First room was not cleaned at all. They had to switch us to a different room. Very outdated place. Some staff were nice, some so so. Did like that it was close to the beach though. Would not stay here again.

Attitude from check in, housekeeping, front desk for simple asks like clean towels, toilet paper and room cleaning which were never received until we went to front desk and asked for a manager. They wanted us to do everything ourselves and here I was thinking I didn’t like airbnbs for that reason and a hotel is better, not this hotel.

Love the atmosphere and the walking distance to family Kingdom and some eateries. The pools are nice and well maintained as well as the outdoor area in general. The room needs some work. Housekeeping was very slow and unpredictable. The ventilation fan in the bathroom did not work so the bathroom stayed wet and hot the entire time, There were no ceiling fans and our bedroom stayed very hot.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The person at check in had the personality of a brick! Room had roaches!! Looked nice, but not clean. Kitchen counter had sand all over it! Moved coffee pot to put my on in it's place and there was sugar or something underneath. Will not be staying again!

The hotel was great. However, they neglected to inform us that there was beach erosion work being done right in front of the hotel. So there was multiple boats and durges and equipment out in the ocean. In front of us, and then on Sunday, they closed the beach. A quarter mile in each direction in front of us. So we were not able to go onto the beach on Sunday or monday. I feel like they should haven't informed us of this before we booked our hotel

Beautiful, super clean, excellent location, great staff. One of the nicest places we've ever stayed in Myrtle. Jaime at the front desk was very helpful and a great asset to the company. The room and resort were extremely clean! Housekeeping did a great job in our room on the 17th floor. All furnishings were in great condition. The ocean front view/balcony was private and yet right on beach with perfect views and the sounds of the surf. There was a stove, full sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave. There were restaurants/bars right by the hotel and it seemed like a very safe area. Highly recommend.

I liked the fact that it was close to everything; boardwalk, amusement park, rentals, restaurants ect.. the only issue was that the beach was closed off due to construction/ beach repair.

A little further away to main attractions if walking, not much right by as far as coffee shop, restaurants, etc. The only store was across the street and just for a couple twelve packs of pop, cereal, milk, and coffee creamer was almost $100. The resort only has coffee for you from 7-10am and no coffee in rooms left for you so bring coffee because the staff is not going to get you coffee if miss it and its a long walk to get some and expensive to buy across the street. Bought coffee creamer thinking resort provided coffee. The swim pools, hot tub, cleanliness, ocean views, and very nice room with comfortable bed was still worth the stay. I always stayed at other hotels so this was my first time staying at Sandy Beach Resort.

If there is no smoking allowed why were people smoking by the entrance?????? Not safe for No one air to breathe..... rooms could have been cleaner. And for some reason my bed smelled just like the one of the employees. Heavy sweet smell all over the sheets so I had to get clean ones..... not interested in knowing why they smelled like the worker.... my overall stay was amazing I dont like how housekeeping comes around alot lol don't they have a list or not???? Filters should be changed before or after a stay not during to much traffic in my private vacation stay... i loved the view of the ocean from the room

Resort was in a great location. Parking was arossed the street. Room itself was beautiful. 2 Bedroom 2 bath kitchen with washer and dryer. Well stocked and clean. The bad side. It was the noise. Guest could be heard from pool, though walls and hallways. This summer (2026) there is construction in front of the resort. Lots of noise from bull dozers. (round the clock beeping from backing up) There was no beach access in front of resort at this time. Beach reconstruction will end in Aug 2026.

There was construction on the beach in front of the hotel (and 2 others left and right) so we could not use the beach. We couldn't use the pool because of the construction noise and exhaust gasoline smell. The construction was during the night too, so we couldn't get a good sleep. The property is "smoke free", but people were smoking by the pool and security was smoking by the elevator. One elevator was down so it took forever to get to our room. Houkeeping visited our room once for a 3 nights stay, took all the towels but didn't leave any clean ones.

We headed down to the Beach to celebrate my son graduating from High School. We were 5 adults and we had a two bedroom suite and it was huge! We had everything needed to cook except for the basic condiments and seasoning but, Walmart being one mile away made it a quick trip. Staff came every morning to see if we needed towels and fresh bedding. Everything was walking distance or a short drive. The only downside to this stay was that they were doing construction on the beach and we didn't have access from the resort. Other than that, I would absolutely book here again

I would suggest not going during bike week that’s around Memorial Day because it’s not as peaceful and you get people playing music really loud at 1am and yelling in the hallways at 2/3am and going in and out of there room letting the door slam shut at that time too. Also, the Murphy bed in my room wasn’t that good and was way too low to the floor. But other than that it was a great experience!

The refrigerator freezer was not working, the air conditioner in the living room was not getting cold but the once in the bedroom was 58 degrees when set to 73, the entirety of ocean blvd smelled like weed.

Room was clean and looked nice, my family's stay would have been perfect if they would have had the decency to change the mattresses!!!!! They are extremely old and worn out! We couldn't enjoy our stay because no one really got any sleep! My back was hurting as I was checking out. Come on Sandy Beach get it together! the mattress is one of the most important components to a room!

The property itself is absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. The rooms were not so well maintained and cleaned. I had 2 rooms on the 4th floor (419 & 420) 419’s floors were absolutely nasty! They clearly had not been swept well and obviously not seen a mop in quite a few weeks! The bathroom was outdated, which isn’t a big deal, but the toilet was so low to the floor I felt like I was sitting on a kids potty. Everything was cramped in a tiny spot. The sink was right beside the shower and you could only get in or out on one side and hope you don’t lose your balance because you are going to hit the cabinet corner. There was crumbs left all over the floor and couch. One pillow case had blood stains. Now room 420 the kitchen light didn’t work and you can’t get anything in the microwave other than a small bowl because someone put it next to the cabinet and the door will only open about 1/4 of the way before it stops because it opens the wrong direction. Floors were the same…nasty and very gritty with sand. Now the biggest thing was the water. There was absolutely no cold water to be found not in the kitchen nor bathroom. We had to decide whether we bathed in scalding hot or satins booty hot. We had to use ice to cool water down just for simple things. Pools were a 100 Staff would answer the phone when we called numerous times and I even spoke with a supervisor while in the elevator about this things. Check in/out staff was awesome! Maids didn’t seem to understand english

I had a great experience and time. I had an ocean view room. It was clean and well stocked. I had everything I needed. It was wonderful. I would book again.

We were informed that daily housekeeping would be provided for tasks such as replenishing clean towels and removing trash, but this did not occur unless we contacted the front desk. Additionally, after our three-night stay, the bedding was supposed to be changed and a more thorough cleaning completed. This also did not happen until we called to request service. Another concern was the strong odor of marijuana. Although the resort is advertised as smoke-free, the smell was very noticeable whenever we opened the balcony door. On our final night, the odor became so strong that it was detectable even in the bedroom, which is the furthest room from the balcony.

Easy beach access and they kept all pools clean each day. The room was clean and we check in was quick and easy. Only complaint would be one of the elevators being down causing a small wait to get up to the room due to there one being limited elevators

The room was decent. Oceanview room. The staff and hotel main areas weren’t as clean. The other guest were sketchy, felt unsafe at times. Booked for 5days, stayed 1 day. No refund for the other days. Went to the Dayton resort on 24th ocean drive. Better crowds

The resort is wonderful. Good location. The view was the best. Our cleaning lady was very accommodating and thorough. The room layout was great. The furniture in the living room needs to be updated. We just threw a bedspread over the couch and went with it. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall this was an excellent stay. There were no issues during my 2 day stay. The ocean view was beautiful, the staff was awesome..Just a home away from home, the place was awesome, plenty of space the location was perfect, store right in front, bar and food right around the corner 😀

This place smelled real bad and was very dirty there seems to be 2 parts to the building the dirty rotten end and the OK end. The price was only $100 total I should have known better.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We needed a getaway just for the two of us and had an amazing time. Sandy Beach Resort is great for families and for couples. Great restaurants close by. The pools and beach access are great. Spend the few extra bucks to get a private balcony with an ocean view, it's wellworth it. We'll be back!

The room was clean and a nice size. The pools were also clean (inside and outside). The property itself was clean bur could use some more amenities bc there isn't much other than the pools. Check out is at 11am. Room cleaner came at 9:30am and knocked and asked if we were leaving I said yes we will be checking out today. The same lady came back not even 30 mins later to ask again and I said yes we will be leaving by 11. If check out is at 11 I expect to have until 11. We have a pretty far drive home so we toom some time to sleep in and was woken up by the knocking the first time. Other than that I would stay again but would look for better options first.

The staff was very friendly! We came in at the end of bike week and ended up getting an upgrade to a suite! The condo was clean, beautiful, and well appointed. The balcony had a great view of the beach and two of the pools directly below. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Had to had to book a quick last-minute night here and it was perfect. Had two pools and two hot tubs. Easy to walk on and off the beach. Walkable to restaurants. And our room was big enough for all guests with comfort and cleanliness.

Well, Sandy Beach Oceanfront IS an old hotel. Cleaning does take place every day, however the carpets needs to be replaced. The floors in the elevators are in need of replacement and I Certainly think that Every shower needs HANDRAILS!! This is so true for seniors! It still is a good place to vacation.

Decent stay, my only complaint is that there is no parking deck. I didn’t like sharing parking spaces with the convenience store across the street. The appliances in our unit and the furnishings need updating. I accompanied my husband on a business trip and the unit was sufficiently equipped for our week long visit.

Overall, had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean! Also cleaning staff came around every day at the same time if we needed anything. Parking is across the street. I did see a lot of families at this resort so don’t expect it to be adults only.

The room was clean. It’s a condo so we had to bring food, napkins and any other things we needed. We cooked for some meals. Fully stocked kitchen with pots and dishes and utensils. 3 coffee pots. Large beds. We were beach front. Several pools to use if you don’t want to swim in the ocean. On the boardwalk. I would recommend.

Check in was easy only down side is pulling in you have to go under the building and go up to the second floor to check in too many people checking in just to come back unload take stuff up before coming to move the car because you have to have a parking pass and it will cause cars to back up out into the road trying to get in. As far as the room love love love has everything you can possibly think of even a cord to hang wet clothes over the tub even tho there was a dryer in the room but no soap holder there is no where to put your soap without it sliding off the tub… o also when going please make sure you pay attention to the zip code there is 2 different places 30 mins apart with the exact same address….

Our room/suite was perfect. It was clean and comfortable, especially for the price! We enjoyed our coffee each morning on the balcony with a beautiful ocean view. You're basically within a mile or two of lots of food options. We actually walked to dinner on the pier at a place called Wicked Tuna. Superb! Riptydes is just down the block, as well. The only drawback were the crowds and traffic on Ocean Boulevard during the evenings over the weekend. We were there near the very end of the off-season and Saturday night was beyond crowded. I can only imagine once the Summer season kicks in. But, if you want a nice place to stay, complete with your own kitchen, an ocean view and steps from the beach, you can't beat this. Note: Bring your own beach towels.

Well supplied linen and towels, but bring your own kitchen supplies, staff are respectful and helpful, our room was quite yet next to elevator, laundry and ice. Nice unit but dated furniture could use new ones , ample parking, nice waterfront, no restaurant in the premises, serves coffee in the morning. No breakfast. Very close to amusement park, great location for family with younger kids, 6 minutes to Walmart

The furniture in the room was very old and worn. The bathroom door was swollen and only opened 1/4 of the way and the balcony door would not close properly because it was old and needed replacing. The shower was hot and good water pressure.

Great oceanfront view. Four pools including two inside. Close to many shops, restaurants and the boardwalk.

Front desk and Manager are very polite and friendly. Well maintaining and very clean. Beachfront view is amazing. Pool timings are 8am to 11pm. It gives more flexibility to cover other activities with in the city and relax in the pool.

This is a clean family, friendly resort. The property itself is safe for teenagers to explore although I was told by the front desk at check in that my 17 and 16-year-olds could not use the gym without me present which is not true. It’s under 16 and clearly marked on the doors. The gym itself is in poor condition (broken equip, etc.) There’s no sanitizer/wipes to clean the equipment off- pretty gross. Maybe it’s not SC law, I don’t know. The hot tubs did not have enough water so the jets were shooting at surface level and blasting everybody in the eyes, mouth and ears. However- they were clean, everything was clean, and staff is very nice! You have to go off-site for any/all purchasing needs. If you have kids, age 17 and under must be off the streets or accompanied by an adult 9pm-6am due to intoxicated adults fighting, crazy drivers, and 3 shootings last year (per the biz across the street). The amusement park next block over is open till 1030 or 11 though, so you can’t have adult time while your older kids go bc you have to physically be there at 9. I would go up the north end if I were to visit MB again, to avoid that. There were things going on outside the amusement park and Friendlys that scared the kids and we’re not from a hoity-toity area. We are from the Philly/AC area- we see stuff. A man dragging his gf down the sidewalk screaming while the cops were busy arresting someone else a block down. Stay on the property and no issues! The views are great!

The room was outdated and smelled like smoke. I requested another room and was informed that they were full and would follow up with me the next day but never heard anything back. The bathroom had mold beside the tub, living room furniture had stains and was old, the dining table was scratched up and the chairs had tears in it. I wish the conditions of the room were better for the money spent.

There was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from nearby rooms, which made the stay uncomfortable. Noise was constant throughout the night, mainly due to drunk guests, making it impossible to rest. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Even a Road Lodge/Red Roof Inn would be a better option.

We stayed in an oceanfront room over spring break and it was great. There was some noisy people but that's not the resorts fault. Everything was clean and the kids loved the pools

We were very pleased with our stay and will likely be repeat visitors.

Front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating throughout our stay. Jaime and the evening manager went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. We highly recommend Sandy Beach—the rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for an extended stay in Myrtle Beach.

Liked the one bedroom with Murphy bed setup. Only complaint was quality of the pillows. Welcoming staff and room staff all very good. For a future trip would have enjoyed a lower room level (up to perhaps 5th floor). Stayed on 14 floor which was too high to enjoy the water views. Pillows were lumpy and seemed well used. An extra blanket for Murphy bed could have been provided.

On the beach Needs to be updated, and needs a good cleaning

We first discovered the Sandy Beach about 5 yrs ago. It's always peaceful and the staff is always attentive and happy to help. That the pool for the children was closed, this cost me a longer stay at the beach where the water is higher and the clean up is awful ( sand every where) Especially when you have girls ( sand in hair).

It was so quiet. Literally had zero issues. Clean, close to everything, beautiful view of the ocean. Plenty of space in our room. Will def stay again.

Nice facility and staff. Only complaint….PARKING!! There is no on-site parking. You have to park across the street in a pay to park lot OR use the available free parking spots. Free parking is still across the street but a much further walk.

Room was comfortable but appliances need updating and a deep cleaning needs to happen before the busy season starts. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a parking garage, but a shared parking lot across the street. The kitchen was well equipped and I was able to prepare several meals throughout the week. Overall a good stay and a budget friendly option.

The room was spacious, clean, and well furnished with an incredible oceanfront view. All 3 bedrooms were oceanfront with accompanying bathroom. An added bonus was the New Year's fireworks show right off our balcony.

The rooms were not heated/cooled uniformly. The mini split unit was very musty. Not much kitchen storage for long stays. One of the outdoor pools was not swimable. There is no beach access before 8AM so you have to physically leave the buildng and walk down the street to get there for sunrise. The beds were comfortable and the tub was a nice size for soaking. Laundry on site was helpful.

Hi! My room was available a little before check in time. The host was nice at check in. Room was clean, fitness room had a variety.

As I re-entered my room and upon further inspection, it was revealed that there was, a patch of human hair behind the chair facing the livingroom balcony. The bottom door stove was broken, there was a unknown dark red hopefully not blood stain on the second bathroom floor. All the floors were un-swept. (Photos attached). The bedroom pillows smelt like someone else had slept on them. It was obvious they weren't changed. While sweeping the the floors ourselves we noticed there was a sock pile of dirt from the floor. Socks were also found by the night stand in the main bedroom. We also had to wipe down the bathroom walls because of black mold and dirt. On the November 30th we noticed several roaches in the kitchen sink. There is a bad stench smell in the hallway's. I actually should give this hotel a IRS form 10-99. Because my family and I had to clean our entire room to enjoy the first night stay. Or deduct it from the cleaning person responsible as displanary action.

The only bad thing was the parking. Me and my husband have health issues with our handicap hanger we ended parking about 2 blocks Away.

Loved that our room had a beachfront balcony and loved the multiple pools amd hottubs. Everything was clean and smelled fresh (our room and lobby guest bathroom were a little dated, but who cares when you got the beach right in front of you?) Within walking distance to restaurants and amusement park. (If you like to make coffee, pack a few filters to avoid being overcharged for a few in a sandwich bag at the convenience store across the street.) We really enjoyed our time here and look forward to returning.

Room was just ok. We did stay 10 nights and bedding sheets been changed only one time after my complain. Room was not clean good. Bedding sheets are very old and with holes. Fitted sheets didn't fit.

Clean room. Beautiful, breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings. The balcony was nice and overlooked the beach and thw pool. The sounds of the ocean surf made rest and sleeping a breeze. A little chilly due to the time of year but sitting in the sun was really nice.

Really didn't like being on the 5th floor. Rooms are way different than the rooms on the higher floor like 19th floor. Last time I stayed was on 19th floor room/view was awesome. Room more updated

during our stay there’s not much people in the beach since that was the time when flooding occurred in some neighboring area. Quite and peaceful the kids enjoyed so much!

The property needs updates, but the spaces were well kept. The pools could have use a bit more maintenance. My son found a beer can and hairs. The AC in our rooms kept shutting down. They came but it kept shutting down.

The bathroom had mold, and there were black bugs in the shower head. The beds were uncomfortable and uneven, with a noticeable dip in the middle. There was rust in the kitchen area, and the hot water didn’t always work. Management didn’t seem to care and wouldn’t allow a switch to a better room. Overall, the place was noisy, inconvenient, and poorly maintained. I would not stay here again — this property needs major improvements and is not recommended for travelers seeking comfort, safety, or convenience.

Our whole stay was perfect! We came for our honeymoon and it was the first time here for both of us. Our room was very nice! Super clean and has a lot of amenities, like a full fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and even the cabinets were full of kitchen ware. The staff were very nice and friendly. We had no issues while we were here. The pools were very nice, and we had easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again! In fact, we’re already looking into booking next year for our anniversary!

Not even 5 mins of being in the hotel room the roaches started cooking out as soon as I put my food down. The start to a bad night. I had to change hotels.

We had a great time and experience.

I was given a dirty room when I first arrived at the hotel. The sofa was filthy, fridge rusted and shelf’s broken inside, Hottub fixtures broken as well. Was given another room which was a little bit cleaner but had black mold spores on the chairs.

The property was well kept, my room smelled wonderful as soon as I walked in. Loved the private balcony looking out to the beautiful beach and the pool. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

Location is great, but hotel saw better days, indeed. Though it's smoke free property, the smell of ganja was strong, and some shady characters were around. Too bad, that prime real estate location aren't kept properly. Verdict: almost good enough for couple days stay.

One thing that pissed me off is you have to park across the street and they towed my vehicle saying it was parked in the wrong spot at 11:30. I had to get a cab and go to the impound lot and pay $160.00 CASH TO GET MY VEHICLE RELEASED. SOMEONE COULD HAVE CALLED ME AND ASKED ME TO MOVE IT BEFORE THEY TOWED IT. NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!

Jackie at the front desk was absolutely amazing helping us find a surf shop and restaurants. Everyone is so friendly and the room is like a beautiful apartment with a full kitchen, very clean and tidy with a beautiful view and balcony.

It was a decent location and I understand it is difficult to keep a beachfront hotel sand free, but this place was really in need of some cleaning.

Nice location. Rooms are in SERIOUS need of renovation. Walls need paint, mattresses are lumpy. Coffee pot had burner issues and should be replaced. Pool was nice, beach access is good.

I like that it’s on the beach. However, I didn’t spend hard earned money to stay in a hotel that has black mold! We were moved to a different room only to find black mold in there too. They told us that black mold is a problem there because of the beach. I’ve stayed other places before (on the beach) and mold was not an issue. The outdoor area was nice! Unfortunately, we couldn’t sit on our ocean front balcony that we paid for because our neighbors smoked weed the whole time (at a non-smoking resort)

The bad: A lot of smokers ignoring the resort’s no smoking rules on the balconies, pool decks, and on the beach. No enforcement from management. Running the gauntlet of homeless people between the parking lot and the beach. That section of Myrtle Beach has gotten progressively shabbier over the last ten years. HVAC was blowing some musty air. The ugly: Obviously drunk people roaming the pool deck at night, some possibly under age. The occasional whiff of marijuana.

The bedroom was dark. The tile was broken, the refrigerator was rusted, the balcony door did not open easily just enough we had to wiggle through sideways as it would close on you.The room did not match the photos. We got there early and were told they would call when our room was ready no call happened. No biggie but when I went to the front desk 4 hours later I was treated rudely and given a horrible room. In fact I was dismissed, maybe she was having a bad day, fair No big deal. If resort is in your name do better! There was a murphy bed in the living area that was neat but the smell was so bad We had to keep it closed and air the room out due to the smell. There is nothing close so definitely rent a car or drive! If you are at the pool or beach you need to walk up to the second floor just to use the bathroom. Which is both inconvenient and ridiculous. The elevators were constantly broken making getting anywhere time consuming. When i checked out they never asked how my stay was! Maybe they just know their facility is a disappointment. I maybe get to go on vacation every 6 years so this was not worth the price even though it seemed like a good deal!

We went for a family vacation and we werent disappointed. The room was clean and very comfortable. It accommodated all of us comfortably. There was toom for 7 people to sleep, if need be. The front dest people.were friendly and helpful. Id definitely stay there again.

They need to have a safe in each room. Other wise you have to take all your valuables & money with you to the beach. The bathroom in our suite could have used a new door & the ceilings needed a few touchups.

Everything was amazing the room, the pools the Jacuzzi, the employees. The only thing we did not like was the parking you have to park across the street and hopefully get a close parking spot but besides that the trip was amazing. Had a fantastic time.

I decided to look online to find out why, when we book through a 3rd party (ie:Expedia), we would get a room like this. It sounds like it happens a lot. Maybe Expedia should post pictures of what the outdated rooms actually look like. The couch in the living room was stained and smelled. The bathroom door looked leke it had years of water damage as is was swelled on the bottom and needed to be replaced. The kitchen faucet leaked when on. We turned off the air conditioning because of the way it smelled, and even the hallway had a musty nasty smell. I was completely disappointed at the shape of the room in general. I would not recommend the hotel unless you book direct as I'm not sure what type od room you will get. One nice thing was the pool area and access to the beach. You will have to rent chairs and an umbrella if you want any shade. They are not part of the stay price. We also didn't mind the walk down the boardwalk, but if you have smaller children that need to walk, it may be a lot of walking.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff and very clean. Someone was always mopping or vacuuming the floors and the elevator was always clean.

The only negative is not enough handicap parking.

Rooms need to be updated

I've stayed at many places on the beach- this is one I'd happily stay at again. I have a handful of go-tos that I trust for overall cleanliness and experience. I'll add this to that list.

The building and facilities not too bad but as you walk into elevator you see old dirty hotel. Rooms are poorly cleaned, I had to clean it myself and when I wiped the coffee table white clothes was black from dust and dirt on it. I was misled for the fact that each unit is individually owned and the great reviews it has might be from better maintained units. Our angle suite didn't have bdrm window. Appliances dishes and everything in the kitchen were in very poor condition. I felt disgusted.

I will say that going in late August/September after the kids went back to school was very peaceful, especially during the week. One more thing, make sure you get your unit through the resort. I think the bad reviews come from people who get caught up in booking non-updated units from absent apartment owners who use various sites to hook you. Please do yourself a favor by booking directly through the resort, as their rooms have been updated, and they can better help you. This was a wonderful stay for us, and we will be back!

We went for a Labor Day weekend getaway. The room was clean, & there were plenty of pots, pans & utensils to use. The oceanfront view was perfect. Check in was slightly slow due to only person working the front desk. But overall we would stay again!

The hotel was very clean for the most part and smelled amazing when you walk in. Near the check in desk it looked like they may have been unpacking new things but other than that everything was just as described and the pictures were 100% the same. Not too noisy, house keeping was great. Air conditioning worked very well overall, an amazing hotel and decent location right near family kingdom. Also the easy beach access is always a plus.

Loved this place! It was like a full one bedroom apartment. My wife and I immediately said: “we could move here” the ocean front view was priceless, and it was very walkable to shopping and doling, we did use Door Dash quite a bit, but if we had known it had a full kitchen we would have definitely packed food to make ourselves. The spaces were clean. Definitely our new favorite place to stay in Myrtle beach!

Was good except the bad

The hotel was clean, the room was just ok but the oceanfront room view was awesome. We were on the 3rd floor just over the pool and it was very noisy. I'd suggest you go higher floors to avoid the noise. The parking was an issue. It's across the street on a lot that seemed to be full most of the time. The parking while checking in wasn't good....we were asked to unload at a later time. Parking is normally a concern regardless of where you stay. Myrtle was nice, streets were clean. Would stay here again.

3nights there first night 2 broken beds found there 2 sides to this building a good side and a old side 2 night move to a different room on the good side nice and clean and up dated and to I laid in bed and looked up and ceiling was infestation of Nats or fruit flies as they call it and called front desk nothing they can do about except change rooms again and I said never mind me an my wife spent 45 minutes killing them all over the ceiling unbelievable beware

Resort was great! Went for a quick 4 day vacation and it was all we thought it would be.

The sofa looked as if it had came from behind a dumpster it was so dirty I couldn’t believe they would allow a room to be occupied in this condition. The room was dusty I went to plug my charger and the cords to the lamp had dust build up as if around the dresser has NEVER been wiped or cleaned. This dust set my and my sons allergies off. I also noticed black mold on the door. The kitchen table and chairs although wooden were scratched up and a hot mess. The sheets on the bed looked as if they had never been changed. I asked for a new room a thousand times and one guy said u can always go stay somewhere we can see what we can do in the morning but can’t make any promises. I wanted to just leave but it took about 4 hours for us to get there and my children were tired. The next day a sweet lady changed my room and we just decided to make the best of it because the kids really wanted to stay, in the new room the refrigerator was running and the sheets on pull out bed had stains

The amenities are fantastic: three pools, three hot tubs, a lazy river, and a kids’ play area. I’ve stayed at many places in Myrtle Beach, but this one is by far my favorite and that says a lot because I stay in hotels often. Honestly, with the beautiful views and everything it offers, I could live here. I truly can’t say enough good things about this place!
