Very clean room and property, beach access was great, only issue was the room stayed damp and wet the whole time, they needed a dehumidifier, the floor was wet and had to be careful walking, smoke alarm went off, battery died, was replaced very quickly

It was a very pleasant stay! Only complaint I have were the beds were very hard and not being able to enjoy the balcony because of others smoking weed, but I still gave 5 stars because the weed is out of their control and I can make it work with the hard mattresses. The staff was amazing!

This was a great stay staff was friendly and helpful.check in/out was fast and easy , rooms were clean. There is a pizza restaurant in hotel,two pools were nice. And they give you a welcome bag with toiletries when you check in.

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and this hotel and we loved it very clan and nice rooms we will be back!!

Location was great! Rooms updated and clean. Beds and pillows above average. Front desk check in was not very customer service friendly in general. Told me the nearest convenience store was Walmart... 12 blocks away, when there is a store less than 3 blocks away.

I liked where the hotel is because it’s not a real busy area and it’s right on the beach. We had ocean view and it was awesome. I enjoyed the little heated pool as well. The kids loved the pools and heated pool. The worst thing about the whole hotel is only having one elevator. That was frustrating. Not being able to fill up your cooler with ice wasn’t no good either. They need a big ice machine for coolers.

Staff were great!! Very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and well stocked with amenities. The pizza place on the second floor was good also! I didn't find anything I didn't like it couldn't cope with. -- there was a loud guest one night, but that's to be expected

OVERALL THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT THE HOTEL WAS GREAT ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN THE CONVIENIENCE OF HAVING A PIZZA PLACE THERE TO WAS NICE COULD USE A LITTLE TLC AS FAR AS THE POOL CLEANING GOES AND ANOTHER ELEVATOR DURING THE DAY WHEN HOUSEKEEPING IS THERE YOUR BETTER OFF TAKING THE STAIRS I BELIEVE THE POOL AND JACUZZIE PROBABLY COULD HAVE USED A BIT MORE TLC LOOKED LIKE IT HADNT BEEN SCUBBED WELL IN A HOT MINUTE AND WAITING ON THE ELEVATOR WAS PROBABLY THE WORST THEY ALSO NEED A STEP IN THE FRONT LOBBY SUPER STEEP DROP SOMEONE COULD GET HURT BUT OTHER THAN THAT GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Our door keys stopped working 3 different days and we were only there for 4 nights. The room door kept getting stuck and was told they would come fix it, but never did. We would literally had to slam into the door to get it to open or close. The pool was very dirty and not cleaned daily as it should have been. This hotel is very run down, and needs a revamp throughout. The ceiling looked like it was patched many times, and repainted, and just looked like it was going to fall in, in our room. We stayed on the 8th floor.. The only good thing was the view from our room, but we made the best of what we had and had a good small trip.

Had a wonderful experience here! From the moment we walked in the staff was extremely helpful. The lobby was clean and smelled amazing! They have two nice sized pools and a hot tub that my kids couldn’t stay out of. Our room was very comfortable! They provided enough dishes for four people with pots/pans and utensils to cook with. The bedding and towels looked brand new! We had a room with a view of the ocean, it was so nice to sit there with the breeze coming in and not smell cigarette smoke! I love that the rooms AND balconies are non smoking! They had ample parking in front of the hotel with an overflow lot across the street, the room was clean and bug free, the pools were crystal clear and was comfortable enough we could’ve easily stayed another week. The only suggestion I have is if you’re weird like me and don’t like your wash rags to hang from the showers curtain rod or laying them where you sit your soaps I would bring a suction cup hook.

Never ever will go back to this hotel! The room was clean but small and no where to sit except on the bed. 2nd no hair dryer or amenities and the bathroom was small. 3rd we had to leave 1 day earlier, due to unforeseen circumstances, we let the front desk know immediately. We weren't looking for a full refund, but asked for any type of refund. Had to call the property 2 times, manager was Mia, and told the front desk to tell us they don't make exceptions, policy is no refund. Geez the manager couldnt call us back, very unprofesional. Wow, why is it the established hotels always will make exceptions and refund the customer and on that note will never go back their. Also not the greatest location. Better hotels to stay at.

I read the reviews before I went and they mostly said it was clean, but they were just so so. You really get what you pay for. I’ll spare the petty details but this place is mid. if you’re on a budget, the view is great, and it’s the beach:)

The GM was amazing, smooth check in super helpful with our Harley for parking in a safe covered spot. Room was ready iupon arrival, views were stunning! It was a good time!

Overall, it was a great stay!

The hallways are dark, gloomy cement, the carpets are old and look dirty, no AC in hallways or lobby. The landscape outside was a bit dirty and some of the lights are broken. The pool area has cracks all over the cement and the hot tub looks like it has a yellow tinge. We will not stay there again! I gave 3 stars for the ocean view.

As soon as we checked in our room we noticed the refrigerator was broken I called the front desk and they removed it and put a new one in in less than 20 minutes It would have been nice to have a free breakfast for how much the room cost other than that it was a really great place to stay.

The room offered a great view of the beach and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. Inside the hotel room was clean and comfortable. Outside the hotel room could use some updating. There was only 1 elevator, which took awhile to come. I frequently smelled marijuana while in the halls and we had a loud child in the room next to us.

I loved that this hotel is literally on the beach. It made things so convenient for my family and I. There is parking so I didn’t have any hassles there. My room didn’t have an ocean view which was fine and there were two separate bedrooms which I loved since I was traveling with my husband and teenagers. The WiFi wasn’t as strong though. Anything we needed the front desk staff was able to assist us with as well. The area where this hotel is farther away from the main Myrtle beach area if you want a more peaceful side of town. This hotel also has a pizzeria on the second floor which had delicious food at reasonable prices. There is also a pool and hot tub located outside. FYI You will be required to leave a deposit of $150 cash or card. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come again.

My room was clean, I had a beautiful view, and the furnishings inside the efficiency were clean and nice! Smoking at the pool. The pools were dirty with trash and cigarette butts. The hot tub was usable the first night. They had to fill it with water and it was hot but it didn’t bubble. The side door to exit from our room you could go out but couldn’t come back in because the keycard was rusted out. It was our first time staying there, and will probably not stay again. Its a one and done. All the staff was very friendly.

It was actually really nice and a good location. Quiet but still close to nearby locations. So, it was nice to enjoy everything without it being so crowded. They did have a pizza place inside the property which we tried and it was delicious and convenient. They also deliver to your room. Overall tho, the best part was the staff. I’ve never had staff be as nice to us and always smiling even at 7am. Thankyou for a nice stay! The pools were freezing but we still jumped in lol!

A great place, could use some maintenance upgrade. But the room was beautifully decorated, beds were great They have 2 pools and a hot tub. And a crossover walk to the beach which is very handy. The weather wasn’t very cooperative as it was cloudy and windy. But we still really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely rebook!

location staff used to be friendly. only one left who is friendly is the man who has a coastal graduate daughter I spoke to. weve been using this hotel for 4 years that my daughter attended college there. We explain every time that the pet is my daughters and we don't know yet if hes staying. this time we only had a couple hours to eat dinner there and the rude staff charged me $73 something for my pet to stay for at most 3 hours to eat dinner in our rooms and walk on the beach. Other staff said they probably wouldn't have. The one that charged me clearly didn't like our family for whatever reason (maybe our race-white). It's ridiculous that you don't prorate for animals if they are only staying one day or three hours. This is the reason we stayed at another hotel last time where pets are free.

All the staff is very friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. No BRIGHT exterior lighting to impose on your sleep and the room was quiet. We will be returning in the fall. Nothing negative at all.

The tropical seas has a great location, very close to the airport, activities and restaurants. It is right on the beach, beautiful swimming pools very clean large rooms no carpet no smoking I would stay again.

Great location & good partial beach view. That's about all that was good with this place. The girl who checked us in was not friendly. The hallways were dark & musty. The room had updated furniture but the floors were dirty, especially in the bathroom. There was something "splattered" on the bathroom wall, which I wiped off a little with a wet washcloth so I knew it wasn't just a stain. There was a cigarette burn and a hole in one of the comforters. The sliding glass door was so foggy (not from humidity, or even cleanable), you could hardly see outside. The balcony was partially flooded so we had to move a chair out of the way so we could go out there.

We had a room overlooking the ocean. It was very nice sitting on the balcony to watch the waves. There was a fridge, microwave, and a table with two chairs. Also a big comfy sitting chair .. we needed for nothing. The Wi-Fi and television were good.

First, the staff was very rude when we arrived and checked in. After a 7 hour drive, we get there and was greeted with attitude. Once we got to the room, it was pretty clean and welcoming, but, once we stepped out on the balcony (which is the reason we chose that type of room- for the Ocean view) the balcony was flooded with water. It stayed that way the whole time we were there and we were not able to enjoy it! We then had two separate occasions where we returned to our room and the room key did not work. We had to go back down from the 8th floor, (the elevator was an additional problem- extremely slow!) to get help at the front desk. The first time, the lady (who was very rude when we arrived) was actively trying to check in another couple into our room! The second time, the gentleman at the desk just switched the cards out with no explanation or apology! There was no breakfast offered. That is somewhat my fault because I did not notice that it was not offered but I have never stayed at a hotel and they not offer at least continental breakfast. They had a coffee "station" located in the lobby but it was ONLY available for 4 hours a day. The luggage carts were also located in the hallway of the first floor. Which was fine but you had to take them out to the side of the building and back around to the front. You could not go through the lobby. After loading our cart and pushing it back up the ramp on the side of the building, with hands full, we had to use our key card to even access the door to get back in. The only nice person was the maid that was working on our floor (8th floor) and she seemed to be the ONLY one for that entire floor the whole weekend. This woman looked very worn down, hair a mess, going in and out of rooms working them by herself, and seemed to be there all day by herself.

You let pets stay in the hotel correct my wife was in the elevator with a couple and small dog in their arms. A gentleman got on the elevator with a German shepherd. The shepherd looked at my wife and lunges for her neck everyone screams the owner tackles his dog the door open he takes off she didn't tell me the story till I noticed her hand had scratches on them after check out No dogs

I liked how close it was to everything and that it was beach front When I arrived, I quickly noticed that the sink in the restroom had not been cleaned as there was hair and debris all in it. I started to unroll the bathmat, but it looked like it was unclean as well, so I left it rolled up. They do not have enough parking, so if you arrive after all the spaces are gone in front of the actual hotel, you have to park in a poorly lit lot across the street behind what I believe is a motel. The staff was not friendly and just gave you blank stares when you came in or out through the lobby, including when coming to check in.

The ocean view was so beautiful It only has one elevator and u were waiting forever to go leave your floor. Not enough outlets and the pool mad hot tub looked so dirty even though it was cleaned out

It was clean, friendly staff , nice location until Friday night the 17th On 4/17 Friday night whomever just arrived was extremely noisy all night we couldn’t sleep and the smell if marijuana was ridiculous. We couldn’t even go on our balcony that night or the next day so we had to leave a day early. They were going to refund us the one night but since we booked through you, booking.com. They said you would have to issue refund. My husband is recovering from lung cancer surgery so the smoking of marijuana and no sleep was uncalled for. Please refund one night

It was ocean front and for two days the price wasn't bad. I wouldn't leave anything valuable in the rooms though because twice in 1 day staff members just popped up and opened the door. It gave the feeling that they were trying to steal but we happened to be in the room so nothing happened. When the man came to the door he said, I was just checking the doors to be sure they're closed properly. Then when the cleaning lady came, she tapped twice, very low at that, then just opened up the door talking about some I was just checking to see if you needed anything. Mind you, she didn't even have everything that I needed so why did you really come🤔? It was weird

There were a couple things that could have been better. When entering the lobby there was a step up into the building. It was not wheelchair accessible. The ramp to get into the building is on the side on the building and it's not an easy task to get in. I am not in a wheelchair but I had a child that was so it stays on my mind when entering an establishment. Next the hot tub was nice and hot but it desperately needed to be cleaned. We got in then out quickly.

Like it had a restaurant in the hotel and the price was fair enough considering the condition of the property. The building is old even with the upgrade it was not up to par. The room floors were not clean and the Jacuzzi was discussing. Would not recommend. But for the price it would do if on a budget.

Their was some honest staff workers there who told the TRUTH about the hotel. Simple fixes that could have been fixed turned into lies, bad communication and no regard for your time, travel or family.

You definitely get what you pay for. It was not terribly uncomfortable, but the building itself could use quite a bit of work. I would recommend doing your research and reading through reviews beforehand to decide if it’s the right fit for you. If you’re not too picky, it might work, but just know it feels more like a fixer-upper than a well maintained place.

They charged additional fees at the properties. Thr card didnt not open the door, i had to wait roughtly 10mins, the hot tube was nastly. They dont clean the room daily but just take the trash out. No linens changed until you leave

It was an older hotel; thankfully, the room was remodeled. I'm so happy many hotels have flooring instead of carpets. The staff was amazing! Andre needs a raise, he went above and beyond what he was supposed to do. Dwight and the female staff members were very friendly.

No place did it say one pet per room. I had to pay the $75 "pet friendly" non refundable but then they said I will need another room for my 2nd 22 pound dog plus another "pet friendly" non refundable. Balcony was very small and below is were 2 stinking dirty pools and jacuzzi. Whole experience was misleading and sucked.

Room was dirty staff was full of excuses every day and never on the same page management could care less if you have an issue room was patch job with thick paint covering up damage to walls and such drove 15 hours to get here just to have no pool or hot tub for our stay they partially opened one pool which was ice cold and still no hot tub but to mention the nice eye roll when asking for clean room towels “that should be exchanged every day” as well as being told the pool being closed was out of their hands due to contractor availability… that’s not my problem that’s the hotels problem and they should have advertised online that the pool is down till further notice prior to us booking… overall rude manager and staff cleanliness was bad plan plus side… great sunrise view from the balcony with the loose handrail

The pool was closed our entire stay! It never said that on our itinerary or on the hotel’s website. Thank god for resort pass I could book at a pool for the days we spent there! Someone owes me a refund!

We stayed for 5 nights. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was a kitchenette which we enjoyed. Towels and trash tended to daily. A bit more attention to bathroom and floors would have been appreciated for that many nights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Walking in the lobby was okay, nothing special. Upon checking in we headed to our room where the door would not open. Once we got into our room we discovered that it appeared nothing like the photos. The tv was blaring, it smelled bad and was dirty. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and the shower had brown smudges all over. The whole place seemed a dirty and more than a little sketchy. We went right back down to get a refund and that was a 45 minute process of us having to wait for somebody to go and look at the room and then the gentleman at the front desk having to make several phone calls to ask if it was okay to refund us and on how to do it. It was overall a very poor experience in the very short amount of time we were there.

The receptionist forgot to let us know that we could park across the street if the parking lot was full. I ended up getting a ticket

I stayed here for a bowling tournament that started at 8 am. I departed the day of tournament at 6:40 am. To my surprise, there was a marathon that was getting setup. It was a challenge navigating to my event. It would have help if I had been informed because I would have departed prior to those setting up.

Asked about moving rooms but the woman at the desk stated it would be over $300 to move rooms. Ended up just checking out and going to another establishment nearby. Had a group of ppl outside my door at 10pm socializing and they leave the back door unlocked all night (despite having a key scan installed) everything echoed and sounded like doors were being slammed and furniture being moved all night…. Mind you it was off season and there weren’t even that many people around, Pay attention to all added fees. I have a receipt emailed when booked that had no credibility. Told them I had a dog when booking and they never told me there was a pet fee. They charged me $75 for my dog for the night and then held $150 deposit that they released on check out (so what was the point) such a mess. Never again.

The view balcony view was very nice. You could hear the ocean in the bed room! The bed was very comfortable and the beach and pool was very clean! It’s very affordable and we definitely will be back.

We love staying here, it’s always easy and simple to get checked in we also bring our service dogs on trips and they do not make it a hard process to do this we simply just show them the badge for the dog and there happy, I couldn’t be more happy with the service desk! The only improvement is I wish they would keep the hot tube open in the off season, but overall I recommend this hotel! And the pizza place inside the hotel is so convenient!

When I arrived, they had a problem with the elevator that needed an attendant to operation it due to the circuit board being incapacitated during a recent storm. I ended up using the stairway to reach my room on the fourth floor. On my second night, the elevator was back in service.

They over charged me and the place is full of water and staff is not really helpful. Cleaning crew was yelling at each other in the morning . Really noisy. Will never come again.

The hotel had to repair the elevator and since my reservation was for the penthouse, I opted for a ground floor room. The hotel refunded me the difference in price. Our room was clean and beds comfy. The pool area was clean had lots of lounge chairs. The one pool was closed for cleaning but there was another one. We had a very nice stay but we were disappointed we didn’t get the penthouse.

My daughter and i came up from Georgia. To visit with my grandbabies at the beach. Had a great time with them . Hotel room was freshly painted and beds very comfortable. We were upgraded to bedroom suite, couldnt work tvs , floors were dirty, and no bath tub for little ones. Overall a pleasant experience, and plus salt water pool" my daughter is allergic to chlorine pools"!

If you are looking for a clean, welcoming place, this isn't it. There were a myriad of small problems, but this morning when we went to check out, the elevator, the only one, was out of order. We had to walk down 4 flights of stairs twice to load our luggage. If there had been staff who cared one way or the other, a call and offer to help would have been the thing to do. The staff was available since they couldn't use the elevators. The pictures of this property do not mirror the actual property. Black ouside chairs, green pool and hot tub, just a few of the little details that matter .

The only downfall of our trip was that the elevator didn’t work for part of it. Climbing 8 flights of stairs was exhausting.

Hotel was quiet. Elevator was broken half the time we were there on the 6th floor. Zero water pressure in the shower. Pools were clean. Staff was amazing and very friendly.

Beds were a little firm for my taste, but very accommodating staff, clean enough and very convenient to the beach. Pet friendly Oceanview and a pool with stairs were my requirements, which it met. I am not fancy and neither was this. The size (smaller) gives it a cozy feel and overall friendly people. It was perfect! Will return.

When I asked to change front office was very rude , moreover smoking zone is right next to my room with one year old it was very uneasy

The property is older which was not a problem, but the lack of cleanliness was not acceptable. It was right by the beach which was great but we will not stay again. The check in process was tedious and the room was not available at the stated check in time.

We stayed one night due to a delayed flight. They had a decent priced room close to the airport and a couple restaurants. We had a great ocean view and watched the sunrise from our balcony.

The television in our room did not work at all for the entire stay. I asked for help several times a day and was promised they would come fix it but they never came.i was told by one employee there was nothing she could do about it. When checking out I told the front desk & the general manager but felt they were unconcerned. Housekeeping never touched our room. The hotel is dated and kind of dirty.

There is not enough parking in their lot for rooms they have so if u dont get there real early u wont get a spot u have to park across the street. Only 1 elevator worked. And the ice machine was missing on our floor so had to go down to first floor to get it and we were on the 8th floor. No real dresser in room just shelves to share. Not many plugs in the room and i have a cpap machine so that was a problem.

Being on the beach was great. The only saving grace for this property. Rooms were in poor condition. Doors cracked or hard to open or close. Sink drain didn’t work. Hot tub out of order. First floor was more like work basement than appropriate hotel floor. I would not stay here again.

We had a great view. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve slept in in any hotel or condo or house! The room was pleasant and roomy with a nice bathroom with a walk in shower. It’s an older hotel but seems to be getting some loving care. My only complaint is that the floor was dirty and I don’t mean with sand. So much so that after the first hour we were there we decided we had to wear our sandals the rest of our time there when in the room.

We were looking forward to this trip for our son's birthday . Pool looked dirty. Jacuzzi was not working (we saw people had complained abpit this a month earlier, but thought it would have been fixed by the time we checked in) It was the 4 of July holiday. The price we payed was WAY over priced, outdated. Book elsewhere

The lobby had a really strong smell of some type of air freshener and it was bad. Walking to our room the hallways smelled like pee and were dirty, as was the elevator. I didn’t want to put my suitcase down. We got to the room and it smelled bad. I get migraines and if I had tried to stay in that room I would have been in pain. The floors in the bathroom were dirty and the balcony had two cheap plastic chairs. I was really upset. I cried but my husband calmed me down. We decided to leave and loose our money. My husband went to the front desk and told them our issues and luckily they refunded all but one night. The hotel room looks much nicer in the pics. I got the feeling this might be more of a party hotel. The front desk manager was helpful and was able to refund 2 nights. The customer service was good and helpful. The hotel just isn’t as nice as the pictures and the reviews don’t match what I saw.

This property is in a nice location. That's the only thing nice. We were charged more for an ocean front room which is what we booked from Expedia. You had to use your shoulder to open the door. To get out you had to pull hard. The floor was filthy. The light on the patio couldn't be turned off. The water to wash off after being on the sand was drops. The staff was unfriendly. One slow elevator that was always dirty.Then to top things off there was a roach. We won't be staying there again.

This hotel is pretty poor. The counter staff was nice but the hotel and pools were decrepit. You would be better off spending a little more elsewhere and getting far better accommodations. Housekeeping was very poor. Poor AC. Filthy pools. Filthy corridors. WiFi in name only; I had better cell service. The view and proximity to the ocean were great but that does not compensate for the dismal facility. I definitely would not recommend.

Pictures of hotel are misleading. Our rooms were not clean, our a/c unit face kept falling in the floor. Once at 3a.m. And woke us up. The beds are not true queen size. Not enough parking for as many people there. Trash cans all down the halls full. There’s metal rusted vents with screws loose in the halls that a kid could easily run into and fall out. Only one elevator for the entire building. Hot tub doesn’t work. No chair to even sit on in the room. Staff was not friendly other than the man at the front desk. Checked out early and found something better.

The workers are very rude. If you book on Expedia it is not what you see is what you pay. You have to wait 10 min or moore for the elevator 1 elevator for 9 floors the parking we had to pay for my sister car and staff didnt care. I came from Charlotte and my sister came from Charleston to spend a few days with each other and they refused to give us 2 parking pass even though you ask me how many adults is in the room. Just horrible experience all around we will never stay here again.

I am currently staying at the tropical seas hotel and it is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I have given them multiple chances to make things right and they don’t seem to care to do that. To start when we arrived we were charged a different price than what we showed we owed when booking through Expedia. The difference was nearly 60 dollars and said it was Expedia’s fault and if we wanted to continue with our stay we had to pay the difference. We were moved rooms on day one because a light didn’t work on our balcony, so they had some electricians come to our room and the electrician told us the wire was broke and it was a big job to fix the problem. The general manager gave us an “upgraded room” at no charge but this room is probably worse than the first room. We have a terrible sewage smell in the room any time the kitchenette sink is ran. We have had to use the one elevator they have in the entire building to

Expect what you pay for I guess- rooms and pool are really old. The fake plastic flooring moved every-time you walk. Make sure if you have a dog you will be paying for a bottom floor room and an $80 “upgrade” and. $65 pet charge. Room service does not visit daily. If I had children the double queen would not be big enough. Just make sure you look at all reviews before booking.

We arrived around 1am and we were given a first floor room without a view. When we walked into our room there was water standing in the floor and a leak in the ceiling. We went to the front desk to request another room and they had none available until the next day. Once we moved rooms, everything was great! My only other complaint would be that the hot tub was closed. That was one of my filters in my search for a room. I wanted a place with a hot tub but you do not know it’s closed until you’re there.

Visited family in area. Traveled with my dog. Room had plenty of room for a dog kennel. Only thing I was not happy about was lack of hot water. Had to take bath very early if you want hot water.

Later, they tried to call me, but I missed the call since my phone was at the beach. They even came to find us and said, “We’ve found a new room for you—come take a look.” When I returned, they had indeed arranged a different room for us, which was much cleaner and nicer. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. From the reception to the housekeeping team, everyone was focused on solving issues and had a kind attitude. The hotel is small, but its location right by the ocean is a big plus. It’s less than a one-minute walk to the beach. We were very satisfied and thank the hotel staff for their great service.

Came down for bike week, the staff was super sweet and helpful! They made sure to rope off a section of the parking lot for motorcycles. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Definitely will stay again!

It was raining and windy, was told to use side entrance. The entrance was super slick and caused me to slip, fall, bruise my hip and get “brush burn” on my legs. There was nothing really there on the ramp to reduce slips.

Every single employee I encountered from maintenance people to housekeepers to front desk people were incredibly friendly and professional on several occasions. It’s like they all received the same customer service training and all took pride in actually delivering quality service! Love the view, balconies, parking and clean bug free rooms!

From the hotel check in and out employees ( The lady that checked us out, Shay, and the man that checked us in , I forgot to ask him his name , we’re both amazing!! , cleanliness of the room and the beautiful view from the room!! I have absolutely NO complaints !! I have stayed MANY times in MANY different places in Myrtle Beach and this one is by far the best!! This is definitely the place we will be staying EVERYTIME we return to Myrtle Beach !! A BIG plus was that they have a broom and dust pan in the room! I am a cleaning fanatic and used them everytime we came in from the beach !
