This hotel is a surprising diamond in the rough. From the outside doesn’t look like much but the place is clean, the rooms are modern, and double windows drown out the sound of the elevated highway in front of the place. Industry city is a short 4 blocks away with plenty of food options. Definitely a great option. Also free breakfast.

The front desk people and housekeeping folks made the experience as pleasant as possible for our family visit. Inside and outside the hotel was about as comfortable as can be. Thankyou guys!!!

The staff was excellent. Our window faced the courtyard so we didnt here highway noise as others mentioned. The reviews about breakfast were way off. They have more than a typical continental breakfast. They had cooked waffles & Pancakes also.Breakfast was pretty good. The only negative was the small room size which is typical with the modern low- mid end hotels.

This hotel is pretty decent once inside the room. The outside of the building and hallway is outdated but that doesn’t matter. The inside of the room is clean and bathroom is perfect. Beds are very comfortable and the curtains do an awesome job at not letting in the sun during the day. It’s nice and dark all day inside the room. Cordoba Deli, 1 minute walk has authentic Mexican food and a small grocery store.

The TV didn't work; no cable and the Samsung sign in didnt work. Bedding was thin and pilled. The breakfast was weak...orange juice that tasted like it was from a mix, plain bagels, cereal and waffle maker. No fruit, yogurt or boiled eggs. On my first morning a member of the staff was in the next room talking very loudly on speaker phone. I mean it was REALLY loud. On my second morning the coffee ran out and I didn't even bother going to breakfast on my last morning. The lobby is dingy and covered in lists of rules. When I checked in, the receptionist first told me that my room type wasn't available, because the last one hadn't been cleaned. He called someone to see if it was cleaned but didn't get an answer so had to leave the desk to go check on it himself. It turned out that my room HAD been cleaned so all was ok in the end. The room itself was dirty in the corners; random bead on the floor, something had been ripped off the door and not repainted. Cracks in the marble top, dirty phone, tables with chips and holes, dingy phone (see pics) The hallways had an unpleasant odor. ELEVATOTS DORRYElevators

I've never stayed in a hotel located in the middle of a working neighborhood. It was a real NY experience. We were able to make it to grab a bagel and tea/coffee each morning. The bagels were always fresh, the room clean and supplies well stocked. The one main complaint that I have relates to the shower stall where I had a death grip on the grab bar because I feared that I would fall.

I wasn’t explained properly about tolls or any other thing. Seem like person wasn’t happy with there job. I even explained to worker I have not drove in Ny since 2007. What do I need to know about things out here. No explanation now I’m getting hit with all these fees and no proper breakdown to the amount charged.

Pleasant stay for local night out. Parking was available on the street. I was accommodated early check in which was quick and easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was available.

Pookie my TV didnt work. Like the staff was nice and the breakfast was average. But like broski i didnt spend all that money not to get full amenities i paid for.

This was a cheap and convenient hotel to the Brooklyn Cruise Port as I had to fly in a day early for the cruise. It was only a stay of eight hours from registration to departure to the port.

The bath mat outside the shower was filthy but folded so the one clean edge showed - not very inviting. All in all a disappointment.

I told the front desk and they said they hadn’t had any report of bed bugs. I also didn’t see any bed bugs but 3 days later I am still in pain and itchy from these bites. I ended up checking out early and asked for a refund but they said they most likely won’t be able to give me one since I booked through Expedia. A manager was supposed to call me and never did. I don’t feel confident recommending this place to anyone given what happened to me. I was also a maid of honor in a wedding and it was unfortunate my face got so bitten up for it. I hope they call an exterminator and get it sorted.

Maybe if the price was truly reflective of the property, I wouldn't have an issue. But to pay top dollar for a motel stay is upsetting. Work needs to be done on the hotel and at the property and make sure that awful carpet is removed.

This was a great hotel in a great location. Especially if you have a pair of noise canceling headphones. Yeah there's a little drama on some nights but overall the quality of the rooms was great and the staff were very friendly. The highway wasn't that loud. Highly recommend

It was a great stay all around just a couple of walks down from a Costco and a mall area, Japan village!(Recommend for people who are enthusiasts of Japanese culture, good food and book store)Only thing I didn't like was locals were popping fire works for some reason, I can't really hold it against the property owners for that. I saw like a silverfish crawling on the wall my second day there...harmless, but not sure it's a bother to anyone else.

I hated the filthy stained carpet in the hallway. The towels in the bathroom did not smell fresh. Overall the hotel is ok if you are just passing through and don’t want to spend a lot of money.

Everything is close by far as The Train, Liquor Bank, Bodegas, Markets & Restaurants. Only bad part is that you can’t smoke in your room. So; if you’re not a Smoker, it will be an ideal spot for you. Running Hot water, clean, but a lil small for 2 people. Great spot if you don’t have a vehicle. Other that I stayed for 6 days without a problem.

The staff and management were very courteous and tried very hard to open and repair our room door which ceased opening for us (and them). Staff could not repair quickly so they provided us with an equivalent room. The process took over an hour because they had to prep the room for us. This was a bit nerve-racking because we were almost too late for our son's graduation. Again, staff worked hard to correct the situation and were very kind and helpful to us. I don't judge them too harshly because locks can break anywhere.

The subway station is a block away. I like it that the room has a wooden floor and not a carpet.

I would have given the hotel 5 stars but the elevator wasn't working. After running the half marathon it was a pain to walk up four flights of stairs. Overall, great place if you need a place to sleep. I will be staying here when I run the NYC Marathon in November.

Hotel is extremely run down. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. There is writing all over the walls and the property is in poor condition. If you have other options in this price range, stay somewhere else.

The property itself was very nice. The only drawback for me was inaccessibility to stores and restaurants within walking distance, especially after hours. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, day or night.

Clean and reasonably comfortable room. Staff friendly enough. TV didn’t work throughout my stay and wasn’t repaired despite my reporting the issue. Breakfast was very basic, but edible.

It was great for the price. Nice clean place to sleep. It was a little noisy

I thoroughly enjoyed this Quality Inn stay and would do so again!
