    Even by standards of big city European hotels, our room was very small. And the lighting was terrible--two very weak "reading" lights above the bed and a desk lamp, but no overhead or floor lamp lighting. The location was convenient and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

    Nice bathroom and beds. The noise at 7am from the terrace in the adjacent building on a Sunday morning, doing renovations! We called the reception and they knew nothing about it and didn’t offer any help. Sad. Also the sofa bed for our kids was of bad quality and some towels needed to be replaced, too worn.

    INNSiDE was a very clean and elevated hotel that I highly recommend. The Wilson restaurant in the hotel had tasty food, a great lunch deal, and delicious drinks. The rooms were a great size and the complementary water and drinks were so nice. Everything was tidy, the staff were very friendly, and it was in a great location. 10/10

    We enjoyed our stay at INNSiDE by Melia in NOMAD. Our room had a lovely view and we appreciated the complimentary water and juice. The gym was spacious, well-equipped and also had gorgeous views. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was made to order and really delicious, although you need to allow time for table service. The location is really convenient too!

    However, the room was disappointing. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and felt very worn out and sagging in the middle, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The pillows were also uncomfortable. In addition, the bathroom was surprisingly small, to the point of being quite impractical. While the service and location were definite positives, the comfort of the room needs significant improvement.

    Everything about the hotel was fantastic from the check-in process where they let us store bags before our room is ready to the checkout process. They even had $150 prosciutto on sample. They also let us spin a wheel which gave us a $50 discount on the stay. I would stay at this brand as often as I could.

    The room was clean and was a good size but the shower had no hot water and the noise from the street was too much and eachbnight I was woken 3-4am but the sound of garbage trucks on their rounds, rooms not facing the street are likely to be fine but broken nights sleep each night wasn't ideal as I was trying this hotel instead of another I've used more often while in NYC. Breakfast menu while limited has a decent selection. Location and neighbourhood are both good. The staff are all very helpful and very pleasant.

    They have restaurants on site and tons of food options within walking distance. Even Times Square is walkable but would take 20-30min. There were 2 subway stations within 3 blocks of the hotel. We thought this hotel was in a great location and would stay there again. The staff were also very helpful.

    The guaranteed 3:00 check in was not satisfactory. I checked in online the day prior. I tried to check in at 2:57 and my room was not available. I never got an email or phone call for when my room would be available although the concierge told me they would contact me. I returned around 430 and finally received my room key.

    We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. From all the hotels we’ve been to in NYC this is definitely our favorite. Our room on the top floor (suite) was simply fantastic with stunning views. The staff was always very friendly and we liked that we could always refill the mini-fridge for free. The location is also very good (near the flat-iron building).

    Rooms were clean and comfortable, location was great, and the staff couldn't have been better. We did not use all the amenities, but definitely took advantage of the unlimited water, tea, coffee, and flavored sodas in the room. Our room faced the city street where we could crack the window open, which we liked, but it was very quiet there with the window closed. Quieter street too, but yet close to a bustling bar and restaurant district and close to the subway, as well. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

    The price was not what the expedia website advertised. There was a mandatory $45 fee for incidentals per day that added $100 to our stay. If, at least, it had payed for our breakfast, it would have been OK but the fee essentialy covered the consumption of the content of a meager minibar (with only water and 3 sodas) and offered coffee (with pods, not environmentally friendly at all), and tea, (but without a kettle or anything to boil water). I don't think I will return to this hotel!

    The stay was acceptable for the amount of time we spent in the hotel. “City view” from the 14th floor left a lot to be desired. Shower had mildew spots and needed a refresh. For the price, I expected a lot more. The positive is that you’re close to several subway stations. Staff was nice.

    Hotel is situated in a great location. Near Penn Station, so transport to and from the JFK airport using the Airtrain is convenient. Hotel is clean and cozy, and you are surrounded by coffee shops, quick service restaurants and a Whole Foods a convenient five minute walk away. We had a great stay!

    The staff at the front desk were uniformly delightful and helpful. They upgraded us to a higher floor and king sized bed at check in. The room was clean, if small. The light was actually better than most hotel rooms, mainly due to their bringing a super standing lamp in. There was a bit of noise in the evening, but it subsided. It was surprising that we could hear it though. The location is fabulous, convenient and walkable. We got a good deal, but it is usually much more expensive than I prefer...and there's that irritating "resort fee". But I'd stay here again!

    We ate at the Wilson the first night we arrived as it was late and we were tired. It was good, nothing spectacular. We stayed at other Melia in another country and fell in love with the service and the establishment itself. This was our first time we stayed at a Melia in the US. This chain will be on our radar moving forward. We liked the location and rooms were clean. That was most important for us.

    The size of the room was comfortable. The view was not too special, but I went to the gym, and it was spectacular! The staff was lovely, and the restaurant was good. The coffee was excellent! I loved the water in my room every day. There is shampoo, and no creme rinse, so my hair was a catastrophe! It is the regular shampoo that strips all oil from the hair, so I think you need to add a creme rinse dispenser. I joined the hotel points program & tried to book a couple of extra nights, but could not figure the App out...

    I loved the location. It was close enough to the train station to walk, and I could safely walk to and from the shows I saw. The staff was outstanding. They were professional and very friendly. They were appreciative of the guests as well. Can't think of anything. I suppose I could have been upset that I wasn't offered a free room during my stay! Or, I could have been upset that I looked across at another building. I wasn't. But, that's NYC! Clearly, you couldn't have done anything better within the bounds of reasonableness!

Our initial room was next to the elevator shaft and one night there was something wrong with the elevator and it was extremely loud going up and down past our room so we got no sleep at all.     The staff was very nice they need to be a little clearer about when you pay the money up front for the hotel online because rhey charged my card for 297. When I shouldn't have been charged at all because I paid the $98.00 online. In addition they also need to let you know that the parking garage is a little distance and you have to pay everytime you enter back into the parking garage. No in and out very costly. The hotel room is small no microwave and our bed was very squeaky every time you turned over. The city view we were supposed to have were the buildings across the street.

Everyone we encountered during the stay was warm, welcoming and genuine. The view from our room was spectacular and appointed extremely well. In a city where hotel rooms leave no extra real estate for lounging, this was comfortable and spacious. Two thumbs up for cleanliness and bonus -- the waters and beverages in the mini bar.     Noveau feel , reception sofa area comfy, hotel in tight street surrounded by other buildings ,not noticeable ( cd miss it). Generally bright n clean throughout , very good shower room . Coffee machine placed on a movable shelf , even so, gets wet easily when topping up water . Mugs not compatible to machine so hard to make ‘expresso’ on these regular sized mugs! Daily complimentary items are not replaced systematically. Resort fees charged is a whopping $187! The bed is smaller than most hotels we had stayed . Staff at reception is not welcoming n the place for breakfast is an adjoining cafe called Wilson. 3 stars despite a new clean hotel!

    Cute room with all of the drinks included. Environmentally friendly as everything was made of paper, glass or metal. The room had floor to ceiling windows which allowed tons of natural light. The included breakfast was actually really good, we had feta omelette and they were not your standard continental fare. Location wise, it’s convenient to get to the 1 train, or just 4 blocks from the F & M trains.

    Not much. Comfy bed, clean that’s it.. First I book a room with a view & put in a request for a bath tub.. I got a view of dumpsters & no bath tub. The room was cold no matter what I did. The light switches don’t turn all the way off. The room is very expensive for the size & quality, amenities. They charged me extra on my card for incidentals when eveything should have been paid online. I also asked for a wake up call.. never got that.. instead I get someone trying to get into my room.. I go “uhm hello” they left , front desk called right after telling us it’s 2:30pm late check out is at 3. It’s like what the heck we didn’t want late check out. So as we hurry and pack up the hotel called once again. Mind you I already paid pretty much $300 and then at the hotel $100 more on card & because of this issue with the room.. we went to check out and they tell me it’s even more because the late checkout.. so of course that was another $100. & we never got the incidental money back.. this place is a lot smaller than pictures. And the staff we checked out with was rude.. they also don’t take cash.. & if they want to charge you more better make sure you have it. They won’t take the cash at all..

    we had everyday housekeeping services and the amazon boxes that arrive they received them and handled it for free for us.room was very clean. the people in the other rooms closed the doors very hard when they were going out or in to their rooms... my little girls got constantly scared when this happened.sometimes that also disturbed our sleep.

    The room was in excellent conditions and well equipped. The staff was courteous. However, not very attentive. There were two staff members at the counter and only one was assisting guests. I had prepaid the room and was surprised at check in to be charged an additional "convenience" to cover the amenities such as the gym and free "sugar water" (next time they charge for the elevator usage). It is not so much that they charge the fee but by not being upfront one gets the impression rightly or wrongly that they are just trying to appear more competitive upfront. In any event this approach is not appreciated.

    This was a nice hotel with a sophisticated flair. When you walk in the lobby is jazzy with bouncy music coming out of the restaurants. The front desk staff was excellent, in the elevator rides at any time of the day we're fairly quick and uneventful. Our room was well sized, and theking bed was a true king bed. The worst thing about the room was the bathroom. There is a translucent wall between the shower and the bedroom, and when my wife turned on the bathroom light in the middle of the night the whole room lit up like the sun was shining. That was not a good design decision.

I visit every couple months and have stayed at a different hotel every time, Innside will be the only hotel I stay at from here on out.     Great stay here for an event at Madison Square Garden. Walkable to Times Square, with a substation right by and Penn Station. The hotel was lovely on arrival with friendly staff and very clean rooms, cleaned daily with water and fizzy chillers each day for drinks. Beds was extra comfortable with bright modern rooms. Would defo recommend. We stayed 6 nights and loved it. Very happy customers 😀

    The room was large, clean and modern. The bed and pillows were amazing and the smell that hits you when you walk in is addictive. Service was excellent and they were able to accommodate my requests for my gf who is disabled. Days before I was staying in a hotel room that was roughly half the size. And their restaurant, The Wilson, has a charming, romantic atmosphere that’s straight out of a romcom with delicious food, mouthwatering drinks and impeccable service. The area is also full of charming shops and places to stop and visit. If you’re going to be staying in Chelsea…stay here. You’ll tank me later.

    I recently stayed at INNSiDE by Meliá New York NOMAD and had a really great experience overall! The location was perfect for exploring Manhattan, close to subway stops and lots of restaurants and attractions. Luckily I was with my fiance but be aware that the shower is frosted glass and doesn't leave much to the imagination!     Amazing and friendly staff that is very customer service oriented. They were amazing. The location is excellent and very central to get to anywhere in the city. The only small issue is that the room would leak water from condensation coming from the window because it was so cold. Thankfully no personal items got wet. The TV is a little outdated and takes a while to load channels but it served the purpose it needed. Outstanding stay and would visit again.

    The Check in process was very poor. They told me they put me on priority for a check-in. I did not get a message even at the time of the check-in which is three. They also did not respond to my message before I arrived to see if they could accommodate me for early check-in. I would’ve most likely choose a different place.. They did however, check-in days ahead about my VIP status, but the the wine they promised never was in the room In the morning, the cleaning service just walked into the room without knocking or anything. It was a bit awkward. So overall, no, it is not worth the hype nor the money

    There were a couple of extras that went above and beyond & I really appreciated the attention to detail: providing an umbrella in the room (just in case), offering a complimentary bottle of wine upon check-in, and complimentary drinks in the fridge. We ordered room service one time- it arrived really quickly, was tasty, and very reasonably priced! I felt like I actually had enough space in the hotel room; it wasn’t closed in at all! INNSiDE is affordable “luxury” without that luxurious, stuffy feeling!

    I cannot recommend this property if you receive a low floor room that faces 27th. I was on the 6th floor. Every night around 2a or 3a for 3 nights, the garbage trucks, for 20 or 30 made more noise than jack hammers next to you. I had ear plugs in and still the sound was ridiculous. I asked for a quieter room but none available. Also, no bed sheets between the comforter. I was promised by the manager they would ask room service to add to my bed but they did not follow through. I did not get the value of the $40/day amenity charge as I never used the gym; however, the unlimited bottle water was nice. The staff was friendly and nice otherwise. Also, did not realize (nor did I receive) I was supposed to get a free bottle of wine as a VIP. Overall, was a fail and wouldn’t stay again.

    The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. This location appears to cater towards European tourists and the rooms are quite small. Considering that this is Manhattan it does not surprise me, however I feel that the hotel is mislabeled as a resort. There were no amenities sans the daily room tidying and a few bottles of soft drinks to offset the $40/night resort fee. Overall the hotel is very nice, quiet area close to mass transit and walking distance to most major attractions in the City. I’d recommend the location, but as noted, it’s not a resort but rather a hotel with smaller rooms.

    Room was nice enough. Side lamp and outlet next to king bed did not work; as a result, the resort fee was waived. Which is very nice. The only criticism is noise, specifically, because this was a 2nd floor room facing the street: I was awoken at 5:50am on a Monday morning due to trash collection. And because it’s a commercial block, there’s a lot of freight elevator trash. This was no fault of the hotel or staff; I thought there was a construction site next door. Bring earplugs if you are springing for the 2nd floor discount rooms like I did

    The room was fantastic. Bigger than expected for NYC. Lobby had a cool vibe/energy and service was excellent. Had a couple small requests for like extra bed sheets and drinks for fridge and they were on it lightning fast. I even left my wedding ring in room after checkout and they jumped on that too. Free waters and fruit juices in fridge were a nice touch. Clean, great service, and excellent value for NYC. Would highly recommend this property.

    Everything was great until it wasn’t. While checking out, the front desk attempted to charge us a smoking fee, claiming their sensors detected smoke in our room. Neither of us smokes. To my surprise, the charge had already been placed on my card without any prior discussion. The front office staff removed the fee however to my surprise my bank notified me of the charge. I called shortly after and was told the fee had been voided; however, my card remains charged $435, and I have yet to receive the promised refund.

    Room was clean and spacious by New York standards, and bed was comfortable. Room was a bit bare, but functional. TV was a little hard to figure out - ChromeCast wouldn’t work and it wasn’t clear how to get to the TV channels; an engineer came to our room to help and he was great, but I think they should have instructions in the room about how to use the TV. We were on the 16th floor in a “city view” room and it was quiet with a lot of natural light. Very convenient location to MSG and Amtrak. Would definitely stay here again

    We were delightfully surprised to receive a room upgrade and loved our room, the views, the comfort of the room. My son especially liked the hoodie robes that were provided! The boxed water and juices in the room were delightful as was the bottle of wine we received as Hotels.com members. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and so kind. The location was great and easy to navigate from. The food in the Wilson was delightful when we had a late supper. Everything was just perfect. We also really liked that there were separate thermostats for the bedroom and the "den" area!

    The glass was being reinstalled in the front area and the drilling started pretty early in the morning and then was still going at about 4pm. We also had about 4 tissues in our tissue box, which we used quickly. We called the front desk for more and were told they would be brought to our room, but that never happened. I did love the size of the room - the largest room we have ever had in a NYC hotel.

    The room was a nice size and it was comfortable. There was a Nespresso machine which was a bonus. The restaurant in the hotel was good. I went for breakfast one morning.     "On Saturday December 6th my wife and I stayed at this hotel after booking the room through Hotels.com for a hefty price. The hotel is very nice but unfortunately from 3:30am until 5:30am the fire alarm went off in the entire building keeping all the guests awake. In the morning I politely asked the front desk clerk if management was going to try to compensate the guests since we were not able to sleep and paid a large amount of money for our rooms. She told me there had been something wrong with the alarm, there was nothing they could do, and all she could do was waive the additional $40 hotel fee. I called the hotel manager on Monday, he told me I needed to contact hotels.com and have them call him. I contacted hotels.com and they were unable to get ahold of the manager after three tries. I was told I could get a $50 credit to hotels.com for my troubles. This hotel chain made 75,000,000 Euros the FIRST TWO QUARTERS THIS YEAR, according to investing.com. It is outrageous they won't refund customers who experienced this."

    Hotel was nice! Stayed for one night from Philly. Everything was great BUT at 3am the fire alarm went off for about 10 minutes, then it went off 15 minutes later, and again later in the night. Definitely did not love being woken up to this multiple times. We also tried to grab food or room service from the restaurant around 1030 but they said they were closed. We had just gotten back from SNL and we wanted something easy & online it said they were open but guess not. Although a few mishaps, I would give it another try because overall good experience.

    The check in was horrible. We arrived early for an early check in. Our rooms weren’t available but that was fine we were told our rooms needed to be inspected first.     Tried checking in early in advance request was denied, asked if early check in was available in person. Our flight arrived at 7am and we got to the hotel 8:30am. We were told no once again, we went to the hotel’s restaurant to eat breakfast, we used the breakfast vouchers we paid extra for. We got sat right away, but the server took around 20 minutes to come take our order. I got an orange juice, when he brought it the cup had a lipstick stain on it I sent it right back. After we got our meal the server never came back to check how we were, just completely forgot or ignored us I don’t know. So we just left after we were done went to walk around for a while. Came back at around 2pm sat in the lobby as our room still was not ready. As we were waiting in the lobby some guests that had just arrived, were getting their rooms! Never have I ever been treated so terribly while visiting NYC. Don’t even get me started with house keeping, the sheets were never changed they would only make the bed, they only came about 3 times during our stay and sometimes would come at late as 6pm ! Never staying here again and if you want a seamless stress free stay in New York I suggest that you don’t either!

    One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed in! The lobby smelled amazing, the staff were friendly and inviting, and we got a complimentary champagne drink once checked in. The room was very clean and had a lot of useful amenities like a mini fridge with waters and bubbly fruit beverages included. My favorite though was the nespresso machine! Perfect for the mornings and they have cute little coffee and espresso mugs you can purchase if you’d like. They also provide a robe and cozy slippers. The view was stunning and the blackout curtains are perfect for the mornings you want to sleep in. The Wilson is the restaurant attached to the hotel and is highly recommend trying them. I would also absolutely recommend this hotel and stay here again!

    Our stay at Innside By Melia far exceeded our expectations and is honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time. The staff is so courteous and accommodating, our room was clean, and the view from our room was beautiful. We arrived several hours before check-in and we were able to drop off our bags safely so we could begin exploring the city right away. They even e-mailed us prior to our 3pm check-in time to let us know our room was ready ahead of schedule. We are so thankful we chose this hotel for our first time in New York City.     Soundproofing is essentially nonexistent here. I could clearly hear doors slamming and full hallway conversations from inside my room at all hours, which made it hard to rest. Hygiene was also a concern: on check-in, the pillows, duvet, and sheets had a strong greasy “scalp oil” odor. Housekeeping changed the linens, which helped only slightly. Over the next few days, the skin not covered by my pajamas (ears, neck, feet) became very itchy—something I’ve never experienced at other hotels; I even took antihistamines. This makes me question how towels and bedding are laundered. For a property charging around $500 per night, this fell far below expectations and is the poorest experience I’ve had at this price point. Management should audit housekeeping/linen handling and address the door/noise issue. I would not return and can’t recommend it until these basics are fixed.

    This is a nice hotel near The Garden, perfect if you're going to an event there. Just a reminder if you choose a lower floor you will hear the sound of the city pretty much all night long.     For a property in New York, the room was very large. That was a wonderful surprise. I appreciated the amenities such as complementary water and beverages. I like that they acknowledge my VIP status and was given a small bottle of wine.

    This hotel is centrally located, walkable to subway. It is clean, it wasn’t very loud and greet for families. We felt safe in the area at night, there are plenty of shops and restaurants within 1-2 blocks. The staff was we e great as well, helpful and friendly. Would stay here again

    The hotel itself and the staff were great. However, we did encounter some things that made our stay not as ideal as we'd hoped for such a highly rated and expensive option. Despite being told there would be happy hour each day with free drinks and snacks from 3-4:00, that was not the case. One of the main areas we'd been excited to hang out in - the back patio bar/dining area was closed for renovation. Despite arriving on the earlier side and requesting an early check in, our room was not available until AFTER the check in time. Only to get to our room to find two open and half-empty "free waters" in our fridge, our coffee had not been restocked for a new guest, we had missing towels, and just a general sense the room had not been fully cleaned. After waiting so long I'd expect a well-prepped room. The next day, we were woken up by loud repeated knocking on our door - it was 9:00 am on a Saturday. It was the maid requesting to do room service. Whyyyy????? Clearly the door hangers were not sufficient because by the final day, they had replaced the door hangers with spinning wall things. Those won't work either. We were also told the gym was accessible 24 hours a day. We went up there at 11:00 on Sunday evening, and it was locked. Neither room key would work. It is not REALLY open 24 hours. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because we were there to have fun and explore the city, the location was good but the things we encountered will prevent us from staying with INNSiDE again.

    The room was impeccably clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The lighting in the room was poor and the bed was not very comfortable. It is a very small space and there was construction (loud) going on each day. Parking was blocks away and I was overcharged.

    The rooms were clean, but not perfect. There was hair on the bathroom floor. The staff was very helpful. The temperature in the rooms could be regulated well, and the air conditioning is quiet. The windows are not well soundproofed, but the sounds of New York did not bother us.

    Super clean hotel. Pretty centralize in midtown without dealing with the loud tourist hotels in time square. One of the quietest i've ever been in. Rooms are a little small but most hotels in midtown the rooms are small versus other hotels in smaller cities across the states. would definitely stay again.

    Room was clean and comfortable, but not ready in time. To remedy this, they offered an "upgrade" to a higher floor (read: they told us it was an upgrade to placate us when they didn't have a room ready hours after check-in time). Our new room was directly under the gym and above some balconies, which resulted in noise throughout the night and continuing into the morning. I wouldn't stay here again.

    Staff was kind and helpful. Only issues were room service didn't get our order right, and there was a guy painting and sanding in the hall at 10:00 PM but that's minor compared to what went well.     Great position in Chelsea, room was a good size and the staff were lovely. However, the room only seemed to have hot water - shower was scalding and the aircon went from freezing to hot - seemed to have a mind of its own. That said for the price and position I’d recommend.

    Hotel fine, didn't really interact with staff, didn't get my free wine for being a VIP customer, room cleaned daily no issues. Absolutely frictionless stay, but I resent the facility fee 40 dollars a day for 3 soft drinks and a 2 layers, which were not always replenished. Just think it's taking the pi$$. Without the facility fee would be 5 stars, but just come away feeling like you've been mugged.

    Stay started poorly with 1 hour delay at check-in despite their 3pm guaranteed check-in. Communication was also poor until the third representative we were dealing with 30 minutes into our delay. She finally took ownership of the problem with frequent updates as the prior two reps were going through the motions without care. Otherwise, adequate stay.

    So far, my best hotel in NYC. The staff was amazingly friendly and professional. A real pleasure. I believe my expedia VIP status got me a high floor, which was really amazing). Room, bathroom and Gym were perfectly clean. Everything there was eco friendly and healthy (beautiful apples in the gym, very good high end sodas included in the room). Will definitely come back.

    Very happy with my stay at INNSiDE. The staff were all exceptional, the hotel was clean and very trendy. The amenities were lovely, the bed was comfortable and the restaurant was also too notch. We also very much enjoyed the pop up taqueria in the hotel. I would definitely stay there again and I don’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone!

    We did not receive the complimentary wine, as mentioned in the message from concierge before arrival, as part of our Expedia VIP. We also were unable to check in with early or check-out at 2:00, as part of our perks with Expedia, due to how busy this property was during our stay. We also were charged for a room service order through the restaurant (third-party) that we never received, but the hotel stated they would work diligently to fix this error. Staff was personable. Room was the perfect size, for our party, also clean and tidy. Overall — a good stay!

    I had never heard of this hotel before our stay, but we arrived and it did not disappoint! We visited during a busy time so early check in was not available, but they did their best to accommodate us. They were able to hold our luggage while we explored until our room was ready. My favorite thing was definitely that this hotel is in the center of everything! The restaurant downstairs was great, also.
