Everything was great. We had to leave right away so we didn’t have their breakfast. Bed was comfy. My husband left his phone on the nightstand. The housekeeper called down to the front desk right away. So we were able to get it even before we left the property. Which was so nice of her.

The hotel was nice . We stayed in a one bedroom suite. My only complaint was the bathroom configuration. People staying on the pull out couch had to go into the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Not an ideal layout. Also the door to the toilet and shower area had a barn door that didn’t even fully cover the opening. That kind of door should not be used on a bathroom! The staff was wonderful and the location is great.

I was notified during check in that breakfast was included because of me booking via booking.com. I was notified during check notified of that until I was checking out. Lack of communication

Enjoyed my weekend stay. The hotel room was clean and spacious for two people. Water pressure and temperature was perfect and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is situated in a nice area filled with restaurants within walking distance. Not far from DC either. I’d stay here again.

There was no microwave in the room. There are too many restaurants in the area. 95% you will bring back food to heat up.

I pay extra for a room with river view but I got a view of the other building. I didn’t pay extra for a room with the facing the river. The hotel and the service are okay but I will not come back to this hotel again.

Staff was very nice, however there were some issues when first arrived, but they quickly worked to correct them.

The breakfast was a little pricey, but was very convenient. The location was was within walking distance of shopping and a short drive to visit our family in the DMV. The baggage carts were terrible and not kept. The staff didn’t respond when we reported it. They were the same way when we were trying to check out. Too many elevators to get to our room. It was a struggle!!!

The view was great. No amenities other than a courtyard, patio and fitness room. It felt very business-like. A lot of rooms for conferences. Nothing for relaxation.

Everything except morning breakfast buffet. Little worth the $18 per person price. Breakfast Buffet Expensive Price. Parking was $25 per 4 1/2 hr to 24 hr rate. Ridiculously costly.

Location There were several issues that impacted my over all stay. The television not working properly, no hot water, the telephone did not work properly, the toilet roll was faulty and the paper was less than what’s to be expected for a hotel located at National Harbor. The breakfast was not at all desirable, yet it was not included and it was expensive. The computer located in the common area did not even work.

Staff was very friendly, but the towels in the rooms are thin and cheap feeling for such an establishment. I expect more for the area it’s in.

We had a wonderful time at the AC National Harbor Hotel. Ms. Beverly was very sweet and kind while checking us in. I traveled with students and the hotel is at an excellent location, very clean, and we felt welcomed. They also offer a coffee stand during the day m, which is very convenient. Their lobby area is beautiful and perfect to work with reliable internet. Lastly, the lady at the breakfast buffet was also very friendly. I recommend it 100%!

Location was great, the bed was comfortable First, we were given a room that looked clean and comfortable, but the TV was not working. I tried to call the front desk but the phone was not working either. I had to go to the lobby and was told that maybe the phone cable was not well connected, but we had already done that and the phone was beeping. I was offered for someone to go to my room and take a look at the TV, but I declined, I just didn't feel comfortable because we were trying to get ready to go to a concert. The person at the front desk kindly offered another room (their last available room) and offered free breakfast for the inconvenience, I accepted because we still had some time to move our things from one floor to another. The new room looked a little dirty, starting with the floors, the mirrors were not clean, the sink and sink counter had some hair, the toilet seat had a yellow drop. I tried calling the front desk for us to get back to our previous room, but the phone in this room was not working either!! It did not even beep when we wiggled the cable! I tried to see if our key would still get us back to our previous room but unfortunately it did not work anymore. At this point my husband was furious and we had no time to go to the front desk because we needed to get ready. I had to clean what I can with my hand sanitizer.

Nice hotel, but breakfast is way overpriced. Also, we asked to be moved to a higher floor and we were told no because of the rate we paid for our room. We paid well over $200 for one night and we are Marriott rewards members. Very annoying.

My Overall stay was great, the hotel was very clean, lobby staff and the bartender were very friendly. The only thing I thought was not worth the price was the breakfast buffet. It did'nt give you enough choices to choose from for the price that was charged per person. Overall it was a great visit. Price for breakfast buffet was pricey for the small variety of items on the buffet.

No one came to clean the room, while I stay there for three days. Even though, it was snow emergency , they didn’t prepare there was no breakfast. It was not possible to go out and eat

Room was not Clean, Mattress sheet was not put on all the way and thank God because there was a very big nasty stain right were I would have laid down so disgusting. Showed a picture to the front desk and asked for a new room. Was told they could not move my 2 small bags so was going to be late for a meeting. They ended up doing it for me so I was not late. I was then told Parking was $25 for unlimited access to the garage but not that that cost was per day. Really cant believe the Bed was even made with that unhealthy nasty Mattress. I travel a ton and expect Marriott to be at a higher standard so not happy! I have the photo of the Mattress if needed and you will not be happy with what I showed up to.

Bathroom was a not great....dirty toilet, hair in the shower and moldy grout. In their defense they are renovating all the bathroom at the moment and had not got to our floor yet. Charging $18 per person for a European style breakfast seems a bit much too.

The parking garage was conveniently located next door and luggage drop off in front was always busy so pack light when you visit or just have patience waiting for a cart.

Many issues, which included a service call to open the safe that was locked upon arrival, a giant stain in the chair, the shower door seam was loose so every shower made a big puddle outside, the tv cable box was hanging on the wall under the tv so it didn’t work without a service call, the tv didn’t work most of the time, a lighting detail under the desk was unplugged because I found out if you plug it in it flickers, and the small lampshade was ripped. Housekeeping was very responsive and the lady was very friendly. I wish I had gotten her name to compliment her. Front desk is attentive and always greeted me.

We had to call somebody to come in and fix the TV every day that we were there. The heater did not work the first night. My daughter slept in a hoodie and sweatpants.

The heater fan was working all night but the temperature of the room did not go higher than 64 degrees even the termostat was set on 72. The bathroom sliding door was broken and everytime you want to open, it hits the sink. They don't have parking and I had to pay $24 for parking.

My stay at the AC hotel was peaceful. It was perfect for a staycation. The only downside was the parking fees.

When we first arrived the TV didn't work nor did the phone. We booked a king bed but they only had double beds available so me and my wife had to sleep separately.

My stay was great and the view was beautiful, however, parking is $24 a day & the television didn’t work properly.

The AC Hotel is a diamond in the heart of National harbor Maryland. A lot of attractions and the Gaylord convention is right down the street for additional entertainment.

It is not accessible by public transport from what I could tell but maybe I didn't see it. It's very nice hotel comfortable bed. I got a room with a Riverview and it was gorgeous. Staff was very nice. I got this through a third party AKA Expedia and I don't believe I paid as much as the rooms usually go for for this particular off night. For me, I prefer more historic neighborhoods, but if that's not what you are looking for, I think you'll love it here.

It’s trying to be an AI hotel but nothing worked and the light switches were hard to find and the rooms were airy and clean but felt empty. They had remote control window shades that wasn’t easily able to operate with no manuals. The room was cold and no extra warm Blankies.

We stayed here on New Year's Eve with family in the hope that we would see fireworks. We did not get to see one by the harbor (maybe because it rained earlier), but we were able to see fireworks from the DC area right from our hotel window. It was such a sight! I am glad that we opted for the riverside view because we can see the Christmas tree, the ferris wheel, and the fireworks. The room was big and super clean. The staff responded to our request for extra cups immediately. The price that we paid for comes with free breakfast. The croissant was amazing. We will definitely come back again. Also, on our way to the hotel from the parking garage, we tried going through the back door. It was locked, but the hotel staff who were coming back from their break asked if we were checking in. We said yes, so they let us come in with them and showed us the way to the reception lobby. We really appreciate the gesture!

Hotel was definitely convenient, directly across the street from harbor. The Gaylord hotel was i guess a block directly down from the hotel which was perfect because that was our destination. Very clean and modern, no complaints at all about that thank God. Would return for sure.

This hotel offers a great view of the Harbor and the staff is super accommodating. The only drawback is the garage (pay at the kiosk not at the gate).

There was nothing inbthe notice about them not accepting virtual cards for the incidental holding fee. I explianed I recently canceled my credit card because it had been stolen. The deak attentdant claimed there was nothing who could do and I was turned away in the xold after traveling all day. And he couldn't guarantee a refund because of third party booking. Now I'm out like $200 bucks for a room I didn't even stay in. Yikes. Most likely not booking again

Great property with nice views of national harbor and in season the Holiday Christmas Tree. Very comfortable and lovely. We would recommend and definitely stay here again.

The second floor lobby was not good for older people. National Harbor shut down at 10 pm. That was disappointing given the holiday season

The harbor is a beautiful place, and this was a nice hotel.

Friendly bugs in the bed, did not expect from Marriott hotel. TV did not work, front desk told me, "oh you just turn it on and off 3 times in a row". Slightly annoying as TV was very slow for modern times, both turning on/off along with switching channels.
