Oceans One Resort

Only issue we had was the front room was not cold and roughly 80 degrees and wouldn’t cool . The pools were okay not very clean and a lot of floating stuff around us . Other then that the overall stay was very good ! The staff was extremely friendly. The view was amazing!

Also the condo was very cozy, clean and well maintained. I found out that the hot tub in the room did not function at all and was not aware of that until 3am when we were ready to use the hot tub. I feel they could've had snacks and bottled water in the room for us along with laundry detergent and dish liquid. Other than that, the condo overall was very nice and large space. I loves the 180 view and balcony. Excellent.

Our check-in process was smooth and the staff member on duty was very helpful. The first room that we were given was a complete mess. It had a broken dishwasher, the phones were not functioning or were missing cords, the refrigerator was dirty and still had food in it and the room was small and very dark. It was completely not what was expected from the descriptions and photos on the website. I went back to the front desk and told them about what we found and they quickly offered another room option. This one was much better in size, cleanliness and functionality. We did have to purchase several items for the room in order to use the kitchen to cook meals. Another disappointment was that the fitness room was closed for our entire stay (7days). We did enjoy the proximity to the beach and the pool area was great! Also, parking was free and very convenient.The property as a whole could use a little upkeep as it was pretty rundown.

The views were great. Staff was very responsive. The property needs some routine maintenance but overall had a great experience.

The rooms were dated. The location, in general, was good, but the beach in front of the property was closed due to construction. The inner tubes for the lazy river weren't inflated. I originally had a 3 bedroom condo booked, and I was called 1 month prior to my stay to inform me of this fact. They did place us in a 2 bedroom, but it was cramped for 6 people.

The room was ok but the amenities half worked the stove didn't work facets in the bathroom sink the water comes out full blast and the shower trinkled water slowly. We had to wash at the sink. The furniture was uncomfortable ripped and sitting on a 2x4 plank. The beds the worst. The only thing was good was the view from the balcony. Room 305 DON'T DO IT!

The room had torn carpet and furniture. But over all We enjoyed our stay and will visit again

Other than the water beefing off during check-in(pipework), along with being notified about during check-in. They stay was okay, nice location. A nice little walk to the boardwalk. Staff was helpful.

Room was clean check in was fast and before our check in time. Hotel is near amusement park and restaurants

I would probably find a nicer hotel next time I’m in Myrtle Beach.

Amazing balcony view. They should include items other than dishwashing liquid to clean dishes with. The grounds maintenance man picked up cups of peoples drinks and emptied into the pool. I told staff and guy was extremely upset about it and was on the phone with management before I left. TV in bedroom did not work living one was fine. They could clean the walls and replace furniture as the chairs and couch on our room had rips and weren't clean. Overall I enjoyed our stay because my grandkids had fun in the pools. Staff gets 100% rating because of how nice and helpful they were

If you want a 180 view room, ask for a digit code, not a key. Keys don’t work😀 The pool and hot tubs are pretty good.

Needs major remodel!

This place is in definite need of cleaning and maintenance. Best part of this unit was the view overlooking the beach. This unit is set up with a kitchen but did not have basic things needed. Example there was only 1 fork for a unit that was supposed to accommodate 4 people. No can opener, no baking sheet and the living room furniture needs total replacement.

Sheets were dirty on arrival, housekeeping staff complained the entire time in my room, very unprofessional. Yes the hotel is nice but I was treated nicer in the mom and pop hotel before the rebuild. This was my first time back in 20 years I did not feel welcomed from like the old days.

We have stayed here over a dozen times, room furnishings are a little run down and cookware is slim but compared to the overpriced competition you get more bang for your buck. The views, beach , pools and convenience of parking make Oceans One our top choice for Myrtle Beach.

Worth It

The room was run down and the furniture and mattresses were awful. It was dirty. The view from the room was magnificent and pools were kept nice and the beach is steps away.

I would never use my hard earned dollars for an experience like this anymore. My suggestion of you want an awe inspring over night experience. Choose a brand that you know had great showmanship, i.e. The Hilton, The Marriott. P.S. you don't have to stay at a premier hotel to get the small things, especially if these things are included in the total price. Definitely a low budget hotel. Our it could have just been the room with expedia. Not for certain.

Excellent beach access but rooms need updating, furniture was worn and ripped. Couch was dirty.

Hotel room was run down. So filthy. Holes in furniture. Stove was extremely dirty. Bathrooms seem to have mold where the tiles were falling off the walls. Tubs stained with dirt. Needs to be gutted and upgraded. I stayed in one of the 180 degree veiw rooms. 2 bedrooms. Rm 1808

Absolutely beautiful view from our room!! The room need a few things fixed and never was able to get the living room tv on. I would’ve been very happy with what we had except for the smell of weed. The room next to us must’ve been smoking it in the room and somehow it was coming into our bathroom and bedroom. That gets nauseating after a while!

It was absolutely perfect. We will be there again ♥️

Sheets wasn’t clean. Had blood stains on the sheets. No iron was in the room. Call to the front desk for an iron. Waiting hours before we got the iron. Tried to use the iron and it didn’t work. Call to the front desk to ask for another iron waited 35 minutes for the iron no one showed up with an iron . Call back to the front desk to hear that there is no more irons on hands.

The hot water in the shower didn’t work we had to boil pots of water for the children to have warm water to bathe, the front isle of the stove closest to the sink didn’t work, the remote to the tv in the living room only powered the tv on but the channels couldn’t be changed and we have to unplug the tv just to turn it off. Oh and it would be nice if someone shampooed the carpets as they were filthy. Of course m I walk around with house slippers on but I was adamant about the children keeping socks or slides on etc the entire place needs to be revamped and carpet pulled up!

Close to attractions, food and shopping (were all in walking distance and ocean view was great. The pool area was a plus especially the splash pad for my little one Cons: The room itself was not very clean, carpet was filthy, refrigerator was leaking, furniture was marked up and table for eating was sticky tried wiping it down with Clorox wipes and still was sticky.

Blood on my bedding. Reported it and they came to “change it”. Once I got back to my hotel i see only the top sheet and blanket was replaced. The blood stained mattress covers remained. Dirty, filthy and nasty…

Besides, not having the gym anymore, me and my two children we enjoyed ourselves here at Ocean one resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was very cool. Well very hated and a cool way. The location was pristine and the beach was always fun day and day out. We stayed the whole week of spring break and enjoyed every little moment, I will definitely do it again. My kids actually look forward to doing it again.

They are remodeling but the price is still the same. We had a room that was in process of remodeling so there were tvs in the closet, switches that didn’t work, remotes that didn't work, and the furniture was worn and nasty. I expected better

We had a great view of the ocean. We loved our room only minor issue is it was dusty, only other issue is with a hotel that size we thought it would have had a restaurant in it.

The place is a dump. Staff were nice. Proximity to beach is great. The rest is putrid. Holes in the furniture. Holes in the walls. The hvac filter hadn’t been changed in quite some time. The main tv didn’t work. It’s a dump but it has a beautiful beach.

You need to press a button from inside small lobby area to get outside by the pool entrance; buttons on both sides were broken, hanging off with exposed wiring. Elevators were very slow and outdated, leaving guests with significant wait times. We stayed in room 906, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean-but kitchen and main living area was HORRIBLE. There was an odor of wet dog or mildew that had us spraying febreeze throughout our stay. Cabinets dirty and falling off hinges, carpet torn and moldy, no light fixture in living room (had to get lamp out of master bedroom, but then the lamp didn’t work), no trash bin (even after calling and asking for one), no remote for tv in master, missing light switch to turn off light in dining area (had to manually unscrew the bulb to turn off), amongst other things. When we went to the reception office the second day to complain, we were told they aren’t responsible for the units-they are only the rental company.

We got a room on the 18th floor when we went in the room, it was very disgusting. It was dirty. It was hair on the wall. It was blood in the toilet. The furniture was disgusting so they gave me a room on the 10th floor. It was much better than the 18th floor, but overall the rooms are horrible. They need to upgrade. I was very disappointed in ocean one this is not my first time staying there.

The view at Oceans one is very good. However, broken locks, paint on couch broken microwave, a lot of broken or damaged furniture. An update is needed.

I attempted to use the dryer in the unit and discovered the dryer door is physically sealed and cannot be opened. This indicates the dryer was intentionally unavailable, despite the unit being advertised as having a washer and dryer. Please advise how this will be resolved immediately, including compensation for the missing advertised amenity.

WE stayed in a 2 bedroom oceanfront condo directly on the ocean with great views! The room was outstanding, we had a king bed with all glass front facing the water and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Lots of space! We really enjoyed our living room with separate patio and view of the ocean daily. The unit had a washer and dryer so we were able to wash clothes during our stay. We felt safe on the 9th floor and everyone was friendly! The pool and hot tub was great! I look forward to staying there again. Thank you to the front office for taking great care of us. It was nice, the room i had the furniture was a little worn, and the door didn't have a privacy latch on it, and one of the staff just walked in the wrong room. Other than that it was very nice.

My Family and I had a great time, this hotel is the best and beautiful place to spend in Myrtle Beach. Love It!

The bedroom and bathroom were very nice but the living room chair arm was busted, the bottom storage door on the stove was broken, and the dishwasher did not work. I reported all of this to the receptionist who said maintenance would check it out. Otherwise everything was great and I would definitely recommend Oceans One as a good place to stay.

The room has been neglected and not taken care of or maintained. The leather was torn off the couches, black mold on ceiling and around vents, compound patches all over the walls. This was sent to the staff by messaging system, but no response. This hotel has definitely lost its touch since the last time I stayed there.

Had a little wear and tear in some areas and the jets in the bathtub didn't work, but other than that it was a fantastic view and a perfect little fall weekend trip for the price before it gets too chilly.

Staff good. Beach view great. The room was in need of rehab. The ceiling was peeling all areas. Kitchen was broken , oven and cabinets. Biggest issue was the beds totally were junk. I had to sleep in a chair. It’s time to fix the place up.

The view was great. Had several places walking distance. But the hotel needs a renovation badly. It was spots all over the room. Damaged cabinets and furniture. The stove was dangerous for small children with knobs up front. No safety locks on patio doors. Room needed better cleaning. The pools were heated but they had all doors and panels removed. When the weather is low 70s and high winds area was real good. The pools need better cleaning and no pool towels. They have good water pressure but the bathroom faucets are to hard and shuts water everywhere. One toilet was leaking and lop siding. Never saw any security. Not having house keeping wasn’t on hotels.com. Had to wash your own towels. Only provided 2 trash bags and no dishwasher tabs. Then got email day before stating if trash wasn’t removed and dishes washed would get extra charges. This is a hotel not private condo. Not offering basic house keeping services is ridiculous. Then leaving we had horrible weather. They only seem to have couple of luggage carts. The drop off on side is so small. Totally chaos trying to load vehicle. Just was very disappointed with so many things here. Would not stay here again.

I didn’t like the conditions of the rooms, it was poorly cleaned, the ceiling was leaking dripping onto the rug with had started to form mold. Cabinet doors were barely hanging on it needs major repairs and updating

When I arrived to the hotel the front desk person tried to charge me 200.00 extra for the room, I called three times before I came and verified the amount and luckily wrote it down in my phone along with the date. She eventually was honest and said I’ll just charge you what you owe. I paid almost 1,400.00 for a 3 bedroom condo that was not cleaned well at all. Mold all on ceilings, broken chairs, I saw 4 roaches during my stay in our room, dishes dirty and trash under couch and behind dresser in room. No trash bags in the room, and only 1 remote for a 3 bedroom condo. I have a newborn and I was not comfortable at all it was not clean. I called and went to the service desk and they said it was nothing they could do . I would really like some of my money back.

When I arrived to the hotel the front desk person tried to charge me 200.00 extra for the room, I called three times before I came and verified the amount and luckily wrote it down in my phone along with the date. She eventually was honest and said I’ll just charge you what you owe. I paid almost 1,400.00 for a 3 bedroom condo that was not cleaned well at all. Mold all on ceilings, broken chairs, I saw 4 roaches during my stay in our room, dishes dirty and trash under couch and behind dresser in room. No trash bags in the room, and only 1 remote for a 3 bedroom condo. I have a newborn and I was not comfortable at all it was not clean. I called and went to the service desk and they said it was nothing they could do . I would really like some of my money back.

Pros: Couple steps from beach, pool areas was spacious, good pool size and clean. Rooms comfortable plus washer and dryer units. Cons: No housekeeping, check in across the street, not in same building ,staff not readily available. Two incidents regarding lack of security as strangers can easily walk into hotel.

This was a bit of a disappointment, upon entering our place we noticed it was dirty. What looked like melted chocolate ice cream was on the fridge and floor and smeared all over the curtains. There was thick dust on all the lights and doors, scuff marks and just dirt on the walls even the headboard to the bed. We went down and notified reception who stated someone would be up to clean it. They never showed up. There was no coffee pot and no blankets for the bed. The dishes were all missmatched and the jet tub did not work. The furniture had tears on them and what looked like marker or crayons marks on them. The washer and dryer were covered In sand. Thats just the particular room 2007 that we were in. The 2 outside hot tubs were cold. The inside hot top was dirty with stuff floating all through the water. Everything was dirty or rusty. The staff completely ignored your pressence the entire time. We were definitely not satisfied and did leave early.

Great location. Very efficient layout in the unit. This is a very comfortable and easy place to stay. The ground floor elevator lobby layout is clumsy, creating an inefficient bottleneck. Getting in and out can be a bit frustrating - but bear with it.

Convenient location. A/c in the room wasn’t the best, we had it set at 68 and it was always still around 77. The room could use a little updating with cabinets that didn’t show wear and carpets that weren’t falling apart.

The outdoor pool area was beautiful. The hallway in our unit definitely needed a paint job. The bathroom tile was very moldy in the shower. Needs to be cleaned and caulk replaced. The website said a work out room which was not there. Limited silverware and we had to buy plastic silverware and plates. As in only a couple of them. We were there for 10 days and you are responsible for washing sheets, towels. They will give you washing machine soap and dishwasher soap but we didn’t know this until well after a week and we already bought that. Be aware no bar or restaurant in hotel. I got 1/2 a kitchenette with zero counter space & an oven with a burnt smell when turned on & no pans or knives. The pots in the bottom were dirty & disorganized. No dish detergent for the dishwasher a beat up dining table with 3 damaged chairs. The Murphy bed mattress was stained, no mattress cover sheets or pillows. And it was basically flush with the floor. When I called for bed covering, I was told I had to come across the street to the check-in counter & ask for them. I only got a top & fitting sheet, no pillow or pillow case. The walls were scuffed, dirty & stained. The bathroom shower had mildew in the shower grout. The jets in the tub looked disgusting & not cleaned ever. The carpet was filthy and saturated with frebreze. Basically my room look like someone had been living in it on a regular basis. I never laid eyes on 1 employee doing anything in the hotel at all. All the customers were basically on their own. I only saw 3 baggage carts on the whole property and I’m convinced those were being kept n individual rooms. I will never book ag

The nastiest and most disgusting hotel I’ve ever experienced. This was my family first vacation in over 4 years and I didn’t want to disappoint them so I cleaned the room as much as possible but I dying in the inside from the horrible room conditions.

There was blood on one of the doors too. Needless to say this is not a place I will be staying at again!

5star!!! The condo was so clean and nice! It was right by the beach with a superb view and fun places around the area. We had excellent communication with the host via email/booking.com messages before the trip on check-in expectations, rules, etc. as well as check-out details. My son and his friends stayed for a few days and were very impressed by how nice this was. I can definitely recommend this host 100%

The room was missing tiles off the floorboard. The couch and chairs had holes and missing patches of leather.

I rented a two bedroom one bedroom was suppose to have two beds it did not. I looked at the floor plans before I rented when I ask the resort they said it was your fault. We had 3 adult women and needed 3 beds. I ended up on the sofa which at 66 was extremely uncomfortable. The carpet was dirty only forks and a couple of spoons so we were unable to cook. Very disappointed in your service.

The condition of this hotel is very deceiving. It looks nice on the outside, but once you get inside it is horrible. Your feet would be black within 5 minutes of walking inside your room. There was drywall rotting out of the wall in the bathroom. The Murphy bed was broken. One of the two main beds had a permanent crater in the middle of it that you could burry a person in. The pool was not kept up. We had the water shut off for half of a day and couldn’t bathe or flush toilets. You literally could not walk out on the balcony for the overwhelming smell of weed. There is no housekeeping at all during your stay. Save yourself the disapointment and go somewhere else.

Loved the view from our room and balcony, we would definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were great. The pools were nice and easy access to the beach. Ŵe really enjoyed our stay at oceans one.

Our room appeared to be under some painting, maybe. Could've been trimmed in? Walls were dirty, carpet torn. You have to wash your towels when you run out. Another couple we traveled with, there room had bed bugs. Very dirty hallways. Overall very poor experience. Will not stay again.

The reason i gave it four stars instead of five was due to the fact that during the check in process the agent failed to inform me that i had to put in a access code to gain access to the facility. All she told me was i could use my keycard to enter the building, the hotel is directly across the street from the checkin location, there were three other guests there also trying to get into the building, i had to call the toll free number to be told how to get into the building because i did not want to leave my luggage unattended while i returned to the checkin office across the street. There was a code that was printed on the keycard sleeve i was given that had to be entered into a keypad next to the door that allowed me access. The checkin agent not informing guests about this was causing a lot of confusion that day. It seemed as if she was more interested in her personal cellphone than doing her job.

The hotel is an awesome location rooms need a little care . Beds need replaced hotel staff amazing.

Overall we had a great experience, there were several different pools which most seem to be heated which was nice. The location was great literally just steps away from the beach and within close proximity of the boardwalk. The room seemed overall clean however there were some maintenance issues that could have been addressed but nothing major. We would consider staying here again

We liked that the property was in walking distance of family kingdom, the indoor and outdoor pools were nice, but there were no pool towels. My room was ok, but I feel as though it could have been cleanier (walls were dirty, no linen for the murphybed, and we had to wash the comforter due to having stains, the cabinet wit the pots and pans was very stcky at the bottom). I also did not like the fact that we having cleaning fees but were expected to take out the trash and wash our own linen.

Unfortunately the hotel is very rundown and outdated so thats why is so inexpensive compared to it’s competitors

Hello! The TV in the bedroom was too small the floor was sticky was not vacuumed carpet dirty never experienced at Ocean. One before.

The staff is the reason to stay the hotel is nice and it has some issues but the staff makes up for it by far.

My stay went well. The 3 bdr provided comfort for my family and I. The beds were comfortable and shower pressure was great. The only downside was the couch and the armchair had rips in them, but overall we enjoyed our stay. I will book again.

Room conditions- lacking light, surfaces torn, ceiling paint flaking, missing baseboards, broken edge of vanity at floor, stove burner wasn't working and when repaired filled room with burnt smell. They increased a "Tax" portion increasing our bill too close to date to opt out.

This is the worst room I’ve ever had. I took pictures and told front desk. They said they couldn’t move me but could cancel. I couldn’t cancel, friends were staying there. 1 burner on stove worked. Air wouldn’t turn off so woke with a sore throat every day. Dishwasher poured water out the bottom. Lamp cord in living room cut. Couch held up with 2by4’s. Blow dryer looked melted and that electric plug blew the reset button. Wall in bathroom rotted. Carpet torn, rusty handles, plug in bath sink broken and in drawer, water level knob missing on washer - filled with dust, dust in the slots of doors, peeling cabinets, dust and grime in corner of room. NOT cleaned by a professional service! The housekeeper was still cleaning when we checked in and waited in hall, then that was the person working the front desk who I had to complain to. What did she say, “I can send housekeeping but nothing can be fixed” She is and was housekeeping… she came back and cleaned the giant booger off couch and wiped the gross spot on table. Oh, friends room had roaches and they moved her to the room below. Beautiful view, pool was warm. Staff was nice.

Everything was fine building layout was nice. But rooms are very very rough. Kitchen only had basic supply. Not even a sharp knife. Had to go to the front dest for a frying pan. Dont expect to make dinner there. Mattress was not the best. Zero cleaning supplies. View was beautiful.

This place looks more like a motel than a hotel. No phone in the room. The kitchen table looked like something from a woodshop. The floor wasn’t vacuumed when we arrived, and there was no maid service at all during our stay. The cable wasn’t even connected to the TV. The laundry facilities were a joke—the dryer’s knob was missing, and I had to open it with a knife! When I went to the front desk to complain, the staff told me the only thing they could do was send someone to vacuum the room. No other solutions, no real customer service. Save your money and book at Sandy Beach Hotel instead. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Customer service was wonderful, the room and view was awesome. The walls can be painted and the furniture can be upgraded. We purchased our own tissue it wasn’t any in our room. The location is perfect on the south side strip 😃👍

This place was a dump. There is zero pride in the appearance of the hotel, its grounds, and the units. In the rooms (we stayed in two), the shower didn’t work in the first room. Paint and plaster were peeling everywhere. The first unit smelled moldy. We won’t go back.

The condo was not clean. Doors were dirty, curtains had heavy dust build up on them. Pull out bed Matress was dirty. Bathrooms weren’t clean to satisfactory. The over all the condo itself was good because of the ocean front and 180 degree view.

Everything was great ocean one was a very nice hotel. Clean, amazing by new over the ocean friendly people, we hated to leave.

I really enjoyed my short stay away from the cold in North Carolina.

Clean and quiet

I was changed to three different rooms. I’m room 1803 the heat did not work therefore my kids and I were forced to sleep cold due to me being told that it would get taken of the next morning. In 1803 there was a roach on the bed. Then I was offered to switch to room 1603 and 1903. All the walls in all three units had dirt finger print marks. The walls were filthy. The bathroom was not clean in unit 1803 and food was left on the living room couch prior to us arriving. The unit we stuck with was 1603 and there were no batteries in the remotes and the sink was leaking. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed!

The rooms were not very clean and a few damaged things, but very reasonable for the price.

I had a great view from the 19th floor, through a very picturesque window, the room was spacious, and there were indoor and outdoor amenity's, however, the stove was broken, the jets on the spa tub didn't work, the laundry door was broken, the elevator was a nightmare (it took forever), the trash in the hallway was an eyesore and it stunk, and the furniture was worn, to include one of the balcony chairs. The toilet wouldn't flush but maintenance came quickly and rectified the problem. He was very polite. All of the staff that I interacted with were kind. I did not pester anyone while I was there because I'm disabled and looking for a luggage rack was already difficult I couldn't have imagined having to navigate another move but I think y'all owe me a makeup day.

Better cookware and a little more up to date

Cons: The other rooms were terrible. The stoves were filthy, the door handles came off when touched, the toilet wouldn't stop running, the floors were dirty, no clean towels were provided, we were told we had to wash them ourselves in the washing machine. They stated they would provide laundry pods but when asked, they were out. No housekeeping services at all, was told they were short staffed and we had to walk across the street to the office for anything we needed. The balcony doors didn't lock. No pots or pans in the kitchen. Trash bin was placed right in front of the elevator and was running over with trash. Refrigerator freezer didn't freeze. Telephone on desk but no cords. No regular channels on TV, only streaming channels. Worn out mattresses.

Good location; within walking distance to board walk. Place could definitely be updated & more thoroughly cleaned.

Room was outdated. I had to walk across the street to the office ro get toilet paper. Riom furniture was white with dirt spots. Pull out sofa was mattress was dirty with crumbs of food in it.. will not return ti this hotel.

Stayed here multiple times always good service

Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had in Myrtle Beach. Upon arriving, used the filthy restroom in the office and then provided keys to a room that was just a dirty. You are responsible for washing your own linens each day and the gym was closed due to a homeless man found sleeping in there weeks ago. Stay away!

The room itself was in poor shape, the furniture with holes and peeling, walls the same, finish peeling off the cabinets, paint peeling from above one of the showers. Could not use the kitchen outlets as the breaker would flip every time trying to run a coffee pot. The main concern was the mold you could clearly see growing around the air vents, and to be a non-smoking resort, you couldn't sit out on the balcony or ride in the elevator with smelling marijuana smoke. This was our first time staying here and it will be our last.

The property is in a lot of need of updating. The walls were dirty and dingy. There was rust, peeling paint and sticky floors. The pools were dirty with debris and sand.

Aside from the disappointment in the view, the cleanliness of the room was disgusting. The room is so outdated, we were afraid to sit on the pleather couch. Some dishes were dirty and toiletries were just thrown haphazardly on the counter. I could continue, but why I think you get the message…..BTW, standard pillows do not belong on a king bed and if you provide a coffee pot, you should supply coffee. We ended up having to make an UBER eats run at 9:00 at night. As for the pool area, there was not one body of water at wasn’t bombarded with insects. So much so that I couldn’t even get in the water. They could have at least had a net near by 😡

The overall room were ok. The furniture was filthy. Dishes were nasty. Cabinets needed wiped out bad.

Room was clean, sofa bed mattress was gross, but they did replace it with a new one. Over all everything was good.

Clean and friendless

Dislikes: Carpet could have been cleaner. We had to move furniture to use murphy bed and the floor was not clean under the furniture we moved. Bathroom needs updated as there was peeling paint and damaged drywall. 2 of the 3 hot tubs jets did not work and fitness center was closed for construction. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again as the room was mostly used to sleep and was very convenient to the beach.

I've been at ocean one many times before it seems is getting worse every time property is not been maintained at all.

the room setup is so nice and the view is beautiful ,but the appliances needed to be fixed and or undegraded. I didn't feel safe using the stove and the shower was broken. OVERALL 7/10

We love the high floor rooms

The room was very outdated, furniture was old, refrigerator was leaking water. No house keeping & was instructed to wash any dishes used and take out our own trash. For the $200 property fee you would think this would be included. Definitely won’t be back.

The building is nice, but the room has a really bad smell, and the staff are not nice.

The view was good, but the room was dirty, I killed a cucaracha, and I had to mope the floor because it was dirty and sticky, not a good place to stay if you have kids.

I did call and tell them the problem and they did bring a new mattress to replace the old one. Other wise the trip was a good one.

Our room leaked water from somewhere, the vents or more and made the carpet in the sitting area and where the eating table at very wet the entire time we were there. This made unsafe walking on to the tiled kitchen floor that was the main access through the unit. If you weren't careful coming off the carpet to the floor you will slip and a couple of us fell. They said it was from condensation from the air being on. I say still a hot mess and should had been fixed or moved us to a safer unit. I hadn't experience condensation like this before in a hotel/condo. They do not hold activities for their guest, and the pools were a little dirty.

Always my favorite place to stay

The room was great . I would give five stars if there wasn’t visible mold outside of the air vents in the living room of my suite. the carpet was untucked in some areas and could use a good cleaning in general.

Checkin time was great, everything was was fine except that pool water was to cold and two hot tubs didn’t work. Not exceptable for $600 a night. Everything should be near perfect for that kind of money. I will shop around next time, I was basing my experience on previous stay 12 years ago.

Location!

The rooms need repainting and the furniture was dirty and had holes in chairs. The last day in the room there was a smell of sewage.

Excellent choice for the money, friendly staff Great location ocean front. Very clean family friendly. Only complaint was hot tubs broke a few times that week.

The view was awesome. Right on the beach. Loved you could rent umbrellas right in front of the resort. Liked the keypad entrance to the hotel lobby and elevators. Furniture needs updated but the beds were clean and comfortable. Bring linens and blankets if you intend to use the Murphy bed. None provided. Overall good experience.

This was not the first time we stayed at this location and chose to stay here again based on our initial stay. Our first experience 3 years ago was excellent, not so much this time around. Upon checking in we were notified that we would have to wash our own towels as opposed to requesting new ones once used (meaning we needed our own detergent). When entering the room there was a noticeable odor which was probably due to the carpet at the entrance of the patio. That same carpet needed to be cleaned and shampooed and to be honest, probably replaced. Needless to say, we did not walk barefoot in our room. The kitchen floor was a bit sticky, the stove needed a touch of care as well. The bathroom room was “ok” but that could have used a bit more care as well. The mattresses in the bedroom need to be changed as there were noticeable creaks and dips, not to mention the 2 remote controls without batteries. We didn’t even attempt to pull out the Murphy bed based on the rest of the unit lol. Overall, the room was not comfortable as we basically just used it to store our items and sleep. There was no real employee presence besides the check-in location across the street. If you had an issue, you had to walk back across the street because the phones didn’t work either lol. I will definitely think twice before staying at this location in the future.

Initial room was DIRTY, and had VERY BAD ODOR as soon as you walked in. We started cleaning the room ourselves. Washed towels, bed linen, cleaning bathrooms and definitely in need of upgrades!!! They did give us an upgrade to at least try and make it right. Even there we just weren't, so we cleaned bed linens and towels. We took mattress pad cover off, it was filthy. We have stayed here several times and had a great experience but this time was not the experience we have had in the past. We paid what I felt was EXCESSIVE cleaning/service fees that we didn't see and we have pictures. Not sure if it was bought by someone else but again it is not the standard my family and I are accustomed to!!!

For what you pay for this place it was in sad shape. The box springs and mattress need to be replaced, the floors were filthy and the bathroom was gross. The cabinets were pealing, the grout and corners in the bathroom has not been cleaned in years. Had the same issues in another room we stayed in in April. It is disappointing I have been booking this place fir several years but I think this was my last stay

Mold all over the ceiling dirty stoves did not work for $400 a day. It definitely was not worth it. We laughed the next day.

The cleaners could have done a little better job especially on the front of the stainless fridge. They only had one 8in pan for cooking and like 10 pots and there was one fork. We made a trip to Walmart and got everything else. The place could use an updating for sure. The TVs and furniture are a little outdated. I would stay here again though. I just know what to bring next time. We stayed in the 3 bedroom condo. It is very spacious with a balcony in the bedroom and living room. The view was amazing. They had pools and a lazy river my family enjoyed and access to the beach is easy. Washer and dryer was nice to have coming in from the pool or ocean. They also have fireworks every Wednesday off the pier! Overall I’d probably give this place an 8 out of ten. They could make it great if they put some money back into it. My family enjoyed our stay here.
