Clean and safe hotel in Brooklyn. I did not have a car but they had a very large parkign lot which could prove very useful!
- 1/5
Not updated at all & filthy. There were sticky bug traps on the ceiling with bugs stuck to them. The blackout curtain pull was coated in crusty dirt. Inadequate blankets on the bed. Staff knocked and then opened the door to come in without waiting for a response. We were told we could have a late afternoon check out without a specific time specified and the staff came knocking to clean (which is comical considering how dirty the place was) numerous times beginning 11:30am. We finally called the front desk and agreed to a 2:00pm check out. My husband wasn’t feeling well so we wound up slightly behind and they aggressively knocked on the door again, probably for the 6th time, to tell us we’d now be charged an additional $75. This hotel seemed to be completely empty and was in the middle of nowhere too.

My recent stay at this hotel was perfect. The room is spacious for NYC and updated. I love the fridge and balcony too. It is in walking distance to the subway and a Whole Foods grocery store which is super convenient.
- 4/5
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly staff who was very flexible with us parking our car before check in at 4:00pm so we could secure a spot. Brooklyn is known for limited parking. If you are lucky enough, you may find a spot on sight, but you risk losing the spot as soon as you drive off during your stay as it is first come first serve. They no longer have a breakfast plate or fresh brewed coffee, although, they provide a Keurig coffee maker in your room with some choice of coffee pods. If you want or need ice, you’ll have to find a staff to help. They do not have ice makers available on each floor, the staff has to retrieve it in the basement. When you first arrive, there is a very small lobby, small access bathroom in the lobby, and elevators to your floor. Once you get to your room, it is updated and includes a frosted glass barn door style for your privacy to the bathroom. Unfortunately, the door was difficult to open all the way and it would stick making it difficult to close. The water had lower than usual water pressure , so rinsing off in the shower took a little more effort. Hopefully, during your stay here, you are able to run into and talk with Stan who says he has been a fixture around there for over 12 yrs. The stay at Le Bleu was memorable and the hotel is very clean they serviced our room on the second day of staying there and it was greatly appreciated.

- 5/5
Very nice.
- 5/5
The only complaint I have is that the elevator was slow- one of them was not operating, so we did use the stairs quite often. We would stay there again!
- 4/5
Could be better at cleaning, and my shower was missing a door. Otherwise, it was a decent stay.
- 5/5
Clean, well-priced room, first-come, first-served parking, and a very helpful staff.

The only good thing about this hotel was the operation manager that tried to help us. Our room had bed bugs, we let front desk know we found them on the bed. They brought us to another room where we inspected the beds. One had bed bugs, the other was dirty. Not sure if it was blood or some other bodily fluids. It was clear we could not stay there. The front desk guy was unapologetic and would not call the GM. It was 11:50 at night, our only choice was to drive 4hrs home in the middle of the night. I will be requesting a refund and would not recommended this hotel to anyone.

The worst experience, I was eager to leave early. This was the rudest staff, we had no body wash in the shower and the front desk refused to bring us soap and body wash to our room several times until I mentioned I would make an official complaint. They wanted me to go down to the lobby to fetch them myself but eventually they did bring the body wash even though they said they had no one available. The hotel is next to a Uhaul storage facility and it gets loud at 7am on the weekend so you can’t even sleep in. The AC is right next to the bed blowing cold air in your face with no way to adjust the airflow. The bathroom door is also right next to the other side of the bed, so when you exit the bathroom you are right next to the bed, very poorly designed space.

- 5/5
The room was very clean, comfortable beds, staff was very helpful, friendly and location was great.
- 4/5
The lack of a duvet was a bit annoying The bathroom was lovely but the soap/ shower gell/ shampoo was very very basic. The hotel lobby was also very basic. Nice to be near the entrance to the park. The view over the truck parking lot was not great but was not noisy. The staff were friendly.
- 5/5
This Hotel is such a hidden gem. We were in town for daughters college graduation at Barclays. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was amazingly large and clean. The shower was AMAZING, and even had a small balcony for pictures. It is a quick walk across the cutest public park to access great breakfast options. They have limited on-site parking ( we didn't need) . I would stay here again 100%
- 5/5
i loved the free late check out at 12pm instead of 11am. it was also very clean and they provided toothbrush and toothpaste which was perfect as this was an unplanned stay.

Room was very clean and relatively spacious. The staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. Great location in park slope to stay near 5th and Barclays. Only complaint was the bed was externally firm, but if you like firm beds…stay here. I’d probably still stay again.

The guest WiFi was extremely slow to the point of unusable. My room was at the back where there is a uhaul depot, those people are very noisy from early, I'd recommend earplugs for a stay here
- 5/5
The room was very clean, close to a subway, nothing to explore in the area... my view from Terrace was uhal. It got noisy being on the second floor. They room was in excellent condition, the dwell shower was my favorites, the bed was soft and the pillows were fluffy. I had a great sleep, which is why i went
- 4/5
Good hotel. Good sized rooms. Friendly staff. Basic amenities. A little off the beaten trail among some industrial buildings but not a bad walk to restaurants and the subway. There's also a nearby Whole Foods.

Therefore i go down to the receptionist James he says i can get refund for my room since there is no more rooms available. And then they claim he was not the manager to provide such information when I disputed the charge. Yet they fought back somehow for this charge after i have video footage of the roaches

Great hotel at a reasonable price. Perfectly located near Prospect Park for the NYCRuns Brooklyn half marathon in late April. I would stay there again and would recommend others to consider it as well.
- 4/5
I had to sleep there for a few nights due to some issues with my heating system. It was convenient enough for the time and was also affordable.

Good stay overall. Good location
- 5/5
This is our go to when headed to NYC. They have first come first serve parking which is a bonus in this area. The staff was super helpful and helped me with the business center. The rooms are clean, they even provide little toothbrushes and some bottled water. Perfect to just Uber into the city or local sites!
- 3/5
Location good, room clean. We purchased a Manhattan view room which did not look like the photo. The view was partial and mainly looked out over a huge U-Haul parking lot. Not worth the extra. Also, NO amenities. Not even a vending machine.

Staff was attentive and friendly, great customer service. Only complaint was the side entrance being unlocked upon a late night/early am return, making the safety seem a little more questionable. Easy walk to subway stops, R train is close, D and other lines are a little further away but walkable and easy to navigate. Would stay again.

The location is within a few blocks of restaurants and shops. The views on one entire side overlook a giant U-haul facility and car alarms go off often. The view was also of the trash area where dozens of mattresses were thrown out. A plus is free packing.

Multiple hairs in between the sheets. Gross! Sheets looking worn. No hangers in closet. Front desk placed me in to new clean room. New room's balcony door did not lock. Was fixed same day. They changed ALL the mattresses on my floor one day = big mess.

The location was convenient There was no HDMI connection for my devices. Also, the room didn’t match the photo.

The room was cute for me and my girlies . Location was great . The staff were completely rude . I called at 10:30 to get late check which is at 12 . At 11:07 and 11:47 they were banging on my door even tried to it without permission . The hispanic man was arguing with me back and forth about us leaving . The front desk receptionist was very irate, rude , and did not communicate with the staff making us very uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Staff was vey helpful. Room was updated and clean.
- 4/5
Clean room. Convenient distance to Barclays Center. No frills hotel with comfy beds. Free parking (though limited) was nice. Only issue was air conditioning. Fan worked well overnight, but in the morning sun the room was absolutely baking. No AC controls, just fan and heat.
- 3.5/5
I was surprised with the room. It was nice having the terrace. Surprisingly clean The outside of the hotel needs a little upgrade. Walking up to the hotel, we thought it was going to be bad. The price could be a little cheaper, since its a little distance from everything

No amenities, but it is a boutique facility afterall. Have stayed once before and will use again. I think that it's best features are room size and shower. I rate them a solid five stars on those features.

We had a very nice stay for my birthday. The AC worked very well. The balcony overlooking the bay was nice. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The only complaints I have is that the vent in the bedroom was blowing directly on the bed and it was too much. And, the bathroom floor was getting very wet from the shower. Maybe a vynl shower curtain instead of the cloth one.

It was extremely noisy. Each time someone leaves their room you could hear the door slam and you can hear every single conversation as well. The rooms were big especially for NY. They have robes advertised, but stated there's none, because guest kept stealing them. If that's the case, it shouldn't be advertised. I would probably stay again if i can get a quieter room.

Really great hotel and location for the price. The receptionist is so friendly and remembered us well I really enjoyed her presence and help. The only downside is that there is about 10 parking spots and if there is none then you need to park in a paid garage across the street.

BAD please don’t book here hallways smell like cigarettes even with a no smoking policy .. then the room had mold on chair I left to go report this downstairs and he immediately gave me another room but it worst it had mold on window blinds. Coffee stains on flat surfaces stains on glass bathroom door too it was a mess I left the same day I didn’t even wanna lay down on the bed. This is such a bad hotel that I think the health department needs to review this hotel smh worse experience ever. I then had to call Expedia to tell them about this situation with proof of pictures and Expedia said this hotel declined my refund being sent back to me after I sent how dirty the rooms were and the horrible smell of cigarettes it was so bad ! Like how do you say no she can’t get her refund back I literally left the same day was only there for 30 minutes I’m so upset and Expedia had to refund me partial of what I paid. Ridiculous .

My stay here was not pleasant. I had to check out a day early. I decided to stay here because I thought it would be a nice cozy place to get away from the cold. However, I discovered the heating only goes up to 78, and it blows out cold air. Imagine freezing temperatures outside and you can’t get any heat on the inside. Also, I request a housekeeping while I was gone for a couple of hours I came back and they had not shown up. My room was exactly the same as I left it which I didn’t understand. Every time I ask them if I could change rooms or if the heat could go up, their response was I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do. Ultimately, I ended my day due to the freezing temperatures of the hotel in the lack of consideration from staff.

I was literally stuck in the elevator for 5 mins until the doors actually closed all the way. The wait time also for the elevator to actually get to you is 5 mins.

But clearly things have changed with management since I stayed there a few years ago. For example, they no longer provide bath robes and slippers as before, but this has NOT been updated on their website. In any event, price was fair for New York, and I would stay again if I need a room in the Park Slope area. I'll remember to bring my own slippers next time....

In general the reviews I read are accurate. I asked for a quiet room and was very happy with a 7th floor room away from the elevator. The staff is truly nice and genuine. Agreed that the bed was a bit over-worn but it was not an issue for me. Simple, generally clean, warm. It checks all the boxes if you're not expecting too much.

Very good experience
- 5/5
Clean room and quite location!
- 5/5
Really good rooms. I’d recommend staying there if in the area again
- 2/5
The staff was nice and accommodating, but the facilities were not ideal. Gross shower, uncomfortable bed, VERY LOUD neighbors and thin walls.
- 1/5
- 4/5
great but no smart TV only cable
- 3/5
Place was fine over all, but check in isn't until 4. They'll let you in early for a $35 fee which I opted for but then was told I'd have to wait 10 mins so we just ended up waiting until after 4. The bed pillows are absolutely horrible so bring your own
- 4/5
Room was very clean lovely good prepared the staff wasn't friendly but could pass very small parking lobby stinks from wheed
- 5/5
Amazing room wonderful staff, will come again!!!
- 5/5
All in all, though, it was a great place for the price point—good night’s sleep in a spotless room.

They separate the parking problem at their hotel and call customers outside and demand hidden money for parking.

I’ve stayed here twice without issue but can understand some of the more negative reviews. The building is aging and there’s some signs of wear. My room was on the second floor this time around and you could notice signs of water damage from the past in the corner of the room. The bed was comfortable and clean along with the rest of the room. The area is quiet and I didn’t hear anything during my stay. For the money you can do much worse. My one peeve was I wanted to store my luggage with them for a few hours and their system for that was just giving guests approval to do so in the lobby. No ticket or anything. It didn’t feel secure so I stored mine down the block at a bodega through the Radical Storage app.
- 5/5
Clean and nice staff
- 4/5
Spotless room, very cool vibe.
- 5/5
Very clean and co
- 1/5
When checking in a male staff member at the front desk told me and wrote the wrong room number on the envelope that contained the room keys. Finally when the room number was corrected he was rude and room given wasn’t the one I paid for.
- 4/5
Room was amazing! Staff was inconsistent with desk appearance, ask all your necessary questions during check in.
- 5/5
Great rooms and staff.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing - check in, parking, room and All! Highly recommend :)
- 5/5
Wonderful reasonably priced accommodations. One block over on 5th - myriad os many ethnic restaurants.
- 5/5
Very clean, excellent location and wonderful staff
- 4/5
Hotel is great- would have given 5 stars if there was some sort of continental breakfast, but there are plenty of places nearby. Would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Nice renovations to the bathroom and bedroom furniture. The electronics could use some upgrades, like usb-c charger sockets. Maybe provide an option for using the guest’s streaming services. Friendly desk staff. Good location and good value.
- 5/5
Great spot
- 1/5
Rude receptionist at checkin
- 2/5
Room was uncomfortable. Seating and table were very uncomfortable and no carpet.
- 5/5
Very Clean, close to Barclay, will stay again.
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean and the staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is also close to a lot of please to eat and attend events. On-site Parking was great!
- 3/5
Loud and very thin walls! Guests on my floor were drunk and very noisy. Called security. They confronted the situation twice, to no avail. Was not compensated for the disruption.
- 4/5
I really need to know what pillows you guys use. I prefer a more stiff and sturdy pillow unlike others and that was the best sleep I've gotten with a pillow! Please let me know!!
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
It was okay. The room were quite small, and it only had two small drawers to put clothes in, fortunately my husband doesn’t unpack. We were there for 6 nights. I would go elsewhere next time.
- 5/5
Very nice value
- 5/5
Nice little hotel. Room was spotless and roomy. Updated bathroom, furniture and beds in excellent condition. Staff not super friendly but I took that more as they’re serious about tending to their hotel- which I much prefer. Elevators and hallways were also nice and clean. Well tended hotel that we’ll stay at again!
- 2/5
The safe did not work, the refrigerator was leaking, and the remote did not work, although they did provide a new remote.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice and the room was spacious.
- 4/5
Good place
- 3/5
The check in time should be from 1to 3 pm not 4pm you mussimg a half the day so why are for a full day bit you don't getca full day for your stay.
- 5/5
Room was very clean . Comfy king bed
- 1/5
I would NEVER stay here again
- 5/5
You overheat the hallways
- 4/5
Staff were good. A lot of the amenities advertised do not actually exist. The hotel information at booking says they have an arrangement with a local gym at a discount. This doesn’t exist. Hotel Information also says there is laundry services on site - also not accurate. There is a laundromat just down the road on 4th.
- 4/5
Was a great stay
- 5/5
Room service was excellent, perfect spot if you want a nice hotel with super easy access to any location (there is a subway right up the road). Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Cleanliness, staff competency, and location..
- 5/5
Front desk people were very nice! They let us keep our bags at the front before check in and even after check out. Very close to subway!!!
- 3/5
Great location, could be cleaner though.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 5/5
This is the perfect budget hotel for your needs if you want to be in Park Slope. It’s very close to the F train and you can easily walk to a lot of different neighborhoods with great bars, restaurants, and activities nearby. I stayed in a King room and the room was very clean, the TV worked great, bed was comfortable. There were some prior reviews that talk about the shower or bathroom being in poor condition, but that was not my experience - the shower was huge and has a rainfall design + handheld wand. The only two detractors that I had were that the hotel is right next to a large UHaul center, so if you get a room facing that it will be a little louder and the view will suck. Also, I don’t know if I just got a new set of sheets or something, but there was a lot of small fibers of the sheet that were flying around when I was sleeping and can make you sneeze.
- 5/5
Great location, love that it has parking on sight
- 4/5
Room very nice. Staff helpful. Could use vending machines.
- 5/5
Respected my privacy, very clean, quiet, and always a front desk person available. Id recommend to those staying in the area.
- 3/5
To start, this hotel has a very convenient proximity to Barclay's center which is why I stayed at the property in August and again I November. My stay in August was perfect, no complaints with that visit. However, my stay in November showed me a different side. When I checked into the room it looked in order, but as soon as I went to sit on the bed I saw hair on the pillow cases, then saw hair in the shower, and when I picked up the phone to call the front desk there was syrup all on the telephone. This made it clear to me that the room was not cleaned before check in. Which was absolutely disgusting. There was no apology, all they did was bring up a new set of sheets to the room that we were made to change on the beds ourselves. The chance of me staying at this hotel again is not likely at all. They need to do a better job of making sure the rooms are clean when guests check-in!
- 2/5
The staff was as helpful as can be I guess...by looking at the pictures online I was led to belive that I was going to have this great view of the NY skyline but that was notnot the case. I got to see the tops of a few buildings and a ton of U Haul trucks. Next the matress on the king bed is done for. It need to be thrown away. Last but not least the key system was down for the entire day. Everytime I left my room I had to get a staff member to let me back in. I was so disappointed and ubsatisfied.fbuildings and a ton of U Haul t trucks.
- 1/5
Absolutely the worse experience ever
- 3/5
Decent condition of the room, but the pillows were really bad for my neck with no support at all. I would have said 4 stars but it was a little expensive for what it was in the end. Very kind and helpful staff though!
- 5/5
The outside and lobby can be misleading but the rooms are cute and modern. We would stay here again. Nice and close to the Barclays Centre.
- 5/5
Had a great stay. Everything was excellent!!
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Free parking was a plus.
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful and friendly, I enjoyed my stay and the room was clean, will stay again in the future. Thank you for the hospitality!!
- 3/5
Most important was clean
- 5/5
Staff was great room clean.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent. Clean room, friendly staff and free parking
- 5/5
This exceeded expectations. Parking on site was amazing! Staff were SUPER wonderful at front desk. Place was clean. Double room was large and had all the amenities we needed. Bedding needs an upgrade and we could have used more towels, but this was excellent for the price!
- 3/5
The hotel wasnt anything fancy, but the morning i showered i found crusty, dirty towels hidden behind the bathroom door. When i told staff on check out, they didn't seem bothered.
- 2/5
Ok place. Very small hotel but rooms are spacious. Heater/ AC very loud. City view is not so city view.
- 5/5
Convenient location and free parking ( limited spots but I got one!). Comfortable and clean - will surely book again.
- 3/5
2 Chairs instead of one.
- 3/5
They do provide 2 complementary water bottles, 2 toothbrush and toothpaste.
- 5/5
This place was awesome! It was exactly what we needed for a night stay in Brooklyn. The room was super cute and had a deck, and it was right in the heart of the city so we were able to walk to get food. They also have free parking which is unheard of in NYC. Definitely staying next time were in the city again
- 5/5
The view was incredible. We can't wait
- 5/5
Tremendous value. The place is clean, parking is included and easy to access (which as far
- 2/5
Front desk staff are rude. This is a glorified motel.
- 1/5
Said they didn’t have my order and made me book a second booking now I lost my money on the first booking will be reporting this hotel
- 4/5
Everything was very good. Clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
Room was okay. The front door was not noise proof at all and could hear everything happening in the hallways, especially slamming doors. Bathroom sliding door was difficult to open and close and the handle almost broke. Curtains in our room were not sliding well. No peep hole in our front door to check out the door, especially who is knocking. Also, it is courtesy for front desk staff not to announce room numbers in a busy environment to keep guests safe. Overall, staff was very kind.
- 4/5
Rooms were very clean.
- 5/5
- 5/5
Yes😀
- 4/5
Nice room and area the bed isn’t comfortable and the view isn’t what’s advertised but still a decent view
- 4/5
Yes, the room was clean and maintained well during our stay.
- 5/5
The room was great. Clean and well appointed.
- 5/5
What a hotel! Staff was super friendly, hotel was super clean. I couldn’t believe how clean it was! And truly soundproof. For the price it was an amazing stay. The bathrobes are such a nice touch :) I will be coming again if I’m ever in New York!
- 5/5
Clean, attractive room, close to the subway, fast check-in/out and they held my luggage for the day since I arrived several hours before check in
- 5/5
It was a perfect place to rest my head while in town for a show.
- 5/5
Cool shower set up
- 4/5
Cleanliness and nice service
- 5/5
Had a great time staff was great rooms were immaculate definitely will stay again
- 5/5
Great staff, lovely facilities. Had a light not working in the room but they were on top of it immediately. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Small parking area.
- 3/5
The hotel was fine/clean but it was very basic, no amenities other than ice machine. The shower water temperature went from freezing to hot in a seconds time - not enjoyable.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, good location
- 5/5
The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Overall a good experience.
- 2/5
Hostel receptionist. Watched me park and get all my stuff out the car to then accuse me of parking my car close to the car next to me once I entered the hotel lobby. If I was wrong he could simply come outside to check first then give advice however he came off snappy and very rude when I told him to come out and check he responded why should he go outside. I did not understand then why get involved in something first he cant see because he could not see through my car to the other side to determine I was parked to close. At one point the security guard came out to check then the receptionist followed me and that is when I the security told him I was good. I don’t understand how it was a big deal if he didn’t even wanna come check for himself. And after it all he still tried to argue until the security told him I was good. This young man needs to be retrained or have him learn the correct policies on how to treat the guest patronizing through EXPEDIA.
- 5/5
Nothing
- 5/5
Excellent.
- 5/5
The room was nice. Beautiful shower and comfy bed. Huge TV & plenty of outlets and chargers. Refrigerator and water were an absolute plus. Great corner store in walking distance for essentials.
- 5/5
Room was clean and beautiful
- 3/5
If you need to leave your stuff brefore check in, they leave your stuff in front a public restroom.
- 5/5
Super friendly staff + an excellent clean room with a great view facing 4th Ave! free parking is sweet, plus equidistant to two subway stations. definitely recommend HLB!
- 1/5
Front desk is very rude
- 5/5
Clean beautiful room
- 4/5
ts were thin and a little cold.
- 4/5
Clean and a great value
- 5/5
Clean rooms, great place to stay!
- 5/5
The temperature was fine but the ac/heater was extremely loud and could not be turned off
- 5/5
This was a great location. The hotel was pretty good, but the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay there again
- 3/5
Noisy. Rooms are bare minimum. And neighborhood is sketchy.
- 4/5
Very clean rooms and staff was helpful.
- 1/5
Don't be fooled this is a seedy motel. The front desk is rude and nasty. I will not stay here ever again. The front desk has no social skills.
- 5/5
Love this place! The staff are great and always welcoming! I’ve been coming here for over a year. Any time I come to NY, I stay here and I’m happy!!
- 3/5
Some form of dining would be a nice addition
- 3/5
Clean but the bed was so hard and the pillows as well
- 3/5
Try not showing Fox News on the TV in the lobby. It’s divisive.
- 2/5
Great staff but this is not a boutique hotel. It’s a nice motel. I thought I was getting a manhattan view on the 5th floor but in reality it was U-Haul depot. If you look to your right from the small balcony, you do see the Manhattan skyline. I guess the hotels were more expensive than usual because of the UN conference. Location, is not bad at all. Couple blocks and you have lovely cafes and stores.
- 4/5
Unusually spacious rooms for New York hotels
- 4/5
A/C needed a tune up, pretty noisy.
- 3/5
It was fine for 1 night, no more. Located across the street from the hospital, and a dialysis center next store, was a little odd. Very loud during morning rush hours.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 4/5
Friendly staff, easy parking and clean spacious rooms.
- 5/5
Spacious clean rooms Lovely staff
- 5/5
It was nice and warm
- 5/5
Close to bars, shops, restaurants at Park Slope. Air conditioning. Good shower. Comfortable room.
- 5/5
Well appointed room with plenty of space and particularly for office space. Bed very comfortable. Great Shades really block out light.
- 5/5
Very clean n within walking distance to restaurants
- 5/5
It was a decent stay no complaints.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
Every thing was great during my stay at your resort except for no microwave in the room.
- 4/5
Very clean, updated and perfect for a nite in Brooklyn. Not from the city and felt perfectly safe walking around at nite
- 5/5
An underrated hotel in Brooklyn, clean, good customer service, quiet, easy parking, can’t beat the price
- 3/5
The room reminded us of a European hotel room- small- only one chair. Bathroom door was glass and very difficult to open and close. Also- no breakfast or coffee on site (Keurig in the room). And no place to really gather with friends.
- 5/5
Very clean,parking ,good view !
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff, great location
- 5/5
Hotel Le Bleu was very nice; clean; updated; good location in Brooklyn
- 5/5
Just a one night stay but was comfortable — staff were super friendly, clean and comfortable room with good amenities. I was happy to see an English breakfast tea with the coffee. I would return, thanks!
- 5/5
Location was about 3 blocks from Subway, pricing was good as we were on a tight travel budget. Uber accessible. Very clean rooms and quiet. Would stay again.
- 5/5
This is a relative small hotel between Gowanus and Park Slope. The rooms are very spacious and clean . The shower is very clean and convenient. The hotel has a small parking lot, which is a great plus. There are deli shops nearby that compensate for a lack of a restaurant on the premises. The hotel is one block away from 5th avenue with its restaurants and shopping stores . I returned to this hotel multiple times. It has a very good value for the money.
- 5/5
large clean room, hotel on a large commercial street. Street noise was not bad though.
- 4/5
The place was nice enough and the room as well. Unfortunately, the carpet smelled a bit funky in the hallway on the floor we were. There were missing parts to the front door (added security lock), the bathroom sink drain mesh and the bathroom door handles kept coming loose. The balcony has an amazing view of NYC skyline.
- 4/5
Great stay for the weekend.
- 1/5
Parking is an issue. The policy of “first come first serve” is terrible If the hotel cannot provide a parking spot for its guests and they then tell you that you can park in the garage across the street it would be a nice gesture of good customer service if the hotel worked something out with that parking garage where there is a discount of some kind for the guests of Le Bleu hotel (even a 10% discount would be appreciated)
- 5/5
in addition, my room was comfortable and spacious and the location was perfect. Hotel Le Bleu is truly a hidden little gem in a very pleasant part of Brooklyn.
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
My favorite place to stay in park slope
- 4/5
Overall a good stay, rooms are updated and clean. While the outside building and immediate surroundings (a storage unit and UHaul facility) are a little strange, there is public transit, Whole Foods, and many other restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walking distance. There was construction/maintenance happening while I was there, in the room next door there was drilling for over 2 hours, and when I called the front desk flat out lied about it and pretended like I was going crazy until I went out into the hall and discovered the worker. For the price, a decent and convenient hotel nearby downtown Brooklyn.
- 5/5
Tushar at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. Rooms are nice and balconies are a plus.
- 5/5
Fantastic staff and super clean room - also just one block away from prime park slope restaurants and shops.
- 5/5
Small hotel. 8 rooms per floor. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom is nice. Big walk in shower. No smart Tv. But nice touch of having a keurig with good amount of supplies. Would definitely stay again.
- 2/5
The shower, linen, towels and property overall wasn’t clean. Smelled of marijuana and elevator didn’t work well. Door room key would often not work and had to use the dysfunctional elevator to constantly get the room key reprogrammed downstairs. I would NOT recommend booking here.
- 1/5
The manager took an issue with my brother and would smirk when he got into elevator forgetting that there are mirrors and my brother noticed. He called as soon as he got into the room and of course she denied it. if this is the way you treat your guests then you need to be fired!!!!!
- 5/5
Room was nice, location was accessible to public transportation and highways, the road wasn't crazy busy and loud. I didn't have to move my car the entire time i was there; i either walked or took the subway. The property is clean and well kept. Next time I'd try to get a room with a balcony, because, well, because it's a balcony lol.
- 3/5
The hotel itself was minimal to the extreme. The reception area echoed with stone everywhere. The room was spartan - stone floors, little information, empty shelves across one wall. It might have been useful, but it felt cold and unfriendly. Add to that a barn style bathroom door that wouldn’t stay closed, a shower that leaked all over the floor (a stone floor - VERY slick!), a dangerously sloped and uneven floor, and a very uncomfortable bed and, well, as clean and friendly as this location was, it was unacceptable. In addition, I wish we had a second chair in the room - one uncomfortable desk chair was not enough.
- 4/5
Staff was great, parking lot gets filled up pretty quickly but luckily I still managed to snag a spot.
- 5/5
Good space.
- 4/5
Clean comfortable room
- 3/5
front desk male agents are rude. specifically tushad. the one we booked on here is not the one we received. tushad was extremely unfriendly and wasn’t very pleasant. the housekeepers were nice and the female agent was nice. a second male agent came to duty and his service was okay, but not the best either. the rooms were okay though, which saved the stay.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff & clean. The air conditioner could be quieter but overall great accommodations.
- 5/5
Very conveniently located to Barclays and many dining options! Convenient parking as well! Room was spotless and the shower was perfect!
- 5/5
This is my second time bookings with this hotel. I like it a lot especially when I want to get away and still need to go to work, I can literally walk to work in 7mins, instead of leaving my home 2hours early. Plenty of restaurants. Staff is super nice, rooms always clean this my to go hotel when I don't want to travel so much for work. My Solo time away from my regular routine.
- 4/5
Very clean & quiet stay no complaints on staff or other occupants, only things lacking were there were 3 pretty small pillows for 2 people & the blanket was more like a throw blanket than a traditional one
- 5/5
We stay here often in part because it has (limited) free parking. The rooms are comfortable.
- 4/5
There is a nice view of Manhattan’s skyline from the deluxe room! Loved the proximity to the Brooklyn bridge and Manhattan. This is a smaller hotel and has a great staff. When we first arrived there was a very strong lemon cleaner smell but we opened the door to the balcony and that helped a lot.
- 3/5
The staff were incredibly helpful! The room itself was spacious and clean. The area is really loud, I had disruptive sleep my entire stay. I also found it odd that the TV wasn’t a smart TV.
- 3/5
Very convenient location but I’ve machine needs to be in the lobby not in the basement
- 4/5
Didnt like it was limited parking at the hotel,(first come ,first served)but plenty of street parking. Plenty of resturants in the neighborhood. Room was clean, housekeeping was on point.
- 4/5
Not much to look at from the outside but the room are clean and comfortable. I felt safe and it's to atlantic avenue, about a 20 minute walk for shopping and good eats. Also barclays center is also in walking distance if you're attending a show l.
- 5/5
Good service and very respectful
- 4/5
Everything was clean.
- 4/5
Room was nice and clean and quiet. The only part I would change is that while on the site you are shown pictures and asked to select a room. I selected a room with two beds and a balcony. The room did not include a balcony so maybe clearer expectations when choosing a room.
- 4/5
Small terrace overlooked neighboring UHaul location...not worth paying extra for. HVAC consists of through the wall PTAC unit. The air blows directly on the occupants of the bed, not comfortable.
- 4/5
This is my second stay at this hotel, its excellent newer modern design, clean, staff is amazing. You get a balcony with every room. Which i got the back of the hotel which at is excellent view of Manhattan and the Empire State Building you can view. I would definitly reccommwnd stayin here if you are in NY city. The only issue I had was not enough parking on site and the tiny travel size toiletries.
- 4/5
Nice stay
- 4/5
The hotel offers free parking, but it’s on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s best to call ahead to check availability. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. However, the air conditioning label was faded, and the Bluetooth speaker required a PIN that the front desk didn’t know. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor inconveniences.
- 4/5
Apart from this, the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. They made sure we were comfortable and even suggested nearby attractions for my children, which we really appreciated. We also never had any problem finding a parking spot—there was always space available no matter what time we returned to the hotel. The check-in receptionist was the only one who negatively affected our experience—otherwise, everything else was very good.
- 3/5
Thin walls are thin not sure what the banging was, blinds didn't close properly. No food snacks or restaurants closeby...ice machine not convenient
- 3/5
No breakfast even it was advertised, plastic glass with no plactoc protectivecover, pillows are awful
- 5/5
Perfect for pre-cruise stay
- 5/5
My go to in Brooklyn love the staff and the room
- 5/5
Love the balcony
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
Air conditioner broken. Room temp 80 plus degrees. No effort to fix the air conditioner. Provided a table fan that sounded like a jet engine. Woke up continuously throughout the night. They told me I could get a 25% credit which turned out to be on my next stay rather than a discount on their nightly rate. They loved using the words "this is the best we can do". They should have called a maintenance person to come in a fix the AC. They should have offered a discount on the stay. But I got neither. I have stayed at Le Bleu in the past. But they were not prepared the possiblity of broken equipment.
- 5/5
Professional
- 5/5
Everything was great during our stay. We had no issues finding parking in front of the building, but if you arrive late it might be a bit harder. Very strategically located to have access to south of Manhattan.
- 5/5
It was all better than expected
- 5/5
Great location with parking
- 5/5
I wanted to stay close to my daughter who was near Prospect Park, so when I did my research I chose Hotel Le Bleu because of its cleanliness, cost, safety in the area, and access to subway. So all my boxes were checked. I actually felt very safe in all areas I visited in NY which were downtown and in Brooklyn. The hotel is about an 8 minute walk to the R subway. I was pleased with my choice to stay here
- 4/5
Rooms were very clean. Staff were super friendly. The quality of the bedding was not the best
- 4/5
Comfortable but no microwave
- 5/5
Soooo beautiful newly renovated and very very clean. My husband and i went here the day we got married and stayed for the weekend. The balcony gave luxury it was beautiful 😍
- 5/5
nice
- 4/5
- 5/5
This is my new go-to place to stay for quick trips to the city. Spacious rooms, good deal!
- 2/5
This place had ants in my bedroom. I really wish I could be refunded for spending money on a room teeming with ants
- 4/5
Conveient to where we were going in Brooklyn. Clean room. Free parking was great. It's first come first served but we had no trouble getting a space when we arrived around 5 pm.
- 3/5
It’s still a nice room or you didn’t have a comforter you had a thin blanket, and the shower, don’t have a high lip, so the water gets all over the floor and ran into the room. And there used to be a lot of Black people working there now there’s only one since the new owners bought it.
- 3/5
Enjoyed my stay due to the staff being kind and accommodating. The parking is very limited but the owner tried his best to make my experience seamless. It’s a good deal if you’re looking to stay close to the city and bringing a vehicle along
- 4/5
very clean and quiet. Very friendly staff
- 5/5
Large rooms, clean, well appointed, with balcony.
- 4/5
This hotel was a wild card. The photos looked great, the outside and lobby looked sketchy when I got there though. But when I got to my floor and to my room, I was very surprised by how large, clean, and updated the rooms actually were (as pictured). The parking situation is terrible, very deceiving online, only about 10 spaces. The lobby is nonexistent. The staff member that checked me in was less than welcoming, but the rest of the staff I saw were all very nice. The room was clean and very spacious and very well set up. My only real complaint about the room was that there were little drain flies all in the (very large) shower. I couldn’t really enjoy the amazing shower because of those pesky bugs. But it didn’t affect my stay other than that. Definitely would stay here again
- 5/5
Excellent Park Slope neighborhoood.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff. Very accommodating. Great location, within walking distance to shopping and dining. Really cute playground one block away. Onsite parking was an absolute bonus! Overall a wonderful experience. I will definitely be staying again!!
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful. Very accommodating.
- 5/5
no idea how anyone could complain about this little gem priced as a 1-2 star (in NYC) but a solid 3.5+ star with well appointed rooms and friendly staff.
