Overall, the hotel was decent and met my basic expectations. However, I was very disappointed with the TV situation in the room. The room has a Smart TV, but guests are only allowed to watch local channels. Apps such as YouTube, Netflix, and other streaming services are completely unavailable. The hotel replaced the original TV remotes with limited-function remotes that do not allow guests to access any of the Smart TV features. When I went to the front desk and asked how to use YouTube on the TV, I was told that guests are not allowed to watch anything except local channels because it is the hotel’s policy. This is especially inconvenient for international travelers who may not speak English well enough to enjoy local television. I was also unable to play cartoons for my child, which was very disappointing. In today’s world, most travelers expect to be able to use basic Smart TV features, especially when those features are already built into the television.

I liked the breakfast and the size of the room. There was no bedside lamp. The hotel building and area is not very inviting. It could use some plants or flowers to make it more cozy. The TV advertised Netflix, but it wasn't a smart TV, so we couldn't use it.

This hotel is in a safe location, although parking can be a bit challenging. The staff, especially the housekeeping team, was courteous and checked on us daily to determine our needs. There was always someone at the front desk to help. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning that was well planned, and the hours were very accommodating. Parking was sometimes a challenge.

The rooms were so small if I would’ve known, I would’ve never booked at this facility. The front desk manager was rude. The only people that were nice were the housekeepers. There were no drawers there were no closets no microwave two tiny beds, full size not even queen size terrible experience.

Great value for money. Good location, close to 2 subway stations which was really handy for travelling to Manhattan and JFK. Very comfortable bed and great shower. The fridge in the bedroom was a nice surprise! The steps down to reception were slightly challenging with a suitcase!

The room was European small, but clean and functional. No bedside lamps. The only lighting option was the bright ceiling light or darkness. The bathroom light with the door slightly open was the workaround.

Why don't you have parking for your customers, I questioned an employee at the reception about the parking lot he told me that I can park my car in front of the hotel or around. I should leave the hotel at 11:00am, 8:am the traffic police left me a ticket on the car How you don't have parking for your customers, it's nonsense, I have to pay $65 for the ticket. I'm not going back to this hotel

Facility was clean but clearly for the budget-minded. Bed was comfortable. Location was ideal for our visit. Parking was right out front (Wednesday 8:30-10:00 is street-sweeping time there). And three nights didn't break the bank. There were no bedside table lamps on the night stands. In fact, there were only two ceiling lights: one over the bed, one in the passageway. The only switch was in the passageway, so when retiring for the night you had to find your way back to the bed in the dark. Along with every other hotel in America, the sink stopper didn't seal the drain so water was wasted.

Great, if you need a last minute place to stay. No parking, we had to drive around the block multiple times to find a spot. On our first night we arrived around 3am and they actually let us park on the sidewalk in front of the property. The room appeared clean on arrival but there were random hairs on one of the beds and on the toilet tank when we entered the room. The light switches were visibly filthy especially in the bathroom. We cleaned and disinfected ourselves. No hot breakfast options, options were limited to cereal and muffins.
- 2/5
This property appears to have recently been converted to a hotel from something else. Very hard to find, almost no signage or entry canopy. Entry was down a full steep flight to basement lobby; small HC elevator provided access only with receptionist's help. Rooms were new and clean with very poor workmanship. Bed was clean and comfortable and room was reasonably quiet. Continental Breakfast in sub-basement was dismal.

The air conditioner needs to be looked at because it makes a screeching sound. For an ADA room, it’s not very ADA. You need more clearance around the bed as only 1 side had the 37” clearance. Bathroom had an acrylic holding soaps balanced between the 2 grab bars. It’s strange that the entrance is in the basement and someone else has to go down to then ask the staff to call the elevator so you can get down. We made it work but it could be better, especially for the price.

Decent room, pretty new. Breakfast is horrible, be ready to go eat somewhere else

Breakfast is well enough for grab and go! Great location to visit Emory University. 10 min walk to Emory Village. Easy drive to Atlanta center.

Great hotel in quiet neighborhood. About 1/2 mile from 3 different subway stations.
- 3/5
The ac kept the room cool. The walls are thin so you will hear everything if people are loud. We got unlucky and there a few guests who were yelling in the middle of the night. Remote controls were hard to maneuver as they vary in each room. Other than that the stay was decent for out short trip.

The elevator was missing the button of the lobby and was overall a bit sketchy. When I arrived, I requested a late check out and was told I could leave at 12:30pm. Shortly after 11am, however, two housekeepers aggressively banged on my door and shouted at me to “CHECK OUT!”. I really wasn’t expecting much, but I have to say I was still disappointed.

The television had an ancient remote that wouldn’t even work, and the ‘free’ breakfast was watered-down coffee and brown bananas with some stale-looking mini muffins. The water fountain had bits of something coming out of it. Probably mold. Not close to anything, the subway is a 15-minute walk. No coffee shops close by. The front desk staff were polite and kind, but all they could do was move my room when I complained about the cockroaches. I was attending a convention, and if I had more time, I would have moved hotels. However, my schedule was packed, and the stress of finding a different hotel in a city I didn’t know was daunting. Hotels.com needs to remove this hotel from its listings!

My sister has Alzheimer's. The photos are extremely deceptive. The check in desk doesn't look like the photo and has what appears to be bullet proof glass around it. I paid for the room while my sister started to go ballistic. We went to the room, that appeared clean, seemed small and closed in, and she would not stay. The lobby had an old couch. No carpet in the hallway we walked down. I can't tell you if there was carpet in the room. I didn't think so, but photos on website show carpet in rooms and hallways. She started walking the street looking for a car like hers to get in and drive to CO. I was unable to get her to stay at the hotel. The lobby triggered panic. The desk clerk was nice and said he would talk to management about refunding 3 of the 4 nights. I had to have a family member search and find a hotel that is more typical of a nice entrance and lobby. When we arrived at the different hotel 2 hours later, she had no trouble going into a place that was decorated nicely and no bullet proof glass. I made the initial reservation based on photos and I wasn't there long enough to look around the hotel, but the first appearance of the lobby looked like a cheap hotel on the side of a road. I didn't get a chance to see any of the sitting areas shown in the photos. I don't know where those areas were located.

King bed and bath tub were nice, but sometimes there wasn’t hot water. Also the wifi didn’t work once during our 2 night stay.

P.S. I traveled with teenage children and I was comfortable with them going outside by themselves to get food. This was a Jewish neighbor hood.

ROOM WAS TINY, MY BATHROOM WAS BIGGER THAN THE ROOM. TWO PEOPLE CANNOT WALK THROUGH AT THE SAME TIME. MY HUSBAND OR 8 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER HAD TO MOVE IN BETWEEN THE 2 BEDS FOR ME TO WALK BY. BEDS WERE SUPER HARD AND THE PILLOWS SUCKED. WHEN YOU REST YOUR HEAD ON THE PILLOW IT WENT FLAT. WE ALSO HAD ANTS IN THE ROOM SO WE KEEP OUR LUGGAGE ON TOP OF THE SMALL DESK OR TINY FRIDGE THAT BY THE WAY DIDN'T EVEN GET OUR WATER BOTTLES COLD AND I TURNED UP THE TEMP ALL THE WAY. BATHROOM WAS THE ONLY DECENT THING. IT WAS ALMOST THE SAME SIZE OF THE ROOM. ASIDE FROM THE ANTS THE ROOM WAS CLEAN SO NO COMPLAINTS THERE. GOOD FOR 1 OR 2 PEOPLE MAX BECAUSE THE ROOM IS EXTREMLY SMALL AND SHOULD NOT HAVE 2 BEDS IN THERE.

Good customer service, however the rooms are very very small and I had roaches in my room. When I left and came back to my room I had roaches on my bed
- 1/5
Key continually didn’t work. Lobby in disarray. Not breakfast or gym.
- 4/5
Location was very good, room very basic, no easy chair for us to relax in, no gluten free breakfast, not a lot of seating for breakfast, we were able to check out and leave our suitcases behind for a few hours which was handy.
- 1/5
Horrible. Dirty. Staff rude. Didn’t serve breakfast. Worst days inn I’ve ever been to.
- 1/5
coming into this place was a challenge especially with slippery stairs. Leaving it was also a challenge considering the elevators didn’t work and the fire exits were blocked. Staying in there was even more sketchy because our room door doesn’t even lock and can be broken in easily
- 2/5
The one thing I can say very positive about the place is that the room was very clean. Negative: elevator didn't work and the only access to the place is down a flight of stairs; one metal chair in the room for two people; two lightbulbs out; bar in closet gone, so no place to hang clothes; advertised breakfast, but there was none because of Covid, but no warning and no discount given because of this; noisy through the night (people talking and some mechanical sound like an elevator door).
- 2/5
This location was not what it seemed.
- 3/5
Ok
- 3/5
Room and linens were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the noise level was low. The King bed room was very small. The neighborhood the hotel is located in is not desirable, however, it seemed secure. Overall, we were satisfied with the one-night stay.
- 5/5
The hotel has very good conditions for living and recreation.
- 3/5
Some of front desk was nice, there was no fruit as told, when i booked i was told i can use the gym, not true, it was closed. There was rotton milk i received, then eventually none, cereal no spoons. And stop serving milk and muffins just cereal no milk or spoon! Housekeeping was mediocre.
- 2/5
Inexpensive and convenient. But the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. No parking even for drop off. Find your own street parking on a residential area. Had to walk down a flight of stairs to the check in desk as the elevator was out of order.
- 2/5
The cabinets in the room were literally broken when we came in and they could barely check us into our room because the “system was down”…
- 5/5
The front desk, customer service. Are always smiling, attentive and super helpful.
- 2/5
From the "Hotel Now Open" sign that was rotting and falling down to the stink of cheap disinfectant to the advice to drive on the sidewalk if our car got blocked in in the parking lot to the bathrooms not being fully cleaned, this place was disappointing. No fitness center as advertised. No breakfast as advertised (just some cookies, coffee, juice.) Comfy bed.
- 1/5
Couldn’t access to the network room wasn’t clean and the front desk charged me two dollars extra even tho I booked the room through an app and still took the two dollars for “SERVICE”!!!
- 5/5
Very good

I stay here very often, probably weekly. This last week they gave me a room with no carpet, no bed or desk lamps, I had to turn a huge spot light on just to see. It’s sad, as I really like this place and it’s location. If they didn’t have a decent room to accommodate a repeat guest, maybe I shouldn’t repeat.
- 4/5
A hotel is okay stuff is okay condition is okay price is okay but for the location because it's far from everything you need to get to, it's far from Manhattan about 25-30 minutes far from Brooklyn, same Central Park, but overall is okay for the money you paying.
- 4/5
Very satisfactory overall. A little dirty/needing minor repairs, but was reasonably comfortable and a good price/location. The gym and breakfast were both unavailable though.
- 5/5
Reasonable hotel, convenient location. Staff is helpful & responsive.
- 1/5
If you like hot water this place sucks and ran out of hot water for hours setting me back. Room was dirty, light bulb wasn’t working, lamp outlet wasn’t working, room didn't come with a trash can when asked for one still , elevator wasnt working all visit which made it difficult taking my daughter outside upstairs with all the bags and stroller. This was the worst stay I ever had and the heater was on and off and not staying on in the room. Sucked because I have a daughter and it was cold. Terrible

Parking is horrendous.

Hotel was not as in pictures…canceled check in after saw the rooms which were discusting…
- 1/5
The shower head in the bathroom… literally had one drop coming out. My man couldn’t take a proper shower, and I didn’t take one at all. When I bought it to the attention for the employees at the front desk, he tried to explain to me different ways to work the shower handle to get it to work. Our stay was for only one night, but that will definitely be the last.
- 3/5
The rooms are so small. We stayed 6 days only 2 days got cleaned and sheets changed. The window curtains had holes - the rug was sticky
- 3/5
Dated, dingy, loud, bed not good, poor lighting
- 5/5
Like the treatment at chekins very well clean

Room was nice and clean but super small. The location is horrible! The staff was a bit unprofessional.

The staff was really helpful, the bed sheets were stained, no iron in the rooms, not really clean...
- 4/5
Nice room except it needed to be dusted. There were blood and stains on the sheets, but they came and changed the sheets quickly. Quiet area but no good views.
- 5/5
Very clean, nice and well organized room. Im very satisfied. Stuff is also helpful and nice.

Only thing I didn’t like is the street parking, I didn’t feel safe with my car out side
- 3/5
It was nice to small couldn’t move around the room to much
- 2/5
It was very inconvenient especially if you drive your own vehicle there was no parking the sheets looks dirty the staff when checking in was ok.
- 5/5
Staff are polite and helpful. Rarely is there attitide.
- 5/5
It was very good they was willing to help and to fix anything that we need
- 4/5
To small but, cool area and fast in the front desk
- 3/5
Room 2 small. And 2 close of each other, The person next door can even hear everything im saying in my room
- 5/5
I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. I was disappointed that there was no toothpaste.
- 4/5
Staff was delightful and accommodating. We checked-in very late, so the receptionist told us we could check out later than normal whenever we were ready to leave. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful front-desk staff. The rooms are a bit small, especially for a kind-size bed, and they lack a closet.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice but the parking was terrible . On street parking only . No where to park without hunting in circles for one .
- 3/5
For the price, being any hotel in new york city is pricey, the hotel waa generally okay. Nothing special. Nothing great. But nothing bad. Wouldnt stay again due to location of hotel, walls being way too thin & energy in the hotel was odd.
- 5/5
The trip was an opportunity to rest in order to jmprove my health. The hotel was a bit of a walk from tge subway at night time. However the check in was smooth. The room was comfortable and clean.
- 4/5
I enjoyed the free coffee and breakfast service. The staff was helpful when we had questions. Very clean.
