Eurostars Wall Street

El cuarto es bastante espacioso, me sorprendió bastante considerando los hoteles usuales en NY que son bastante reducidos. En cuanto a la limpieza, sí estaba bastante limpio excepto la ducha que encontré cabellos pegados en la pared. La ubicación es bastante buena, caminando llegamos al world trade center, el toro, wall street, Delmonicos y lugares para comer. El staff buenisimo, me dejaron hacer el check in antes, el check out fue rapido y los dias que me quedé limpiaron la habitación, que pensé no harían por ser pocos dias. Es un hotel que recomiendo bastante

I have no idea how this hotel has 4 stars. It should be demolished. The room was dark and depressing because of super old furniture. Bathroom was disgusting with mold all over. I would like to get my money back

The room itself was relatively large and spacious, which was a positive aspect of the stay. There were several significant issues. The fold-out bed was clearly in poor condition — it was uneven and uncomfortable to the point that we had to place the mattress on the floor in order to sleep. The location is acceptable but not ideal, as it requires an 8–10 minute walk to the nearest subway station. The most serious problem, however, was the water pressure. It was extremely poor — the shower was reduced to a weak trickle, which made basic use very frustrating. Overall, while the room size was good, the maintenance issues significantly impacted the experience.

Although Expedia made a mistake with the reservation, the front desk lady was courteous and helped resolve the problem.

This hotel is dated & not comfortable. Can hear other guests though the walls talking or in the bathroom. The positive is that the staff were accommodating & they have breakfast on site.

Convenient but not acceptable in terms of rooms being appealing or comfortable. The lobby is atheistically up to date but once you get off the elevator, it is like a dungeon. The rooms were too with drab dingy beige walls and thin worn out curtains and some weird contraption on a wire to pose as a lamp. Bathroom was decent with marble walls and floors that needed some TLC. Shower was ok but would have benefited from better glass enclosure to avoid water damaging the marble floors even more. Long story short… DO NOT add breakfast to your reservation. There were better hotels around the corner!

First time we are in NYC and so lucky that we found this hotel. With the best price - we have a big room for my toddler can run around ( of course we have many luggages, so big room is the best choice). The hotel is near many good restaurants and pizza places. It’s also close to subways and the financial district. Will come back and recommend this hotel to anybody.

The front desk was super friendly. The room was way bigger than I expected. TV in the room was a Fire tv so I was able to log into Netflix and Spotify. Overall, a great hotel. Location is only 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station. Highly recommend

The location was great. You could walk to just about anything. Subway was close walking distance. Staff was very sweet too. The place was actually huge compared to the photos!

It was close to where we were working - But not as close as the Holiday Inn, which was cheaper and after staying at both places, about the same in terms of quality, staff and overall value. It felt very run-down and dinged up overall. The photos of the rooms on the website are misleading to the quality you'll be getting. The price to quality didn't line up for me and I was paying for 3 rooms. There are only 2 elevators and 1 of them was broken or just not running. The rooms had minor damage and disrepair all over. Everything from the shelves falling apart to the TV hanging on an angle because it's starting to rip out the wall. It's extra disappointing because it feels like if they just spent a little time and money to do a few repairs and upgrades it'd be a nice place to stay. The icing on the cake was the noticed taped on the front door showing that the property had a D rating from the city in terms of energy usage. Just another nod to how long it's been since they've made any real upgrades to the facilities.

The staff were helpful and very nice. The location was very close to the East River. It was close to the subway. It was blocked due to NYPD for the 4th of July fireworks, but that was not the hotels fault.

First 2 rooms didn't have adequate heat. But staff quickly moved and 3rd room was perfectly toasty. David was great and really, everyone on shift during my stay took good care of me.

We asked if a room with 2 beds might be available - I wasn't able to book that online - and there was one! The room was very large with comfortable beds. Fire alarm went off at 5:30 am - staff came on loudspeaker soon after saying it was a false alarm. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced (worn-out cabinet door that wouldn't close).

Location was great. Not far from subways Plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Staff was exceptional My wife said it bothered her that there was no artwork on the walls at all. Room had a tub with a permanent half glass mounted. Very difficult to reach the handle to turn on the water

Location was excellent. Filtered water in lobby. Bathroom could use an update. Toilet was so low to the ground. Couldn’t turn the shower on with out getting wet, awkward set up.

The location was excellent for me. The room was unusually spacious for a NYC hotel. The work desk and snack counter were large and useful. The clothing storage was also spacious. The room, although wonderfully spacious, was sparsely furnished and colorless. I would have expected at least a reading chair and table lamp for the room. There was only a desk chair and the bed for seating. The windows were really dirty.

We had no heat - staff said bc building was old. Brought a space heater that didn’t work and had to wait a long time for one that worked. Got stuck in elevator and was told by staff that happens sometimes bc building is old. Felt very ripped off - paid $400/ nite when Hyatt and Marriott nearby were approx $200/ nite. Very unsatisfactory experience.

I enjoyed my stay. The service was great. I ended up showing up to the hotel late into the evening around 10:30, and they had the room ready. The room was clean and centrally located. Near the 2 Train which is what I took mostly to get uptown. If you wanted to after checkout, they will store your luggage. It’s a short walk to the water. The only things were pretty minor gripes that the outlets were not next to the beds and its older appliances/AC, but all working perfectly fine. It is the perfect stay in FiDi.

I usually stay in Midtown hotels for work, but this was my first time staying outside of Midtown and I was genuinely shocked by how quiet the area is. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were impressively spacious. It’s also a great spot for public transportation. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return in the future.

Eurostars was clean and quiet - exactly what I look for in a hotel. It was close to Wall St. and WTC. Definitely walkable and near subway stations. The desk staff was super friendly and helpful. I'll be staying here again and highly recommend for others.

My stay at Eurostars Wall Street was fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was larger than expected and was very clean. The location was fantastic for getting around and is a 1 minute walk to the waters edge and promenade. It is also around a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station which is very handy. I would stay again!

I was visiting my son so this hotel was right by his apartment. It is right by the South Street Seaport. Outside the hotel has scaffolding but no work was going on over the weekend when i was there. This is also close to transportation. Hotel lobby and hallways are nice. My room was nice, clean and bed was comfortable. The floor is a little beaten up but the rest of the room was fine.

I’m a Hispanic tourist, and my experience at this hotel has been excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay very enjoyable. Although the hotel is currently under renovation, the area is very safe, and the location offers much better road access compared to other places. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and convenience!

Great size of room - perfect for spreading out our luggage after a long flight. Good for relaxing too. Lighting in room was a bit gloomy. Bathroom facilities were good and bathroom was a decent size. Very quiet overnight so we got a great sleep.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The pictures you see on Expedia is not what you will get! It’s a scam. This should be a 2 star hotel at most.

All the staff were brilliant, from check in to checking out we couldn’t fault fault them. I lost my glasses before arriving and they assisted in contacting our previous hotel. We can’t comment about breakfast as we didn’t partake.

Great location to get away from the loud city but it takes about 9min to get to the nearest subway station. Besides that everything is great and their service is excellent and sweet.

Overall I thought this was an enjoyable stay, given that this was a slight discount to other comparable hotels. The hotel exterior looked to be in the process of upgrades. It could have just been our luck but the room especially bathroom couldn’t have been cleaner and you could see the need for upgrades.

I wanted to stay at a 4 star hotel so I booked this hotel. I’ve been to other 4 star hotels in new york but this hotel building is not a 4 star. It’s not dirty but the building itself is pretty run down, old, out dated. The room was spacious and price was good for the location. But it’s closer to a 3 star hotel, definitely not a 4 star.

Was at a great location for groceries and Chinatown. Brooklyn bridge and Battery park also. Clean friendly staff and great housekeeping. The best place I stayed yet so far.

I never ever leave reviews. Honestly because I don’t have the time too but when it comes to reading reviews I appreciate them and take them seriously. So because this place is terrible I feel I need to for future review readers. This place is dirty, rated a D for poor air quality and energy by the city and doesn’t have an actual outside view from the rooms. It was this weird square in the middle that the building was built around and you had to go outside in that square when walking up the staircase to get to your room (if you chose to not take the elevator) big hell no to the elevator for a building that rated D. Rooms are nasty and it’s a dirty bed in a room, nothing else. Not ok for $350 a night. I strongly recommend NOT staying here! I would have gladly paid $150 more for a nicer place.

The small, rundown lobby was thankfully not an indicator of the condition of the room. Spacious, wooden floors, large bathroom.

What can it be better more toilet paper and clean towel more often, bigger TV's in the rooms are a must! Everything else is workable. It is safe and quiet hotel. It is definitely older building which needs some renovation such as new floors and updated TV's (bigger) and new beds but all in all it is doable and affordable I will always come back and will be more than happy to share my honest review with anyone looking for a great stay in NYC.

Great and very helpful stuff but actual hotel / room itself was very disappointing…

The property was decent, larger than some I've stayed in before. However, I felt it lacked essential furniture like a desk or chair for organizing belongings besides the bed. Overall, it was just average—not terrible, but not exceptional either. I wouldn't mind staying here again, but probably not for extended periods.

Rooms are more like small 1br flats. Included dishwasher and a microwave. Walkable nice location. Easy subway access. I did not even try to use car so no comments on parking.

Had a lot of issues with the Tv. Staff came several times to fix. Room is basic, sheets didnt seem very clean. The young lady at the front desk was great!!, She let us check in a early and let us check out 1 hour later. Staff is great but hotel is old.

It was a basic room, but enough for what we needed, would benefit from some renovation, toilet had a small leak around the bottom, and bathroom door needs replacing. The reception staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much for them

Spacious rooms!!! Very clean, modern. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great value. I have absolutely found my future “go-to” for our NYC travel. Very close to Statue of Liberty and 9/11 Memorial. The Wall Street Bull is a very short walk away. Food super close. I literally have zero complaints about this place. I have stayed in much more expensive places and this is sooo much better!

Staff was amazing at front desk stayed 2 nights housekeeping freshened up room brought fresh towels on day 2 just wish shower had full glass alittle chilly when taking hot shower but thats the style these days other then that everything was great!!!

I'm also very happy with the room because everyday I woke up rejuvenated after walking a lot the bursting life of NYC. We had a layover and decided to book this place just for a few hrs to leave our luggages to site see a bit. We checked in about 9pm and the gentleman at the front desk was super nice and very helpful. He even upgraded me to a nicer rm. The rm was very spacious and had a microwave and fridge inside. The only thing I didn’t like about the place is the hallway was dark and carpet looked a little run down so it gave it a creepy vibe. Other than that, everything was good. Would stay here again if we came to visit.

Amazing cozy place

Although I used to live in Manhattan I never spent much time in thr Finacial District. We really enjoyed the restaurants in the area and thos property was an incredible value. We'll be back

Downtown Manhattan is a quiet area with a few dodgy folks milling about these days. Use caution. Great value though

Staff were really polite and professional! Elevator was quick and rooms were clean and spacious. Would deff recommend!
