    Staff was friendly and helpful (enough). We had an issue with our AC unit and after calling twice, the gentleman from security (or maintenance) came and immediately changed out the air filter which was FILTHY. Hotel was highly outdated with no extra amenities, (fridge, microwave, breakfast, coffee etc). You can use local parking garages for $60 max per day if you don’t move your car. With no in and out privileges. Overall, the stay was ok for what was needed but would never stay here again.

    Very poor experience. Room was not available when I checked in at 11pm, so had to stay in another room then move the following day. Poorly stocked hotel, did not have plastic utensils, or spare phone chargers. Dirty property.

    No fridge in the room, no glasses, no cups, no coffee maker, no wash cloths. . We were told to open the window if the room is too cold, since they cannot do anything about the temperature in the rooms. It is an older property but seems not to be well taken care of.

    You are paying for the location. Our room had peeling wallpaper, the tub was broken, the TV was broken, there was no refrigerator, and all the furniture was dated and wonky. But at least the room size was nice and the price was reasonable for how crappy the room was.

    This rooms are smelly, dirty and way outdated. The carpet, the walls, the furnitire all in terrible shape. I always wipe down the common surfaces with a disinfectant wipe and was easily able to remove all sorts of questionable grossness. We also found bugs which we determined to be carpet beetles. Our first room stunk like cigarettes and had crumbs on the table. We moved to a less stinky room but still very dirty. The lobby is pretty. The staff was nice. The elevators were scary. It's right in the middle of everything so if that's your #1 priority, it works, but if you have any cleanliness or comfort standards,this isn't for you. It was also very noisy, though that didn't bug us. The view was kinda pretty. No in room refrigerator or microwave. We ended up leaving early because the accomodation was just so bad.

    Needed more seating in the lobby for those waiting. Three small benches for nine people is not enough. The shower curtain rod was broken in one of our rooms, causing the curtain to slide towards the middle of the sagging rod. The other room had some left over trash from a previous person in the bathroom.

    The location is amazing, right in the middle of Times Square. Staff was very professional and helpful. Room was clean and ready on time. The only thing tnat was inconvenience was the toilet no flushing properly. One evening, our tub was clogged. Maintenance fix both in AM. Toilet was working ok, but does and should be fixed properly... overall this day was very pleasant

    The location was EVERYTHING! Out the door less than 25 steps you're at Time Square and in the center of shopping stores. As well as being near the subway and Broadway. Very nice and convenient location! I'm looking forward to staying here again. Although there's a nice restaurant on the corner and McDonald's nearby, I didn't like that they did not serve breakfast at the hotel. A nice complimentary breakfast would be great. Something lite: bagels, fresh fruit, and coffee or tea. Nothing major. Just enough to hold guests over until lunch.

    Door man was very kind and helpful (zook) I got scammed - told I was going to get a times square high room view but I got walls infront of me and the cleaning lady was being creepy wanting to clean our room again and again despite being told no. Really rude staff.

    Amazing location- one block from Times Square, McDonalds, Star Bucks and Walgreens right outside on 45th exit. Very comfortable beds- slept in every day. Two kids and I in superior room with two large dbl beds- was perfect. Would have liked a fridge and/or kettle in room. Staff were friendly and caring- thank you to Anna the cleanser and Trinita on service desk- so helpful and happy. Fridge and kettle in room would be good

    Hotel us just off Times Square: not a quiet area, for sure. But rooms are up high in the building: an oasis from which to look down at the bustle below. The room was big by NYC standards and comfortable. The service was OK but nonchalant - just what you should expect from a big hotel in Times Square. So it is really an OK stay if that’s the part of NYC you want to stay in. There is far better in less frantic neighborhoods.”0

    Location is the best. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The view if you get 1 is good. After changing room we got a half decent view of Time Square but we paid for a ball drop view and did not get 1 in the end. No refund was offered. I paid extra for a ball drop room. I got a scruffy, delapitated room with no view. This is disappointing to see. I asked for a better room and Carol on reception did kindly change it to a better view. However the rooms need updating badly. No fridge as standard. No coffee making facilities, dirty wallpaper and peeling chairs and furniture. Surprised there was no room service available or any food in the hotel. The check in had maybe 30 people waiting and only 1 person on a desk.

    Good location for our purposes. Near theaters and restaurants we attended. Central location made it easy to visit East Side or West Side. Housekeeper cleaned room daily and on time. Chairs in the room were not comfortable. Low toilet was outdated. In general, the room needed freshening.

    All that said, can't bet the location, all other staff interactions were friendly and helpful. They let us check our bag on arrival so we could hit Times Square until the 4 P.M. check in time, and again on check out day so we could wander around a bitore and have lunch before heading to the airport. Just bad luck getting the room I had I guess, I'd stay at the property again.

    We have stayed here 3x and probably will again so certainly a decent place to stay in the city. The property is good and the location is perfect if time square is your intention. Close to station with alllllll public transportation. The room was spacious compared to many NY hotels in the area. The only negative is the increasing number of hotels with no refrigerators or microwave not even in shared areas for people to use. Also many of the amenities such as lounge area, bar etc never returned after the pandemic it has been years.

    The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was a decent size for two people for only a two day trip. The location was the best. We underestimated how close we were to Time Square until we walked a minute down the street and we were there. The check in time fiasco was just that. They charge an extra 50 for early check in and if you don't take the offer you end up having to wait over an hr in line at 4pm later. The second thing being there was literally no mini fridge in the hotel room. I kind of thought in this day in age they came standard. Especially for the price of the room. There was even a spot for one in the dresser and nothing.

    Great location. The rooms were clean. When I booked, I specifically chose the Superior Double Bed Room because the official page showed that it had a city view. I even sent a message to the owner to confirm that I was choosing this hotel and room for the view. During check-in, a very rude front desk staff member told me that I would have to upgrade my room online to get the view and refused to show me how to do so when I requested help. When I could not find the option online, I was forced to pay an additional $50 plus taxes by the same staff member, who seemed more irritated than helpful, hitting me with a “sir have you decided what you want to do?”. I had no other option. On our final morning, someone tried opening our room door without permission while we were asleep at around 9:00 a.m. I do not know whether this was maintenance staff, but there was no advance notice or phone call. During checkout, we were given a card to use the bathrooms in the lobby. When the card did not work and I asked a staff member standing nearby for help, he pointed me to the front desk, stating, “make the person you got the key from do some work”. The bellmen were quite sweet and helpful, though.

    I liked the room, bed, tub, size of room, towels, quality of elevator and hotel overall. Loved being close to the ice machine No tea/coffee in room (it says you DO have this on the receipt and even when you look up superior king room at the hotel on the booking.com website. Not even a tea kettle. They did send a tv repair man when the tv and internet didn't work. But it took two times to actually fix it because the remote needed new batteries-strangely it "kind of" worked so didn't think the batteries were the problem but once replace-internet and tv worked properly.

    I will never stay in this hotel. The bathroom has mold, they changed the room, but there is no refrigerator. When we want to take a shower, the handle comes out, the cabinet door is broken, and the bed frame is torn apart.

    Elegant and VERY close to time square and broadway shows... walking distance to alot more. We had one of the "deluxe room king bed high floor" rooms with a large floor to ceiling view. We ended each night sitting and enjoying the view and reflecting on our day. It will be our hotel of choice when we return again.

    First, a simple maintenance request to fix the bathroom extractor fan was ignored despite being reported during the stay. This is a basic issue that should have been addressed promptly. Second, as many other reviewers have noted, the internet speed is glacial. Reliable, reasonably fast Wi-Fi is an expectation today, particularly at this rate, and the service fell well short of that standard. Finally, the in-room entertainment system feels antiquated and outdated. Compared with other hotels in Manhattan at a similar price point, the technology and entertainment options are noticeably behind the curve. Taken together, these shortcomings make it difficult to justify the premium pricing.

    Amazing view high above Times Square! Housekeeping was very accommodating. Elevators were quick even to 50th floor! We were able to leave our bags early in the morning and come back to check in later.

    The location is premium! We got a room on the 17 floor with amazing views. The beds are comfortable and we had a maid cleaning the room daily, who did a good job. The rooms are a bit dated, and lack of fridges, microwaves or coffee machines. This hotel has two very convenient entrances, one in 45th and one on 44, so that will save you a little bit of walking!!!! I would recommend staying in this hotel. The concierge staff is very helpful.

    Location of this hotel is prime. Only steps from times square. Staff from concierge to house keeping to my man Zook who was super friendly when calling me a cab were all fantastic. I stayed in this hotel in 2013 and everything looks the same. Pretty dated. All drains(tub, sink, toilet) had issues even after maintenance was called in to fix it.

    This hotel location cannot be beat! Perfect for nearby shopping, convenience of dining options, literally a 1 min walk to Times Square. Staff were all very helpful and welcoming, the housekeeping staff were super efficient and quick to satisfy requests. Despite the hotel proximity to Times Square, the rooms were sufficiently sound proofed. I would definitely stay again! Point to note, if your room doesn't have a coffee machine, just ask for one. Some amenities are only given on request.

    Location was great! Staff was mostly very kind and available. The men who stored our bags were all wonderful! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were surprisingly quiet. Very outdated. The bathroom had a horrible paint job and many years worth of hasty repairs. No drain plug and the shower still didn’t drain. The bathroom was just in very poor condition. Not what I expected for price we paid.

    The location was great perfectly located. The staff was top tier. No complaints on those two ends. No on to the property itself. This hotel is way too expensive to have the amount of mold in the bathroom that it has. All over the shower falls and sink! It was so hard for me to even use the restroom! The rooms are so out dated! The windows inside and out were so dirty! Paying extra for the view was worthless! The rooms are very old and outdated! A full makeover is needed on this hotel! The rooms need microwave and refrigerator a well! This hotel needs so tender loving care asap!

    What amenities? No pool, no in room refrigerator or microwave, no in room coffee maker or even coffee in the lobby, no gym, no lounge space or gathering space. Comfortable mattresses and good showers, except the mattresses constantly slid on the frame and the shower backed up a little. Great staff and location. I don’t understand the resort fee - this was not a resort in any way. This was not worth the costs.

    I booked this property because it was a good price and in a decent area and the room looked okay. Upon arrival I noticed immediately the room was not what I was expecting based on the photos/descriptions online. The description/quality felt different than what was shown online. It was old, outdated, and poorly taken care of. The bathroom was horrible and not clean. I called the front desk to express my concerns and was immediately given an attitude and was told if we don’t want to stay we need to get out within one hour and not “touch” anything in the room. Mind you, it was 11:30pm at this point and it was difficult to find somewhere else to stay. Front desk told me to receive a refund, I would have to contact Expedia, I contacted Expedia and spoke with them about the cancellation options. Since it was already so late and we couldn’t find anywhere else to stay. We decided to just stay the night and figure it out the next day. So we go on about our day the next day and we’re heading back up to the room and our key is not working so we went back downstairs to let the front desk know. The manager was a very aggressive and had an attitude and said we canceled our room which we did not. After some back-and-forth, he had told me to contact Expedia again, mind you we never received a refund for this “cancellation”. After speaking with Expedia, they said they did not cancel the room and then the Manager demeanor completely changed because he was caught in his lie.

    The property entrance was very nice and welcoming - specially the gentleman at the front desk with the flowers in his beard is truly an excellent employee with stellar customer service skills. The tv was broke in my room and took about 45min to an hour to get someone to fix it; the wall had an obvious crack running from the floor up, shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed, toilet wouldn’t flush all the way even after holding it down. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Lastly, I paid for a king suite specially because the picture on the listing shows a room directly facing Times Square, the room we got however was looking directly at the back of a building and given the price we paid, lesson learned.

    The location is perfect! If you are first time visitor - it can’t be better. I think it did all our vacation, because we were enjoying the views, no matter is it good weather or bad. The staff are kind, friendly and nice. Cleaning each day, everything is old a bit, but working and enough good. We stayed 4 nights, paid not for one or 2 nights, but no matter still nothing as a bonus can be included for free: Internet- to get it good you have to pay. I do understand that everything costs money in NYC, but we paid for views, high floor and sorry, but at least internet could be included. We live in modern times when it is simply normal treat to provide connectivity option Refrigerator- we were begging to have it in our room. Thanks to kind staff who understand that I have my medical staff - that must be saved in a cold place, they found it, but for most of the rooms - no availability

    Convenient location if you want to stay in the centre of Manhattan. Can be noisy and crowded as its directly on Times Square so keep that in mind when booking.     Great hotel!! Staff was amazing! I had a corner room with a fabulous view of Times Square. I flew in from Louisiana and wasn’t accustomed to the chilly temperatures. I called the front desk to inquire about the heater in my room and was told it wasn’t on due to it not being winter but they immediately offered to bring me two extra comforters that were perfect. Also, there’s no microwave nor refrigerator in the room. You can’t bring leftovers from dining into your room to store or warm up later. Overall, you’re walking distance to all the hot spots in New York. I did get a Lyft to visit the 911 Memorial and I got one for Top of the Rock only because I didn’t want to walk in the rain but I walked back. The hotel is beautiful. Really enjoyed my stay.

    Great easy access to Times Square from this hotel. Short walk to the subway station which was also convenient. The lobby was quite nice, staff was friendly. We found the room a bit dated and needing some cosmetic repairs but worked fine. Would stay again if I wanted to be close to Times Square.

    Location. Perfect for this stay because of my meetings. Otherwise the area is a tourist hellhole but the hotel is pretty insulated against the slop surrounding it. I saw that they were “pet friendly “. Cost:$400. That’s fair if you’re bringing a wilder beast or giraffe but not for a house trained spaniel. Just say “we hate pets” except as part of our special menu.

    The air conditioning was not working at all. It was 75° in my room. I contacted the front desk and they said the entire facility did not have air-conditioning. I was on the 49th floor and I opened my windows, but it was still very noisy and it barely cooled down. That was the only negative of the stay. I was in the city for business and only staying one night anyway.

    Very disappointing stay at the Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square. Our room had multiple issues—the bathroom door was broken, the TV unit was damaged, and the internet connection was extremely unstable, making it difficult to stay connected. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of support from the staff. Despite reporting these problems, no one seemed willing to help or offer a proper solution. For a hotel in such a prime location and at this price point, basic maintenance, reliable Wi-Fi, and responsive customer service should be standard. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below expectations.

    Location location location! For the price you absolutely cannot beat location. Some reviews stated issues with cleanliness. We did NOT have that issue. I always wipe down hotel rooms with a Clorox wipe upon arrival and my wipe didn’t have a bunch of nastiness on it. We didn’t have much interaction with staff but the few people we did speak to were nice & helpful. There’s a bunch of food options near. I won’t say didn’t like but yes the rooms have older furniture. They’re turning over rooms so fast detail seasonal cleans like the walls, baseboards are in need. But that’s to be expected.

    Best location in town, especially for plays at the Hudson theater! I try to stay here every time I am in NYC. Easy access to 44th and 45th streets. I wish it had earlier check in than 4pm, I usually fly in real early to catch two plays, and while I can leave my luggage there, it would be nice to be able to check in at 2. I am looking forward to the time when the Charlotte bar and the Singapore restaurant space are operational again.

    I’ve stayed here twice before and loved my experience especially how close it is to everything in Times Square. The location really is top notch. The rooms were always comfortable and a good value, but this time I was heavily disappointed. The water pressure was like crazy good though. I stayed here this time because of my previous good experiences and I splurged for a better room because my husband and I were coming here for our honeymoon. The better room was not worth it and really had no additional value. Our bed also had a stain on the sheets and there was a huge dirty spot underneath the sink in the bathroom. There was dust all around the edges of the room, the curtains were dirty, and the drawers underneath the TV stand were broken. Two out of the three outlets next to the bed also didn’t work. Along with all of that the exit sign in the hallway of our floor was falling down and we were woken up on our final day by housekeeping at 9 AM knocking on all the doors in the hallway, despite the check out time being 11 AM. This hotel has really gone downhill since we stayed here before and with how much they are charging for rooms there is no excuse. Especially too because we got a budget hotel for the second half of our stay and it is miles better and cleaner than this.

    Our room was spacious and spotless! We had tons of towels and pillows plus a comfortable bed. The room may have been a little dated and some people may have wished for a few more outlets or charging ports but we had absolutely everything we needed! The elevators were fast and plentiful so we never had a wait. The location was perfect for walking to theaters. I would definitely stay here again!

    The room was clean and comfortable. There is plenty of room plus options to sit other than the bed. My AC worked well. The bathroom was extremely clean and roomy. The water pressure and hot water are excellent. Some of the rooms I’ve stayed in have furniture that is worn down a bit. But it’s all still nice. They do not have fridges in the rooms which is a bummer but not a dealbreaker. The price makes the small sacrifices worth it. All of the staff are nice and responsive. I enjoy staying here and will continue to do so.

    My bed had yellow stains on the sheets. Food crumbs from previous people on floor. Bathroom was pretty clean. Staff was friendly. Room was a little on the warm side and couldn’t seem to get the ac to kick on. Wasn’t horrible but was not very clean

    This has been the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. The location it’s amazing, right in the center of everything. However, I paid extra to have a room with view and received a room without view. The room stink and was dirty. The tub was dirty, the toilet ceramic was broken and I called the hotel and no one did anything. The bed sheet were clean but the comforter looked like it was picked up from the Red Cross. Disgustingly. I hated it here and for 1200$ it’s not worth it. Don’t do it to yourself

    Booked connecting rooms and called three times before travel to ensure rooms would be connecting due to a need as caregiver for travel companion but on check in I was told I didnt book the rooms that connect. Moved to connecting rooms the next day however they were a downgraded room with no bottled water, coffee maker, or frig. Unable to change thermostat. Rooms too warm. Hairs in both showers. Hotel website lists a restaurant on site however it has been closed for a year. No offer of a partial refund or any compensation for their issues. Would not recommend.

    We liked the location and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are showing their age with faucets not working correctly. The thermostate was set to 65 but not moving as far as temperature continuing to show 70 degrees. Lots of webs/lint on the entry into the room and missing door pulls. We also did not have enough towels for 4 people. However, that was quickly remedied by housekeeping after our call. Elevators were out of order and caused us to stop at multiple floors with already full elevators.

    Our stay at the property was okay the area and the location was right on point we we’re close to everything and walking distance was at 10 or 15mins to different locations the only disappointing thing was no accommodation for food we had to either eat all the food or throw it away before returning to hotel

    Air conditioning didn’t work in the room. We contacted them and waited until midnight and then went to sleep. The next day they said they would fix it while we were gone. When we came back, they said they fixed it. The following day we had a knock on the door of workers to fix it. It was never fixed.

    The air conditioning unit was malfunctioning, maintaining a room temperature of 80 degrees. SO HOT. The window was broken remaining open, and despite multiple requests to the front desk for assistance, no one arrived. We had to keep calling and calling. Furthermore, housekeeping only visited the room once.

    The door man and bell hop were very helpful and very kind! The front desk was not very welcoming and seemed bothered when we were checking in and out. The cleaning lady who was cleaning the bathroom by check in was the rudest! We were changing due to our rooms not being ready yet and she told us we had to exit the bathroom now due to her needing to clean it. She was standing by the door just watching us and rushing us the entire time. She made us not want to stay here ever again. The rooms were semi clean. We found an old dried contact in the shower, so made it seem like the bathroom wasn’t properly clean before we checked in.

    The only positive aspect was the location The hotel is very close to Times Square, which was convenient and central Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing We arrived at 2:00 AM after a long flight and were told there was no room available, even though we had booked and paid in advance We were sent to another hotel in the middle of the night, which was extremely frustrating The next day, we were told to return in the morning, but the room was still not ready During our stay, the staff was not friendly or helpful On Friday evening, there was no hot water, so we couldn’t shower We contacted the front desk, but received no real assistance, only a general explanation To make matters worse, staff members mocked my accent when I tried to communicate, which was disrespectful and unacceptable Overall, this experience did not meet basic expectations and I would not recommend staying here.

    Location, location, location! This hotel is steps from Times Square and has two entrances depending upon which direction you are heading. Also, there is a Starbucks and a Walgreens right outside the door. Great place to stay to see NYC!

    We love this hotel, as we have stayed here 5 or 6 times. This time the toilet in our room barely worked from the start of our stay, and during the 40 hours we were there, engineering had to come up 3 times to try to fix it. Clearly it wasn't ever going to work right (as we were leaving, it once again would not flush). We would have appreciated a room change or something, but I understand that that is tough to do sometimes.

    The front desk staff and our check-in were outstanding. Gracious and welcoming. We used to stay at the millennium often 30 years ago. Our experience this time was good. The room was clean and well appointed and the bed very comfortable, although the hotel does look like it was last renovated 30 years ago. A good stay and the location, one block off of Times Square, is pretty wonderful.

    The room was clearly not cleaned we kept finding crumbs all over the room including underneath the pillows, the thermostat was broken, there were makeup stains on the windows and miscellaneous ones on the curtains, as well as the beds were hard as rocks and not comfortable to sleep in. Which is ridiculous for the price I paid. The only upside was the view but the windows were sealed with a piece of electrical tape.

    We had a hard time finding the hotel initially as the GPS brought us to the M Social Hotel instead of Millennium. We eventually found it and the check in process was rather smooth. The lobby was beautiful and the room itself was ok. The only issue I had was the sink. The water took a while to go down, and so once it did, it would leave residue mark from the stagnant water. Other than that, the hotel was in the middle of everything, so our walk to our various places was not too far. Overall, it was a good experience.

    Excellent and quick check in. Had trouble with the tv and heater. Maintenance guy came right away to fix it. Spilled coffee on the bed and housekeeping came right away and changed the bed. Room was clean and comfy. Will stay here again. Excellent location.

    This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had while traveling, which I do often. The room was filthy, dilapidated, had blood on the sink, hairs in my bed, unvacuumed room, massive carpet stains, ripped and missing pieces of carpet, hand prints on every glass surface. The electrical outlets didn't work, prompting engineers to come to room, which they couldn't fix however they were so disgusted by state of room they took several pictures and my room was transferred to an equally disgusting room, where my shower didn't drain and resulted in my having to be 20 floors above the rest of my family. The "concierge" staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. To top it all off, they charged me $100 nightly for "incidentals" for each room I had, (2) so a total of $600 on top of the room costs that we prepaid for a month earlier. They told me when I checked out I would receive a "portion" of my money back, whether there were actual incidental costs accrued or not. I've been checked out over a month and received only $200 back of the total $600. There were zero charges made to the room, no incidentals, filthy rooms, massive inconveniences and then they stole my money. I've filed with Better Business Bureau, NYC Dept of Consumer & Worker Protection (DCWP) as well as NYS Attorney General's Office. These people are unethical, dishonest thieves who run a substandard hotel preying on guests who they know don't understand their recourse options. They ruined our trip! DON'T STAY HERE!

    Unfortunately if I could rate this hotel with 0 stars I would. It is completely outdated and falling apart, we were “upgraded” to a nicer room and it was extremely disappointing. The curtains in the room were falling off the ceiling as the adhesive they used to install them wore off. The bathroom was dirty and outdated, the carpet had stains on them and there was what looked to be a bullet hole in one of the walls. The lobby is decent and the bell hop staff were pleasant, however everything else was extremely disappointing.

    My room was filthy, they charged a card they weren't supposed to, and made false promises. I searched to find contact info of someone higher up. I had high hopes for a better experience...to no avail. That was even more disappointing. The refund promised (b/c they acknowledged their deficiencies) was not issued. Now no one will return my emails. The doormen were great though! They will tell you how to get anywhere you need to go!

    Completely disappointed with the hotel. My daughter and I were deplaned in a force mature situation because of the US Venezuelan flight cancellations and couldn’t make the trip to New York for her birthday. Contacted the hotel in advance for a cancellation, and they refused to do it. Considering I’ve stayed there before and would potentially stay there again.     Staff was wonderful and it was a convenient location but I feel like we were over charged just because of the time of year and place. I leave this review because I am tired of seeing companies (the owner has several hotels all over the world, he can afford to upgrade or fix things) charge so much for nothing just because they can and they probably pay minimum wage too.

    The staff was very nice and welcoming. The hotel and rooms could use some updating and/deep cleaning. Dirty walls, worn carpet, chipped paint, furniture was damaged from use over the years. The restaurant is no longer in use. There is a lot of potential for this property. Its not bad, however there are plenty of opportunities for improvement.

    The room looks nothing like the pictures. The bathroom was 2.5 stars at best. There was black, pink, and beige stuff in between the shower tiles in the grout the whole bottom layer of tiles was replaced sloppily. There was black mildew in the corners of the shower and the counter in the bathroom. The wall paper was separating from the wall in the bathroom. The fixtures all had corrosion on them. We didn’t have Internet for the first few days. The heater wasn’t working properly. I will never return to this hotel. I am severely disappointed.

    Booked on hotels.com, felt the room didn’t match the price nor description, albeit technically wasn’t mislead because photos description was ball drop view which took a bit of time to find, the room booked was premier king (ball drop view) definitely did not feel or look premier. Shower head sprayed everywhere and water pooled up as you showered. Staff was amazing and they let you hold your luggage up to 10pm before and after check out.

    Staff was very courteous and helpful. While the room was clean it is outdated. The wallpaper was peeling in numerous areas, no working bathroom fan, ice machine broke on floors above and below, but the pillows and bed was super soft, housekeeping kept the room stocked with towels and other amenities, and the room view was perfect.

    Female Front Desk and Managers were RUDE, cut me off, lacked customer service and interpersonal skills especially Charleney-manager and Kelsey/Casey-front desk. ( I did talk to one male manager that was very nice and listened but was unable to speak with him again) . We had to explain our issues over and over. Its like every person we talked to NEVER notated ANYTHING! We NEVER received our washcloths and towels (we asked and called down for SEVERAL times-again, no one answering the phone after the 2nd time asking for them) Took HOURS to get our baby crib and we had to call 2/3 times for it (even though the first time we requested, they said they were bringing it right up immediately) Shower didnt work-had to request to get it fixed Sink rusted and OLD, crack in sink bowl and metal piece sticking out where the plug is supposed to be. Random metal piece sticking out of side of counter TV didn't work--had to request to get that fixed Overall....just save yourself the trouble and FIND ANOTHER PLACE/HOTEL.... We spent thousands of dollars and I really wish we went to another nicer hotel for Christmas. And now I have to go through my booking agency to

    In this case you’re surely paying for location and view. We watched the ball drop from our room. Which was priceless. But- was told we couldn’t wait in the lobby out of the cold for 20 mins before check in. Then got back in line at exactly four. Only to have to wait an hour in line and discussed that it wasn’t a great policy and was told we shouldn’t have been turned away. As they prefer people come at 3 or 5 to avoid a long line like that. & on our second night there. We were trapped in an elevator & no one came to save us. Thankfully, our family of four was trapped with another family of four. That happened to include a man who was able find a fix to get us to a floor to get off. At which point I notified the front desk and was told “ okay thanks”.

    The room was very basic and outdated nothing about it really stood out. It was clean, which I appreciate, but for the price, it felt underwhelming. There was no fridge or microwave, and no amenities. Honestly, you’re paying mainly for the Manhattan view and the convenience of being close to Times Square. If location and view are your priority, it works but don’t expect much beyond that.

    Perfect location for everything you need to see in NYC! Easy check-in and we felt very safe. The only negatives would be that is took about 20 min for an elevator each time and housekeeping came in at 9am even though the do not disturb was on lol. She was super nice though so it ended up being ok

    Hotel room was dirty on arrival. Managers did not help with accommodations at a timely manner. We could not shower for a day. Room did not get moved until the next day at 3:30PM. Managers were inconsistent and lying about the situation. The hotel does not want to compensate for their wrong doing. They did not take accountability for the action instead trying to make it our fault for staying at their hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to no one. I will never stay at this hotel again!!!

    I’m giving this hotel 4 stars, primarily due to some confusion during check-in. Apparently, there was another guest with the same last name. When I checked in, I was told we were already checked in and good to go, given room keys, and sent on our way. To our shock, when we opened the door, there were already guests in the room. We immediately returned to the front desk to explain what happened and were given new keys to a different room. When we carefully entered, the room was empty, though the TV and lights were on. We confirmed it was vacant and began placing our luggage away. Shortly after, there was a knock at the door, followed by the door opening—stopped only by the interior security lock. It turned out to be the manager, who was trying to confirm who we were and understand what had happened earlier. While we understood the reason, we were a bit shocked that after knocking, he did not announce who he was before opening the door. We also had house keeping open the door without knocking first, so lock the interior locks and bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper because it is right off Time Square.

    But!! The hotel felt a little run down and was pretty annoyed to find on arrival a hidden “service” charge (we used no extra except WiFi!) for $140 our stay. I understand that’s pretty standard for New York but as a visitor felt cheated. Also no bar as advertised we were told that hadn’t been around since Covid.

    Ice bucket was not in room. No cups, no refrigerator (but a space for one), no microwave, there is no restaurant bar in the hotel at all, toilet didn't want to flush, room was very out dated, mold in the bathroom, needs more caulk and silicone. For the room to cost that much and we had these type of issue. For it to be a 4star hotel it didn't give that

    Great Location Easy walking distance to time square. Rockefeller center. the hotel is clean rooms were pretty large compared to other hotels I have stayed at. We had a great view of the "ball drop" . The only thing that I can give warning on is the elevator situation. They are slow and while there are several them seemed to only run about 3, Took us 30 minutes to get off the 18th floor with luggage. Best bet is to get on when it comes up and ride back down.

    Location was excellent- people were nice. The toilet in our room never worked we called 18 times to get it fixed. They arrived got it to flush and then it would not work again. The shower was like a drizzle and then the tub wouldn’t drain - called about the drain not fixed or attempted to be fixed during our stay. They offered us a reduction of $35 a day. My husband spent 3 days going to the lobby to relieve himself. Ridiculous.

    Very convenient but our room was so hot. We turned the air off and opened windows and it was still 76 degrees! Air conditioning wouldn’t work. Mind you it was 32 degrees outside! The tub wouldn’t drain good, the bathroom was so dirty. The staff was really nice though and convenient location. I would say this is a 2 star hotel and nothing more. Maybe back in the day it was something more but not now.

    The property is in a great location and centrally located to walk the city. We purchased a ball drop room. The view saw the top of the ball and a parking garage. The hotel itself is extremely outdated. If you are just looking for a place to sleep and see the city, it’s a good option.

    I am documenting my recent stay at Millennium Broadway Hotel so future guests can make an informed decision. The issues below are factual and documented with photos. Room Type & Context I was automatically upgraded at check-in to a top-floor suite because it was empty. This room category normally carries a significantly higher nightly rate than a standard room. All of the issues listed below occurred in this upgraded suite, not a lower-tier room. Room & Maintenance Issues Coffee table top was broken and not securely attached to the base. Curtains were damaged and would not fully close. Tile and grout work appeared poorly done, and at least one floor tile was completely loose and shifted out of place. Bathroom floor was dirty upon arrival. Bathtub did not drain for approximately three hours after shower use, leaving standing water. Lamp had an electrical issue and would not stay on consistently. Cabinet door in front of the refrigerator was broken off; cabinet appeared deteriorated. One main closet contained no hangers, preventing proper storage of clothing. Ventilation vent was loose and not properly secured to the wall. Visible splatter marks on the ceiling and on furniture surfaces. Noise & Elevators Two elevators were out of service during the stay. Remaining elevators produced loud clunking and banging noises that echoed into the hallway and room, starting around 7:00 a.m., repeatedly waking us.

    The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was in an amazing location, so close to Broadway shows and Times Square. Overall great stay, and priced better than nearby options. They told me I could book a taxi back to the hotel for $75, it turned out quite a bit more than that, but otherwise no issues! I would definitely stay there again and would recommend :).
