Reviews
The hotel is praised for its convenient location near popular attractions, friendly and helpful staff, and clean rooms. However, guests frequently complain about the small room size, lack of closet space, and limited breakfast options. Some guests also report issues with noise and maintenance.

The hallway noise level throughout the night was quite disruptive. Conversations, doors opening and closing, and foot traffic could be heard clearly from the room, making it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep.

The room itself was fine - they offer free coffee in the morning. My stay came with a continental breakfast which was probably one of the better ones I’ve seen. I was on the 12th floor which was quiet and i stayed the night Knicks won. It was the people next door arguing at 6am that got me up. Great location, desk staff super nice.

Clean , very convenient to sites and restaurants and Time Square. Continental breakfast largely sweets and carbs. But loved free coffee and tea 24/7. Older place but good for price at location

1. location is simply amazing 2. rooms are nice 3. beds are comfortable, nothing to worry about in this regards 1. elevator traffic - the cleaning staff were using it in peak hours blocking the traffic with the trolleys, happened several times and it was frustrating, but it can be managed 2. scheduling the cleaning - you better go to reception and ask wether specific times can be done, otherwise it was chaotic, they were coming 5 minutes before the checkout time and night before they only came 17:28 (when it was not convenient for us as we were in the room) and when I asked the cleaning lady to come back in 30 minutes she refused, so it is importantly to bear in mind that if you don’t state in advance - they might as well plan absolutely inconvenient times without rescheduling.

The hotel's biggest advantage is its excellent location in Midtown Manhattan, within walking distance of Times Square, Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center and many other attractions. The room was clean, and the staff were helpful and responsive before my arrival. It was also very convenient that luggage could be stored at the hotel without any problems after check-out. Breakfast was acceptable, but the selection was quite limited and became repetitive after a few days. The breakfast area next to the reception was quite small, so it was best to arrive early in the morning to find a seat. Housekeeping was not always provided during the day, and on several occasions the cleaning staff arrived quite late in the evening, so only the towels were replaced. The hotel also charged a USD 50 security deposit. More than a week after check-out, the deposit is still being held on my card, even though the room was left in excellent condition.

After having a bad check-in experience, the manager reached out to me and apologized. He offered a refund on the first night, which shows that they care about their standards for customers. Also, They had a pretty good breakfast in the mornings. We had some issues with our room not being ready on time. And one of the elevators was broken which caused long waits.

Location was very convenient Elevator, Elevator, Elevator! We were in Elevator Hell for the majority of our stay. There are only 2 elevators at this hotel, and one of them was out of order for several days before and during our stay. It was nerve-wracking to have to wait for up to 20 minutes for an elevator! Then on one of the days, the 1 remaining elevator was taken out of commission for the cleaning staff use -- they used a key to lock it so that guests could not use it at all! I had to walk down 18 floors when I was dressed up to go to a college graduation. Every day, I would ask front desk person when the elevator would be back up again, and the result was always the same, "Well, the guy is supposed to come today, or tomorrow." in a very casual "oh, well" kind of way. Not impressed. Additionally, I had requested a refrigerator to be placed in my room upon arrival. It was not there so I had to call down -- not that big of a deal, but I also was paying $20 + tax for the use of it. I needed it to keep some medication cool. Twenty dollars isn't so much, but it is the principle -- rooms should have refrigerators. Also, the hotel seemed not to have bath mats at all -- I kept asking for one, but they kept saying they were out of them. If there is no bathmat, there is the concern that one might slip on the wet floor after the shower -- at minimum, the housekeeping staff should provide an extra towel and place it by the tub. This is especially important since the shower curtain didn't reach the end of the tub -- so it was impossible to take a shower without getting water all over the floor! It looks like whoever installed the shower curtain rod, place it too high such that the shower curtain did not reach the tub. The housekeeping was only every-other-day. I was not informed of this when I checked in. On day 2 when I called down to inquire, I was told that they only clean every-other.

This hotel is amazing -clean & affordable ; walking distance to multiple restaurants , St Patrick’s Cathedral , Bryant Park ; free breakfast with pastries/breads/coffee/tea; staff are courteous, professional & very patient despite the busyness of people checking in/out; best part is their free luggage storage downstairs when you check-out ( good the entire day !) so you can still explore NYC without having to bring your heavy luggages all over the city !

The room was fine and clean upon arrival. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was decent- and as expected. Only one elevator worked all weekend which made coming and going time consuming. They did not provide enough towels and did not clean the room. The ac did not work properly and it was a hot weekend so it was uncomfortable. I probably won’t stay there again.
- 5/5
The room is a bit old, with a loud air conditioner and the shower also made some noises when I first turn them on. But overall I think it’s a decent stay. Nice location. Breakfast included.

One of the two elevators of the hotel has been out of service for as long as a month is unacceptable for a 22 floor building. It takes longer than waiting for a subway train to get on an elevator.

The location was PERFECT, and even though it was not far from the Times Square, it was not noisy at all. The second elevator was broken so the wait time was quite long, especially in the mornings. Also would’ve liked to have at least a bit of vegetables for breakfast.

Not a great property. Spartan rooms, mediocre customer service.

Apparently the front desk told me that this is what they always do and over sell the rooms I was stranded for 3 hours in the middle of the night with nowhere to go.. Will never trust in future

Louis at the front desk was very nice. He asked me if the basement room was going to be okay and I said yes not knowing what I was up against. The room was clean and basic. The television didn't work and the hair dryer. If that was it then I'd be okay. BUT the room is next to the ice machine and the cold brew station. FOR two days whilst I was in the room, it was either ice crashing down from the machine, chatter around the cold brew station or the STAFF of six to eight housekeepers talking up a storm. The next am after checking in I reported the TV not working and gave the front desk agent (at 430AM) the hair dryer. And left for the day. Came back at 730PM and the TV was fixed, no hair dryer, but oddly the used wash cloth and bath mat were gone and not replaced. Nor was the bed made. I told Louis that night but no big deal. UNTIL the next day when the Operations manager who has worked there for three weeks said "JUST SO YOU KNOW" check out was at 11AM. And I said.......JUST SO YOU KNOW that $400 room and all that above nonsense might not warrant that kinda response. GOTCHA he said. Alrighty then so much for this story cause it meant nothing to him.

Location is great and room was comfortable. Poor communication from staff, only one working elevator that staff did not tell us about. Based off reviews this has not been working for many months, this lead to often waiting 15 minutes for the lift. Breakfast is held in the small lobby where people are trying to check out, first day they served mouldy food. We had dirty housekeeping laundry stored at the door to our room for multiple days. Asked on our arrival for early check in, did not hear back from staff during the day, checked in at usual time and then they tried to charge us for early check in. Would not stay here again.

Everything was close to hotel. Staff was very friendly. Elevator wasn’t working. Beds were small but overall great are as it’s close to everything.
- 4/5
Pros: Location Close to subways/LIRR Comfy beds/clean rooms (love that there was no carpet) Room was big for NYC standards Friendly staff Cons: The elevator. Only one was working - we took the stairs several times. There was no mini fridge in the room - not a big deal but would have been nice to have. The air conditioning unit wasn't cooling the room beyond 70 degrees (not sure if the temperature was regulated?) and was noisy. Overall I would recommend staying here - as long as both elevators were working!
- 3/5
However, the location was excellent and very convenient. We had easy access to everything, and honestly, it was probably the best location we could have chosen.

The hotel was in a brilliant location in Midtown in NYC. Close to near by Subway stations near Bryant Park, Grand Central Station and Time Square. Super close to 5th Ave and local amentaties. The staff were super friendly, helpful and chatty too, The hotel was very clean and smelt nice and was cleaned daily. Unfortuantely only one lift was working instead of two and this did create abit of a bottle neck in the morning and midday and you'd have to wait sometimes even 10 minutes just to get on the lift. There is a staircase that you can use to get on your floor. The room was abit small for a double bed room for three people, however since the hotel is located in midtown this was to be expected and can't really blame the hotel to much for it. The breakfast was okay, nothing incredible but it did the job to put some fuel in you for the morning to go explore NYC. The unlimited coffee, tea and hot chocolate ammentie was very much appreciated.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Best part of our stay. Everything was very clean and the room was small but just perfect for my daughters and I. The issue was that only one elevator worked on our 4 day stay. Having to wait and cram up with many people to avoid having to wait for another was annoying but we got used to it. The breakfast was not great, we ended up avoiding it every morning. Frozen waffles, yogurt, bread, coffee and a type of juice. Overall Great location, walked everywhere and close to subway lines. Air conditioning inside room was amazing and all the shops nearby made it a great stay. I would definitely stay here again if both elevators work next time. Again, staff was amazing and kind. Loved that!

The location is phenomenal. It is right on the fifth Avenue, and you have any major connection point at max 20 mins by foot. We had breakfast included, and to be honest it was more than enough, there was also coffee and milk 24/7 as well as the reception. The hotel was easy to find and on both sides there is a pub and stores. In front of it there is a bif Starbucks. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for a 5 days vacation. The elevator was obnoxious. There are only 2, but they are clearly not enough for all the people that can stay at the hotel. Plus one of them was completely out of service, and the only one which was working took forever to go up and down as it would stop at every single floor. Overall, the spaces are very limited. The breakfast is served in the lobby, but again because there are so many people staying at the hotel it was difficult to find a spot where to sit. Everything was manageable though.

Small rooms as expected in NYC. Breakfast was an experience the very limited, lets say everything to do with breakfast was limited. Boiled eggs came out of a vacuum seal bag that came out of a box. Not enough seating many peaple standing and eating breakfast. No hot food, people where buying from the local shops and adding to the breakfast as it was so disappointing. After breakfast long waits for the one elevator as the cleaning staff took control of it, this was pretty frustrating. People ended up climbing the stairs, not ideal. The staff where not helpful regarding the cleaning staff taking control the elevator at such a crucial time, or the only toaster that did not work. Would i book with this company again, we what do you think.

Location is awesome. Very central. We arrived at 23:30 and that night there was no hot water at all. We had to have a cold shower after a long flight. Nice beginning of the holiday. Breakfast was better than expected in terms of variety of foods. However, the lobby area is too small to accomodate so many people. So you must wait for a table for 10-15 minutes and all members of the family end up having breakfast in different tables. Not appropriate. There are two elevators but one of them never works. They keep saying the engineer will come, but he was never seen. Us, being on the 22nd floor, you can imagine. Wait time for the elevator was also 10-15 min. Too expensive for what it has to offer I think.

Location This place is a hostel pretending to be a hotel. I repeatedly requested a crib prior to arrival (via phone and email), but it wasn't there. The unhelpful reception staff ignored my requests, and I had to demand it on our second night just to finally get one. The rooms are incredibly small, lacked basic amenities like soap (which they refused to restock), and were not cleaned multiple times during our stay. One of the elevators was broken, resulting in 10+ minute waits just to get to our room, and the staff explicitly refused to let us use the stairs instead. Breakfast was a joke. It is served in the cramped reception area, meaning we literally had to stand up to eat. The food quality was the worst I've ever experienced, with bare-minimum options. One day, we arrived at 9:15 AM for a breakfast that supposedly ends at 9:30 AM, and the staff had already packed everything away. A truly awful experience from start to finish.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had staying at a hotel. They only had one elevator working and we got stuck in the only workin elevator for 1hr and the fire department had to rescue us. Then on top of that we had to take our luggage to the 18th floor!! I would not recommend staying here!
- 1/5
When I arrived after check-in time, my room wasn't ready so I took a different room. There was no microwave or refrigerator. The room did not look at all like the pictures advertised; it was tiny with barely any space to put my belongings. The security latch on the door was coming out of the door so anyone could've pushed the door open. The soap in the bathroom said "dish soap." Paint was peeling on door frames. The toilet paper wouldn't stay on the holder so it had to sit on the tiny sink counter. We had a wonderful view of a garbage dump alley.
- 5/5
Love how close it was to Times Square. Very nice and clean. The room was a little small for a family of 4.
- 4/5
Everything was great except for only one elevator being used and the bathroom shower not cleaned enough. There was black mold in between the tiles which shows the shower is only being rinsed and not scrubbed.

Lobby is small but comfortable with a basic continental breakfast. It gets pretty full during peak times . Nice well stocked coffee and tea bar . 22 floors with 2 elevators but 1 was broken the entire week I was there. If you are on the upper floors not feasible to do the stairs with luggage. Nice beds and linens . Pretty clean floors and bathroom. Hallways could use more attention . Not much room in the room for luggage and no closet .

It seems that they either overbooked the hotel or something as I could not check-in until an hour after the check-in time. There were no available rooms apparently and the elevator broke as well. I was given the wrong room key also.

The room was not super clean nor were the hallways. And the elevator took forever and only one was working.

No frills hotel. Room wasnt ready at check in which was dissapointing. Staff was however apologetic and it was ready about 45 m later. One of two elevators was down which caused delays. Room was nice and comfortable.

I loved the location! It's New York, so basically almost anywhere would be accessible, but the hotel was situated in a quiet enough street that wasn't too far from the fun of the city. Staff were also very attentive and nice! The place was clean and maintained well by the excellent housekeeping staff. Important to note that the rooms don't come with bathrobes and room slippers - you'd have to request for them separately (I definitely asked for the slippers; not sure about the bathrobes though). I also appreciated the 24/7 free coffee and tea station - this definitely helped for me, otherwise would've given a lower rating. We booked the hotel at a time while they were undergoing renovations - I wish this was mentioned in the app. Although it wasn't too big of an issue, there was the added foot traffic of delivery people (esp during the day) that made the small lobby feel quite stuffy. I would say the free breakfast option was not worth it as well. I booked two rooms (one 2-bed, one king) with free breakfast thinking they would be hot meals - but nope, early in the morning they would drop a paper bag on your doorstep filled with a cereal/fruit cup, a small box of juice or milk and whatever else they had. It was basically a breakfast bag for an elementary kid. Fortunately there was a breakfast cafe a few doors over. I've stayed in other hotels in Manhattan with the same price point that had better breakfast services. The rooms are small, even the one with the king bed; but I guess it depends if that detail matters to you. It would suffice if you only had carry-on luggage with you, but I think it'd be a different story if you had large checked-in luggages.

Good place to stay for a couple of days, the only thing I recommend is to go somewhere else for breakfast!
- 5/5
Great location, staff was great
- 4/5
AC was not working
- 2.5/5
I had kids in the room , and that was not fix properly , an electrical tape does not get the job done .
- 4/5
Long elevator wait times in the morning. They should have a separate service elevator for the cleaning crews and their large equipment so that the elevators are more readily available for guests.
- 5/5
Decent
- 5/5
Room is small and breakfast is just snacks like bars and apple left every-morning on the door knob. I would recommend this place for people visiting the city purely based on location and price.
- 5/5
Great staff!! Very helpful with restaurant recommendations and site seeing . Location was great! Everything in walking distance

Pictures are deceitful! Does not have continental breakfast, it is a lie! Everything is tiny in this hotel! And also expedia did not help at all!!

One of the worst hotels i have ever been, the photos are deceitful, it does not have continental breakfast included, this is a lie, the hotel is a tiny, rooms are tiny, bathroom is tiny, the sink is tiny, the bathtub is tiny, towels are tiny! The attention was not good either and a million things… i woul NOT recommend this hotel
- 4/5
Location is the Best !!! Staff was Great. Rooms and cleanliness were average. Looks like they were doing alot of upgrades around hotel.
- 2/5
The area nearby is good but had a lot of noise and after we had problems with the toilet we waited for so long to be fixed
- 3/5
Friendly staff just the rooms are too small. Parking is a problem. But great location
- 4/5
Good no frills option in Midtown Manhattan
- 3/5
Location was great !! Bed was comfortable and blackout blinds a plus. However, shower head in bathroom was broken, and breakfast was never delivered (submitted online).
- 2/5
The breakfast was for kids not adults
- 4/5
Outdated T.V setting
- 5/5
Room was clean, location was perfect.
- 5/5
Great location. Friendly staff. Bag breakfast delivered to our door each day. Room was very tiny (even for New York) and difficult to navigate for 3 people. Suitcase had to go on the floor.
- 3/5
The hotel is situated in a great location walking distance to many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. We were there for two nights and other than changing the towels, the room was not cleaned. Also, the hotel claims to offer a continental breakfast which is basically a coffee and a packaged croissant.
- 5/5
Perfect for NYC. Very close to midtown, theaters, and great resterant.

Excelente ubicación

Can't believe they do the beds every other day with out notice, no ice machine in the hotel i asked to the staff some of them didn't not if was available or broken ...
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Super comfy and quiet. Staff terrific and friendly. There is also a water bottle filling station in th basement - a Culligan filtered system. Sounds dumb but that is the stuff that’s important to us. Lovely bagged continental breakfast quietly delivered to your door each morning. And super close to all the venues you came to see in NYC.
- 5/5
good hotel for two, nothing too extreme good location
- 3/5
It was close to everything. No gym facilities as advertised.
- 2/5
The staff was not accommodating or friendly. The free breakfast is bagged lunches left at your door. Boxed milk, cereal, muffins etc. The room was clean and comfortable but very very small. The location is good for nearby restaurants and coffee. I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Ideal location will be back again!
- 2/5
ice machine down
- 3/5
Room was clean. WiFi stopped working randomly. They ran out of bath cloths. Sound stopped working multiple times on the TV. A/C unit was filled with dust. Great location!
- 5/5
The front desk staff was very friendly. The beds were comfy and the room/bathroom were fresh and clean. We felt very safe at this location. It was a great value for the price. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Ok
- 2/5
The internet was out when I checked in so the check in process was a mess, they don’t clean the room or change towels and make the bed everyday, the room is not bad but the rest of the property not the best

The place is spotless, the location is incredible, and you have walking access to everything? it's super convenient. The price is unbeatable for a short stay, and the service is excellent.
- 5/5
Good customer service and hotel is near Times Square
- 2/5
Great location. No amenities to speak of. Had to call maintenance about phone not working. Window shade broken so couldn’t lower it. Had to ask to have room cleaned-then only given one washcloth for 2 people. NO ice anywhere in the hotel. Free “breakfast” was cold cereal and an apple. We will choose another hotel for our next trip. There are lots of better choices.
- 3/5
Amenities, breakfast was listed and it was terrible, like a school cafeteria

Clean room, courteous staff, and a convenient location with shops nearby. Suitable for business or short stays

This was a horrible stay and even worse experience. I reserved 2 rooms when I got in I got both keys went to one room and it seemed like the door was stuck as I opened the door so I put my hand in to see what was going on and it was grabbed by someone already sleeping in the room had to go back down to the front desk and it took them about 30 min to find us another room since they were all booked up they found one we wen to both rooms to check out since I asked for a good view and one room was in the basement and the other was upper level but no view. Yes, I did complain but again staff can only do what they could and it wasn’t anything. I also had to park in another garage not the hotel one because they were closed even though I called a few times and informed them I would be arriving late. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel even for dog boarding

do not recommend. we were placed on the first floor in a room very small and uncomfortable- to get in the room you have to step into the bathroom for the door to fully open. no higher rooms available supposedly. you could hear everyone in the hallway from the room, since the door is right next to the elevators of the building. then the TV wasn’t working - when we informed the front desk, they didn’t offer any help, and only told me that there would be an engineer in the morning- we leave at 11AM, what is the point in that? We did not pay a cheap price for this stay, so you would expect for more help and attention from the hotel staff. Do not recommend- there are better hotels in this same area. Look elsewhere.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I was on the fence after reading some bad reviews but I can safely say this hotel was great. Rooms might be tight for some people’s likings but it had all the amenities I needed. The bathroom had a nice clean shower, a sink with bottom storage, there was a body length mirror , a hanger for coats or dresses, a desk, a tv, and good ac/heater. The continental breakfast was decent. They have you fill out a form at the beginning of your stay asking if you would like a breakfast bag dropped off. The items change throughout the week. One day we got granola bars, a fruit cup, juice , and a croissant. Another day we got cereal, milk, juice, and a banana. Another day we got apples, muffins, string cheese, and juice. And if we had stayed longer we would’ve had the options for yogurt, and other pastries. They also give complementary coffee and hot tea every day in the lobby. This hotel is close to so much ! On our first day alone we got to see Rockefeller, radio city music hall, Times Square, and more without taking a single subway! I will be staying here on my next trip to New York !

The room was quiet and clean. The shower had pressure and was really hot. Cons I was given the wrong room at check in and had to switch rooms later. The provided “breakfast” is essentially a croissant, cheese string and a banana. No thanks. The AC didn’t work properly - leaving the room hot even though the heater was turned off. The staff “cleaned” my room but they didn’t make my bed.

We had booked two rooms. Stay was good for a quick trip, but did have to wait an hour for clean towels to be delivered as well as one of the keys not working upon first arrival (and it took about an hour to get assistance). One of the rooms was not fully ready - no towels/toiletries, but staff was super friendly!

hotel was located in a great area just outside of the bustling times square. we did not request for a city view and our window faced towards another building that got barely any sunlight, highly recommended to book city view. staff was friendly and hotel lobby was nice and bright. we were there for two nights and had just what we needed to shower and sleep comfortably. most likely will rebook again.

Location!
- 5/5
Best stay in NYC. The rooms are clean and the beds are soooo comfortable. Excellent customer service. We are definitely coming back again.
- 3/5
I asked if our room was premium, and they acted like that didn’t even exist and they had no idea what it meant to the extra money spent was not worth it. It was also fairly dirty, with trash bags in the hall and visible debris in and out of the rooms. One elevator sounded terrible and got a sign saying no more than four people per ride which wasn’t always honored and caused us to sometimes wait ten minutes or more. The cloth chair didn’t look like it had ever been cleaned and the room was smaller than shown on the app. I’ve stayed at worse but many better hotels exist in Times Square for a similar value.
- 4/5
Staff were nice. Leak in the bathroom that was fixed as we left, not addressed the day we reported. It was minor but still annoying when we showered as it dripped onto the sink. The air vents need a good cleaning. Bed was comfy. Would use again.
- 5/5
Good stay for the time we were here, nice staff
- 4/5
It was quite good, nothing huge but the heat was way off like you had to put it down to 60 for it to feel like 70, the ice machine was broken. there was only one. and it'd be nice if they upgraded to a sink where you could actually put a few things down but the staff was friendly and welcoming and the location is great.
- 1/5
Hotel room was short of towel and wash cloths. Door locking mechanism was faulty.

10/10 stay.
- 2/5
We got there on the first day of using the restroom it got clogged up the shower head was broken toilet seat broken sink didn’t throw hot water had to use the lobby restroom because scared of it not flushing or staying clogged it was a ok stay just minor issues that needed to be fix
- 1/5
I would never stay here again. I couldn’t sleep due to the thin walls and noises all through the night. The water pressure was awful and difficult to even take a shower. The room was dirty and the floors probably haven’t been mopped in years. Only one elevator was working at times making the wait ridiculous to get to your room. For the price they charge, go somewhere else for a more pleasant experience.
- 3/5
The room was clean, the location was great, and the staff tried to be helpful. However, the grab-and- go breakfast was never available and we didn’t get fresh towels until the night before we left (and we only had enough towels for 2 people in our party of 3). We also were approved for an early check-in but the room was not ready until the normal check-in time. The experience was fine but we wouldn’t stay there again.
- 3/5
Staff was courteous and attentive. Room was clean, but dated. In the hotels defense it appears there were some renovations occurring on the floor, but it also sounded like some of those renovations where occurring in the middle of the night. The floor was very loud considering there were only 4 rooms on the floor. The hotel wanted to charge for a mini-fridge, I can get one of those for free at Motel 6. I paid for one anyway, but it wasn't delivered. Staff did remove it from my bill. There was no option to refuse daily service for the room. Didn't get the appropriate assortment of bath towels when the room was services. Had to run those down the following morning. One of the elevators was out, causing a horrible congestion during peak hours. After the first day I resorted to taking the stairs for the duration of my stay. That's all the bad. Overall, it wasn't a horrible stay. It's very basic arrangements. I would give them a second chance on a subsequent visit.
- 5/5
The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very knowledgeable and inviting.
- 1/5
Horrible customer service from the front desk staff and extremely poor hotel amenities. One of the elevators was out of service, and we had to wait up to 25 minutes each time just to go up or down. On our last day, we were forced to walk down 10 floors using the stairs due to the long wait. The staff was absolutely rude, unhelpful, and showed no concern or willingness to assist guests. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Our whole holiday trip was ruined.
- 3/5
Only one elevator working, during my stay.
- 1/5
"I chose your hotel because of its great reviews on Travelocity. Indeed, the room was very clean and quiet, and your staff members were amazing. That being said, the facilities were terrible. "First, the room heater didn't work. Your staff promptly brought a space heater to the room, but because it would've been a fire safety hazard to leave it on when we were out, we came back to a cold room and had to wait for it to heat up every time we arrived. I was also not happy about leaving it on all night also because of fire safety, but there was little I could do given that the wall unit was not repaired during our stay. "Second, the elevators both shut down within the first 24 hours of our stay. I had to walk up to the 17th floor. Ridiculous. One was never repaired during our stay, and because there was only one elevator to be shared by staff and other guests, one of my wait times to take the elevator to the 1st floor was nearly 10 minutes. "Finally, you were clearly short-staffed. It took 30 minutes to check in, and another 20 minutes to check our bags for holding on our last day." A posttrip search found this on The National Fire Protection Association's website: "Remember to turn portable heaters off when leaving a room or going to bed."
- 4/5
Clean room and great location for all the main things I wanted to do.
- 3/5
The lack of functioning elevators is a total drag. I feel terrible for the workers and for guests. I also felt the morning breakfast was basic. I would prefer a menu to decide which days I truly want to eat or not. Ended up donating foot to homeless people I saw. The housekeepers work hard to keep rooms clean.
- 4/5
Location was good but they only have one elevator so we had to take the stairs. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor. Rooms super small and slightly run down.
- 1/5
Not as advertised. Especially the amenities and breakfast. Beware
- 5/5
Great location and price located between Times Square and Roc Center. Very simple, but updated rooms and light complimentary breakfast. Perfect place to simply drop bags, sleep and shower and so convenient to everywhere in Midtown. Easy check-in and they can store bags for free if you arrive early or sightsee after checkout.
- 1/5
I had pre checked in through the link the hotel sent and said I’d be here to check in at 3:30pm. I checked in at 3:45pm and they mentioned the room was clean but needed to be inspected and to wait. An hour later I finally got the room. It was very disorganized and made us waste time, they should have just being honest so I could go out and about until they were ready.
- 1/5
had terrible elevator, everytime we waited 15 min.
- 3/5
Yes
- 2/5
Room wasn’t cleaned or bed made throughout the stay though fresh towels did arrive daily. Walls are paper thin and you’re able to hear every word spoken in both neighbouring rooms and the hallway whilst people wait for the elevator. One of the two elevators was out of use for 3 of the days I stayed leading to waits of up to 15 minutes
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Love staying here!
- 1/5
Room was disgusting dirty no water pressure room smelled like smoke mosquitoes, etc. inside. Horrible don’t come
- 1/5
Firstly the only one elevator was working in a lengthy wait to get to our rooms, we waited approximately 45 mins. Then the room I was given was only prepared for two guests when I paid for 3. It had only two towels and slippers. Then the window shades were dusty.
- 5/5
Perfect stay, in a beautiful New York, close to everything
- 5/5
Location was perfect for walking to anything midtown!
- 3/5
Staff are seriously lacking in customer service and general pleasantness. Hotel lobby, elevators and hallways were always dirty. Elevators had liquids on the floor multiple times.
- 5/5
Very good
- 3/5
It was fine
- 5/5
The room was actually cleaner than any hotel i’ve ever stayed at. I also liked the fact that although we were there early, we still were able to get into our room earlier than we thought. The rooms are tiny but honestly everything else makes up for that.
- 4/5
Room was very clean. Bed comfortable. It’s very basic and for just sleeping it’s great. Windows could be better. Could hear the street like they were open when the were closed.
- 5/5
Great stay! Clean room, nice staff, location was great! Everything we wanted to do in short period of time was close. Perfect weekend!
- 5/5
Location, location, location
- 5/5
Room was small, but very clean. Plenty of hot water in the walk in shower. Sack breakfast was enough to start our day! Location can't be beat for sightseeing! Lots of restaurants within a short walk.
- 3/5
We arrived to the city early and were able to drop our bags off until later in the day when are room was ready. To start there was a 40-minute delay from the posted check in time for no seeming reason.Upon entering our room we discovered the room didn't have a TV remote. Then we tried calling the from desk from the phone that we would find out didn't work either. After having to go to the front desk and explain all this sometime later a maintenance man came to fix these issues. Then the next day we wanted to ice down some drinks we had and checked with the front desk where the ice machine was only for the to tell us it was out of service. I would say the positive of this property is location for the price its walkable to the popular site of NYC. They definitely have some things they can work on but if you a budget traveler it will get the job done.

Clean room, good location
- 5/5
We loved the convenience of the location it’s close to everything and it was a smooth check in. We were able to do an early check in for a reasonable fee. We did have issues with our door and the key cards. It wasn’t until the third change of cards that we figured out it was the door handle that needed to be opened upwards vs downwards. The breakfast was interesting they said it would be continental, however we received 3 “snacks” and a juice or milk. I wish it would’ve been more specific because i did pick this hotel due to breakfast included option.

We were not told that the room we booked was located on the basement of the hotel. We were put on lower level with one on the upper portion of the room which is probably the street. It's not on eye-level so I do not even want to know what is there. Had we known that we will be in a basement, we would have not made the booking. Another issue is our room is directly next to the storage of the hotel and every time a staff goes in, the door is banged or closes with a very loud noise. In a matter of one hour, there were about 7 people who come & go and the door closes with a loud bang. How can we actually relaxed with so much loud noise!!!! It is very disappointing and for the amount we paid , not worth it. After we checked in and realized the room we were given, I asked the front desk named Mark and he told us that the property is fully booked and that is the only room available. We are so, so frustrated & very disappointed. Can we get some sort of compensation for this inconvenience?

Still waiting on my receipt asked 5 times

The man opened the door and told us to wait outside, he was not wearing a uniform or any kind of identification as an employee. We didn’t really know what to do. We went downstairs and all front desk did was give us a new room key FOR THE SAME ROOM!!!! I expressed my concern regarding someone having access to our room while we left our stuff there, again no apologies all I was told by the front desk man as I understand your concern, but did not offered a new room or any other alternative. The room and hotel did now look not felt like the high end pictures they promote online! Be warned! No only this place is over priced it is NOT worth the money. The to go Breakfast is a JOKE!! A kid size juice box, a cheese stick and a small muffin. I travel to NYC several times per year and have never been more missed lead by a hotel than this time! I was in NYC in July, paid way less for way more luxury and comfort! Oh and no scary experience of having someone in the room as you open the door!
- 5/5
Big bed… clean.
- 5/5
I stayed here recently with my sister on our first trip to New York, it is in a great location close to everything and felt very safe and welcoming
- 3/5
Staff was fantastic. Rooms are small, it makes stay uncomfortable due to lack of space.
- 4/5
The room was clean the people that worked there were awesome the only thing was the elevator and the no ice machine I got stuck in the elevator so that was a little scary but also a good story to tell the no ice machine sucks it was a pain to come back to a hotel with big cups of ice that I am sure I paid too much money for
- 5/5
Amazing service!
- 3/5
There is no continental brea is what we
- 4/5
This was my first staying at this hotel and honestly it was great. The location was in the middle of everything which was nice. A 6 min walk to Times Square and Starbucks right across the street.
- 1/5
The hotel in front
- 5/5
Very good
- 3/5
average small rooms
- 5/5
Check in went smoothly, our room was clean, very comfortable bed, blackout curtains were fantastic, and the grab-and-go breakfast was nice to have!
- 3/5
Room looked like it was under construction but otherwise, nice room.
- 4/5
Good place, amazing location and very nice/helpful staff. Recommended
- 3/5
Staff was great but my room on the 1st floor was terrible. Too close to the lobby and elevators . So noisy
- 4/5
Ac was dusty & noisy. Elevators are so busy because of housekeeping team especially in the mornings. Rest are so wonderful.
- 5/5
Clean room great staff
- 4/5
Price was great, area is perfect. Just slept in the room and explored during the day. Rooms were on the smaller side and it felt like our room floor was used to store two of the supplies carts which made it very tight to get to the room.
- 4/5
This is a fine mid range, midtown hotel. The beds are very comfortable and come with great pillows. The rooms were clean. One big issue is that we had to be moved because our first room was in the back and the building behind us was producing terrible fumes from their heating system. We opened our window for a couple minutes and had to then air the room out. All night, the odor stayed with us. It was terrible. They got us into a new room the next day.
- 5/5
I like the breakfast delivered to the room. Nice touch!
- 5/5
Tiny rooms but comfortable. Premium location. Friendly staff
- 5/5
Upon opening the door to the room, I was just hit immediately with a clean smell. The room was spacious and clean, the area was so good being in walking distance from everywhere we had planned. Staff was always friendly and greeted you with a smile
- 5/5
The room was spotless, cozy, and clean, perfect for a temporary stay!
- 5/5
Great location.
- 2/5
Terrible room, no room service, ice machine broken… very poor experience
- 1/5
The room smelt bad, the elevators took so long, the works are very condescending and don’t help with anything. The air conditioning smelt like fire, the bathroom was covered in hair when we arrived and it felt like there wasn’t good air circulation the rooms got stuffy quick even with the window cracked.
- 4/5
It was a nice hotel. Staff was nice. The only problem I had with the hotel is the room that I purchased. They ran out of and they gave me a room that just looked into a alleyway after I paid for a view on the side of that everything else was good
- 2/5
Smell bad
- 4/5
Staff was nice. The rooms were a bit dirty and out dated but location was 10/10.
- 2/5
The electronic lock to the door was broken and they didn’t have an engineer to fix it. There was an unpleasant chemical smell in the hallways and the room. Workers were fully renovating two other rooms on our floor and it was very loud with drilling and hammering. Overall not a pleasant experience.
- 5/5
Clean, well maintained, convenient
- 3/5
Elevator was not working the first day
- 2/5
Average customer service
- 4/5
Clean room and very convenient location for our visit
- 5/5
close to everything-accomodating with any request
- 1/5
We were given the last room they had. No TV, no locks on the door, no a.c., Rummig toilet. And all they wanted to doscpunt was $29.00. A joke. No one should stay here.
- 5/5
This was a really great experience the staff was very helpful and kind. the elevator does take a while but thats not anything they can fix, my suggestion take the stairs lol. Room was clean and bigger than i expected. I really enjoyed the time that i spent there
- 1/5
Had a terrible experience. Broken down elevator
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff.
- 1/5
Check in took forever. First no one was even present at the counter and lined built up. Finally someone showed up and while checking someone he was texting. Next the room the paper cups had stains in it. All the ice machines are broken and elevators were occupied by staff. So people had to use the stairs. Definitely not worth the money.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Great location and great service
- 4/5
A well kept, nice little hotel very convenient to Radio City/Rockefeller and Times Square areas in midtown. Staff was very friendly and courteous. We had a great stay.
- 3/5
Just ok
- 5/5
Quiet hotel, clean and comfortable stay. The front desk service was amazing.
- 5/5
Clean, convenient, and nice hotel well situated. The personnel is friendly and helpful. One little thing to mention is that a small fridge is only available with a fee upon demand. When we asked for one, none were available.
- 5/5
Location is perfect!
- 5/5
No complaints. Average small room like any other NYC hotel. Great location - especially for Christmas time! Comfortable bed!
- 4/5
The property
- 3/5
The location is good for tourists. Many shops and restaurants nearby. It's in Manhattan, so it's a small property. The reception desk was the smallest I've ever seen. The hallway was the narrowest I've ever seen. However, the room was more spacious than i expected. The bathroom was a good size. The room was average overall. The bathroom sink was the smallest I've ever seen in the US hotels. I had the light over the sink flickering every 30 seconds. Also, there was no way to turn off the light over the top of the fixture that combined the tv, the desk, and closet. I was to bright. The phone wasn't working to call for service. There's no view. Again, it's Manhattan. There are buildings on both sides, and across the street are more buildings. My room was on the 3rd floor. Streets were noisy. Manhattan's morning is early. Staffs are ok. They're not from high-end hotels. Breakfast was included. It's a grab and go style. You can place an order the night before. The bag can be delivered to your room. There's a lounge with a nice large table for guests to sit together. There's free drink service there. Overall, it's average. I would've given 2 stars because of the malfunctioning lights and phone and the noise, but the breakfast earned 1 star.
- 5/5
Very convenient location
- 2/5
And the $80-plus charge for taxes when checking out was it for me.
- 1/5
Trash and linen everywhere. Couldn’t get a refund. Pretty horrendous hotel
- 2/5
breakfast was left in the front door, appreciate the feature but cheese and Yougurts were warm. No ice machines, the shower wouldn't turn off, service person left room smelling like cigarette smoke. was charged a residence fee when I was checking out.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Everything was average or below average. The staff at front desk was nice enough. Card did not work on check in, hotel did not feel secure (front door was propped open), location is fine but there are better, and cleanliness could have been much better. They also offered a free breakfast – I opted not to have it, but it was still delivered to my door and included items that should have been refrigerated (yogurt) that were lukewarm. Unfortunately I tossed it, which felt very wasteful and why I originally declined it.
- 4/5
Ice machines didn’t work throughout the entire hotel. Old building but clean. Beds were comfy! Wait times for 2 elevators was frustrating at times. Great location.
- 4/5
Staff was great from front desk to maintenance.
- 2/5
Extremely low value for the money. Tiny rooms, crowded reception. Elevators slow and occupied by service staff. Breakfast is a joke. Better not to include than having such a poor breakfast.
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful.
- 1/5
We were placed in the underground level room which is fine, whatever. But it turned out that level is used by staff a lot and it has staff break room and freezer. So we could not sleep there was always someone walking outside of our room, always talking and always doing some kind of maintenance which involved hammering, drilling and vacuuming. On top of all of that the room was really dirty. Our sheets were dirty, the floor was dirty and had black dirt patches in between the tiles. The toilet bowl was dirty. Overall awful experience. Would not recommend and would not stay there again.
- 5/5
Lovely hotel with great service!
- 4/5
The hotel was beautiful when i walked in, quiet, staff friendly and quick. The room was good for a family of four. Overall it was a lovely stay, I would recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Clean room. Nice staff.
- 5/5
Nice job
- 4/5
The location is excellent, everything is close by and walkable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was delivered right to the door, which was very convenient. I gave 4 stars because I’ve stayed in better places before, but overall it was a good experience.
- 5/5
It was close to grand central
- 1/5
Very small bathroom Bad staff very poor communication Bad customer service The only pros it’s near to time square
- 5/5
If you are looking for a hotel with an unbeatable location in NYC and at a reasonable price, look no further. Citadines Connect 5th Avenue puts you steps away from Time Square and so many of the city’s most iconic landmarks - very convenient location for anyone wanting to experience the energy and magic of NYC up close. Another reason i absolutely love this hotel is its proximity to my workplace - just a 5 mnts commute, which made my mornings wonderfully stress and traffic free. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible staff. From the moment i walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles, empathy and a clear desire to make my stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. A special shout-out to Rafael, the front desk manager, who went above and beyond to help fix a mistake i nade in the reservation. Thanks to his care and resourcefulness, he was able to accommodate my family for the weekend- something I’ll always be grateful for. To top it off, post stay i accidentally sent a lunch order to the hotel via Uber Eats. Most places would have simply discarded it, but instead the hotel contacted me and arranged to have it sent to my work location. That level of service and caring is truly rare and speaks volumes about their commitment to their guests. I will absolutely return and recommend Citadines Connect to anyone heading to the city!
- 3/5
The location of the hotel is excellent and staff were friendly but that’s where the positives end. Our room was on the fifth floor which also appeared to be the parking area for the house keeper trolleys. As well as the noisy coming and goings of said trolleys, it was also hard to navigate and bags around them. Our room didn’t have a coffee machine which was stated on the website and there was a lot of dust under and around the beds. The bathroom was nice however the shower head leaked and sprayed water in the wrong direction. Breakfast was delivered in a bag, but no drinks arrived as part of this request. All in all pretty disappointing
- 4/5
The design of the property is very nice, comfy beds
- 5/5
N/A
- 5/5
Great location to shop, parks, subway
- 4/5
Hotel itself was good, coffee is available in the reception area which is a nice touch. Room was a decent size for New York. We like a good shower and found this one poor pressure. Though loved the shampoo and conditioner provided. The tv volume was barely there even on full, though we went there to watch tv so didn’t bother raising this issue. Just bear in mind, hotel takes 200 dollar security deposit at check in so account for that with your finances.
- 5/5
family friendly
- 4/5
This has to be one of the hotels I have ever been to.
- 4/5
Think for that Nice place near to time square
- 4/5
The room itself was clean. The lobby was clean. The staff were very helpful. However, the hallway is after you leave the elevator the floor is carpeted and very dirty. The walls were very dirty as well and really created a bed first impression when you walked out of the elevator.
- 5/5
There's an amazing pub next door to the hotel called Maria's it's an Irish pub with amazing food. The a/c in the hotel roooms is amazing and they're very accommodating with upgrading my room when they ran out of the one I booked prior.
- 2/5
Convenient location, but gotta step up your game to compete with other hotels in the area.
- 1/5
Terrible service. Do not recommend
- 2/5
Also they did not mention on their website and the website we booked on that there is a $ 200 deposit we have to give before checking. So in total the room was $700 with the $200 deposit. After they gave the deposit back they mentioned at the very last minute that there is a residence fee of $85. It is absolutely ridiculous. They just try to rip you off from your money. We asked the same rude guy regarding the deposit and he said that every hotel requires a deposit. And I said that we have been to many hotels in the UK and Ireland but there is no such thing as a deposit over there but he rudely refused with such an arrogant tone.

X
- 3/5
No smoke detector in the room. They installed one after we complained. Also the bathroom was not very clean.
- 3/5
Good location, but the rooms was too small and dirty bathrooms
- 5/5
location, cleanniness
- 2/5
At check-out, they forgot to return the deposit for two rooms. Three weeks later, we still haven’t received anything. This policy of holding fees for such a long period is unacceptable, especially since we have received no updates.
- 5/5
It was super close to everything
- 3/5
Let me start with the positive feedback, the hotel is clean, new, in the middle of everything and a lot of dining options around it. The negative feedback is that the room and washroom is very very very small even for 2 persons. There were more options with specious rooms within the same price range.
- 4/5
Great experience
- 5/5
LOCATION GREAT
- 2/5
Front desk was rude and unwelcoming :(
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
Good hotel. Clean rooms. Good location- walking distance to lots of major attractions. Staff was helpful with storing our luggage. Parked my vehicle in their partnered parking garage about 5 min away and had no issues during our 3 night stay. Would stay here again.
- 4/5
The property was fair for the price. The staff was amazing except for the manager name Rafael, who was absolutely rude and have zero customer service skills. Thank God it was just the last day when I met him.
- 3/5
Location was fab and room was basic but expected however not sure how a continental breakfast can be sold as a packet lemon cake and a can of orange. Would be better to have a choice. However great food stalls down the road for $2 a croissant
- 1/5
Broken ac, very very small, hallways were hot and stinky
- 5/5
The property was conveniently located near Grand Central… a lot of dining options nearby… room was clean and quiet, amenities really nice, with toiletries too… breakfast in the bag was a pleasant surprise… Thank you, Citadines Connect…
- 5/5
Good location
- 5/5
The breakfast offered was just muffins, cheese and breads. No real breakfast food No fruit. The staff was great though. Place is located in a great spot. Bed a little hard but blankets helps with that
- 5/5
I’d come back. Location is excellent. Just need a bit more cleaning on the floor in the room. Otherwise all is great
- 2/5
After climbing the stairs to our room, I called and asked for ice to cool a drink and was told to use the machine on the 10th floor. It was broken, and I was directed to the one on the 5th floor, again requiring stairs. The manager was unavailable in the evening, and we were told to wait until morning. When we finally spoke with him, he said the issue was with the building, not the hotel. He offered a bottle of water and a snack as compensation, claiming the elevator had just been fixed. Two minutes later, the elevator alarm sounded, and another guest got stuck. It was back out of service. Frustrated and feeling dismissed, we left the hotel.
- 5/5
As close to Central Park
- 3/5
Water for tea and coffee in foyer was often empty.
- 4/5
I like the two new pairs of bedroom slippers that was in the room for the guests, that was unique. And also that they can bought the breakfast to your room.
- 1/5
We were supposed to check in at 3pm, our room wasn’t ready until 5 and even though we requested a room with street view we were stuck in room 1003, which has a view of another building 5 feet away filled with trash. I would absolutely never recommend this hotel to anyone! Young kids running the desk, absolutely clueless about how to run a business or deal with customers. Supremely disappointed seeing how much we spent.
- 3/5
Cleaning ladies at 8am nocking the door for cleaning, way early and at checkout had to wait 15min to get an elevator. Water and electricity on and off all day not a proper shower at all. The first 2 guys in the reception distracted and gave me wrong info about parking that was supposed to be $45 for whole stance and was $100
- 5/5
- 3/5
At check-out, we were offered a comp for the resort fee on one room. Since I had booked three rooms and considering the inconvenience, I believe waiving the resort fees for all three would have been a more appropriate gesture of goodwill.
- 3/5
The location of the hotel is great! Right off of 5th ave. Which is near a lot of stores & a 5-7 min walk to Times Square! Lots of things to do around the area! Especially on the weekends. As for the hotel it was nice! Cleaning could use some work with the dusting but besides that it was good! I did have a problem with my A/C unit leaking in the room but I was moved to a new room and didn’t have any issues with that one. Overall I enjoyed my stay & the staff are very kind and helpful!
- 4/5
Wanted a hotel walking distance from broadway theaters and not in Time Square. Citadines has a great location w.45th street and 5th avenue. The hotel has 6 rooms on each floor (22 floors). We had a room 2 double bed room on the 21st floor. It was quiet, clean, with comfortable beds and a Keurig coffee machine. The rooms not come with other appliances, no mini fridge or microwave though a mini fridge can be rented during the online check-in for 15$ per day. There is a communal microwave on the lower level and a filtered water dispenser (there are also 2 Mac computers and a printer). WiFi worked fine (we did not movies). The room was freshly painted and faced the rear of the hotel (no view). Ac worked well. Shower pressure and temperature was fine.
- 5/5
great location, walkable
- 4/5
Pretty decent stay. Nothing special, and as overpriced as everything else in NY, but overall a good hotel. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Staff was exceptional!! Location was the best!
- 5/5
Great stay really appreciate your service.
- 4/5
Staff were very nice and the hotel is in a great area. The property is exactly what is expected and was just what I needed.
- 5/5
Great location.
- 5/5
Great for the price
- 5/5
The staff at this property made our stay most enjoyable they went above a beyond to make our stay easy, even printed our boarding passes for us.
- 3/5
The property is in a great location and easily accessible to attractions, stores, and restaurants. Front desk staff were less than friendly and were clearly bothered that we were there. We paid for a late checkout only to return to our room and was locked out meaning we had to go back downstairs, reactivate the key to return to the room to gather our belongings.
- 4/5
Staff was nice, they were able to put me in a higher level room like I requested, its very close to everything as well! Great place
- 3/5
I missed the event itraveled to nyc for, because your staff could not figure anything out. You kept my car hostage at your parking garage for 4 hours.
- 3/5
The doubles room could have been bigger!!
- 5/5
great experience here!
- 3/5
Location is great , rooms are smaller than in Europe. Breakfast is by the door each morning. Nothing special at all. I wouldn’t go back to this place again.
- 4/5
Staff were nice
- 4/5
Location was great, rooms were clean but the size was extremely tiny!! I felt claustrophobic and view of a building wall didn’t help!
- 1/5
After filling out lots of booking details online, as requested, the check-in was slow and tedious. Even though we asked for a room in a higher floor, we were given a mezzanine room, one floor above the lobby. What was terrible about it is that it's a working floor, with the hotel laundry and maid carts banging around at all times of day, and more banging at night when laundry is happening. Also, maids would congregate in front of our door and chat loudly to overcome the ambient noise. Worst room we've ever gotten in our travels, which are extensive. It should not even be rented out to paying guests.
- 3/5
Rooms were smaller than pictures.
- 3/5
- 4/5
Issues with our room not quite being ready. Room was small but clean.
- 3/5
Great location, the room was a bit dated and poorly mantained (specially the bathroom) Air conditionig really noisy. Just 3 towels for 4 people. The water in the shower kept coming on and going off every 1 or 2 minutes. The beds really comfortable.
- 3/5
The location was perfect for us. It’s close to theatres and shopping; plenty of great restaurants, dine in and grab and go, if you just walk a block or two left and right of the hotel. It the rooms are small, our air conditioner do noise we couldn’t sleep and service I.e. housekeeping was sub-par. For a quick in an out of NY it’s instant. For any longer term, I’d keep looking.
- 4/5
Very central hotel just off 5th Avenue. Some small gripes: the room lacked light (just one wall and one small table lamp) and the in-room safe battery was low so many tries needed to unlock the safe.
- 5/5
The employees are really helpful. Our room was very clean and nice. Great amenities. Great location.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Excellent small hotel on upper east side near Radio City and theatres
- 4/5
Everything was wonderful except for the breakfast They Could use more thought into it
- 5/5
Loved our time. Hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was so kind and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
- 3/5
There are two elevators in the building. Throughout our stay, one of the two elevators was consistently inoperable leading to long lines and wait times to get up and down the floors. On one occasion, we waited over 20 minutes for the elevator on the 20th floor, as well as tried to call the front desk to advise of the issue. Eventually, we, along with another guest who was checking out and had a suitcase in hand, traversed down 20 flights of narrow stairs and squeezed past the hotel cleaning staff with their carts and piles of linen, to get to the ground floor. Upon advising the front desk of the issue, the manager with an air of indifference to the sweat dripping down our brows, chastisingly asked if we thought to call the front desk because perhaps they were not aware (though this had been at least the third day of elevator issues). Zero apology or empathy...
- 2/5
Not customer friendly. We had several small issues that could have been made right easily but no manager on duty on weekend and staff not empowered to do anything. Our breakfast was moldy but nothing was done. Expedia made it right for us....loyal to Expedia, wont stay at this hotel chain again.
- 5/5
I wish there was a mini fridge in the room otherwise a great place
- 5/5
Room was ready at chrck in. Clean and nice room. Excellentl shower and amenities
- 5/5
affordable and great staff!!
