I really enjoyed my stay

Staff were very helpful

The staff was pleasant and helpful. We wanted to be in that specific area based on our plans to be mostly in the theater district. Everything was walkable during our trip. No complaints, only compliments. The rooms are smaller than some hotels, but very functional and very comfortable. We enjoyed the room, the rooftop bar, and being exactly where we wanted to be for a theater weekend visit.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful, kind and courteous. Good view of the city. Will definitely would stay again. Let’s not forget the two beautiful restaurants. The rooftop was amazingly beautiful.

First time in NY and this hotel exceeded my expectations! A very clean hotel and room, the staff constantly checked to see if we needed anything, the location was at the center of everything and the price was good! Will return!

The front door staff were outstanding especially the man that was on Saturday night at 12:30 am . He was great !

Everything was nice. My one and only complaint is that there were no luggage carts. Our family had 7 bags and we had to unfortunately make two trips to get them all. I have never been to a hotel without one.

Zy’air was very difficult to deal with not accommodating at all and makes this place not worth staying at ever again … They need more people like Mario working here and less like him .. anywho the hotel isn’t bad I will say, I stayed at the Vegas location and they are both nice !!!

The rooftop was absolutely beautiful and the service was great. It’s in a convenient location. There’s a bagel shop right next-door if you want breakfast and it was centralized to all of the things that you could need or want to see very close at Times Square and right across from a subway station.

Everything was great. The staff were polite and helpful the faculty and rooms were very clean. The roof top bar was cool and the main restaurant was delicious. Stayed the night and went to a show. Was perfect overnight trip.

We had a great stay at the hotel. It was conveniently located to transportation, restaurants, and sites we visited. The concierge person for the hotel was extremely helpful to us and helped save us time and money on getting to several of the sites we wanted to see. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful.

I loved the location, the property is clean and modern looking, and the rooftop bar and staff make your stay a very pleasant one.

My stay was awesome! The staff were great. Walking distance to time square, gift shops, apparel shopping and plenty of restaurants. Standard king room with city view was amazing with plenty of room to move around inside hotel room. Rooftop bar great added touch. I would definitely stay again.

I had a great experience at this hotel. It was very clean, and the staff was extremely attentive. I want to personally thank Antonio, Raheen, and Peter as they were all so kind and accommodating to me and my family and truly made us feel welcome. Although I was really looking forward to enjoying the rooftop experience with my girls, the room itself was a great choice and very comfortable. On top of that, the price offered for a room right in the middle of Times Square was unmatched, which made the stay even better. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again! My girls really had a great time ☺️.

First time in New York. The Hotel was amazing, clean room, the staff at the front desk was so nice. The restaurants were amazing. The location was perfect for everything we needed to do.

We didn't have breakfast During our stay, one of the cleanest ladies opened the door and I wasn't pleased.

Nice place, very nice staff, $700.00 hold on my card even though I already had prepaid $650.00. Paid for “high floor “ since it was my bday got the 6 th floor with whatever view . Even being away from elevator it was noisy if your a light sleeper don’t come here heard every fire truck police and fights on the street. Other than that great place.

The hotel staff team was extremely friendly welcoming at all times, from check in to checking out. Was able to check in at a reasonable time on new Year's Eve which was highly appreciated. loved everything.

The room was spotless. The bed was super comfortable. We especially enjoyed meeting Christopher, the bartender in the rooftop lounge. The views from the lounge were spectacular. Modern, clean, newer hotel in fantastic location, one block from ginzas main shopping street where the department stores and big designer brands are. Hotel is in between two subway stations giving it very easy access to ginza line that takes you to all the famous areas of Tokyo (shibuya, shinjuku, etc). Excellent breakfast with everything u can desire. Very good hotel, overall

I just want to say this is my second AC hotel location I stayed at. For a Nyc hotel it was very clean the price is very affordable. I honestly dont think AC hotels get enough credit but if you book with them you wont be disappointed. Staff at this location were very accomodating. I would like to give a huge thanks to Nick at the front desk he was so nice and accomodating to my party I traveled with to finish I would say 10 out of 10 reccommend and will be coming back soon.

The location. There are no queen beds. I was with my husband and 18 year old son. The beds were way too small. Plus the rooms are very small. Sliding bathroom door—lame Shower.

Close to Penn, subway, and popular attractions. Relatively quiet. Rooms are very good size and clean/upgraded.

The only positive points were that the room was clean and the location was convenient. 1. At check-out time, I called the front desk to ask for assistance with my luggage. They told me they were busy, but when I went downstairs, I saw several staff members just standing around. 2. I have stayed in many hotels in different countries, and this was the first time I didn’t even find basic items like a toothbrush provided. 3. We booked a double room, but it turned out to be very small and not comfortable. 4. The fridge in the room was empty, except for two small bottles of water.

Hotel was great and be sure to try out the adjoining tapas restaurant which is really good. Huge kudos to Ricardo who was wonderful. He walks around checking up with the guests to make sure everything is good. Super nice guy and we really enjoyed running into him each day. I go to NYC every 1-2 years for the US Open tournament. Will stay here again.

Not much One guy kind only his name is Luis Street narrow and chaotic People at reception unfriendly wrong info like that their policy was cleaning rooms every other day never seen in all my life Don’t answer the phone if you call the hotel from outside Room phone useless to call reception no way to know what number you have to do To increase days I had to do an additional booking so after three days I had to check out change card and continue to stay in the same room A lot of regulations to make your life difficult Never again in this hotel I don’t remember all the other problems we had during aug 21/26

The Restaurant was amazing You could hear every door open and close the whole time i was in my room. No outside seating and they should pressure wash the outside every morning when weather permits

We stayed here for two nights. We really liked the property. The staff was awesome. Very centrally located to what New York has to offer. The only downside was the restaurant was expensive and very small portions of food that were very delicious but very small and very expensive. the concierge was awesome.

Got there early and they said they'd text when the room was ready, but they never did. By the time we checked in, they gave us the wrong room, then a room right across the elevators and claimed no other options. Then forgot to service our room the next day.

It was clean and comfortable, though be very clear about cleaning schedules. We were told our room would be cleaned every other day and it was cleaned once during our stay. Our toilet plugged during every flush and the sink drain was very slow, which was frustrating for a family staying there. They were quick to resolved it each time but it continued to happen. Would stay again!

Gigi, Josh and the rest of the staff were so very pleasant! Gigi is definitely as the young people say "main character" energy, such a delightful young lady. Good job AC hotel on staffing. The restaurant on the upper level was also very excellent.

I enjoyed everything about my stay here. It also smelled really nice inside. The staff was kind and very accommodating.

The hotel was very convenient, and the staff very personable. They were quick to assist. The room was big enough for 2 people in the 2 bed double. The rooftop bar had good drinks, good, vibe and you overlook the empire state building beautiful.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times. The staff is always fantastic and friendly and the building is always clean. It’s convenient to everything and the Times Square/Port Authority subway is right outside and to the left for easy access to the rest of the city.

Check in went smooth. The very first person we encounter during our stay was Ricardo! We were welcomed in and instantly felt that we had mad a great choice. Ricardo was very polite and super professional. We literally loved his personality, as we hoped to see him every day of our stay! During check in I did encounter a slight bit of what I felt at the time was rude behavior by the young lady checking us in. However, I did address what I felt and received the most warming and sincere apology from the young lady. I was very impressed and felt as if the staff genuinely cares about their guests. I received a text everyday just checking to see how our stay was going from Sasha. That was a plus. The hotel is beautiful, looks just like the pictures. Room surprisingly larger than what we expected from a New York hotel room. Our room 407 was extremely clean and had everything we needed including a fridge and microwave. Hotel is within walking distance to almost everything. We walked to the Marquis Theater to our Broadway show, Sugar Factory, Times Square etc. The only complaint that I had during my stay is the people just hanging around outside close to the hotel which isn’t the hotels fault. I would recommend this property. We will be staying again on our next visit to New York! Don’t hesitate to book your stay.

My family and I always prefer to stay at AC hotels. The AC located in Times Square NYC was clean, comfortable, good water pressure, air conditioner worked good, elevator was not congested with foot traffic, modern design/decor, conveniently located/walkable to restaurants and subway. The staff at the Times Square location made every difference in our trip. They were so helpful, professional, pleasant, accommodating and provided us with excellent service. I especially remember Simone but all the staff that worked front desk and lobby from 8/4 to 8/7 provided us with excellent service and TLC!

The Bellhop with the dreadlocks, I don't remember his name, was absolutely fantastic! He was helpful and kind since the moment we arrived to helping us with a car on the morning that we left. He is the reason we will stay at the AC every time we come to NYC! We felt welcome, and like VIPs. He even put water in our car service so we were comfortable all the way to the airport. The other staff was friendly and helpful as well. Rooms were clean and comfortable! After all the hotels in NY that i have stayed at, This is the best!!!!

Stayed for four nights on just a casual family trip. The hotel is amazing in every way. The front desk staff is top notch, and I loved the security measures. It is in a great location with all the top attractions nearby and great restaurants. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in New York!

This hotel needs a an excellent value. The staff are fun, professional, and attentive. The hotel is absolutely spotless and I am a bit of a clean freak.

This hotel is great! The staff at the hotel are amazing. They are so helpful with suggestions. The ice cold water waiting in the lobby was also wonderful. Rooms were spacious by Manhattan standards and beds were comfortable. It is very close to the subway. The only negative remark I would say is that down the street is a weed shop and a lot of people like to stand by the store and smoke. The smell is very strong. We felt very safe and comfortable for our entire week there!

Ricardo made our stay amazing, he gave us great guidance on food and entertainment and the hotel was clean and beautiful, we would definitely stay again!

We used the subway quite a bit to transport to other areas like Central Park, Battery Park and the Trade Center. It was really convenient to have the subway entrances so close to the hotel.

It was very clean. The staff was excellent very accommodating and friendly. You can’t ask anymore from a hotel.

We stayed 4 nights at AC Marriott Times Square in July 2024. We were greeted and helped by Ricardo every morning from the very beginning and he would suggest where to go as well as arrange our transportation needs. His friendly and cheerful demeanour made us feel so warm and welcomed. The hotel is convenient, clean and all needed amenities are provided—we appreciated the complimentary bottles of water on the way in and out of the lobby. The property is wonderful but what made our stay a plus was Ricardo. We even took a picture with him when we left on the last day. Thank you!

They refused to give me a receipt when I was checking out after one day.
