Great property for the money. Only knock was out of the 4 or 5 front staff we encountered all were great except for one. Terrible attitude. Hopefully he is fired sooner than later. The rest of the staff were lovely.

Le seul grain de sable dans l'engrenage a été de constater un ménage imparfait avec pas mal de poussière sur le chevet, non visible en journée mais révélée par l'allumage de la lampe de chevet... Mais le staff a été réactif. Un peu dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de services annexes (bar, petit déjeuner) dont on pourrait profiter notamment sur le petit rooftop. Vous serez quitte juste de pouvoir profiter du mobilier d'extérieur (canapés, fauteuils et tables basses) en y apportant les boissons en cannettes achetée à l'accueil ou votre cup de café offert.

It was great stay except the room was small for a couple.

For the price, it was clean and simple. Nice firm mattress. Loved the private deck - it was larger than the room! Just wish they had given us more than two towels - but it’s a bit of a budget hotel so it’s kind of what you expect.

The unexpected cleanliness of the room was remarkable, not a single hair on the floor. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The boutique offered a personalized service, and the location was conveniently situated near shops and restaurants. I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend staying there in the future.

Lovely experience in the heart of little Italy with great staff. This isn't a new hotel with a high end lobby bar and rooftop bar. But it's even better in some ways - clean, beautifully located with great views, and while not cheap, good value for money.

We stayed in a few hotels when we were in NYC and NobleDEN had the friendliest and most welcoming staff. Sure, it wasn't the trendiest but it served us well and I enjoyed being so close to Chinatown.

This was our second time at this hotel. We love the location, close to some great restaurants and Little Italy. The staff is outstanding and we would be pleased to stay here again on a future trip. A word of advice, request a no-slip shower mat. The shower floor gets very slick. Otherwise, a wonderful stay!

Great to be super close to multiple subways, access to several neighborhoods and restaurants, super walkable. Small rooms but functional and clean with tons of natural light, great rain-head shower, and loved having access to the roof seating area. Great value for price in downtown Manhattan

From the moment we arrive, the team is incredibly detail oriented, greeting us right away, opening the door, welcoming us in, and helping with our luggage. What stands out most is their genuine willingness to go above and beyond to make our stay special. They leave thoughtful treats, consistently offer assistance, and are always proactive in making sure everything runs smoothly. One service I’ve used multiple times and truly appreciate is their help with arranging a taxi to the airport. They ensure the car arrives on time, which makes travel so much less stressful. During my most recent stay, I left behind a small item, and the staff personally called me to let me know. They even walked me through options to have it shipped back, such a thoughtful touch that really speaks to their level of care. The location is also unbeatable. It’s right across from the newly opened L'Industrie Pizzeria, which was a fun surprise since we’d been wanting to try it. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in NYC.

So many great restaurants nearby, with Little Italy, Chinatown, and Soho within walking distance. The hotel offers good discounts to guests for many nearby restaurants and shops. Very quiet at night. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

I am so glad to have found the NobleDen. A great hotel with lovely staff. Perfect for a weekend stay with my daughter looking at schools. Love the neighborhood. Quiet 4th floor room. Staff was fun and easy to work with throughout our time there. Plan on staying there in the future, They clearly want to make you feel at home and it works.

What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, but a special mention goes to Morgan, who went above and beyond. They engaged so naturally and kindly with my children, making them feel included and comfortable throughout our stay. That personal touch made a big difference and didn’t go unnoticed. Overall, a wonderful hotel with a perfect blend of convenience and genuine hospitality. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Very close to the subway, 5-10 minute walk. Food options across the street were amazing. Staff was super friendly and able to hold our luggage until check in. I would highly recommend staying with them.

One of the best hotels in SoHo Love the location, rooms are great, staff are so friendly and helpful.

Value for money, huge bed, free coffee/tea available and croissants in the morning. 5min walking to closest metro station. Not really comfortable for two people with all the luggage. The setup with the sink next to the bed didn’t help much in that sense. Soundproofing issues also exist as we could hear people from the rooms next to ours.

Clean, sizable rooms for the City. Wonderful staff, great location with sooo many food options. Walkable to everything, including subway stations. Quieter part of the City, not a ton of late night street noise. Safe to walk around at night. Will definitely stay here again.

The rooms are super clean and nice. Staff is very friendly. There aren’t many amenities if that’s the kind of thing you’re looking for, but it’s everything you need for a nice, affordable stay downtown. Location is great as it’s in Little Italy and close to all the SoHo shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk just about everywhere and it was super convenient. Highly recommend!

Right in between Chinatown and Little Italy, the area is vibrant and lively. We had a room overlooking Grand St with the Malaysian restaurant, newly opened pizza place, and italian dessert shop on view. It’s such a vibe

It’s in a great neighborhood. Directly across the street from the famous Ferrara’s. Super friendly and helpful staff. If you want to experience Chinatown and Little Italy up close Nobel Den is a great choice.

Great spot with a genuine NYC feel — nestled between Chinatown and Little Italy, vibrant and multicultural with great restaurants all around. Room is compact but smart. The 24/7 coffee, tea & water station is a lovely touch, and free croissants in the morning were a nice bonus. Staff friendly and attentive. Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommend! Just a small annoyance: Wi-Fi requires a fresh login with a password each time you return to the hotel.

This was such a fantastic find! Perfectly located for exploring Chinatown, Little Italy, SoHo, and the LES. Multiple subway lines located within a couple blocks to easily explore all other neighborhoods of NYC. We loved having fresh coffee, croissants, and tea every morning. The staff were all so friendly - especially Andrew who went out of his way to help my daughter fix a figurine she had bought earlier in our trip. Definitely would recommend and definitely would stay here again.

I probably wouldn’t stay in this area again just because it seemed to be a bit too touristy. But it was easy to get the B & D trains at Grand Street. They were helpful with all aspects of my stay and it was a very pleasant experience.

Great little hotel. For the price, you really can’t beat it. Comfortable beds and linens, amazing that you can open the Juliet doors out to the street. Amazing for a nice day. Staff was excellent. Coffee and tea bar a really nice touch. There was a bit of street noise from the rooms facing the front of the hotel - but hey, it’s NYC. The doors and windows are thick, but there’s still a bit of street noise.

The location was convenient for Little Italy, shops (upscale and tourist) and plenty of restaurants. There is no view, but that was not expected. Amenities were my only issue-2 towels, 2 hand towels. No wash cloths. If streaming services were available, we couldn’t find them. There was coffee, tea and water in the lobby, a Keurig would have been nice.

Amazing neighborhood. This puts you right at the doorstep of Little Italy. Lower Manhattan’s best shopping and dining are all around you. The room is very smartly designed and is ideal for a solo business traveler or a couple who have packed light. As these micro-hotels go, this was a much better layout and overall package than I’ve experienced elsewhere. Finishes and decor are thoughtfully done. On top of that the bed was clean and comfortable. The addition of the complimentary coffee and tea bar downstairs was a lifesaver. There was some noise bleeding through from an adjacent unit. Seems like soundproofing could be improved. Overall this wasn’t a huge nuisance but I did use earplugs for one night.

Enjoyed the croissant from Ferrarro I wanted to leave my suitcase at hotel and check in later. No.order here. Suitcases were all over lobby. Not secure. Ive been given a tag and my suitcase taken to a back room.

We had a well appointed, spotless room with many thoughtful touches designed for our comfort. The front desk team was warm and helpful throughout our stay. NobleDEN has very clean rooms. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. There are some nice amenities included in your stay including discounts at nearby establishments with your keycard! Cool and unexpected.

Perfect location in NYC no matter what you are looking for - relaxing weekend with good restaurants and lively neighbourhood with a cool mix of shops from luxury to casual, or sightseeing and exploring all if Manhattan. Lovely, clean rooms on more a 4 star + level with all amenities and with a view! Room fine but hallways dark and dated. No coffee maker in the room and no room service…not good. Not happy about the neighborhood but just OK.

Room was nice and cleanly. Facilities were great especially the rooftop view. Only downside to my stay was on the website it said if I paid the bill upfront there would be no deposit required. But when I arrived they wouldn’t give me the room unless I put down a deposit.

Another fantastic stay! This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I think this will be my go to hotel every time I visit. Room was very clean, bed was super comfy, and I always love going up to the rooftop and taking in the view. Front desk staff is super helpful and friendly, and being that my two favorite cuisines are Italian and Chinese, this hotel is definitely in the perfect location to explore so many amazing restaurants! I like most their guests accommodation where in they have a tie up restaurant where you can avail of 10% discounts when you dine in as hotel guest. And their coffee and tea counter, you can enjoy for free. A big savings for the guests since refreshments along the are were pricey. Definitely coming back and 100 % recommendable.

This was our first time in NYC and we loved it from the moment we arrived in Little Italy and our hotel. We loved the view, and with the holiday lights still up it was very festive. The room was modern, attractive, and very comfortable. We plan to return!

I have just got back from a 5 night stay, the Hotel is amazing, I had a room on the 7th floor with a terrace, great views of the city. Staff were all friendly and helpful and there was always hot and cold drinks available as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel as the location was great too, not in the hustle and bustle but only a short walk from the nearest subway. Hotel room has a large tv and comfy bed and a great shower. No complaints, never had to wait for a lift either.

Staff and hotel were wonderful! The one area we felt needs improvement is the mattresses/pillows situation. The beds are quite hard and the pillows also need some substance. Other than that, we had a fabulous stay and appreciated everything the hotel offers. Loved being in between little Italy, Chinatown and close proximity to the subway.

I was very impressed with our accommodations at Noble Den. The facility was clean, neat and the services were excellent. I loved the amenities in the room. They provide 2 free bottles of water, slippers, lots of toiletries and a teddy bear. Room was super clean and they have hand sanitizer in the elevator. Also, free pastries in the morning in the lobby. Great location too.

The room itself was actually a bit bigger than we expected—not overly spacious, but definitely a decent size and comfortable for our stay. The bed was quite comfortable as well, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were very friendly and made our stay really enjoyable. The only minor complaint is that each booking came with just two complimentary bottles of water. If you need more on the following nights, there’s an extra charge, which felt a bit surprising given the room price. But overall, that’s a small detail in an otherwise great stay. We’d definitely come back!

And the rooftop view was breathtaking. The front desk concierge was so nice and helpful. The whole experience has made this a hotel I plan on returning to over and over again! This will likely be my hotel of choice whenever I'm in NYC.

The balcony we got was a view of ugly dirty rooftops with air conditioners and nothing more than that.. I would love to give this property of five star review but the fact of the matter is the picture is make the rooms look much bigger than they are. It doesn't say much about the sink being in the middle of the room and not having an actual bathroom. The beds are extremely hard and the quarters are close. For a boutique hotel with somebody who's not picky about the beds and just wants to be in Little Italy I'm sure it's fine but for us it would not work but I'm extremely grateful that they gave us a refund despite the fact that it was a non-refundable booking. I also credit Expedia and our platinum membership for that. The front desk and the management was very helpful with that and I appreciated it very much. If not for that it would have ruined our whole trip cuz I was traveling with my mother and we have specific needs. So Props to them for that.

Great little property.

This hotel was extremely clean, quiet, and well-maintained. It is located right next to amazing food options in both Little Italy and Chinatown. The area felt safe, the rooftop view is great, and there are multiple subway stations within a 10 minute walk. My one complaint is that there is no dedicated bathroom - the toilet is in an enclosed room, but the sink and shower (with frosted glass) are only separated from the rest of the hotel room via a small curtain. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

Attentive staff, clean rooms, lovely outdoor access (my room had a small balcony). Certainly a no-frills sort of place but for a business trip positively ideal.

Pros: Might be the only decent hotel in the area. High tech and very modern boutique hotel. Conveniently located between little Italy and Chinatown. Subway is a few blocks away. Food is plentiful with many different cuisine options. And some restaurants give a discount with the NobleDEN hotel key card. Hand held shower head that rotates for a massage. Good fan in the toilet room. Cons: Housekeeping is every 2 days. Looks like they sweep the floors because not everything was cleaned. And glass cups used will not be cleaned. 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels, but no face towels. You only get toiletry amenities when you arrive, which includes travel toothbrushes and toothpaste, 2 make up wipes, 1 comb, cotton ear swabs, and 2 sanitary bags. Mini fridge barely stays cold. And it’s empty from the start so no mini bar items. You don’t get extra bottles of water. You only get 2 the first day. You have to get hot or cold water from a dispenser downstairs with paper cups. Coffee and bigelow tea is offered for all guests. Soda is $2. TV is spotty where the program cuts off while watching. The shower doesn’t have privacy. It might be frosted glass but you have to get out of the shower without privacy. Even if you grab a towel, you can’t change your clothes in the shower with wet floors. So you better be intimate with the person you’re rooming with or it could get uncomfortable. Best is to get another room.

Great stay! Clean room, french balcony, plenty of amenities, a cute teddy bear as a special touch, very modern and friendly. Morning croisants a nice touch also. Great resturants in the neighborhood and felt very safe.

Had a flight cancellation last minute, so asked the front desk the price to extend one more light and was quoted early $700, when the rolls were barely $300 online. Also found trash in the room that was dated nearly a month old. Super small. Super loud hallways. It worth the price at all

I don't know how this hotel has such good reviews--the first night I stayed there was a ton of hair on the bathroom floor, so much that it looked like someone had gotten a haircut and didn't clean up their mess. I don't think the rooms get a thorough clean--housekeeping needs to do better.

The most inconvenient location ever. Streets dirty around the hotel. The room was so tiny and awkwardly set up. That half your bathroom was next to the bed. The only thing in its own room was a toilet even the mirror hung next to the bed over the bathroom sink And housekeeping did a terrible job though the room was clean when we first walked in. I would never stay there again and I would never stay in that area.

Pretty much in the middle of Little Italy with Chinatown and Soho within easy walking distance. Comfortable rooms, very comfortable beds. We had a balcony room that gave us great views over the streets below.

The hotel itself is extremely comfortable. The rooms are small, but are extremely comfortable and efficient. They truly have everything you need. Plus the staff, everyone from front desk to housekeeping are so kind and helpful. It truly feels like you're home. This was the second time my husband and I stayed here and this will continue to be our "go to" hotel.

I stayed by myself and always felt safe. I am going back in November!

We loved our stay at NobleDen. Front desk staff was accommodating and helpful, location was ideal for access to the 6 line and Nolita, and the quiet rooftop lounge area was a lovely surprise. My only suggestion for improvement - the pillows were lackluster and seemed substandard relative to the rest of the property. Overall, would absolutely stay again.

This is my absolute favorite hotel in NYC! The best location (vibrant intersection of Chinatown and Little Italy, close walk to Lower Eastside, ez subway connections); wonderfully accommodating, helpful, and friendly folks that work there; clean, comfortable, and incredibly well designed rooms; and breathtaking views from our private balcony (getting that in my modest price range??!!) and the shared rooftop deck!!! I mean-- wow! Really made for a special 4-days of exploring the city with my 14-yr-old. Thank you!

I would love to give this place a 5 star review, because it has so much going for it! The location is perfect right in the heart of little Italy. There's an awesome hot pot place literally attached to them. The shower and room was niche and awesome! What ruined the experience is the AC kept shutting off. I had to call at least six times in less than 3 days to have them "reset the AC." There's nothing worse than walking around New York City all day to come back to a hotel room that's above 80°. What makes it worse is the staff knew how many times I was calling to have them reset the AC, yet no compensation, or for that matter a sincere apology ever happened. Acted like it was "no big deal." Being comfortable in a room you're paying for is a HUGE deal.

My company is headquartered in Tribeca, so the location is perfect. The hotel is QUIET as the street isn't a major thoroughfare, and there are no bars on the block. Easy access to transportation, and great dining.

What a find! We loved this little hotel in the heart of Little Italy. Great welcoming staff. Wonderful room with a TERRACE! There are tons of restaurants and stores within walking distance. We were thrilled by this place. The bed offered multiple pillow options and was comfortable. We spent quality time on our terrace and on the terrific roof deck!

Went to NYC for our 20th Anniversary. NobleDEN was the perfect spot to stay. From the cleanliness of the room to the location to the 24/7 coffee, this hit every note. We will be back and will stay at the NobleDen.

We were very disappointed with our stay at NobleDEN Hotel. First, the bed sheets had a stain on them. Second, the AC stopped working 3 times during our trip. After a long day in the city, we came back to the room at night to find it was 82 degrees. Our stay was in August, and not even during a particularly hot week, so it was particularly upsetting to encounter this issue. When we notified staff, each time, they had to reboot the system multiple times. We had stayed at NobleDEN before and we were excited for this stay, but after this visit, we will not be staying with them again.

This is one of the best hotel experiences not only New York City, but in general. The location is amazing with so much shopping and delicious food and dining options right outside of your door. We love that we weren’t in the touristy part of New York City either but it was convenient to everything. The rooms are extremely clean, a good size, and have all that you need. There’s also a really nice little coffee/tea area in the lobby. The staff was great as well. We will definitely be staying here again.

Really nice hotel option for your NYC visit! I’ve lived in the city for a long time, visited a lot and stayed in a number of different hotels over the years and this could be my favorite option. Well designed rooms, on a larger side compared to a typical NYC hotel. Located at the crossroads of Chinatown, SoHo and Little Italy - lots to do, see and eat! Easy transpiration and many subway lines nearby. Amazing views from the rooftop! Cute balcony with a city view. It’s a smaller property so doesn’t have a lounge or working area but overall great value. We stayed with a kid and appreciated extra accommodations and flexibility with a late check out request. Highly Recommended!!

I had no A/C on one of the hottest days in history. I had to called the front desk over and over again. They finally reset the a/c after almost two days!! We were miserable. When I called to be compensated for my inconvenience and down right torture they logged and said I never complained or said anything about my A/C and I have PROOF. The conversation is recorded.

A clean and quiet room in a great neighborhood bordering Little Italy and Chinatown. Very close two subway stations (5 min walk), which means Broadway shows and uptown museums are a 20-min subway ride away. No hotel restaurant, but that is not necessary because there is an abundance of food in every direction. I would stay here again.

I've stayed in a lot of good quality hotels in New York,but this one was a bit different. My stay felt very safe and personable, I had everything I needed, and if I didn't I had the front desk to always guide me through any questions I had. Very clean rooms, and such an amazing surrounding area with lots of options for food
