Everything was excellent!

This is a great option. Hotel was clean and the room very comfortable. Bedding great, a/c works, elevator great, nice products, location convenient. Will definitely stay here again.

The room and hotel are spotless. The staff was beyond helpful, the bar was lovely and I very much enjoyed my stay.

Everything was great except charging to refill your coffee at the restaurant for breakfast $9 is insane. Been traveling all over the world and this is a first.

Members Club feel to the place. Complimentary coffee and croissants for breakfast with choice of juices. Mini bar has lots of goodies. Great location and a great vibe.

Great Hotel, nice rooms with good space for a NY hotel. The service was very good and attentive, including the Valet that was super helpful with our luggage and taking care of our car. Having access to the Club is a great plus and a great way to end the night. All in all great experience and we will definitely be back soon !

Staff support was weak - didn't feel welcome and were not helpful with finding restaurants. Rooms were significantly more cramped than pictures made out.

Booked through hotels.com and was told at checkout this meant I had to pay an additional fee of 200 dollars (45dollars per night) ‘for use of room and hotel amenities’. Beautiful hotel but the room wasn’t clean to the standard expected and the extra charges at checkout were sneaky and underhanded. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Fantastic aesthetic and great private bar area. The front desk staff was kind however the housekeeping was less so. The amenities were also lacking for what is considered a 5 star hotel in comparison to others. The bath in the room also had a lot of floating pieces coming out of the faucet which made me unsure if it was a great idea to use it.

Your managers upstairs should learn how to speak to your guests. However he wants to talk to his wife and children are not my business but as a paying guest, he was beyond disrespectful.

Second, I went to the continental breakfast to grab a cup of juice every morning to take my medications with. On the last day we checked out around noon and I was a little later than usual, and I went to do the same but I staff woman was there to stop me. I explained I just wanted to get some juice to take my pills and she said they were serving brunch now. Again I said I just want a cup of juice, and instead she offered to go get me water instead. I reiterated one last time I really needed juice to take my pills because I have so many. She just said oh ok and left it at that. I never got juice. For the price we paid to stay here, and the supposed 5 star rating, I would have very much appreciated if I could have just been able to go in and get a cup of juice from the bar. I felt like this barrier the woman created was really uncalled for and rude. Especially since it was because I needed to take medication. That experience alone is enough to turn me away for a next time.

Unbelievable the slippers by the bed the fruit bowl in the room the detail of this hotel is amazing small rotary phone. Live music the streaming music. just a gorgeous ambiance within the entire property and even down to the voices of the staff that they hire as everything is creates a very beautiful experience.

Everyone was so kind and the space was wonderful. Enjoyed the rooftop lounge - the views were incredible and the experience was perfect. I'm in NYC at least once per month but this was my first time here - can't wait to return.

I loved our stay at The Ned Nomad, it is a really lovely hotel and becoming a member for the duration of your visit, makes for some really lovely dining and drinking options. The rooms are stylish, really bright and a good size. The only thing that wasn’t good was the bathroom size - it was the mallets I have ever experienced, literally a shower in a cupboard! Still loved it, staff were great too. Will def return

The hotel is fine. They seem more impressed thats its a club than it is a hotel you get handed a set of rules when you check in on where you can and cant go what you can and cant do. There are better more welcoming hotels at this price

The Ned NoMad exceeded our expectations—a mindful haven in the heart of Manhattan. They graciously accommodated an early check-in and securely stored our luggage. The lounge prices were reasonable, and the staff's exceptional service truly made our stay unforgettable.

The hotel is “British-club style” and was very dark purposely including my room and bathroom: too dark to know to check my eye shadow and eyeliner! Personally I didn’t care for the split bathroom: WC on one side of the room, shower on the other. Service was spotty: breakfast coffee delivered very late and only after several phone calls, a package a friend left took forever to the desk to find. But the desk people were helpful in the main and everyone was polite and the hotel and room were elegant (if ill-lit).

Location is great. Interior of the rooms is amazing - hasn't changed in years and that why I love it. Problem is that one of the restaurants that used to be there (good one on top of it) is turned into a club. If you are unlucky one on second floor you will hear and feel it. Hotel restaurants (food) is at the best mediocre for the price. Across the street is pizza place that is much better. Cocktails at Little Ned are good, but stay away from food, especially overpriced lobster roll that is like something you would get at the cheep diner. Room service is great.

Very friendly staff, stylish hotel with fairly spacious rooms and added in-room extras in great location. Will stay again next time in NYC!

Old style decor; poor lighting; formerly great bar converted to "members only" club requiring $50 cover, so now no hotel bar.

I did not see any thing special about the property. I think it’s old , uncomfortable, u can hear the water pipes , the noise in the street, the heater doesn’t work and all different sound in the room from the toilet .

It tries to position itself as a luxury hotel, but the flippant and arrogant way you're sometimes spoken to by staff and the general poor service just undoes it all. The two tier nature of this hotel, of treating hotel guests as second class citizens is clear from the off. You feel like an inconvenience to them, just getting in the way. A sad imitation of a great London establishment, won't be returning.

Property was central, clean and all that we needed. For New York I was surprised about the amount of space we had. Some things needed fixing like the kitchen faucet but that was minimal. We were a family of five and it was more than we needed and the staff was quick to answer my emails and contacted me when we arrived in New York.

This property was great. You feel like a real New Yorker staying here. Obviously you forgo the amentities like a gym or pool, but being a small stair case away from the street in Midtown is awesome. Right next to subway which will get you anywhere and you can always walk! Absolutely loved this!!
