Reviews
The hotel is praised for its prime location near Times Square and Broadway, with many attractions within walking distance. The staff is consistently commended for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, the room size is a common complaint, with many guests finding them too small. The condition of the rooms and facilities varies, with some guests finding them outdated or in need of renovation.

Very clean and tidy. Good black outs on the windows. Great AC. Good coffee and water as well as hygiene products available. Lovely.

The room was not big, but most rooms in Manhattan aren’t so we weren’t at all bothered by it. It was plenty of room for the two of us and our little dog. We tend to visit Manhattan almost monthly and we have decided that we will definitely return to Club Quarters Times Square.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Staff was super helpful. Allowed us to check in earlier since there was rooms available which we very much appreciated and needed since we had a 3am wake up that arrival day. Room was ny size but jst lovely. We called front desk at midnight to ask where we could use a microwave.. they said no problem we will take one right up to your room. We were always greet w a hello, smile and asking if we needed anything. We will definitely be back. If you are seeing multiple shows definitely stay here. It is close to theater district but far enough tht yoj don't feel the madness of times square.

Bed was really comfortable and the room was less than a five minute walk to Times Square. Also, all the staff were amazing! I liked everything.

Great hotel with updated rooms and facilities. The lounge with free coffee and tea was great for slow mornings, and availability of various toiletries definitely made the stay easier, reducing the hassle of finding the shop and buying oversized products I wouldn’t take home afterwards. Definitely a good deal as my friends stayed in a hotel nearby for the same price and didn’t have amenities or renovated facilities. And the staff was always so friendly! There wasn’t much of a view in the room we stayed at on the 7th floor.
- 5/5
Warm and gracious staff and spotless facilities.
- 3/5
The staff and cleanliness Noise, they overcharged me and had to refund
- 4.5/5
The hotel is newly renovated so everything is new and works! the coffee machine, sparkling water dispenser and lounge in the lobby were first class! Hotel is well located, and just off the main times square area. The room was a little small, fine for 1 person, but a bit tight for 2. Would probably consider the larger room next time.
- 4.5/5
The room was clean, hot water to make tea was readily available in the lobby, nice staff. The hotel doesn't really feel like a 4 star hotel. This is a great hotel of you get a room for under $350, more than that is not a good value for money.
- 5/5
Excellent and proactive staff
- 4/5
Love Club Quarters around the country. All are clean, all staffs are outstanding but rooms at various locations vary.. this room one had no real window, which might have been stated, but the bigger problem is that the bathroom toilet is so loud. From the floor above it sounds so loud and disturbing in the morning, late night and in the middle of the night.
- 5/5
Clean hotel with comfortable beds, pillows and great location with easy access to major attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's an older building so there are 2 elevators but they are very slow and comfortablely fit 2-3 adults without suitcases. The rooms and bathrooms are small so if you like a lot of space, this might not be for you but it's the perfect size to comfortablely sleep in, spend the entire day out and relax again. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

My family was assigned a room that was completely different from the one that we booked based on photos. Our room appeared to be located in a basement or semi-badement, and did not have a real window. One small window was blocked by an AC machine and opaque film covered up the whole window so that you could not look out, and there was hardly any natural light coming through. We requested a new room but a new room was not available for our first night. We were assigned a different room on a higher floor for our second night which was a lot better in appearance, but the room was not cleaned properly. My 11-month-old baby found a previous guests’s half-eaten piece of hard candy in the closet, and I had to quickly take it out of her mouth to prevent her from choking on it.

Club Quarters Hotel Times Square is a standout Midtown Manhattan stay that excels in what matters most: location, efficiency, and comfort. Just a few minutes’ walk from Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, and Broadway, it places guests directly in the heart of New York City’s energy while still offering a surprisingly calm and modern retreat. Compact but recently renovated. Free cafe at the lobby very good. The lobby is spacious, comfortable, and artistic.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The coffee machine in the lobby has a variety of offerings! The room was clean. Lovely stay.

Great location for first time New Yorkers that want to be in the center of all touristy things. This was my second time in NYC with another first time traveler so next time I come, I won’t be staying in this area and opt for a quieter area without a ton of tourists. The basic room is INCREDIBLY tiny. Even with two people it was very tight. Bathroom was super tight. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great value though for the area and everything was updated and clean.

The staff at this location truly shine. Check in was seamless and everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Security was on point and luggage storage was completely effortless. The lobby and lounge area are gorgeous and a great place to relax. The hospitality here is genuinely top tier. I have stayed at the Club Quarters Grand Central location multiple times and decided to try Times Square since it is closer to Broadway and the listing mentioned newly renovated rooms. The rooms here are actually larger in square footage, but the layout makes absolutely no sense. Getting in and out of bed is a real challenge because a fireplace juts out on one side and the other side barely has any clearance either. The bathroom is the size of an airplane lavatory. I am not exaggerating when I say my thigh was touching the toilet paper holder while sitting on the commode. The Grand Central bathroom is so much more spacious and the prices at both locations are roughly the same, so I would genuinely recommend booking that location over this one if you have the choice. The AC was also a major issue. We kept it set to 65 with the fan on but the fan kept shutting itself off and the room never got properly cool. My husband and I were sweating through the night, which was pretty miserable. The elevators are also extremely small and very slow. Plan on taking the stairs because fitting more than 3 people with luggage is nearly impossible and there is always a wait. Luckily my stay was just one night. The room is fine as a place to drop your bags and sleep, but if you are hoping to actually relax and enjoy your space, I would look elsewhere or at least book the Grand Central location instead.

The property is well maintained and staff is very helpful. One thing is house keeping is done late in the afternoon like after 3:00 PM The A/C does not go below 65 so it can feel hot for people who like to sleep cold. Apart from that I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Midtown!

The rooms were nice and renovated. The bathrooms were roomy and had nice lighting to get ready There was an elevator broken and it took forever to get an elevator

Location is amazing. We almost walked everywhere. It's between 5th and 6th Avenue so everything is close by. Bryant Park, Empire State, Rockefeller, Central Park, etc on walking distance. It's a clean hotel. The hotel provides free coffee 24/7. There are water stations at different floors. You can a get a clean bottle and fill it with a still or sparkling water. Reception is at a standard American hospitality. But two ladies were more helpful. The bathroom of the room given to us was different than the photos and the room was facing a wall, not getting any sunshine. They let us change the room but after 1 night. The second room was a bit smaller than the first one. And the room changing process was a bit weird. So it was a big let down.

Location No restaurant and the common areas were tired (rooms better)
- 5/5
Very close to Times square, and there was an cheap place to eat breakfast across the street. Also free water in the lobby to fill up water bottles the rooms are very small
- 2.5/5
On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The room included all the necessary amenities and equipment we needed during our stay. The room was very small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The bathroom was also tiny and located very close to the bed area. In addition, the windows were facing the building’s inner courtyard, so we never felt comfortable opening the curtains and spent the entire stay without natural daylight.

Pictures of rooms make it seem much larger than it is in reality. Enough space to function, but two people with bags = a lot of shifting around to make space for each other. Bed was advertised as a queen, but seemed to be the size of a full.

The hotel is conveniently located near Times Square, but quiet. The rooms are small but immaculately clean. But, for me, what will bring me back was the staff. They were friendly and helpful with all my questions. I was traveling for work, but I spoke to them each day about the day, what shows they would recommend, where I could get a late bite , etc.

A block east of Times Square right on 45th made it a great place from which to see Broadway shows and explore midtown. Staff were terrific, property was clean, common areas on ground floor lovely. Room was bigger than most in the region, though bathroom was tiny. Great coffee in the room!

We stayed here in late April 2026. This was my favorite hotel experience in NYC to date. We were looking for a smaller hotel, not too far from attractions in Midtown, and that would fit in our budget. Oh, and with a coffeemaker! This fit our needs and so much more. The reviews that say the staff are great are spot on -- these are the KINDEST people I've ever met in hospitality. Every single person was friendly at the front desk, on security and cleaning staff, and they even took an interest in our activities. (How was that speakeasy across the street? It was excellent, thank you.) The lobby is beautiful and good for a hangout space. There is a Nespresso in the room AND a free espresso/latte machine in the lobby and water refill station, and these two things alone saved us a LOT of money. We even requested and received a mini fridge room, to store some snacks. The bed is crazy comfortable, and we didn't hear street noise. The building is old, so you can hear creaks and doors closing in other rooms, but we were not really bothered by this. There is a closet for storage and desk for writing, which I've read is not necessarily standard in small NY hotel rooms. It really was a lovely, lovely place to stay, and we plan to be back! Thank you!

This is perhaps my new favourite hotel in NYC. The location is so central, the staff are amazing, and the rooms are perfect. Clean, comfortable, and everything we needed for the few days we were here. It’s a gorgeous hotel and I would probably live here if I could!

All ok, except for the black lady in the reception lobby!.
- 3/5
Upon arrival I parked in front of the main entrance. I had baggage and multiple garment bags. I went to the front desk and asked the young lady if there was any assistance or a luggage rack. She pointed to the luggage rack located near the staff elevator. I unloaded my car and loaded everything on the luggage cart. I proceeded to use the the staff elevator to bring the belongings to my room. I returned the luggage cart on the main floor then proceeded to park at a nearby parking facility.
- 5/5
delicious, coffee in the lobby, and guest cabinets in hallways with extra toiletries in case you forgot something. And the location couldn’t be beat - a cute oasis in the middle of bustling Manhattan. I would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
Room was very small but clean and the sitting area and free water and coffee were excellent …overall a good location. Would definitely stay again.
- 4.5/5
The rooms are newly renovated and feel very fresh. I didn’t book the smallest category, so my room was a decent size with plenty of space. It had everything I needed: a proper luggage area, a desk with a chair, hangers, and a coffee machine. The overall quality genuinely exceeded my expectations from the room itself to the bedding and amenities. The Malin & Goetz toiletries were a nice touch. The staff were consistently helpful, responsive, and genuinely friendly. No matter what I needed, they were always available and willing to assist. I also really appreciated the little extras like complimentary water, good-quality coffee, and a nice selection of tea – it made the stay feel much more comfortable. There were a couple of minor issues worth mentioning. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear things like neighbors using the shower. It wasn’t a big deal most of the time, but if your neighbors are noisy it could be an issue. I experienced that on my first night, but the staff handled it very well and moved me to a different floor. After that, my neighbors were very quiet, and while I could still hear plumbing sounds occasionally, it wasn’t disturbing. Another small downside was the water temperature in the shower, which could be quite unpredictable. It sometimes shifted from very cold to very hot while in use. Even after six nights, I didn’t fully get used to it, so you do need to be a bit careful.
- 5/5
Lovely staff, great location- convenient and safe, the room is very small, but comfortable bed.
- 4/5
Great location to Rockefeller Centre, Times Square and Grand Central. The room we stayed in was big, nice and clean, it could have done with a splash of colour or some paintings/art on the big white walls and also some coat hooks would have been a bonus. Staff were pleasant and the free tea machine was tasty, no sparkling water though even though there was a tap for it. Walking distance to lots of great bars and restaurants too. Would recommend if using for somewhere to crash but there is no bar or restaurant on site.
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay. We will use this hotel for our next stay in the city. Very centric.
- 3.5/5
Welcoming staff/good customer service; location…ideal for walking about but also quite accessible to public transportation. Steps from the theatre district which is mainly my reason to travel to New York. As “cubicles” are now designed these days, everything is at hand in a small circumference…the room had no fridge (as noted in the description when I was seeking accommodations); there was no safe in the room; and the shower head trickled down with no force whatsoever…no matter what option of spray l turned to; fortunately the toilet had a strong flush. The bed is dorm styled so no end tables just a ledger head board which electrical outlets did not work to charge my phone. I would have preferred a room facing street rather than looking at the well of back rooms and walls; dark and gloomy. And a room away from the elevator and door where one enters one’s room. Quite noisy. Thin walls could hear neighbours.
- 4.5/5

Clean room and comfortable bed. Staff was welcoming and attentive.
- 5/5
This hotel and its sister property near Grand Central are the best values in Midtown. The properties are newly renovated, great staff, rooms are tasteful, minimal but adequate (although if you like a spacious bathroom or a good, hard mattress you might look at other options). They control costs by not having safes or much in the way of drawers in the rooms - although there are nice, large armoires - and there are no onsite restaurants or food service, although both have very nice lounges with 24 hr coffee and tea, and folks bring in food to eat there. And there are basic workout facilities. The staffs are incredibly responsive and accommodating. You can't beat this price for the quality and if you come to see shows, you can't beat the location either. The Midtown location seemed to have more street noise than the Grand Central location, but it's NYC. I'll be back.

Great location. Very short walk to subway. 5 min to Times Square. Very clean. Staff were excellent; very helpful and friendly. Shout out to Phantasia and Diosmedis. Nice lounge area and coffee station. Room was a little tight (which was understood and expected).
- 4/5
Property description and photos are consistent with the experience. Rooms are new, clean and nicely appointed. Good bed and good linens. HVAC works. Elevators are older/small and hallways are divided with fire doors which is acceptable, but not great. Lounge area off entry has good seating, espresso machine/tea. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Definitely scores high on the value scale for its location.
- 5/5
Parking was a bit confusing to navigate, and the fitness room is literally three pieces of equipment. Other than that, a beautiful space for a stay in NYC.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. We were central to everything we wanted to do easy access to everything, including the trains. It was very clean, remodeled up-to-date. The only thing I wish it had was a fridge, but other than that, there was free, coffee and water in the lobby and espresso in the room which was perfect for the morning! We would definitely stay there again.

The stay was pleasant here. I asked to be away from elevator and ice machine (basically in a quiet area) which was granted. The room was clean and it was ready on time. Check in and check out was smooth and efficient. The staff was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. The location was great and the value for the money was better than I expected. Coffee and refillable water stations were a big hit as well. I have zero complaints.

Me gustó mucho su ubicación una habitación chica pero cómoda y limpia
- 5/5
Clean room daily, warm shower, had a clogged toilet and they came right up to fix
- 4/5
Excellent location, clean room and bathroom. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and there was a lot of noise in the morning when others were getting ready and going out the door, making it hard to sleep in. The AC fan was also loud and hard to adjust. That said, it is great value for this price point and will consider staying again.

I love this hotel. Perfect midtown location for theatre, shopping etc. Very clean and modern. Staff is terrific, and best of all, the price is excellent for this location.

- 5/5
Wonderful people. My home away from home.
- 5/5
Very clean room, great location, everything we needed for our short weekend trip
- 5/5
I was in NYC on business so I didn’t hang out in the room much but it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the window opened some which I love. The gym was a little small but I got a run in and the coffee was good.
- 4/5
Hotel itself is very clean. I was there for a solo trip and chose a room with the queen size bed. The room itself was extraordinarily small even by New York standards as far as being alone in the room it was fine, but there are different room sizes for you to choose from and if you aren’t going to be with more than one person, this size room would definitely not be for you. The good news is that the hotel is very updated. The bathroom was clean full of nice amenities at the bed was soft and location is absolutely fantastic. I wrote in another review that there is no doorman and I had a situation where I needed to have transportation to the airport very early. The night before my trip I went to the front desk and asked if there was somebody that could help me get a taxi in the morning. Her response was no and then I should get an Uber. I did order an Uber in the next morning the Uber did not show up. I went to the person that was at the desk, which was a different person in the night before, and I asked if they could help me get a taxi. Their response was no walk towards Times Square and I would find one. It was raining outside. I have been told by management in another review that the front desk people should be able to help get you a taxi. My experience was that they were not. I’m not suggesting that they can’t. I’m just stating that my experience was that they did not help me. I do recommend the hotel if you’re looking for someplace in a great location that is clean.

Great location, steps away from Times Square. Our room are great! Comfortable bed, very clean nd quiet .Friendly staff, definitely a repeat.

Team at front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Great people. The room was small but functional and very clean. Bathroom was again smallish but shower was huge and clean. Ac worked really good. Great location 5 mins to Times Square and most theatre venues. 15 mins to Central Park and 5 mins to 5th Ave shopping. Quiet clean location.
- 5/5
Didn’t use the gym
- 5/5
The beds were comfortable too There were shops, restaurants, bars and POI all within a 10 minute walk We felt the location was safe The staff in concierge were brilliant, we mainly dealt with Joanne, she was very polite and called us by our names every time we passed by, saying how was your day? Nothing was too much of a problem when we needed help with anything We had coffee, tea and water on tap We decided to get ourselves a take out on a couple of nights, which we brought back to the hotel and sat in the lounge, staff had no problems us doing so Would definitely stay there again
- 5/5
Club Quarters Times Square is a Goog place to stay in the area. Staff is professional and nice, rooms are clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The access to bottled water and coffee/tea is helpful. The lobby is relaxing for working. Currently, my recommendation is for a room not on 45th Avenue because construction across the street is quite noisy.
- 5/5
This hotel is fantastic. Great location and within walking distance to Times Square and Broadway shows. Can easily walk to subway or bus stations to get anywhere else. The hotel felt historic but also contemporary. Loved the chilled water stations on different floors which provided reusable water bottles. There was also an automatic coffee station in the lobby as well as tea, sparkling water, and still water. Perfect way to start the day or end the evening. I will absolutely stay here again when visiting NY.
- 5/5
Lots to do in the area. Room was quite comfortable. Bed was amazing

Great spot, within walking distance to Times Sq, Radio City, Rockefeller Ctr and much more. Only disappointment the hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. So no food available only coffee and tea service. Fortunately there are LOTS of dining options near by. Would stay again and would recommend. Thanks CQ!

The bed was comfortable. It was great being able to connect our devices to the tv. Shower was lovely for a hotel! Refillable water bottle a nice touch, but self discovery. The staff seemed a little more different, I've got to say.

This is a great hotel. Wonderful staff, spotlessly clean room and lobby area. Also, very nice lounge area with 24/7 coffee, tea and both still and sparkling purified water on tap. Also, the location is great, within walking distance of the theaters. I definitely plan to stay here in future trips to New York.

Room & bathroom were very clean w/ updated furnishings.

This is a superb place to stay in Times Square. The staff were so friendly and my room was quiet and super clean. Very comfortable bed and it was easy to control the room temperature. Many options for healthy fast casual dining are within a five-minute walk. MoMA is close by, 7-minute walk. Ten minute walk to most theaters. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great spot in the city and great staff

beyond happy with my stay

The staff was so sweet. We were able to check in early and was complimented om my glasses as well as welcomed in. Bathroom and room was super nice and we would love to return again one day.

This establishment is a short walk from Times Square. The staff members are extremely friendly and truly make one feel welcome. The rooms are clean and the beds really comfortable.
- 5/5
Excellent location. Clean room and facilities. Nice and accommodating staff. Highly recommend
- 5/5
The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean, check in and check out were very easy. Great location, just a couple blocks from Timesquare.
- 3/5
Room was clean except for dirty looking window shades and rug. Fitness center only had one older treadmill and one peloton (which requires a subscription). Weight area was very cramped. Great location and nice to have free coffee/tea all day.
- 5/5
the staff was great. the room was clean and the location was perfect. would def stay there again
- 5/5
Everything was Awesome, they allow us to use the room before the actual time of check in without any extra charge, as i needed to use Microwave, they sent it right-away to my room.
- 5/5
The rooms were very clean with a great bathroom and tiled shower. They had plastic bottles that guests could fill on their own and coffee and tea was offered in the morning. Each room had its own heat control and the rooms got hot very quick. The curtains had double blinds to block out light and drafts. However during our stay there seemed to be some work being done on the street and there was consistent noise all night. Not sure if this was a temporary thing. It is a great distance from the hustle of Times Square. Easy to get to subways as well. I would stay here again. Thx!
- 5/5
My stay was a very positive experience. Wonderful greeting and all facets of the hotel were first-rate.
- 5/5
Great place, awesome staff. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the midtown area.
- 4/5
Location is right near all the theatres in Times Square. The staff are on the ball, efficient and helpful. The building is a bit old and the elevators aren’t great but it has that NYC charm. My window opened directly in front of someone’s home office where they were busy working all day. Room was spacious, minimalist, clean, with comfortable pillows. A couple disadvantages: they don’t have a wine opener on site so you have to go to one of the restaurants next door to open your wine. Also you have to go downstairs for water, coffee or tea. For the price, not bad! Would definitely stay here again
- 4/5
Room was great! Front desk staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.
- 5/5
Very happy with our stay. Close to everything you need.
- 5/5
clean, friendly staffs, quiet, great location
- 5/5

- 5/5
Super clean, stuff very friendly and helpfull in any matter..excellent!
- 5/5
It was perfect for my 2 days in midtown. The room was super clean, the bed comfortable. The bedding fresh and clean. The bath towels knew. The room was on the small side but I was a single traveler and it was fine. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. Super convenient location too.
- 5/5
Absolutely fabulous! We have visited NYC on numerous occasions and only just stumbled across this little gem. It is a beautiful property with the ground floor being very grand and opulent whilst the rooms were bright and modern. The staff were delightful and very attentive and the coffee and tea station in the lounge area was inspired! We visited over Thanksgiving and the main room was decorated beautifully and certainly gave the festive spirit. We will 100% return.
- 5/5
Excellent location, room was modern and clean, free water, teas and coffees which was extremely helpful to not have to constantly go to the shop to buy some. The staff were really helpful and so lovely to deal with.
- 3/5
Courteous & helpful staff. Convenient
- 5/5
great location. very nice and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Location is excellent
- 4/5
The hotel is very well located, with many restaurants nearby, making it ideal for discovering New York. I stayed on the 9th floor; the view was not particularly nice and did not face the street, but that did not affect the overall comfort of the stay. The room had a large TV and a coffee maker, which was a nice touch. Overall, it’s a great option for enjoying New York and relaxing comfortably after a busy day.
- 5/5
Great location. Staff was awesome. Will stay here again
- 5/5
The staff was very welcoming and informative of the hotel as well as the surrounding area on things to do and places to visit.

This hotel is very clean. Great location, safe. The staff is unforgettable. very accommodating to requests. Best hotel staff I have ever encountered while traveling. We will be back again!
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly. We came with our two small dogs (highly recommend bringing a stroller if coming with dogs). Loved having a vegan restaurant a few doors down.
- 5/5
Clean room, amazingly helpful staff. Lots of amenities. Quiet sleeping space
- 2/5
The room was also very hot. We paid $1,100 for two nights for a tiny, hot, uncomfortable, noisy room. Waste of money.
- 5/5
Yes, room spotless clean and staff very friendly
- 5/5
The staff at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating, and the man who brought our bags up from storage was so friendly. Also the room was very clean.

- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff and clean!
- 5/5
Our room was very clean and freshened up each day! Tea and coffee were available 24 hours a day! The one thing that stood out to me was that the staff called me by name every day! They were very attentive to who their clients were!
- 5/5
clean, courteous, a wonderful stay!
- 4/5
Very clean room! Staff was nice. Room was small, but expected, and the location was incredible, close to everything. Unfortunately we didn’t have hot water or entire stay, lukewarm at best. There was no latch on the bathroom door at all, just doornobs. There was a handprint on the outside window of our room as well which was a little unsettling. Overall if the price was right I would stay again out of convenience because of much we were actually in the room was minimal.
- 4/5
Rooms were small but very clean. Beds are comfortable.
- 5/5
Room was in immaculate condition, sheets was perfect and the bed was also comfortable and clean
- 4/5
Great location, affordable price, clean, and pretty environment.

Tea / Coffee / Drinking Water available near reception for free. Cleaning services. Stayed in a superior room which was more than adequate space wise and limited noise from the surrounding busy area.
- 5/5
Very nice staff and a clean and updated facility!
- 3/5
The water refill area right outside our room was convenient!
- 4/5
Clean room, good heating, coffee , tea , still and spArkling water, in common area and able to refill water bottle
- 5/5
Great location! Our room was very clean and building had beautiful Christmas decorations.
- 5/5
Great room. Clean. Great coffee and tea downstairs… Good AC & heater…. Thank you
- 5/5
We stayed here for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade. It was very convenient walking out of our hotel and being right at the route!
- 5/5
Excellent place! Very clean and very quiet, the staff was very polite. We would definitely go back next time when in New York!!! Also we loved the convenience to walk to all the nice attractions and to be right there by 5th Avenue.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Super location! Room was lovely; the hvac is loud but shut out street noise. Staff was very helpful. Cafe across the street has fresh, economically-priced meals of every sort that can be purchased and eaten in the hotel vacant dining room (no restaurant in the hotel). Location of the hotel is between 5th and 6th Avenues, close to Rockefeller Plaza, Broadway theaters, subways and buses. Lincoln Center is walkable—20 minutes from the hotel. A five minute walk to St Patrick’s Cathedral.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and we appreciated the water station on our floor and the lobby!
- 4/5
Great experience overall with staff and amenities. Heat/ac was a bit tough and couldn’t get our room to cool off, was stuck at 75 all night.
- 5/5
Perfect location!!! Love all Club Quarters.
- 5/5
Hotel was easy to get to , clean & the staff were great especially Kelly !!!!
- 1/5
I was asked for an extra payment in the hotel itself but now that I ask an invoice about it they never reply. Hope they ever do contact me again..
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Convenient location. The staff were great.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 3/5
The room itself was clean, but the hallways are very old and in bad shape, the little „gym“ needs a makeover, and one of the two elevators was broken. It seems the hotel clearly needs to invest in renovation.
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for walkability to shows, Time Square, HighLine, Central Park, Bryant Park, and much more.
- 4/5
Absolutely wonderful staff and location. Room was wonderful had a great view. Amenities were excellent only thing I can suggest is for the 2 twin room beds is maybe a double or full would’ve been better but won’t stop me from staying again. I absolutely loved this boutique hotel. Price was wonderful. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and experience
- 5/5
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They have kiosks set up so you can easily self-serve when checking in or out. There was a nice lounge area for customers to relax in. My room was very nice as well. Overall a great experience. Great location as well.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Excellent staff ESPECIALLY RAQUEL
- 3/5
Staff were very nice but a little offhand when it cane to actually helping you. Air conditioning in room was very loud and hot water didn’t work 2 mornings out of 4. No fridge in room or breakfast options also a minus.
- 5/5
Staff was courteous, the location/ hotel was amazing
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
I do have one negative thing to say. The front desk staff were great, but I checked my luggage, and it seems normal that it takes 10-15 minutes from when they call the bellboy to when the luggage is retrieved. I understand the luggage is stored somewhere other then the front desk, but it was annoying to wait 10 minutes when I was trying to catch a train.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Convenient location and clean facilities
- 2/5
Room smelt moldy, there weren’t any toiletries or slippers. It was loud, I could hear guests closing doors and using the stairs in the hallway. There should be a bathroom fan installed in each room.
- 4/5
Walkable , small room but very clean
- 3/5
The room had a refrigerator. The air conditioning functioned properly, The hotel provided coffee in the lobby seemingly 24/7. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Only one of the two elevators seemed to function reliably for the three days I stayed.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Prime location with upstanding staff. I enjoyed myself fully.
- 5/5
Great location in mid town
- 5/5

- 4/5
Convenient to midtown, plenty to walk to immediately outside the door. Great staff. Great large and quiet living room/sitting area with coffee, tea, sparkling water.
- 5/5
Kelly, the were friendly and welcoming. Also very
- 3/5
Room felt more like a cell than a hotel room--tiny window at one corner of the wall. Noisy outside with construction. Very basic amenities. The staff were very helpful and the location was quite convenient for shows and close to Grand central and Bryant Park. I might stay again, but so many better options around.
- 5/5
Large clean room, great location
- 5/5
The room was amazing. The best part was the ability to store our luggage while we waited to check in and check out. Would stay again 1000%
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean quiet spacious room
- 4/5
TIP - Top up your water bottle outside the gym door. It's colder than the warm water by reception and there's ice too!
- 5/5
Friendly staff, quiet clean room, great location close to Times Square and nearby metro.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Room very small. No closet or drawer, just an indent in the wall with a shelf. Not enough room to hang anything up.
- 4/5
Staff were awesome! Room was clean. Coffee and tea available. Conveniently located. Elevator was a bit rickety.
- 5/5
I loved staying here! From check-in to checkout, every employee was incredibly friendly and helpful. Joanne and Xavier at the front desk were especially wonderful, and the rest of the staff were just as kind. My room was spotless and super cozy. It was simple but really, really nice and exactly what I needed. The location was perfect for exploring the city and I'd absolutely stay here again.
- 5/5
Just off the Times Square madness. Great staff and facilities.
- 4/5
and property felt safe and were clean. The rooms are much, much smaller than advertised in photos but that’s to be expected and is not an issue if you are only there to sleep. The free coffee in the lobby is a nice perk.
- 5/5
Location is amazing!
- 5/5
All the staff always friendly and welcoming.
- 5/5
The property was well kept an inside of the hotel was excellent of cleanliness. My experience was awesome. The staff was very opening to questions Great personalities. The atmosphere was very nice.

- 5/5
Staff was amazing.
- 5/5
The staff went above and beyond providing excellent service., The rooms are newly renovated with a comfy bed. I love that they offer coffee/tea in their lounge 24/7. I had an amazing stay and will definitely return.,
- 5/5

- 2/5
Place is small
- 5/5
Excellent stay. Hotel was extremely clean and charming and the staff were nice and helpful. Very convenient to both east side and west side, Grand Central, and so much more. Definitely a top stay in NYC!
- 4/5
Fine.
- 5/5
Location is convenient to all subways. Hotel staff was very helpful. Only downside is no restaurant, but there is a cafe across the street and the hotel has a lovely room to eat in, relax or meet friends. The bed was very comfy, the room was quiet and the overall atmosphere was congenial. It is right in the middle of Manhattan and very walkable.
- 5/5
Room was clean and area was very walkable. Less than 10 min walk to Times Square and surrounding shopping Aves. Stayed at this specific hotel twice, but I’ve been a fan of Club Quarter’s hotels for a while now. Was also surprised to find out the hotel is pet friendly due to a last minute change in my pet’s arrangements back home.
- 4/5
Rooms are small but we dont spend much time in our room. Clean and modernized.
- 5/5
Room was very nice
- 5/5
Excellent Location, Kind staff, comfortable room. Would choose again!
- 5/5
Great location Friendly staff. Nice room
- 5/5
The staff were very attentive, and the rooms are super clean!
- 5/5
Great location near Times Square. Easy walk to almost anywhere in uptown Manhattan. Room was smallish, but quiet and sorta boutique style. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Ideally located and easy check in assistant by desk agent!
- 4/5
Lovely modern room - was simple and compact but a comfortable stay. Reasonably quiet street considering the location. Super handy to lots of subway lines. The staff were also extremely welcoming.
- 5/5
Great location, friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, good lobby work space.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff was friendly! Stay was most enjoyable!
- 5/5
Everything was great. Room and staff top notch.
- 5/5
Clean room. A little small for room and bathroom but not cramped. You can hear outside noise and nearby hotel rooms but it’s not overwhelming. Happy to get in a bit early to drop our things. Nice staff.
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
These rooms are tiny. And when I say tiny, I mean teeny tiny. Outdated but clean. The entire hotel needs to be renovated. It’s very 1990. The staff were amazing though. Way overpriced for what we got.
- 5/5
small room, but clean and tidy. staff were fantastic

The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. We liked the location- convenient to Time’s Square and Broadway. The room was very spacious by New York standards as well as clean. They had a closet with complimentary amenities, which was really helpful because we had left a couple of things at home. All of their staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Great area. Close enough to walk to everything we wanted to do but far enough to be quiet. Love the free coffee tea and chilled water. Rooms were clean and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile and helpful recommendations. The hotel itself has been remodeled and doesn’t have that “cookie-cutter” chain vibe. It has its own character, which made the experience feel more personal. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a touch of uniqueness in the heart of New York City.

Clean room and great customer service
- 3/5
Fabulous location. Close to plenty of restaurants and shops
- 5/5
The room is small but very comfortable, clean and efficient. Staff was very, very kind. Location was the best. One complaint: view was of a female worker about 25 feet across who left her bright office light on all night. We had to keep our shades closed whole time.

I absolutely loved this place. I came on a solo trip and stayed here and everything was close by! Subway was 5 minute walk - cafes, easy quick eats, without being on the main times square strip. Staff and service was amazing 10/10 recommend:)

Everything was perfect.

The hotel was a great location for me, easy to get to subway, etc. The day I arrived it was POURING down rain and thankfully there's a pizza place across the street! That made things easy. I parked at Metropolis parking garage on 46th St., the hotel provided a 20% discount which came in handy - $54. for 24 hours, not bad for NYC! The room was just me so it was small and had everything I needed. The bed and pillows were super comfy, TV could be pulled out so I could watch while on the bed, eating the pizza :) It had a sleep timer on it, so I was lulled to sleep (I think about 10 seconds after my head hit the pillow). The price is right, I love their electronic check-in, and they're there if you need help. Everyone was easy to work with and very pleasant.
- 5/5
Small but clean space, helpful staff. Quiet despite being just a few blocks from Times Square with lots of things to see and do in easy walking distance
- 5/5
Our stay was great! The room was very clean, the front desk staff was very friendly and in a great location.
- 5/5
Great stay! The facilities and staff were great and very accommodating. Despite the rooms being small (like all NYC hotels), it didn’t feel cramped. The room has everything you need and the floor has a water bottle station. Will definitely return.

the AC unit was loud. did like that u had a gym
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff and welcoming environment.
- 1/5
Overall, the facilities were old and run-down, the soundproofing in the rooms was poor. Rooms near the street could hear a lot of street noise. Later, when I moved to a room on the other side of the hotel, the noise from the air conditioner downstairs was so loud it disrupted my sleep. Second, the shower flow was inconsistent, and the water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. Finally, the hotel's cleanliness was poor, with a lot of dust on the windows. Cleaning staff didn't change the sheets daily. Although the front desk staff was welcoming and helpful, my experience with this hotel was a complete failure, and I would not recommend it.

Excellent staff.

"I enjoyed many aspects of my stay. However, the room I was assigned was situated on a lower level overlooking a busy street. The resulting noise from early morning truck traffic and construction (beginning before 6:00 AM) proved disruptive to sleep.

Excellent location, just off 5th Avenue and close to the library, Grand Central and Central Park. Clean room with Nespresso machine. Staff were very friendly and professional. Only downside was no safe in the room

Very Nice! Relaxing lobby.
- 5/5
We liked everything, the service staff and workers. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable.
- 5/5
We stayed here because it said there was onsite parking, that’s a lie. They have parking but it’s a block over. Other than that, PERFECT! It’s in walking distance of everything. The woman at front desk is so nice and helpful. If you need them to hold your belongs to see the city before or after checking out they will for free. They also offer free water bottles and coffee. Definitely would stay again!
- 3/5
Great location near time square but the property is very old and many renovations still need to be completed. Not able to shower because hot water wasn't working. Also when we turned pn the tap in bathroom, water came out brown for a while but cleared up after running for a bit.
- 5/5
The room I had was very small but it did the job I needed for my trip to NYC. It had no dresser, no fridge.
- 5/5
Good stay
- 5/5
My experience was amazing Kelly at the front desk was extremely helpful and an all around great and pleasant also Raquel was attentive and looking out for the guests as well we would most definitely recommend this hotel a great stay
- 5/5
Very clean, well located hotel. Very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great location for theater!
- 5/5
Easy check-in, they accepted my Amazon packages, we were able to store our bags after checkout. Also, the elevator wait was not bad.
- 4/5
One of the cleanest hotels in midtown. Super friendly staff. Rooms are a bit small but well maintained. Convenient location with lots of options around for bars or food.
- 1/5
The elevators were out and I was told i had to walk up the stairs to the 9th floor for my room or wait over an hour for the elevators to be fixed. Zero offer of maybe moving me to a lower room, or any sort of helpful accomodations.
- 4/5
A good hotel for one night stay.
- 5/5
Great service!
- 3/5
Windows are really thin,so if your room is a street view...good luck No water pressure & sometime no hot water They are under renovations , so the elevators are slow BUT The area is nice They have free cold water The staff is amazing 100% chance i will book again
- 5/5
This hotel was convenient surrounding areas pleasant staff very clean and comfortable i will recommen to a friend. Thank you so much
- 5/5
Location was great for what we came to do. Parking was convenient
- 5/5
Room was clean, a good size and really quiet. Bathroom was a bit smaller but expect that in NYC. Was a bit worried about the hotel since the price was half of the others-considering it’s a block from 5th Avenue and Times Square. But was pleasantly surprised and will definitely stay here again! Also a plus-sparkling water, coffee and tea plus water stations on every floor with bottles.
- 4/5
Great place. Some renovations underway. Being well managed.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Bed was comfortable and so close to broadway !!! Staff were amazing !
- 5/5
The hotel is really clean and has a fresh feel to it because it’s in the process of renovation. Very comfortable beds and not too small. No problems with hot water in the shower and the drain works well. Really nice that they had 24 hour hot water, coffee, tea and water available.
- 5/5
Great Location! Great Service!
- 5/5
Good place to stay.
- 4/5
No restaurant on site, but there are olenty of options in the area. there was no safety box and mini fridge in the room, I never thought there could be a hotel room without these 2 essentials! Overall a good experience. Staff are very nice.
- 5/5
Joanne at the front desk was amazing! The staff were alk very friendly. Rooms were clean. You could control your room temperature. It was hit and the a/c worked wonderfully. The beds were comfotabke. It was located near Bryant Park, Times Square, Subway stations. Shops on 5th Avenue. Great Value. I will stay here again!

I had a great stay at Club Quarters Midtown! Hotel staff were so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was very clean, we enjoyed amenities such as water bottle refill stations and digital check in! Location is perfect for enjoying everything the city has to offer
- 5/5
Super friendly and helpful staff. Newly renovated room and very convenient location, close to most theaters.
- 5/5
Overall, great experience.
- 4/5
Easily walkable to many things. Hotel was clean but like most of Manhattan there was renovations being done so there were areas that werent as crisp but the room and the lobby were good. Really enjoyed the hydration stations that were available for guests. Self parking was reasonable,
- 4/5
Property was under construction when I was there and had 0 idea ahead of time. Wasn’t a huge deal but probs would’ve booked elsewhere if I knew. The rooms were clean and nice inside, just make sure you know how small your room is if you book one of the lower options.. they’re tiny. Luckily the staff was very friendly and I upgraded my room very easily. The staff made this place worth staying at!
- 1/5
The room smells like fresh paint. I asked the staff to switch me to a different room witch they couldn’t.
- 5/5
