The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly!

Comfortable bed, great view of the city, little extras like a well stocked breakfast, vouchers for drinks, cold water, quick elevators, all made it so effortless!

Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good. Surrounding streets were littered with trash often and some of the street residents with issues were located nearby but were not causing obvious problems. Great central location and good subway access. The receptionist was great with advice and she allowed a late check out. Sorry forgotten your name!

I think you should vary breakfast more.

Stayed here to see the Harry Potter play and it is close enough to walk to. Great location. Time square almost right there. Clean and friendly. They lock the front entrance at midnight and you need a room key to get in or be buzzed in by the front desk, also need a room key to access the hotel rooms in the elevator before selecting the floor, which are both nice security features for those worried about that. Would stay again.

Worth it for the price point. Clean room, kind staff and breakfast was quiet good and the staff in breakfast area was top notch! Air conditioning was good but could be a little less loud. Location is pretty central but a bit rough at nightime.

Breakfast was fabulous, but the smell in the lobby (although not a bad smell) was VERY overwhelming. It smelled clean, but would give you a headache if you stayed too long.

The hotel is very good, but I was annoyed when they charged me an extra $54 for a "destination fee." I had already paid for the reservation in advance, and the website made no mention of this extra charge. I only stayed one night and wasn't going to need any of the things included in that fee.

Perfect stay for a NYC trip, it was very close to everything about 2 ish blocks from time square and a very short walk to broadway. The valet parking was easy to use. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t realize there wasn’t a mini fridge when I booked only a beverage cooler which apparently is not below 40degrees for food safety and there is a sign on it that says it. We didn’t utilize the complementary breakfast but did go in and look and it was nice, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt etc.

Tim at the front desk was a superstar. He made me feel very welcome and provided me with information about what the prepaid fee covered. I used the Natural History Museum voucher during my stay. Beds and pillows were extremely comfy. Breakfast was good.

This hotel felt like an oasis amidst the bustling crowds of the Times Square neighborhood. The public areas in the hotel and our room were super clean, the staff was consistently friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient for catching the subway or checking out restaurants on 9th Avenue. Also, the beds were very comfortable with nice pillows. I highly recommend the Fairfield Marriott Times Square for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in the heart of Manhattan.

A basic Marriott without a fancy lobby, but a great location just off Times Square. Room had all the expected amenities for this class of hotel, and the property was clean and well maintained. A good value for a midtown stay.

The location is excellent and the room was very clean and comfortable. We took an Uber coach from JFK and the drop off was one street away from the hotel. The breakfast was terrible. Perhaps we are not used to american breakfast. There was no vegetables at all for example and non of the foot was edible. Also, this is perhaps the only hotel without a rooftop bar. Apparently it was closed during Covid and never reopened.

Great location with a short walk into Times Square. There were also lots of food and drink options close by. All transport was readily available, with a subway entrance steps from the hotel. The room was very comfortable with a great bed and good shower. The included breakfast was a welcome start to each day. All staff were fantastic. Nothing.

What a wonderful experience. Staff was helpful and kind. We were offered a free upgrade from an interior queen room to a king city view. We were also selected for free room service breakfast. Easy check out process. Left our bags before check in to walk around the city. Highly recommend if you’re going to the city to see a Broadway show!

Hotel was overall good. Location was about 5 minute walk from time square. Front desk was very cooperative and responsive. Breakfast was normal like every other hotel of same class. Breakfast attendants kept up with cleaning and refilling. They had the seating well regulated and we never had a problem finding seats on breakfast room. Housekeeping was good. Overall a good experience during our 6 day stay

We stayed in the unit for two days there was no freshening of the unit,the rooms were so tiny ..the corridors had a dump smell ..not worth of $1442 .not at all ..the location was precise ...so make the hotel match the location Location

- It was clean - Good water pressure - Very good, friendly and helpful staff - Our window (on the 13th floor) was on the back street and it was quiet - The breakfast is available to dine in, but also there are paper bags & containers (or you can request them) and you can have your breakfast taken away. - Old conditioner - The window seemed not to fully close. It had tape on it. (But our stay was in May and we were perfectly fine with the temperature. It can affect those staying in very cold or warm months of the year) - The americano coffee was very weak. We had to grab our coffee elsewhere.

I stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is extremely convenient, very close to the city center and perfect for easily reaching the main attractions, public transport, and all essential services. This made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. The room was not very large, but it was well organized, functional, and equipped with everything we needed. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout the entire stay: housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping the room spotless and very well maintained. We stayed on the 27th floor and, despite the hotel being quite busy, the elevators worked perfectly. Even during peak hours, we never had to wait long to go up or down, which is definitely a big advantage in a large hotel. The real highlight of this hotel, however, is undoubtedly the breakfast staff. The breakfast area is spacious, beautiful, and very well organized, but what truly makes the experience special is the incredible team working there every morning. They were always kind, welcoming, professional, attentive, and available for any question or request. Their friendliness, care, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after from the very start of each day. Their exceptional service is truly one of the main reasons why I would happily return to this hotel. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for its strategic location, excellent service, and the care shown toward guests throughout the entire experience.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, no complaints and it was right in the middle of Times Square. I was able to take the train everywhere.

It was so nice that early check-in was accepted without notice. The complimentary coffee at the lobby in the morning was convenient. As I informed at the reception, something was wrong with the message on TV display. I was not bothered at all, but from the viewpoint of privacy for all guests, I hope it will be fixed soon.

Location is great, staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent. We didn’t know you need to inform the front desk if you want the housekeeping for your room. We left a note to tell the housekeeping crews that we only needed fresh towels and no need to clean. When we came back at night the dirty towels were still there. Found out about the policy after checking with the front desk. He was very helpful to ask housekeeping staff to deliver the fresh towels for us and took the dirty ones away. They might have posted the policy somewhere and we didn’t know about it so no big deal. We still strongly recommend this place and will definitely book again next time.

I called a week before to ensure that parking was available, only to learn on arrival that they could not accommodate my oversized vehicle. That made for a nightmare in Times Square and ruined the stay.

The daily breakfast buffet was solid. They had egg, sausage (veggie, turkey, pork), selection of carbs (bread, bagel, English muffin) and had a waffle maker. I had no problem with controlling the ac unit in my room. The staff were accommodating and helpful. I had no issues with waiting a long time for the elevators considering how many floors there were in the hotel. Location was good considering it was two blocks from Times Square and close to plenty of subway stations. I would say here again.

Solid three star hotel. It's not fancy and the rooms are on the small side but adequate and clean. Generous hot breakfast and coffee. WiFi is good. Centrally located. No views, but was not a priority for me.

It felt a little tight in the room, but I think when you're in NYC in the heart of Times Square, it's not about being in your room.

Everything was great. The hotel even smelled good as soon as you walked in! The front desk staff, Malik and Sarita were so friendly and kind and were able to accommodate our early check in which was so appreciated after our long travel day. The room was clean, breakfast was ample and the breakfast staff worked hard to ensure that everything was topped up and that every surface was spotless.

The location was in close walking proximity to everything planned to visit on this trip. I appreciated the monitoring of seating for guests at breakfast time. I did enjoy the bath products and the water pressure in the shower was excellent! I didn't appreciate the only ice machine being on the basement level of the hotel and the bed pillows were hard (not ideal for arthritic necks).

A dedicated person for valet should be assigned. Parking is a nightmare when only 2 spaces are assigned for valet and their is no parking available on the street. Meanwhile, until the spaces become available you must circle the block. You must check-in inside at the counter and receive a valet ticket.

Another big plus is the proximity to NY Penn Station,about a 10-minute walk, which made getting around very convenient. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Breakfast was included with the room. They also helped with luggage storage. The only downside would be the bfast room was small and crowded. Nearly impossible to grab food, longer lines. This location was opposite to the bus terminal. Overall, a great choice for location, comfort, and service in NYC.

We stayed during a long weekend with heavy snow. The hotel managed things well, kept the lobby clean even with snow tracked in. The complimentary breakfast was great. There was usually a line to get a table, but manged and moved quick. Rooms are small, the building is older, but the price was reasonable and the location convenient and safe. Staff was friendly and efficient. I’d stay there again.

I liked that it was close to everything. I didn't like the customer service and the fact that it was after 4 before I could get into my room. I had traveled super early and had to walk around new york all day until my room was ready. But I witnessed people walking in and getting their room immediately. That didn't sit well with me.

Breakfast is fine for what hotels in US offer. Our room on 6th floor had no view - blocked by another building. The lobby is small, but staff courteous and room was decently sized and clean. Location in front of Port Authority is a plus. Dive bar in the corner closes at 4 am which is nice.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the subway and within walking distance of Times Square. The staff was amazing! Specially the breakfast crew, they were so sweet and tentative, they even made our waffles for us! The cleaning crew was also so help fun, she made cleaned out room and gave us clean towels every morning, kudos to them!

The location is excellent . The hotel is adequate . The staff is nice. Long waits for elevators. Rooms and bathrooms are super small. The bathroom is set up poor. Our toiletries sit above the toilet and things fell in . The grab bar for the shower is placed where the shower head is. The toiled is so close to the tub it’s not possible to use the grab bar . The room was cleaned and they cleaned it daily and changed the sheets every other day. The free breakfast was just ok.

There were a lot of options at breakfast and everything was cooked well.

Jalissa and Alahandra answered our questions, helped with flight checking in, printed flight tickets, advised directions to sites and any problems we encountered. I’ve traveled over the world and never have I had the friendliness of the breakfast room staff and every staff member at this hotel.

The thermostat did not work at all. We came back from a walk and it was 84 degrees in the room. Anytime we tried adjusting it, it would only put out warm air. The shower also wouldn’t drain very well.

The room was extremely small. Heat didn’t really work well as cool air blew out most of the time the system was on. During my service day (day 3) they left a large black trash bag full of trash in my room. My shower leaked onto the floor really bad. Overall this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had.

My Grandson had missing items taken out of his room, they told us the items where not taken and was unable yo recover them and said they had not been found. Did not offer any reimbursement or anything, plus our room key had been deactivated after the items where taken. They never offered any reimbursement. I have replaced the items

Room was clean, a good size and the temperature was never too hot or too cold. Our room came with a city view where we could see the Empire State Building, which was amazing. All of the staff from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast team were friendly and helpful, and despite being on a higher floor we had no trouble getting a lift down to breakfast every morning. It would have been nice to have a wider range go breakfast foods but what was available was tasty and filling. The plastic cups and cutlery at breakfast is wasteful though, so the hotel would benefit from more sustainable flatware for guests. Overall our stay was very good and we'd happily recommend this hotel.

Fabulous location

We had two rooms that were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, no issues with the elevators, and breakfast was great. The bathrooms are a bit small, but we made do. Hotel was right next to Port Authority terminal so super convenient to catch the subway. Also centrally located to many areas with just a short walk to Central Park, Times Square, and Rockefeller Center. Totally would stay here again.

Overnight stay to enjoy the Christmas sights of New York. The staff was friendly, hotel was beautiful and service was excellent. We were able to check right in upon arrival. There was an issue with out TV that we notified the front desk about before heading out sight setting. The TV was fixed when we arrived back at night. Beds were comfortable. We will definitely look to book again next year.

When checking in they gave us the wrong room key, went up to get in room only to have to come back down and be told they told us wrong room number. Even though it was written on our paperwork. Paid more to have a city view only to be looking into someone else’s apartment

The breakdast lead Teresa C runs an efficient and delicious breakfast. She seats you as you come in rather than the typical free for all. Tables cleared off quickly and there is very little waiting even when it was busy.

The GFCI receptacle had no power in the bathroom. Not even after the reset button was pushed. We had to use the receptacle in the room. The hot water made loud, continuous growling sound in the shower. The cover on the window AC unit was missing, and you could see all the dust in it. The breakfast area was tight with many rude guests. Many of the breakfast workers don't speak English. Most of the workers work non-stop. I do appreciate them running around to replenish the food and drinks as quickly as possible. New York City has become very expensive, dirty, and run-down!

This hotel is so noisy and the doors and walls mind as well not exist. I could hear people slamming their doors every hour from my room. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not for you. I was on speaker phone with my mother and she could hear the people talking in the hallway and thought it was my TV.

The stay itself was fine, but I was very disappointed to discover a hidden $60 deposit fee that was not mentioned anywhere during booking. I only learned about it upon arrival, and was told it would be reimbursed after four (4) weeks. Transparency about all fees is important — guests should be informed of this upfront.

Did not like this Hotel much, It is located in a dirty and smelly street with shady people smoking pot at the corner. The room we stayed in was very small and not comfortable at all for a family of 4. We waited 15 minutes for the elevator every time. There is not parking at the premises and only valet parking which cost $85/night (No in and Out). The only thing good about this Hotel is the breakfast which was included and has many food choices. We will not stay here again and I do not recommend,

The property was just across the street from port authority. So u can just roll your suitcases over. They did have a very nice breakfast in the morning. Outside of the hotel and surrounding are was dirty along the street and several homeless sotting along nearby streets. Didnt feel safe at times, which is not the hotels fault, but New York needs to clean up and try to help these people.. The hotel rooms were very smal but served its purpose.

First time visit to New York City, so this may be common in some areas of the city. Was somewhat taken back by the dirty sidewalks, CD looking liquor stores, and trash on the sidewalks. Our hotel, however, was very clean and inviting. It seemed almost like an oasis in the desert.

It took about 1–2 hours before a plumber arrived to address the issue, during which time we were unable to use the washroom. This caused significant discomfort, especially for my parents, who struggled during the wait. Due to the delay, we missed our scheduled rides for the cruise trip to Liberty Hill and had to purchase new tickets, resulting in additional expenses. Even after the repair, the issue wasn’t fully resolved. We informed the front desk again while checking out, hoping they would fix it properly before assigning the room to another guest.

The property was Central close to subways and to Times Square when we got there. The front desk was very helpful, especially jalissa The breakfast s were good. There was a great rooftop bar. Two hotels down the Aliza great view!

Most of the staff were very nice and accommodating. One of the things I didn’t like was that one of our two rooms wasn’t ready until 5:00pm.

The Marriott Bonvoy locations I've been to have been consistently comfortable, clean and convenient. This location is in a dense area between Times Square/Hell's Kitchen. It is across from the Port Authority which makes it extremely convenient for all kinds of public transportation but also can be a little sketchy at night with some open drug use but it is always busy with foot traffic so it's safe for the most part. Once inside the hotel it is very safe, and an oasis in a hectic and bustling city.

The front desk staff were very accommodating. We liked the fact that we were given an upgrade from a queen to a king size room, as well as getting a room on the 30th floor with a view of the city, when I mentioned it was a belated 16 yr. Anniversary trip. We were also given 2 bottles of water, along with a box of truffles. I liked the safety feature of having to scan your room card to use the elevator, bathroom and restaurant. I liked that upon checkout, we were able to check our luggage on a storage room since our shuttle was coming almost 4 hours later. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful variety. The only addition I would like to see is on your menu is BACON. They only had sausage. Ms. Karen Cerdeno, the Asst. Front Office Manager, was willing to make sure all our needs were met. She had a big warm smile whenever we interacted. On our future trips to NY, we will be booking with your hotel.

Loved that security was so great no getting anywhere in the elevator without a key and front door locked after midnight. Best hotel we have stayed in on all our trips to NYC. Would recommend to anyone. Just wish price was better but so worth it.

The hotel was overall good, with the staff being especially outstanding very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, but the lobby had a strange smell that was hard to ignore and slightly took away from the first impression. Breakfast was decent with a fair variety, but considering the price we paid, it didn’t quite meet expectations. For the cost, there are probably better value options nearby, though the excellent service here did stand out.

Breakfast was ok but mostly the same think every day and limited choices. Also limited numbers within the breakfast restaurant so had to que a few times in the morning. Beds and room ok, but small in comparison to other hotels, but this could be due its location and size of hotel.

However, when I arrived at 11:00 PM with my family, they told me they couldn’t find my reservation. It was a very stressful and traumatic moment. After a while, the employee found my email and told me that indeed my reservation had been canceled at 9:00 PM. My frustration was: #1 Why did they attempt to charge my card if payment was supposed to be upon arrival? #2 Why did they cancelled the reservation without calling first? I’m very grateful for the help the employee gave us. However, the level of frustration and inconvenience was considerable and could have easily been avoided with proper communication from the hotel staff.

First off I want to commend the employees. Everyone was nice and polite. To the ladies running the breakfast area, you are AMAZING! Now to the not so nice part. The area outside of the hotel felt unsafe. As a family we did not feel comfortable staying out past sunset because of this. One of the disappointing things also was that housekeeping was every other day and I’m not used to that when we travel. I had to take trash out downstairs because there was no room for it in the room. We had to call reception for toilet paper because we ran out (we were a family of four and there was no extra in the bathroom) the conditions of the room were not the cleanest either. The carpet was almost black from how dirty it was. I just wish it were cleaned more often. The lobby on the other hand was spotless and smelled great! The breakfast that was included was also great but the space was small for the amount of people that were there. Waiting almost 30 minutes to make a waffle was disappointing.

This is a New York City hotel, so the rooms are small. However, the beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, staff is friendly. The breakfast is fine and good for children. Checking in was a bit of a hassle and I am not sure why. We had two rooms both of which were supposed to be reserved as pay at facility. However, the afternoon of our arrival, staff was telling me they couldn't guarantee the rooms because I hadn't been charged. Then we had a flight delay so only one part of our party could check in and that was a problem because his credit card wasn't on the record. I am not sure I even understand it. So they charged him for part of the stay and then I had to pay and then they refunded him. It was a convoluted process. It was even more confusing because I had spoken by phone with staff a couple times, plus I had an email message that everything was set. It was worrisome. I didn't want my family in NYC without a reservation. When I asked why the process was so unwieldy, the staff blamed it on fraud. I recommend the hotel, but I would only book direct with Marriott.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing stay. The elevator was extremely slow—it took around 15 minutes to arrive, so I often had to use the stairs. The room was in poor condition: the closet door was broken, there were no toiletries provided, and I couldn’t even reach the front desk from the room phone. The hotel feels very outdated, and breakfast was below average. I expected a much better experience and service. Would not recommend.
