Reviews
The hotel has a great location, close to outlet shopping and restaurants, but cleanliness and staff friendliness are major concerns. Some guests reported issues with the rooms, such as broken toilets, dirty surfaces, and uncomfortable beds.
- Great location
- Delicious breakfast at the property
- Lack of cleanliness and maintenance in rooms
- Unfriendly and unprofessional staff

Great location. Room nice and clean. Breakfast small but good. Will stay again.
- 4/5
Overall the stay was great, the staff was wonderful, we stayed during the NY Knick final game and was able to watch it in the lobby, some guess where bother by the noise but it was a championship game and they should have been more understanding. The night staff had it under control and it was not loud.
- 3/5
The soap dispenser was empty. The door frame is not lined properly. People could see inside the room (101). To expensive for a Friday night.

Location of hotel was great. Easy on, easy off. Plenty of food and shops in the area. Close to Myrtle beach and Coastal Carolina University. Hotel was ok. Check in was a mess, gave us a room that had people sleeping in it! Ultimately received a different room. Bathroom was updated recently and nice. Beds were very firm and typical hotel beds. It worked for what we needed, but I doubt I'd stay again.

The room was nice and the front desk staff were pleasant

Tried to check in at 2:30 and front staff on personal calls told us to come back at 3 was too early. Will not be back, to many other hotels in area.

The lights in the room didn’t not work. The shower gel was empty in the shower and Jo hand soap in lotion is the bathroom dispensers. I would l no recommend staying at this hotels

Never in my life have I heard of a hotel pool opening at 10 am and closing at 7 PM. Yes you read that right. 7 PM.

To start on a positive note, all the staff members at this facility were very friendly and welcoming from check in to check out, and parking was easy. There have been updates throughout the facility, but I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. There were clumps of hair on the floor throughout our bathroom and clumps of hair folded into the towels and wash cloths. We didn’t have any hand soap or body wash in our bathroom; fortunately we brought our own. The photos I saw when booking had a tub shower in the bathroom but our room had a stand alone shower which was inconvenient with a 1-year-old.Though this hotel was cheaper than many others in the area, I don’t feel the stay was worth the what I paid.
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable.
- 3/5
If your use to the floor being slippery on the hard surfaces, this place will make you feel at home. Guessing to much cleanser. Had a slight bleach smell in room oppose to a musty or animal smell. Bathroom, appliances and rm counter tops clean. Typical stay where carpets could use a once over. If i dropped something to eat, I would throw it away. No 5 second rule. Bed decent but not plush. Quiet. Over all good stay.

I wasn't aware of deposit until day of and was charged 200 100 for each room which was returned. Housekeeping could have done a better job I couldn't find the remote and lights weren't plugged in had thought there wasn't any between the beds other than that the stay was OK. Breakfast was OK be sure to get there early and I liked the Outlet was right across the street...

I selected this hotel based on the proximity to Coastal Carolina, the gym, and the breakfast buffet. The location was perfect but everything was lacking. The gym was small and had weird hours and the food was terrible. The eggs were microwaved egg discs that were extremely salty! There was bland cereal, oatmeal, toast, hard biscuits, yogurt and pork sausage. I room was ok but the bed was lumpy. My expectations were not met with this booking and I would not recommend staying here.

El sábado la piscina cerró temprano y me dijeron q el domingo estaría abierta a las 10:00 y cuando fuimos estaba cerrada y me indicaron qué domingo abría a las .11 mis niños no pudieron disfrutar de la piscina

I didn't realize until the morning of checking out the comforter had a stain on it. The breakfast could use an upgrade like a waffle maker.I would recommend others to stay at the Wingate.
- 3/5
First, our room did not have any soap or body wash, had to go back down to the front desk and ask for it. The AC in our room must have been failing because it kept making a rattling noise all night. Other guests at this location were very inconsiderate of others as they were yelling and laughing very loudly in the hallway late at night, slamming doors, dropping things on the floor and beating on doors. Not a good experience for us.
- 4/5
Negative: No ice bucket available but given 2 bags to put ice in. Long black hair on towel, yes I know it can happen just it bothered me.

Some of the staff were nice. However, the lady that served the breakfast was very rude. A man asked her about there being no orange juice and she simply said it was “out”, but I had been there for 4 days and it was “out” the whole four days. When he asked about putting out more food she stated that breakfast was over at 9:30 and it was not 9:30 yet. Also, the same breakfast was served everyday, not giving much to look forward to. I asked about the pool being open one day and the first day they said it was closed due to maintenance. She said it would be open the next day, so the next day I asked after it stopped raining (it drizzled for about 10 minutes). I was told that the pool was closed because of the rain. After it stopped raining it was not reopened. Therefore, during my whole stay the only thing truly enjoyable was the room. Even though there were many tv channels that did not work and the sheets gave me an allergic reaction.

Staff very courteous, breakfast left a little to be desired, I think someone should have noticed the dead bird in the pool, the handle on the shower door is about to fall off, facility is close to alot of tourist attractions good value for the money

• Long day/late night traveling, needed ready, clean, "safe" enough for shower/short sleep/early out. • minor human error left advance call on 18 min/no pickup hold, but Hostess lovely/apologetic upon arrival. Chill & I was extremely tired. • Load into room... go back out to car for more... return to room & notice "lock"'s DEADBOLT on door doesn't pass into hole of receiver plate (held in by only 2 drywall screws), & regular knob bolt barely went in (too big a gap, prior event??). Door had lightweight swiveling security guard (serving like slot & chains) that allows to open door but not fully open. It would certainly ALS not stop a shoulder to the door of impact. Door had large gap at lower end someone could see into room if tried. Tired... stuffed a towel in it & went to bed... prepared. Politely mentioned the deadbolt not working properly when checking out & that for security purposes they should not rent room until fixed, & the (different shift) hostess replied, "It's OK. We had a guy come work on it & the plate just didn't fit." Not an ounce of concern. It needed the proper plate (or at LEAST, the wrong plate's opening Dremel'd out a little. No wagering how many bookings later that will ever be fixed. Helen Keller (yeah, her) made a relatively supportive to Wyndham quote: "Security is a superstition. We're no better in the long run than outright exposure."

The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained, including both the rooms and common areas. You could tell the staff takes pride in keeping the property looking nice. The lobby and dining area were especially impressive — very inviting, comfortable, and well designed. Although I personally was not too fond of the breakfast options, it honestly did not take away from the overall experience because everything else was so enjoyable. Parking was convenient and easy, which is always a plus. What impressed me the most was how quiet the hotel remained despite it being an extremely busy weekend during the motorcycle rally. I expected a lot of outside noise, but surprisingly there was little to none, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The rooms were not oversized, but they were more than spacious enough for the price and provided everything needed to be comfortable. The layout was efficient, clean, and accommodating without feeling cramped. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return again in the future. Great customer service, cleanliness, comfort, and value made this a very positive experience.

Room was very clean and air condition worked really well.

Bed had a little noise deep inside when shifting weight.

The hotel was clean and the hospitality was great. The only thing that was an issue is that there was blood in my toilet and the shower floor was dirty. But when I told the staff they took care of it and was very polite.

Rooms weren’t super clean. You could tell they were rushing to turn over rooms in between each guest.

The room was a little smaller than I expected, but adequate. It was clean as well as the bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I stayed two nights and had no issues.
- 4/5
Parking was easy and plentiful. AC worked well. Space was clean. No coffee pot in the room; bring your own.
- 3/5
The breakfast was HORRIBLE! They honestly would be better off not advertising it as there was nothing there but old eggs and sausage both days- it looked like they added some water and just microwaved the days before food. They had a sign for potatoes but never placed any in the spot either day. There was Frosted Flakes and Cheerios offered but in the large reusable turn containers (my son has a nut allergy so I was afraid of contamination) they display a pancake center but they do not utilize it. The only fruit was apples. Both days it was the same three old looking plain bagels and two different small sized muffins - all touching and placed the same both days so had it looked appealing I couldn’t even take the chance of contamination. The coffee was not delicious either so I skipped that as well - Over all the hotel was fine to sleep at but don’t expect to eat the free breakfast.

The owner trespassed me from the property on day 3 of my 7 day stay and refused to refund me the remaining days I booked as well as entering my room while my family was sleeping unauthorized and waking my minor cousin from her sleep and requesting that she leave the property which was ridiculous. I have since reached out to corporate as well as the property

Easy to book and great value proposition for the level of accommodation provided vs the cost. Definitely will consider staying here again when traveling through the area
- 3/5
Bathroom and toiletries were nice, clean, and updated. Beds were small, couldn’t get most of the lights to work in the room, and the window AC was loud. Other than that, the room was updated and clean enough to be acceptable.
- 3/5
Staff was nice & helpful. Non smoking room had smoke odor. No soap in shower, door handle on sliding glass shower door broken, sliding door would not close completely leaving water running on VERY slippery tile floor. Complimentary breakfast was average, waffle maker did not work, potatoes & gravy containers were empty. Ultra complicated TV remote (I’m very tech savvy) but staff was able to connect with a simpler remote.
- 5/5
The room looks clean and pretty because it seems that it has been recently renovated but the cleaners can do a better job at cleaning it wasn’t awful but not the best. The breakfast is ok.

Room very clean but needed a little bit of maintenance - toilet paper holder was loose on the wall, needs a new molly, otherwise 5 stars. Room temp comfy and easy to adjust. Big comfortable bed so slept very well. Staff were friendly, lovely people. Breakfast included and surprisingly good - eggs, sausage, pancakes, potatoes, biscuits and gravy etc. good coffee and juice. Self parking. Easy check in and check out. Place has a pool which looks nice, but I didn’t have a chance to check it out. Would definitely stay here again. Got a terrific price through Expedia.

Very disgusting place! There was vomit on the walls and blood in the corner on the floor by the toilet. They only change towels and bedding every 3 days unless asked otherwise, which will get you no where. I asked and was met with a “well I can’t promise anything I only have 2 housekeepers.”The staff is extremely rude and inefficient. 0/10 do not recommend spend extra for a better quality of customer service/hospitality.
- 3/5
Beware of Strict Management at this property! I witnessed 3 families get removed or asked to leave property and one the lady manager called sheriff to get them out All because they had over the 4 people max per room!! (I know one family had 6 but it was children also) I heard her say it was a fire hazard and she would refund their money. I just felt the manager was over worked and overly watching cameras and harassing guest. I had two rooms for 7 people but I felt bad for those families.

Shortly after entering the room, we noticed several issues and brought them to management’s attention. Instead of addressing the concerns, my wife, children, and I were told we had to leave because there were more than four of us in the room—this was less than an hour after checking in around 8:45 PM. We were forced to check out by 10 PM. Despite paying for five nights, we were only refunded for three, even though we barely stayed an hour. Because of the late hour, we were unable to find another hotel and had to drive five hours back home, completely ruining our vacation. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked because it said breakfast but was wayyyyyyy disappointed to find out that it was cereal, yogurt, hot water for oatmeal anyway that’s not even considered Continental breakfast to me it was a small area in the corner so I ended up having to go out for breakfast.

Nothing..nothing at all the lady at the front was horrible helped with nothing and probably lied about the policy or something. When I came to check in with them they denied us due to us being locals but it was never said that they didn’t allow locals. I had to pay for another hotel room at a different hotel. The lady didn’t apologize either.

When I first arrived, it was immediately noticeable things were not as advertised and expected. The front lobby was closed and all check-ins were being routed to the back door of the building. The surrounding area by the property had trash openly dumped in portions of the grass, including old chairs and other furniture, and there were large open top dumpsters leaking refuse overflowing and filled to the brim with demolition rubble and other garbage all over the parking lot. Check in was instead relegated to being done in the upstairs hallway which was partially blocked by a makeshift desk, and the stairwell was coated with plastic wrap which made going up and down treacherous and especially unsafe carrying luggage. The promised pool was closed and not available, nor any breakfast service as expected, due to full renovations on the first floor I was not notified of at time of booking by either the hotel or Expedia, or on the website or the listing for the hotel. The hotel room I was put into, on the second floor, did not have several working lights, there were exposed wires coming from the wall, some of which were cut and not capped, by the bedside and also underneath the office desk in the room, which was also potentially unsafe. The lighting also seemed incomplete with poor overhead lighting and only the small entryway light and a bedside lamp. Thankfully the heating and cooling worked just fine, as did the bathroom in full, but I was not happy with the room to say the least
- 1/5
no one warned us that the entire hotel was under renovation. we could have gone to another hotel. we felt like we were at a construction site. that's why we are asking for a refund

The hotel was bring renovated during my stay. I stayed in a somewhat renovated room with new bathroom fixtures. The bed was comfortable and the room was decent. I feel this should remain closed until fully renovated because this location has so much potential especially being 12-15 mins from Myrtle Beach airport.

I will admit, all the reviews had me a bit nervous about my stay- but wow. Room was super clean and remodeled, bathroom was updated. Limited breakfast options due to remodel-but overall 5 stars for the price and value!

Please had trash in hallways, was dirty. Outdated I slept with my clothes on. Had a weird smell throughout hotel including my room that made me sick. Breakfast was uncrustables on and j sandwiches and yogurt. I mean really. I will never stay there again.
- 5/5
Top notch when it comes to a clean and comfortable room. You get the bare necessities and that was fine with me. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great! Water temperature was just right. The staff was friendly and gave excellent directions for places to eat.
- 1/5
I really think they should be letting the public know that so much of the hotel is closed off and the services aren't currently available. My sole purpose in choosing that hotel was because I knew I wouldn't have time to go somewhere to eat. The night I arrived I asked about the meal and they told me it would be more than what was showing which was just yogurt but the next morning when I went down they only had a very generic corn flake and the plain cheerios. There was no hot food at all. Even the coffee seemed just warm. I believe management should have at the very least supplied muffins, bagels, and how hard is it to plug up the waffle machines that are shown on the pictures of the hotel. Very disappointing.
- 2/5
No chair or sofa. As basic as it gets. Poor attempt at breakfast.
- 3/5
The building was undergoing heavy construction. Entire floors were blocked off. Breakfast area blocked off. Only thing they had for breakfast was uncrustables and yogurt. Thats it. Room was the best part, looked recently updated (probably why there working on other parts). But if says full breakfast influded and we were dissappointed on that. We went somewhere to get an actual breakfast after we left.
- 2/5
The place was ok for the $, but I was not expecting to pay an additional $100 incidental fee when I got there on top of what I already paid y'all for my room the night before. they said I would get it back eventually, but that's ridiculous. That was Friday night. It is now Wednesday and there's still a $100 hold on my bank account.

There is nowhere to hang clothes.
- 5/5
The rooms are clean and updated, the staff could have been way friendlier. I have worked in hospitality and it starts at the front desk. Also, not pleased with having to contact the hotel in today (October 2) checked out September 14 and they have not released the hold on my credit card.

Location Availability Smell.
- 1/5
Terrible. No phone, no iron, no heat, ac on 60 freezing cold. Not very clean. The motel is old and need professional renovations. Bring your own towels, bed linens and cleaning supplies. From the elevator to the room its old smelly and dirty. If you need a place to sleep just for a night, but surely not a vacation destination.
- 2/5
Bed is on metal frames that make noise each time you move.
- 1/5
It was a mess and dirty. They also put a hold on my card for incidentals of 100. Which was almost as much as the room
- 3/5
The staff was very curt when speaking to us when they were finally available. Had to stand at the desk for a long time waiting for someone to come help. I even called the number once while at the desk and was put on hold and then hung up on. When walking through the lobby, staff was seen doing crafts using a Cricut machine. Breakfast was cut short by 30 mins. My son went down at 9:15ish, and when he went down again at 9:30 with my daughter and husband, everything was being taken down.

Pretty good breasfast s ok
- 3/5
It was what it is for the price. But will not stay again.
- 1/5
First, the room was lacking basic furnishings. There was no desk, chair, or couch—nowhere for two 70-year-old adults to sit and relax except for the bed. It is unreasonable and uncomfortable to have to use the bed for everything, including watching TV and simply unwinding at the end of the day. When I inquired at the front desk about getting chairs for the room, I was told that none were available. This lack of seating made our stay far from restful. Not only that there was no closet to hang our clothes and with the lack of furniture, no place to even lay our clothes. This was totally unacceptable. Second, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink and the shower doors would not stay closed, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. We had to resort to stuffing washcloths into the track just to keep the doors shut while showering—something no guest should have to do. Finally, the breakfast service was inconsistent. On one day, the orange juice machine was working; the next, it was out of order—only to be working again the following day. This inconsistency, likely due to a lack of proper supplies rather than a true technical issue, suggests a need for better preparation and stocking of basic amenities. Overall, our stay in this room was very disappointing. For a brand like Sleep Inn we expected a much better standard of comfort and attention

Arrived at 2 pm to see if we could check-in early. The woman at the desk said, “We don’t start checking in until 3 pm. Came back at 3 pm with line to the door.” We had a single bed room. It was advertised as king size bed but was only a queen. There was no closet to hang clothes. There was no iron or ironing board. No chairs to sit in. There was one small bed size table. The shower door would not stay closed while showering. Has to wedge towel between the door to keep it closed. There was no ice bucket for ice. There was a very foul smell in the room. Water from sink does not get hit, only lukewarm at best. The shower water did get hot which I thought was strange. There was some kind of incident that occurred that required the police to be called. We will not be staying here or at a Sleep Inn again. There was one of the worse hotel experiences we have ever had. Please don’t stay at this hotel.

Staff was unprofessionally

Nice easy stay

If I could give 0 out 10 stars I would I checked in at the hotel and got to my room to realize the shower was still dirty from previous use with dirt stains and hair in the bottom of the shower plus hair on the “clean” wash cloths once I seen this I went down to ask the lady at the front desk could this be fixed and she told me no housekeeping were available so I waited til the next morning and spoke with another person who stated they were the manager she told me that she can’t have any one come and clean the mess and was very rude about it when I asked so I tried to ask housekeeping and she bum rushed our private conversation to tell them not to do it!, I had to go buy cleaning product and clean it myself.. I think that has to be the nastiest and most awful customer service ever and I just want people to know how nasty the showers and management are over at sleep inn! Here’s before and after pics of the shower

Take 3 days to fall off is over kill

The person at check in was very helpful and courteous. She explained everything thoroughly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. If l had to call something to their attention, it would be to get larger pillows. They were comfortable but just too small for the bed. I would stay there again😁

I booked for 6 nights and my son was there for day in half & asked to leave never to return. I am still waiting on my refund. They called the police for no apparent reason except asking a question.
- 4/5
No problems with this lower end hotel. AC works well (critical for Myrtle Beach in the summer) and the bed was reasonably comfortable.
- 4/5
Not appy aboutbeing chared $100 fee when checked in. Didn't realize it till i waslooking at my Card Account. Will not stay here on return trips to Myrtle Beach
- 1/5
They kicked us out soon as we check end they wouldn’t do a refund for us
- 1/5
Rude desk people

Our re-conditioned room was very comfortable, clean and nice. The rest of the hotel was very poor. Hallways old and in dis—repair. No ice bucket in room.

Stayed for a night while checking out Myrtle Beach. Great experience we enjoyed our stay!
- 4/5
Area once on the property, its convenient (gas station/shopping/grocery store). But getting in and out of the property can be a hassle
- 2/5
Uninterested in helping, gaps in the doors. Seems like landlord special face lift
- 3/5
Liked the location. Room needs updating. Smells. Does not get a good cleaning. Molded and
- 4/5
Convenient location
- 5/5
Hallways looked like a disaster but once inside our room was pleasantly surprised to find it was updated. New carpet, updated bathroom. Clean and comfortable beds. Staff was friendly. Bathroom door lock was put on wrong so it locked from the outside. Tv didn’t work, looked like someone had broken the cord. Was no big deal for us for a one night stay. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Very very comfy. Clean. The pool was nice. It was a relaxing stay
- 5/5
Very good place and price . Organization and quality
- 3/5
The check in was easy but there was a lack of hospitality. The pool was closed and that was not advertised. Breakfast was great. The room was relatively clean but there were what appeared to be hair rubber bands in one of the beds (almost like they fell out while they were making the bed). There are NO ice buckets. If you want some ice you'll be using a bag. There was a refrigerator in the room, which once again was not advertised.
- 3/5
Tv remote didn't work abd staff told us ut was user error. Upset customer in lobby when we arrived. Staff was not prepared to deal with her.
- 3/5
The beds were comfortable and clean, however there was no closet to hang clothes, only one drawer for clothes, the faucet was loose and there was a leak in the shower that got the bathroom floor wet.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 2/5
The staff was rude not helpful and the ac unit was broken.
- 2/5
Old and dirty. First night floor was dirty, killed a roach in the bathroom and no coffee supplies but a coffee maker.
- 4/5
the staff is not too friendly
- 5/5
Close to Coastal. Room was clean and quiet
- 1/5
Filthy
- 2/5
room was not very clean, there was a pill on the floor between the beds, the bathroom floor and shower were not very clean, there was a hair on the wall of the shower. Our remote control did not work. Asked the front desk and she told us how to use it correctly and said she would check it while we were out. Still did not work at any point during our two evening stay. the room smelled musty. beds and pillows were ok. Difficult to get in and out of the parking lot.
- 4/5
Close to family
- 5/5
Love the staff.
- 4/5
It was under construction so hopefully they are resolving some of my concerns. The staff were great; friendly and professional. The rooms are outdated. The carpet was seriously loose and could easily be a trip hazard. Rooms were clean but dingy and some of the plugs didn't work.
- 4/5
Property is close to airport. Had an issue checking in but it was the front desk person not knowing what they were doing.
- 1/5
We couldn’t even check in. The property was under construction and something with their computer system didn’t allow my credit card to go through for the deposit. Would appreciate someone to contact me. Very inconvenient.
- 2/5
It was under repairs and renovation. The breakfast was below average. There was not even a toaster to toast a bagel.
- 5/5
Our go to stay when a weekend getaway is needed
- 5/5
Very good stayed. I recommend

Property refused to delay my stay. Had a problem with my house closing and had to cancel my reservation. Property would not delay my stay so I lost my money.
- 3/5
It was great for a place to pull off and rest my head for the night cheap with a breakfast but very rundown
- 5/5
Nice area
- 5/5
The staff is wonderful! Clean inexpensive rooms. The laundry room could use a little help. Especially a table to fold laundry on.
- 1/5
Dirty sheets and charged twice at check in.
- 2/5
Lobby was very nice but lobby was like putting on a mask over what the room looked like. The room looked nothing the pictures on Expedia which is what drove me to pick this hotel. The hallway had a really bad stale cigarette smell. The room smelled like a dirty dog that hasn't had a bath in months and dirty carpet. The light to turn on when you first come in the room did not work. The only lights that worked were the lamps by the beds. No mirrors in the room.
- 2/5
Didn't actually stay, charged the visa and then told us we couldn't stay because the card is in my wife's name
- 1/5
The room smells of mold. We will not be staying here again. Also, they double charge you, but the second charge drops off after checking out, but they don't tell you this in advance. And the room was charged before you even check in. Like tge dat before. I chose that i would pay upon checking in.
- 5/5
I like the area
- 1/5
The place was nasty! They can’t even afford a do not disturb sign to hang on the door. The front desk clerk said they didn’t have any more signs. The shower was something you would expect on a camping trip. It’s a box with a slippery bottom. At checkout the LAZY clerk wouldn’t give me a receipt. Told me to come back when the manager was there. No more sleep inn for me! If there are no more hotels available, do yourself a favor and buy a tent. You will be more comfortable!
- 4/5
Interior needing total remodel.
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay hotel was clean and felt safe being there.
- 1/5
Worst customer service ever! Outdated rooms
- 5/5
Friendly, helpful staff. Older property, but clean and quiet. Convenient location. Perfect for what we needed - a nice place to stay during the CCU football game.
- 2/5
Slepper bed sheets where very stained and daughter refused to sleep on it
- 2/5
Parking was convenient, room was muggy, smelled, and outdated.
- 5/5
I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. Was greeted by a very nice lady at the front desk. The room was very clean and even smelled clean. I was there visiting my daughter who goes to Coastal, so it was very convenient. Shops are across the road and dining options are all around. I would definitely stay here again, as it’s nicer than some of the budget motels closer to campus.
- 4/5
Things that I liked about the Hotel was that it was easy to find off the highway, near the outlets, walking distance. And a convenience store was located next door. I cannot hold the hotel accountable for the behavior of some of the other guests, who were behaving badly during the night.
- 5/5
Clean and walkable distance to mall
- 3/5
If you're just going to sleep there that's about all I would do seemed like it could be better cared for breakfast there's nothing to write home about nothing worked although the area around the hotel had a lot to offer
- 3/5
The hotel is fine. Nothing special. It is not connected to the outlets as it states. You can not walk there from the hotel. It would be walking across a busy 4 lane road and around a large retention pond and grassy area to get to the stores.
- 4/5
It wasn’t the hotel it was Expedia service that screwed me up that I was unhappy with
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 2/5
They put a hold on my credit for half of my stay before I arrived then charged the full amount upon arrival and did not remove the half charge yet. Not sure this is correct!!
- 4/5
Property was clean. Staff were friendly. Walking distance from outlets.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Clean rooms, comfy beds, nice showers. Check in staff friendly. Only negative thing about our stay was the lady working breakfast was really rude to my kids.
- 4/5
If you need a place to sleep, the name says it all. Sleep. That was all we needed. Our expectations were not high so they were met. It is a 3 star hotel and if that is all you need then go. Near restaurants and shopping and in the parking lot of a gas station.Pool closes at 7 and it's day light till 8:30. Don't ask for an extra blanket or pillow, you won't get it. Breakfast was edible. Just sleep there.

- 3/5
The place needs some update. Carpet in the hallway had a funny smell and its lifting also. The room doors need painting. Some of the locks for the rooms are missing pieces. Coffee was nasty, it didn't even taste like coffee, had to throw it out. Breakfast was not good at all.
- 5/5
It was a great stay, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was just when I got into the room, it smelled of cigarette smoke and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I went to the front desk and told the young lady and she said that she would make a note of it and that it may have been from the floor above me or the previous occupants. After I sprayed the room it was fine until this morning when I was getting ready to leave and the smell came back.
- 5/5
Clean room, breakfast, pool
- 5/5
It was quiet. I was left alone
- 3/5
The hotel stay was not worth the price per night. The pool closes at 7, breakfast is the same daily and the housekeeping did not come.
- 5/5
Execellent
- 1/5
I booked my stay on Hotels.com. The description of the room plainly stated that it had a tub/shower combo. When I checked in the room only had a dinky shower. I went to the front desk and they told me that the tub my rooms that had a tub were handicapped and only had one bed. I had booked a double. My wife was very disappointed with that as she was wanting to relax after a long trip.
- 4/5
Nice place to stay had a nice location!
- 2/5
The room has a musty smell when you enter. I put shoes in the dryer with my clothes and went to the room for a few minutes, I came back they had taken my shoes outta the dryer, I had underwear in the dryer… oh and no quarters on site for laundry. The staff is not friendly.. please vacuum that hallway!
- 3/5
The floors in my room were dirty and area had mildewed smell but the beds were very comfortable and staff was very nice. The pool was closed all three days I was there.
- 3/5
That being said, there was soap scum on the shower door that wasn’t from us, and the bathroom door was busted up. The pool did not open on time one single day.
- 4/5
Good stay. Comfortable beds
- 3/5
Housekeeping didn’t get around for clean sheets and cleans towels our entire stay. I had to ask for clean towels and was told I had to bring the dirty ones with a count before we could get clean ones. Service was a bummer!

Good location
- 5/5
Ok clean little dated ..for the price it was more the adequate..
- 1/5
Wouldn’t recommend. Unsafe! Rude staff. Not for families.
- 4/5
Great location near mall and ccu
- 4/5
The location was difficult to get out of with a singular entrance and exit point shared with the adjoining gas station. Right turns lead into a shopping center and left turns are nearly impossible due to traffic flow. Some of the patrons and others gathered around the hotel were a bit worrisome and at one point there was some sort of an altercation and the police had to respond.
