I loved my experience at the arlo Nomad! My partner and I had the best time with amazing view of the city and this was super affordable and clean. Every single staff member was so amazing super attentive and personable in the best way possible. They were so accommodating to our needs. Bri at the front desk was so sweet and knowledgeable and help us find cool places to go in the city! The bar staff was so much fun and loved checking in with us and talk to us and helped us understand the metro more. I can’t remember our servers name but he had curly hair and glasses and he was working the rooftop. He was sooooo funny and he was a great time. I’m super lucky I got to experience this hotel. Best experience I’ve ever had in nyc!!!! I’ll definitely be coming back. :)

My son and I were traveling and wanted two beds. In NYC that is difficult to find in a boutique hotel for a reasonable rate, but we found cute bunk bed options at Arlo online. The pictures were way better than the actual room. We didn't ever see the sun, we were facing other buildings with zero view. The room was tiny, which is to be expected but it felt even smaller by the lack of light. It was also 2 feet from the elevators and a door that staff went in and out of all day long. That was a bummer as we even requested a room that didn't feel like we were late to check in as our plane had delayed us 6 hours. There was no way to plug in any tools in the bathroom so I requested an extension cord and they showed up with a power strip, gaining me about 4 more inches toward the bathroom mirror to get ready each day. There is no full length mirror either. It truly felt like the room they save for people they don't like. We made the most of it. The cafe was closed our first 2 of 5 days due to lack of staff, so they offered free drip coffee, it was actually really good. Then when the staff returned, it was $7/cup. I asked for two iced lattes on our 3rd and 4th days. The women working killed it. Delicious. The guy who worked there threw iced coffee in a cup and called it a latte. It was terrible. The staff was nice. I really like the area but probably wouldn't book Arlo again. It just felt like a place to sleep.

Loved our stay! A little expensive for what you get, but extremely comfortable and in a perfect location. The roof deck is such an incredible place to hang out and it was great to get breakfast takeout from the Diner on site and take it up there to eat. Room was small but still everything we needed and very comfortable. Front desk staff were super kind and held our bags for us when we checked out so that we could keep exploring. Highly recommend.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean and bright room with nice view! Nice breakfast also!

Very clean room, though tiny. Great view of the Empire State Building. Close to major transit. Awesome view from roof top bar. Rooms are very basic and utilitarian. Elevators can be a long wait.
- 4/5
Wonderful staff. Best I have ever seen. Cute and clean. Good location. The rooms are way to small. To be specific, there is no place to put the suitcase. If there was a place to put the suitcase I would not mind the small room.
- 5/5
Room was quiet and we didn't experience too many loud noises on the 15th floor.
- 4.5/5
The room was very clean. It was tiny, but very efficiently designed—perfect for a solo traveller. The hotel was conveniently located, with cool restaurants and KTown about a minute’s walk away, but was on a quiet street away from the noise. I loved the Nomad Diner, Rooftop Bar, and the studios and lounges as well! My room was next to the linen chute and I could hear housekeeping staff opening and closing the chute so early in the morning until the late afternoon. It was very disruptive.
- 4.5/5
Beautiful views in the room and rooftop was a vibe! No notes
- 4/5
The property was in a central location which I enjoyed, however the room was not spacious and because of that it was hard to maneuver around the room with our luggage due to lack of space.
- 5/5
Lili welcomed us with very good energy, tips about nearby restaurants, and even treated my boyfriend with a small bottle of sparkling for his birthday. Love the attention. The rooms are quite small but optimized and well designed. Good light, very comfy bed and sheets. Bonus is that you get free 30min of city bike per day per person. Nothing.

First room in the first floor was facing a brick wall. Front desk was kind enough to give us the same room type on a higher floor without question. Was a nice adjustment.

The beds were ridiculously comfortable. Hotel and rooms were very clean and staff were phenomenal! First time at this hotel and would definitely come back. Rooms are small, but for one or two people, it is manageable. Very little outside noise and my room had a beautiful view. Thank you!!

I absolutely loved my stay! The rooms, the location, and the staff were all wonderful. Everything felt so welcoming and thoughtfully done, such a great experience overall.

I would actually never stay here again but maybe I’m used to better service. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly but if you’re at the diner forget it. Yeah the rooftop view is cool but stay somewhere close and go up for free anyway.

I could not have been happier! Not only is the Arlo a fancy, modern hotel right next to the Empire State Building. The bed was super comfy, everything was clean and it was a nice place to hang out at even after the check out. The best, however, is the staff. Never have I seen staff that friendly and radiant outside hotels like the Ritz-Carlton. Yet they don’t have this well trained friendliness. They truly seem to enjoy what they do. Huge compliments to HR for picking the right people and putting them in the right places. Special thanks to Jamilah, Chiara (or Kiara? So sorry, could not find the card before giving the review) and Eduardo. They made me feel absolutely welcome and they are the guarantee this was not my last stay at an Arlo. If people are this nice at all of their hotels, you sold me on it, totally! This will be a stay I will always remember, thanks to these three beautiful human beings! It was amazing. If it had an in-house fitness, that would be the cherry on the cake.

Staffs are very nice and friendly. Room is modern and convenient. The down side is the soundproof of room is Horrible. We got waken up by our next door neighbor shower sound and blow dry sound every single morning of our stay at 7am. The sound is like literally near our ear in our room. And the other rooms door close and open sound is loud and clear. We couldn’t rest well at all. I won’t stay here again as there is other better choices nearby in Nomad.
- 5/5
Clean room and helpful staff the outdoor patio was lovely to relax on.
- 3/5
Very small rooms, no tea or coffee amenities in the room, and the grab-and-go opens at 7 am and only serves coffee and herbal tea. Ended up walking to the Dunkin' Donuts at 5 am (due to jet lag) to get tea each morning. Rooftop was great but wasn't open for a drink even after being informed it was each day from 4pm at check-in.

The hotel itself is beautiful, especially public areas, which are thoughtfully designed and perfect for unwinding. I also really enjoyed the bar and the rooftop. I cannot fault my stay here. Everything exceeded expectations, and I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, enjoyable hotel experience in a perfect location.

Definitivamente volvería a quedarme aquí.

Room was indeed spotless and everyone was great especially Brianna at front desk. Would have liked to be able to get a good coffee at the little coffee shop downstairs but there was no attendant the second day and the complementary coffee was not so good. Our initial room was pretty small, but had everything we needed. On our second day, Brianna upgraded us to a stunning city-view room. The views alone were absolutely worth it. I believe the upgraded room was an accessible room with a roll-in shower. The only small downside was that the showerhead needed to be held the entire time, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal and the incredible views more than made up for it. Brianna was accommodating throughout our stay, and the entire staff was consistently friendly always greeting us, even in the elevator. The location is great and very central, making it easy to explore the city. We would stay here again!

I was in a king room, which is in the corner. 2 walls of floor to ceiling windows. With the temperatures freezing in NYC this room was not a viable option for a guest. The cold was permitting the room. I awoke at 3 in the morning to a freezing room, as the heater broke. They sent a technician to fix it. By 4am he had it running. It still was a freezing room. Additionally...there is no heat in any hallways. Where is the heat is this hotel during a winter storm?? I have to say that the front desk (Breanna and Jamilla) couldn't have been more helpful, professional, caring. They really made me feel like I was heard and they were going to make it right. They made it better. Fix your heat Arlo Nomad. What an uncomfortable disappointment.

I will say Staff was extremely friendly, however we paid for the sky king view and we were staring at all wall. When we called to the front we were told they could only move us to a queen because they had no other rooms available. The room we were moved to was a Queen City view which is what I booked before upgrading which doubled the price. We were still charged for the sky king room even though that was NOT what we stayed in nor was it anything as it is advertised. I would not recommend this hotel with their bait and switch tactics.

The room we were moved to was a Queen City view which is what I booked before upgrading which doubled the price. We were still charged for the sky king room even though that was NOT what we stayed in nor was it anything as it is advertised. I would not recommend this hotel with their bait and switch tactics.

I purchased extra amenities for the room and even amidst a mix-up of the room placement, Briana did a great job on correcting it and making sure that our stay was enjoyed!

The restaurant on site was absolutely delicious, and the location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, making everything easily accessible. What truly made this stay unforgettable was how special they made me feel on my birthday. They went above and beyond by helping coordinate beautiful flowers delivered from my family back home, along with a fruit platter, balloons, and chocolate-covered strawberries. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that meant so much to me. highly recommend this hotel to everyone and would absolutely stay here again. An exceptional experience from start to finish!

Stayed for 5 nights it was nice, food from the diner honestly wasn’t the best but if you don’t want to walk far or just need something quick it will do just fine. Im not sure if it’s cause we booked the accessible room/restroom so I’m not sure about the other rooms but our there’s no wall or tile to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom floor it’s an open shower concept so the water is supposed to go down the drain which is in the middle of the bathroom 3 feet from the sink & 3 feet from the toilet give or take therefore the water didn’t drain fast or efficiently so you’re just walking around in cold water puddle which was annoying other than that the room was mildly clean I would possibly stay here again

Stayed for out
- 5/5
Great view and professional/friendly staff! Will definitely stay again!
- 1/5
Room was freezing cold, and very tiny. if you’re trying to sleep, darkness is 0, as the sunrises the brightness is unbearable.
- 3/5
The room was very nice, however the water pressure for the shower was cold and we didn’t have any hot water. Other than that we had great time.
- 5/5
Staff were great, hotel location was perfect and so central to everything.
- 4/5
I didn’t have breakfast
- 5/5
Great room, front desk was excellent, super smooth and enjoyable 2 night stay
- 2/5
The room was laughably small. I thought I got the center room. Oo it’s like a closet. Will def look at square footage before I book next
- 5/5
Best
- 4/5
It’s a nice hotel in a good location—rooms are very small but comfortable.
- 5/5
The cleanliness of the room, the terrace view, the hotel staff, and amenities at the facility were great. Highly recommend this hotel. I plan to return again.
- 4/5
The room was very clean and the staff was friendly! The hotel bar made good cocktails. Would stay again
- 5/5
The hotel is in a good location if it’s your first time going to NYC!! Everything was clean. Staff was nice and helpful!
- 5/5
Great service
- 2/5
Are to sleep in the bunkbed
- 5/5
Beautiful city view. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was tasty. Thank you.
- 5/5
All staffs were courteous! Nice and attentive. Room is clean.
- 5/5
Very nice boutique hotel with beautiful rooftop. Rooms are small as expected in NYC but everything was clean and well thought. Would recommend and go again.
- 5/5
The staff here is phenomenal!!! So friendly and welcoming, rooms are great and we had no issues, we absolutely loved everything about our stay. We will be back!
- 5/5
Staff were professional and responsive. The room was clean and the sky view was fabulous.
- 5/5
Staff were so friendly and helpful, even allowed us to check in early on thanksgiving at around 6am without any fee! Hugely appreciated. Room was a little small but it was cozy and was always very clean. Great location, near everything we wanted to do. Would definitely return!
- 5/5
This place exceeded expectations. The roof vie can not be missed and has perfect view of the Empire State. Staff was quick to accommodate requests. Offering bag holds for late flights and early check ins for early flights. I had the city view room which was so outstanding it’s hard to believe I was falling asleep surround by city lights! I would definitely stay here again 100 times over!
- 5/5
The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making us feel right at home. Also, breakfast was really good, we loved the variety.
- 5/5
Ideal central location for exploring the city.
- 5/5
Clean room and hotel. Very friendly staff.
- 3/5
Speaking of price, the cost of nearly $600 per night is absolutely outrageous for the quality of the rooms and services provided. For that amount of money, I expected a premium experience, but what I got was far from it. The rooms were not very clean — there were obvious signs that housekeeping had done a minimal job, and it felt like basic maintenance and attention to detail were severely lacking. Beyond the room itself, the overall experience felt overpriced and underwhelming. The hotel does not deliver the quality, comfort, or value one would expect from such rates. Between the misleading advertising, lackluster cleanliness, and exorbitant prices, my stay was incredibly disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying at Arlo Nomad. There are far better options in NYC that actually provide what they advertise and offer a much more enjoyable and worthwhile experience. I do not plan on returning and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 4/5
The room was small and with very basic amenities
- 4/5
Little bit different view than I ordered
- 5/5
Loved my stay here. Felt very safe. My room was perfect. Very cute decor inside hotel. Rooftop has a great view of the city. Would absolutely stay here again.
- 5/5
We stayed here during Christmas and it was an amazing experience. Rooms are small but just what we needed to simply sleep at night as we were out in the city all day. It’s close by everywhere and only a 5 minute walk to a station. Would definitely come back!
- 5/5
Small room but we had a great view, good coffee daily & helpful friendly staff!
- 5/5
Amazing location, warm, clean, cosy rooms. Lots of space around hotel to hang out, lounges bars etc. really enjoyed the stay!
- 5/5
Room was spotless, we got the standard room wish we upgraded to the city view as we just stared into the inside of the buildings. Good daily water stock for the room. Good walking distance to key sights within NYC. Would stay again
- 5/5
Super nice and friendly staff, neat and clean room, nice spot. The offered free bike rent associated with our booking is also wonderful.
- 5/5
It was a beautiful room to stay in for a night. The view was lovely and felt very new york.
- 3/5
it's all just fine. the space always gets me. it is what it is i guess. the staff is really lovely.
- 5/5
The room is absurdly small with the bed only accessible from one side. Very difficult for many couples. Bathroom good otherwise.
- 5/5
Business stay, rooms compact but very clean, which is expected in NYC.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. Views were unbeatable! Overall wonderful experience.
- 5/5
Great location, lovely staff and everything we needed for our stay in the room. Appreciate the compact style but to be able to close the bathroom door fully would be a win!
- 5/5
What a great hotel! The front desk staff was so friendly upon arrival and helped me to upgrade our room. We had an amazing view of the Empire State Building right outside our window! The location is great and within a 15 minute walk to a lot of tourist spots and close to a hop on hop off tour stop if that is something you plan to do. We grabbed a coffee and croissant one morning and it was delicious. Definitely take a few minutes to go up to the rooftop! It has a small clear floor area and beautiful views of the buildings around the hotel. I’d stay here again!
- 4/5
Fine
- 2/5
I also create content and usually enjoy sharing hotel experiences, but this time I chose not to. The hotel feels outdated and is not cleaned to an acceptable standard. The one saving grace is the staff — they are truly amazing and make a big difference. Fortunately, the team here is fantastic.
- 4/5
Rooms are tight but clean and amazing staff
- 5/5
Locations, views!!
- 5/5
BRIANNA AND her crew are amazing. Always willing to help and accommodate us. Room was clean and tidy. Arlo No Mad is close to many tourist places that must be visited while in NYC. Thank You arlo for making our visit in NYC amazing
- 5/5
The people who work there make it the best hotel:))
- 5/5
Very clean room. Great view. Staff went above and beyond :)
- 5/5
Hotel was great
- 4/5
Room is nice and clean. Can be noisy around. Walkable from subway.
- 4/5
Room was clean and check in was efficient and welcoming. I have two complaints - the bar TV doesn’t have ESPN. I didn’t even know that was possible. Second, they don’t have enough staff making coffee in the morning. Yesterday morning there was one barista and there was a line for coffee, while there were 3 people at the reception desk just standing around talking to eachother doing nothing.
- 5/5
Very good
- 4/5
The rooms were a bit smaller than I expected but that was the only thing that bothered me. Overall, the service was excellent, rooms were clean, very helpful front desk assistance. Everyone was really nice and this hotel was one of the nicest I’ve stayed at. Would definitely recommend and I would look forward to staying here again!
- 4/5
Yes they did
- 4/5
The view was from our room, staff were friendly, however rooms are small, the bathroom wasn't very private, for a single traveller, absolutely perfect, if you're sharing and would like a bit of privacy, the frosted glaass room divide for the bathroom doesn't provide thisthis isn't the hotel for you also no coffee making facilities
- 5/5
All was excellent!!🤗❤️🤗
- 4/5
Just be prepared for a very very small room
- 3/5
The room was moderately clean, however, when the person I was traveling with, and I were taking a nap, housekeeping kept knocking on the door and then opened the door, very little privacy. When I asked for a for a warm blanket, I was given a thin blanket. The bed was very rickety and not comfortable.
- 5/5
Loved the city view and cosy bed
- 5/5
Amazing room and location! Loved the staff
- 5/5
Beautiful Hotel
- 5/5
Will be booking again soon :)
- 5/5
First time staying with Arlo, and I loved it, room was clean and housekeeping came every day making sure we had what
- 3/5
Initially we were placed in a different room. Walls were thin. Very noisy. Sink handle & toilet seat/dispenser were practically broken. We asked for another room & they graciously put us in another room. It was fine but there were yellow stains on the sheets. It’s a good hotel for solo travelers. Good location in koreatown. I wouldn’t recommend more than 1 person per room due to space issues.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
Everything was excellent and for my first time in nyc it was amazing thanks
- 1/5
Room was Small I was double charged at the property and the tv barely worked
- 5/5
Lovely boutique hotel
- 4/5
We stayed at the arlo nomad and enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind and the hotel is beautiful. We did feel disappointed that the rooftop wasnt open and i didnt see anything about it being closed. It was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Also disappointed in the daily fee. On the site is says complimentary bikes, but it only covers a 5-10 min bike ride per day. We booked one of the corner rooms and the window was a bit hazy on the outside so it was a bit tough for photos. But other than these things we did enjoy the stay. The staff is great and so is the location.
- 4/5
Too expensive for such a small room (sky view) But it had a great view.
- 5/5
Great staff, lovely coffee on site, quiet and clean room, great location.
- 2/5
No top sheet which is gross as the comforter was not changed out and had markings on it. Manager explained that’s European style bedding. Nah dude, that’s gross. Shower overflowed each use due to issue with the drain. Shampoo and Soap were empty. Staff was dismissive. Got an attitude while ordering a coffee from barista, you are a coffee bar in the lobby. Definitely did not live up to 4stars and cost. I’ve stayed in hostels when I was in college that were better.
- 4/5
The room is very clean and comfortable but small.
- 4/5
All of it
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect!
- 5/5
Clean. Funky smell with shower. Had some issues with insuite HVAC as it kept turning back and forth with no heating. Friendly staff. Overall good.
- 4/5
Very cozy and centrally located .
- 4/5
Very nice room, clean, enjoyed the library and common areas
- 5/5
Love it
- 5/5
I went there for the View and it was amazing. The staff was very helpful. Overall a great experience
- 3/5
The room was incredibly uncomfortable. It's meant for one person, not two. I've never been in such an uncomfortable hotel in NYC. There's barely enough room for luggage. Things were broken in the room. The towels smelled bad.
- 5/5
my daughter loved the bunk bed. the staff is the best!
- 5/5
Es la vuarta ves que me quedo en el arlo y mi experiencia siempre es maravilloso desde que entro hasta la hora de parti ...me encata y siempre lo recomiendo
- 5/5
Arlo Nomad was very y
- 3/5
No me gustó que me realizaron cargo extras que aún no se porque fueron y para el costos esperaba más.
- 5/5
The rooms are tiny but solid and immaculate. The rooftop lounge is soaked in an immense vista of buildings above and other rooftops below. The staff are friendly and helpful when asked. The lobby scene mixes soft-core hipsters, travelers from abroad and mainland, mainstream folks ranging from parents of local students to aging couples with twinkling eyes.
- 3/5
noisy, and room looks small
- 5/5
Good place to sat on a work trip
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.
- 2/5
The room is extremely small, smaller than rooms in Tokyo and not nearly as well organized. You can get to the bed only from one side. If you open your bag (even a cabin-size one), you can barely get to the bed. Don't count on unpacking the bag. However, you can take out a toothbrush and there are hangers to hang some clothes. You have to keep the bag under the bed. There is nothing to hold to in the shower. The air conditioning is extremely noisy. If you open the blind on the window, you are seen from the building across the street, so, not much day light, if you want privacy. But the location is good.
- 5/5
This was my first time staying with this brand and I will definitely return. The entire property was spotless. It smelled amazing from the time we walked in. The staff was exceptional, they were friendly, informative, and accommodating. Can’t wait until my next stay😍
- 5/5
Staff is so accommodating!!
- 2/5
- 3/5
Elevators take a long time
- 5/5
Great staff. Lili
- 4/5
Over six foot and has a luggage for a 3 week trip. So the room was smalller than i need to feel comfortable. The lift is very limited with a long wait during busy hours. Otherwise a pleasant stay.
- 5/5
Place was great and the staff was awesome. Only thing I didn’t care for was the cancellation of my rooftop reservation. I don’t think they handled that particularly well. But the staff made up for it.
- 5/5
Great location , clean room , helpful and friendly staff
- 5/5
Get view
- 5/5
The hotel was great! Super location and so clean. We were greeted by Jamila. She was so friendly and gave us great tips to enjoy our stay and quick run down of the area. Eduardo was always super helpful. They gave amazing customer service and made the experience superb!!
- 4/5
Staff were very nice and helpfull
- 5/5
Amazing location for a clean and super-friendly hotel. The room was small - though the bathroom was surprisingly large. The back window gave an incredible view of the Empire State! And there’s a fun rooftop bar. Will definitely come back.
- 5/5
Arlo Nomad was a great hotel to stay at for our first time to NYC. Its in a great location, with clean rooms and friendly staff. We had a room with a terrace and enjoyed hanging out there or at the rooftop bar at the end of the day.
- 2/5
Clean hotel but extremely small rooms

Good location, clean space, nice staff, and good dining options nearby
- 5/5
Excellent stay I will return
- 5/5
Food was great. The perfect nest for my wife and I for a night
- 5/5
Si habia tiendas cerca y los alrededores eran muy cerenos
- 5/5
Really unique hotel stayed in the corner room with the most unique view at the Empire State Building
- 4/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Great short stay experience. Views from the room were breathtaking.
- 1/5
They advertise having a fridge in the room, there is NO fridge in the room… It’s just a little cool box. It is very misleading and they should not advertise that. Was very disappointed and had food ruined as we had planned on having food in the room.
- 5/5
...
- 5/5
Clean room staff was very nice
- 5/5
Great spot in Korea town lots of great restaurants near by
- 5/5
I think for any NYC hotel you have to go in expecting the rooms to be tiny and a little underwhelming for the price. Going in with that expectation, I really enjoyed my stay here! (lol). The bed was comfy, shower had extremely good water pressure, great window and natural light, and location was good for my purposes. I would stay again!
- 5/5
Everything was perfect.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing!
- 3/5
The property had a cool vibe. Staff gave to cool to work ther
- 5/5
Unfortunately we stayed one night during Fashion Week which skyrocketed the price. It was a lovely hotel in a great location and we felt safe.
- 4/5
clean room modernization cozy
- 2/5
Stay is 5/10 , staff isn’t the best, for what your paying it’s not worth it not at all
- 3/5
This is a micro hotel. Bed and bathroom. No table, desk or chair.
- 5/5
I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location is very convenient and walkable to majority of attractions. Overall, a pleasant experience!
- 2/5
When checking in, we asked the front desk staff if everything was okay, because she seemed irritated. She replied “not really” They also charge a $80 resort fee which was Mentioned prior to booking. We travel to nyc for work quite frequently, and this was one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed at.
- 5/5
Perfect location. Very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Amazing view from my room. Absolutely, loved everything about this place. Will return for the holidays!
- 5/5
Pretty
- 5/5
Great location near the Empire State Building and lots of great restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Honestly if we could give it a 6 star we would - for the price we paid we found the whole experience great. The staff were super helpful and the room was decent.
- 4/5
Elevators really really annoying
- 5/5
Had one of the best trips we’ve ever had. Staff was so friendly and kind, especially Moses. Room was cozy and comfortable, loved the fresh waters every day. Location was so convenient, about a 10 min walk to Penn Station and so many places to eat nearby. Would stay here again!!
- 3/5
Breakfast I purchased with my room was burn and a very long check in process.
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly staff, room small but just enough for 2, stayed with a dog, great view, everything was great, location great
- 4/5
Location was really good
- 5/5
Great area and staff
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Great views. Great customer service
- 5/5
The proerty if beautiful. I traveled expressly to stay at the property l. The rooms are small but amazing. I did research and expected the rooms to be small so that was not an issue. The price was great amd the views were amazing. Everything I expected. The staff were very helpful amd very engaging. It was our first time in NYC and they gave great recommendations on places to eat and sightsee when asked.
- 5/5
Clean room and nice staff
- 2/5
This is my honest review I don’t really wr*te any review but this time I feel disgusted cause my towel has a hair seems like didn’t checked properly and put in the rack right away also I’m about to shower I found in shower curtain has long hair too it’s like didn’t clean properly poor service of the house keeping. Plus the toilet bowl has scratch I’m not comfortable using it looks like a po*p stain.
- 5/5
Overall good experience loved the views and staff and the rooftop bar
- 3/5
The faucet in the shower was broken. Brown stains on the bed cover, sink clogged, smell from toilet whenever others used it. Atained shower curtain and filthy floor.
- 3/5
Very nice hotel near K-town, on 31st in between Park & Madison. The rooms are SMALL - you need to be prepared for that. Like, almost jail cell small. I want to give the property a higher rating, but one of the things i HATE is when the staff “upgrades” you to a room with obvious problems (that they know about, but you, the guest, are oblivious to). They made such a big deal at check-in about how they “upgraded me” into a corner room with glass windows on 2 sides because they wanted me to have such an “amazing stay”. What they didn’t tell me is that the morning sun would come blasting into my room & the automatic shades, which is the only way to block out the sun, were very clearly broken. So not only did the room heat up to the point where it was a sauna, the sun beat down so bad that I had to leave 2 1/2 hours early because I couldn’t even stand to be in there & squint. Additionally, it was obvious the control panel had been broken for quite some time & I’m positive they knew this. So, not sure if I would stay here again.
- 5/5
My son and I were in NYC for just a short time, but Arlo NoMad was the perfect home base. With stunning views from our corner room, to the cafe and the friendly staff.. it was perfect. We can't wait to return.
- 5/5
I always enjoy my stay here as the location is so convenient and easy to get around. It’s close to public transport yet also very walkable. Plenty of food option in and around the hotel. The staff is always so helpful! Special shoutout to Brianna, Brea and Kyara for making my stay so enjoyable!
- 2/5
It was small, but clean.
- 4/5
Good size but didn’t clean the room one day which was disappointing.
- 5/5
Daily free water bottles were super convenient, and I loved the rooftop bar.
- 5/5
Staff were helpful and service was good. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Our stay was Amazing! All the staff was attentive, kind & efficient! We had the Sky Queen view! Beautiful room BEAUTIFUL VIEW! We can’t wait to return!
- 5/5
Great staff! Close to everything and a great feeling of security. Rooftop patio breath taking.
- 5/5
Simply a great place to stay.
- 4/5
Nice location and view but room too small for 2-star.
- 5/5
Loved it!! Comfy beds
- 4/5
Great location, smaller lobby with smaller rooms. Overall a good hotel with fast elevators. Views are great from sky view room and the rooftop.
- 5/5
Hotel location is good. Very safe. Rooms are indeed on the smaller side. Very restricted movements. Not enough storage space. Shower is the saving grace - powerful and drains well. Bed is comfortable. Suitable for 2pax with one carryon suitcase and one backpack /purse each.
- 1/5
.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, great location
- 5/5
Great location, insane view of Empire State Building from the roof top bar
- 4/5
No complaints other than the cleaning did not refresh towels after they were placed in a pile on the floor indicating I needed new towels.
- 5/5
The position and the view Amazing.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Beautiful views from higher floors.
- 5/5
It’s my second time visiting Nueva York but first time at the Arlo NoMad, truly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff are amazing, the rooms are immaculate, the hotel smells phenomenal, you are right where all the action is without it being noisy, everything is walking distance. Only sad that I had to leave so soon. But thank you so much to all the staff you are all fantastic <3
- 4/5
Rooftop was really nice but unfortunately both nights they decided to close 1 hour early so we were actually a bit disappointed because we couldn’t enjoy a drink and the view before going to sleep. Overall a nice place and staff was very friendly!
- 4/5
Good stay and friendly staff!
- 4/5
Loved everything except the bathroom in our room. We had the bunk room, and the bathroom door was frosted and the door didn’t go all the way to the ceiling. Really made privacy tough. We did a daddy daughter trip and we could’ve used the privacy in the bathroom department. Besides that, it was all great!
- 5/5
Well located, the room was spacious and the bed was really comfy to have great rest after all day walking in the city. Great roof terrace overlooking the Empire State, however to our surprise it closes at midnight. Well recommended.
- 4/5
Diner server/bartender couldn’t be bothered and didn’t offer refills or check on me. I was the only table. He was on his phone in plain view the whole time I was there.
- 4/5
Nice view for small but well organized clean and confortable room.
- 5/5
I waited one hour for the Vip service to bring my car back. The guy was driving around with my car.
- 3/5
Cons: Room amenities were poor. They didn’t restock the little amenities we did have unless we asked. They turned off the AC in the middle of the day so we couldn’t escape the heat in our room. For the amount paid the quality received could have been better. I think that it wouldn’t take much to give a better experience, just a few room amenities and better room cleaning service. We also stayed here after the Arlo Chicago and the juxtaposition between the two is quite drastic. Also the elevator system is very annoying and we had to wait 15 minutes at one point just to take the elevator to our room. There are 3 elevators but they seem to prioritize the rooftop bar over guests.
- 5/5
This was an amazing stay! From the nice room, the staff, overall vibe, convenience of location, and just everything… I will definitely book here again on my next Nyc trip! 10/10 Highly Recommend ✨
- 5/5
Shout out to Maryna and Mike at the Diner Bar, I missed my rooftop sunset because I was having the best time thanks to their amazing service and kindness. Speaking of the rooftop, it’s also incredible: Empire State right in front, great overall views, and exactly the kind of NYC vibe you hope for. Everyone was friendly, the place was spotless, and the atmosphere was just right. Location? 10/10, step outside and you can walk to so many spots in no time. Try it once, you’ll see…
- 5/5
Highly recommended place to stay. Clean and the view if beautiful
- 5/5
I've stayed at this property several times. I love it and highly recommend it.
- 5/5
Hip, great location, diner cooool’ small rooms - clean.
- 5/5
The pillows were exceptionally comfortable and the staff was very kind.
- 5/5
Great Hotel!
- 3/5
Very tiny room but everything you need is there.
- 3/5
Rooms are very small.

Beautiful and smells amazing by the way! Really great value (except for the drinks at the bar). The rooms are small but very cute and the rooftop bar is worth visiting whether you’re a guest or not just for the aesthetic alone!

Stayed here great view. Great service loved the front desk people will always stay here. I left hotel Oyo just to come here because they had bugs in the shower and was so unsafe with a small elevator. The security here is great and actually work and do their jobs. No marijuana smell. Had clean dining as well. Plus the free water.

Loved it, not big room but very convenient and great comfort

Extremely rude manager. I had an issue with my check in and she couldn’t have been more miserable. Everyone else I interacted with was very pleasant, that it’s unfortunate one manager could give the hotel a bad rep.

We are considering doing this same type of trip in the future with 12 plus rooms but need the check in to be quicker.

I had a great experience staying at Arlo NoMad. The location is perfect, it made it easy to explore all the nearby attractions and neighborhoods. The view from my room was incredible, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting New York!
