    The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable except for an unsealed partition between my room and the adjacent one (see below). The elevators were not working when I checked in so had to walk through the back area that was still acting as a workshop for just completed renovations. The elevators went out another day also. I was woken up three out of four nights around 3 am by a voice that sounded like it was in my room. After the third time it occurred I found that the partition abutting the wall between room 1820 (my room) and 1822 was not sealed, and when the guest in 1822 would have phone conversations in the middle of the night the sound carried clearly into my room. I complained, and the manager took the destination charge off my room but was unable to get the engineering dept to come to the room and provide at least a temporary fix. I had suggested putting a bead of silicone to close the space and help with the sound proofing. The other thing I felt was missing was a restaurant. The hotel is connected to the Millennium Times Square hotel, but their restaurant was closed so I went for some early morning walks to get breakfast. I just wasn’t interested in the pastries available in the lounge.

    I loved just about everything about this hotel! You can’t beat the location, right in the middle of everything. What especially surprised me was that even though it’s so close to times square, my room was always quiet. The staff were absolutely incredible and accommodating. The only complaint i have is that there was no breakfast, because the Premier is being renovated. I would have liked to know that ahead of time, but that didn’t ruin how awesome this hotel was. If I come back to NYC I’m definitely staying here again.

    The hotel is walking distance from the Time Square’s subway station. Close to the theatre we were going to. The staff were simply amazing and super helpful. I have no complaints. The location was ideal. The staff super welcoming.

    The property cancelled the booking even though I had paid in advance in full. I was in town for a concert that I was performing and had to get to a sound check. The hotel accommodated me in their partner hotel which was adequate but not the hotel I booked. Disappointing. While they made every effort to accommodate it took a little time and was never given a reason as to why hotel had cancelled a fully prepaid booking.

    Location is awesome - short walk from theaters, restaurants, and activities. Hotel is NOT a 5* but is very nice and perfect for access to the shows ... I loved the location and value. Rooms were nice size ... TV was on a swivel to watch from bed or couch. Desk for computer work. big bathroom. Could be outlets on bedside tables ... all else was awesome.

    After exploring the city all day we were extremely upset to find our hotel room door unlocked and open after housekeeping failed to secure the door properly after servicing the room on our 3rd day of the trip. No one came to speak to me and i barely received an apology for this. As far as we are aware, none of our valuables were taken, however, this is a huge security & safety issue which i dont think was dealt with appropriately

Carpets are extremely dirty and old. Room 519 was old, funny odor, closet doors were missing, plugs had some mold, wall tape was coming off and most importantly to note the shower had mold all over Their bathroom set up is very very outdated. After a long late flight, a good hot shower would of been good, but the shower was unacceptable. Front desk told me to talk to "next door manager" for a discount. I was moved to room 523, which was far out worse, the ac unit made a lot of noise. After I was told they were sold out, and being a late check in i had no choice to return to room 519 brush my teeth and go back to the aiport 9 hours later. I was distressed with their call of action, and their filthy bathrooms. It is not worth staying here no matter how close to TimeSquare is from their location.

The water pressure and temperature was nonexistent during peak times and the water completely shut off at multiple points during a normal 9AM shower. The room was drafty; we had the heat at 78 degrees when it was 20 outside, and the room was still colder than the hallway. The continental breakfast is tiny, and there are no tables or seats; it is all take away. The location was amazong, the price was fine, and the staff were wonderful, but you get what you pay for being a block off Times Square.

    Location: Amazing, 1 min walk to time square, walkable to Rockerfellar, 5th Avenue shopping, Bryant Park, and Broadway shows and about a 15 min walk to Penn Station and Madison Square Gardens Dining: lots of options around the hotel from fast food late night options, food trucks to sit down restaurants and bars. Hotel is located above the Hudson theater. Staff: Overall polite and welcoming Here were my issues 1. No fridge in room, you can request at front desk, which we knew before checking in. We requested upon check in and they never arrived. Followed up that evening and the check in person didnt put the request in. Came later that night 2. We stayed Sun - Wed in Dec 19 -23, housekeeping would come first thing in the morning when we were sleeping, we had to put do not disturb sign on which we would take down by 10am each day, however housekeeping would not return later in day. Odd , not sure why housekeeping would come so early when people are sleeping to do housekeeping. Usually the come thruout the day. Anyhow room wasnt cleaned for the entire stay. We requested housekeeping on Tues and front desk made a call , but nobody came. I gave the feedback on my checkout date Wed , they were kind enough to discount the room. The followups with front desk never materalized , as a guest we shouldnt have to followup over and over.

    The hotel, is safe, clean and friendly staff. The room we were in was spacious, clean and comfortable. It could use some touch up work as wall seams were peeling in some areas. There is ample closet and drawers for clothing. There is an area with a coffee maker and ice bucket, but for some reason the hotel has chosen not to provide a refrigerator in the room, which there is space for it and should be a basic amenity for hotel of this type. The bathroom is large but the shower is small. Would have preferred a larger shower over the small shower and separate tub. The hotel provides a robe and house shoes if you desire to use them. They could also consider ensuring there are electrical outlets on each side of the bed. I had to crawl under the bed to access an outlet to charge my phone.

    Stayed at the Premier. It’s looks old, the lobby is poor, odd smell, the staff is not so good and not so helpful, the rooms I was in had a dirty carpet that needed to be changed, bathroom sink peeling, hot water runs out after 2 minutes. Poor experience, especially for the price. The location is unbelievable, though.

    We went to the Millennium Hotel and were told we were next door, so we went to Premier and they upgraded our room. We get to the room and someone was doing maintenance in the bathroom when we arrived. He finished quickly and we were settled in. We had difficulty getting the tv to work but other than that, it was a nice stay.

    The hotel was nice. The staff was excellent, very nice and professional! The room itself was large for a downtown NY hotel and the location is excellent! Right in Times Square and very close to the Port Authority bus depot. The breakfast was a bit lame but it comes with the room so at least you aren’t paying extra for it. I would have liked a fridge in my room and I did put a note on my reservation for one (you cannot reserve in advance) but when I got there they told me if I wanted a fridge I’d have to move to a queen room which I did not want. So no fridge. I’m not sure if any king rooms have fridges or not. I was under the impression that they were portable. All in all the hotel was nice and I would likely stay there again.

If you don't have a mop for my room, you don't have a mop for anorher room so why move from a room i already sanitized. They only took off the resort fee and they lied about taking off the first night rate. Some of the staff was rude and could careless . There was only one person in management that tried to make it right the other 3 people did not care. The hotel does not have a microwave, and you have to request a refrigerator, that was broke.

    Before you stay at this hotel, you need to make a trip to the Old Navy in time square and purchase a set of flip flops for $4.99. The carpets and flooring in this hotel are old, stained and worn out. The pictures online are extremely deceiving. The wifi is poor. A lot of the positive reviews on here seem fake as well. The staff was friendly and the location was good. Those are the only positive things I can say about this place.

    Nice property. We stayed for five nights on a trip to sing with a chorus at Carnegie Hall. The hotel is very convenient to the Theater District. It was clean and comfortable. The area felt safe.

    It was quiet. Paragraph I would say any weakness in the property would be the bathrooms were a little worn/dated. The continental breakfast was not much of anything to speak of and it would’ve been nice to have a place to sit down to eat your breakfast and not have it to grab and go set up

    I found the property not well kept. For breakfast we were given paper bags and cold pre packaged unhealthy food. It should have been made clear upfront and not a surprise to the guest.

    Shower was dirty, room was musty I guess from the carpet. We booked a city view and I dont know what that was! Bath rags had holes. The room was very very very basic for an executive room! Need to do better for almost 400 per night

    Alittle noisy from outside coming through window Breakfast on the mezzanine floor, was different but good, with teas coffee, muffins, Croissant.apple pastry, yoghurts and fruit. Bag it up and bring back to your room. Again nice staff to help

    The room was horrible. The electricity didn't work correctly. Don't even think about their breakfast unless you are desperate or starving. The maids were nice. The remainder of the staff wasn't.

    I thought my stay included a microwave and actual breakfast , not continental style. And the door was missing the lower kickplate so the room was cold from the outside air blowing in, also the bathroom toilet had stains on the back of the stool and the shower was quite small.     Stayed one night very clean and smelled really fresh in the hall way front desk very friendly and polite. Breakfast if you want to call it that was more of a grab and go coffee, pastries, fruit no seating just take it and leave lol.

    The hotel provides free continental to- go breakfast. It added lots of convenience that I didn’t need to go out in the rain to look for food. But the hotel room is not as clean and good conditioned as a 4 stars hotel . The AC/ fan system is so noisy that it was disturbing. It should be a 3 - star not a 4- star

    The staff was 5 star but the room was 1 star. It was not clean. Furnishing and fixtures were outdated. Carpet and walls were dirty. No electrical outlets beside the bed for phone charging. Even though the bed was comfortable and shower water was hot, those factors are not redeeming enough for me to ever stay there again. I was highly disappointed.

    Cons: The room was somewhat rundown, particularly noticeable in the bathroom, the tub drain doesn't plug, so you cannot take a bath, the shower stall is tiny and smells faintly of mildew, large pump bottles of generic soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided. Be prepared to buy your own

    The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. The bed was very uncomfortable, the "breakfast" was a joke (a dry bagel or muffin in a plastic bag", warm orange or cranberry juice, no butter for the dry/stale bagel. Rooms need to be updated. Tv's are small and are placed on a side table, so very uncomfortable to watch from the bed. Was told I would receive a call when my room was ready (requested early check in), did not receive a call. The location is very convenient, though.

    We changed to different room and still had no AC and had to escalate it. No fridge until you ask, view was blocked and trash was everywhere outside the windows. Poor breakfast, to-go bags only and no seating areas. Bed are comfy though. Staff was trying to be helpful but I do think the owner needs to remodel and maintain the property.

    Our room needs TLC. There are simple thing that can be done to make it a cool place. Location is excellent and rooms are very spacious (that was the reason I choose this hotel) which is hard to find in Times Square but they need to give more maintenance to simple details that make a big difference.

    The location was perfect. Close to Times Square which the kids loved and a very walkable area. I love everything about the hotel. The breakfast that is offered is a very basic one don’t except a full spread. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell walking between the two hotels between the theatre onsite it just smelled bad and the outlets in our room was burned in the bathroom so we couldn’t use them. Overall I would say here again. I would highly recommend.

    Great location with plenty of shopping, dining, and theatre. I booked a four night stay here, and I will not be back. I asked to have a filthy, stained, desk chair replaced in my room. Staffing here is horrible.
