’re already checked in

    The room was fine. We arri wd erly amd could not check in, so we were told we could leave our bags downstairs at the bell stand. However, we waitef a long time foe somebody to show up and we then had to go back upstairs to the lobby and have them call for somebody to help us. The same thing happened at check out and we asked to have our bags held. It took forever.
