I am right now at home icing the bugbites i got overnight. Fleas? Spiders? They are definitely not bed bugs bc I've had them before, so thank God for that. The coffee was good. I couldn't figure out the light switch but my husband did. My son said he slept fine, I liked the light weight quilt on the bed.

If you are travelling with kids, I do not recommend the hotel. The hallways smell of strong marijuana everywhere, so strong my kids were coughing and had to cover their nose and mouth. Sheets had visible stains. Only one lamp was working. Alarm clock wasn’t set and was blinking. You can hear the cars throughout the night as it is near the busy roads. The only thing I appreciate was the free breakfast. I don’t ever write hotel reviews but I had to this time as a parent.

I got there early after taking a red-eye and then driving for 2.5 hrs. The gentleman behind the counter was kind enough to get housekeeping to clean my room first so I could check in early and take a nap. I overheard housekeeping say "yes, but it isn't perfect" when asked if my room was clean. To be fair, I'm not 100% sure she was talking about my room. When I got in there, the room seemed clean enough, but there were still shoe footprints on the bathroom tile floor, so I could tell that was not mopped well, which is what made me think she was actually talking about my room.

Nothing I had a special request for first floor rooms due to some handicap people with me, this request was not granted. The whole entire hotel smelled like smoke and the guy working the desk was not very good or polite

The bathrooms was nasty and had hair all in tub. I had to put towels in tub to shower because it was nasty. But I didn't complain and I won't be staying here again.

The air worked even though it stunk. The room was filthy, smelled, stained bedding, furniture was worn, mold in the bathroom, hallway smelled terrible and was dark, and the remote was even disgusting. Other than that the pillows appeared fluffy but were flat once you tried to use them.

the cleanliness and the beds were horrible. people were outside all night very loud and cooking on a grill.

Lack of cleanliness throughout the room. The bathroom was not cleaned after the previous guest. Men's facial hair was on the sink, and the toilet had dried poop from the previous guest. There was hair on the bedsheets. The microwave and fridge were greasy and filthy. The TV didn't work, and the TV control was disgusting and needed new batteries. Door knobs were sticky. Lots of cigarette smell in a nonsmoking room. I didn't think of trying their continental breakfast after seeing the lack of hygiene. There was a lot of construction noise going on as well.

Bed was very comfortable. Only entrance to the Inn was totally flooded! Bathroom very crowded.

Awesome place. Loved it a lot especially for the price. Great breakfast but did wish there was scambled eggs. Did see other customers ask for it as well. Really love that the place is secure and getting renovated! Keep up the good work on improvement! I will be coming here every month for business

Room: Booked a non-smoking room. Surprise! The room reeked of cigarette fumes. A "Rainbow Air Purifier 5200-II - Odor Eliminator" was running in the room. To make it even worse, there were cockroaches in the bathroom. Asking for a solution did not result in a resolution, as the hotel was "fully booked". If the owner knows there is no non-smoking room available, why hide this and make a customer suffer? Anyone who is considering booking at this place, I highly recommend avoiding at all cost.

I tried to open a window and thought it would fall out. They were "under construction" but they were putting hard would floors over the dirty carpet. the bathroom ceiling had rust on it. The coffee machine had not been "dusted" in weeks. I would not stay there again or recommend it.

We had prepaid our hotel stay - but this guy was as if in a never mind attitude. The hotel does not have a pool and it says that they have pool. The pool was not functioning. I would say you will get better hotels to stay than this. recommend not to go

Rooms, small banquet room and an attached restaurant. But now the banquet room is the breakfast room, and the restaurant is a game Room—foosball, pool, old time video games (including PacMan!). That’s all to say this is an older hotel that has been somewhat updated. Double beds instead of queen, carpeted floors in rooms (even dog rooms) and hallways. Has both front (parking lot) and back (inside corridor) doors. Our outside key didn’t work when we got here (inside key did work) and the staff member on duty immediately contacted the maintenance guy who fixed it right away. Room was clean, WiFi worked well, TV was good, plenty of hot water, and some great areas for walking our dogs. Breakfast was good with options from cereal/toast to biscuits and gravy or waffles and hard boiled eggs. A dual Plus and minus was its location off the interstate, easy access to the hotel but we could really hear the truck traffic all night. Good for a night’s stay while we were traveling

The people next door were smoking heavly w/ door next to my door open which my ac pulled in the smoke. I complained to staff, but he said nothing he could do even though all nonsmoking rooms. We had to pre clean the room after check in as the surfaces were sticky and dirty. The bathroom sink was stained pretty and and needed some maintenance. No room service for a three night stay. Oh yeah, on the last night a cockroach ran across the bathroom sink.

The AC was very noisy. I’m a light sleeper so it woke me up several times.

People were friendly, but property is extremely dated. Hallway smells of stale smoke. Room needs a deep cleaning. Bed was comfortable and was all we needed for one night.

Convenient location, staff is great, breakfast decent but the rooms (especially the bathrooms) desperately need a makeover and updating. Old moldy caulk in the shower, water damage, loose crooked toilet, loose shower tiles Couldn’t use the lock on the front door as it was blocked by a DYI weather stripping job. I would stay here again though for the location and price.

This property was in kind of an unsafe area, and when I couldn’t get the key to work, the front desk guy originally refused to help. Turns out it was a bad key. Also, it was a nearly empty hotel, but there was this insane spotlight shining directly into my room, illuminating it completely. They could have either fixed the light or given me a different room. Sketch vibes.

We were at the very back of motel and felt our safety was not secure. If we single adults needed help no one would know. You couldn’t bolt the doors so not safe to rest.

The staff is trying their best to run a good hotel despite what appears to be the owners lack of concern for the property….both our rooms had roaches and hairs in the bed, sink, toilet and shower….the price is very reasonable and the staff are trying hard to keep things together….

Needs to be updated but more importantly it needs a deep cleaning. We couldn’t take a shower because it was so filthy.

Our stay was an overnight,so it was ok. The staff were amazing. The room was nice, comfy bed. Clean linens. The bathroom needed some updating. The water was hard to regulate and the bathroom had a stale and moldy smell.

The property was fine. Beds were uncomfortable. The BIG issue was the hotel never received my reservation from Expedia. I had a copy of my confirmation from you and finally let us have the room. Not sure of the Problem, but it was very embarrassing.

Staff was nice, $100 a night might be a bit much considering location wise there wasn’t really any food spots around. Shower drain would get backed up while taking shower and take forever to drain. Shelf in shower was falling. Other than that it wasn’t bad

This was good location to enjoy the caverns and the park, but the place is not really clean, especially outside, there were maintenance issues in the room, but the staff was nice, they tried hard, and it was fine. They need a good cleaning inside and out but it was ok.

Dirty, dark, dingy - I checked out several hours after checking in, didn’t even spend the night. Would never ever recommend.

The motel smelled like weed in the mornings and the carpets were perpetually damp. The bathroom smelled like mildew. You could hear the road and so many noises when you’re trying to sleep. The mattress was laughable at how stiff it was. I would not recommend.

Toilet ran constantly due to needing repairs, A/C sounded like a freight train and there was something brown on the floor & side of tub that looked like possible baby diaper crap. Nothing good about what they offered as a breakfast.

Room is badly in need of update—particularly bathroom.

Overall great hotel stay and will be back again.

Bed not very comfortable. Toilet too close to the vanity. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful

Our tub had gross black gunk coming up through the drain when we ran the water in the sink. They fixed it the next day but we couldn't use the tub the first day there. The manager offered a credit, but they didn't do it. Very disappointed

Convenient location except too close to Interstate noise during night.
