Property is beautiful and well maintained. We tried checking in while there was a shift change and no one was available, so we had to find someone to check us in. which was odd. Police came same time we were checking in and asked if they had hallway cameras to which they said they did not, so a little odd that they dont have any hallway cameras because if something was taken out of my room, I'd want to know. Rooms are pretty aesthetically. Carpet had a weird stickiness to it, which makes me believe they dont shampoo the carpet often or at all. Fridge had a long piece of hair in it. Room smelled fine. Pull out sofq mattress springs were uncomfortable, sticking up a bit. We didn't utilize the amenities so we do not have an opinion on them but the pool seem pretty. Most appalling thing was when we pulled out the sofa bed, there was a diaper. Seemed like it there a long time. Location of hotel is perfect. Close to everything. Breakfast was average, just what you expect at majority of complimentary breakfast hotels. Overall was ok. Not great but not bad.

The room was very spacious and clean and the staff was friendly. Close to the mall and a lot of food options as well as Broadway at the Beach. Free breakfast and parking were a plus. The breakfast was decent. One day there was only one waffle maker so the wait was long but not a big deal since it is a suite and you can have your own food and make your own breakfast if you choose. We would stay again.

Staff were so nice. The place was so clean and colorful. The location is very close to the mall and airport, which was so helpful. I loved that they had a small kitchen in my room.

The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, great location, in the same parking lot as the mall, 2 mins from Walmart and almost anywhere to eat, the crazy mason was walking distance. Free breakfast was great my children really enjoyed having cereal and waffles every morning. The rooms were big and beautiful and accommodating for my family of five. Loved that there was a couch bed so everyone could sleep comfortably. Even with texting being available for the front desk I had to ask 2 and 3 times for clean towels or anything I needed from house keeping. I would text in the morning when I woke up they would tell me it’s on its way and 8-10 hours would go by and it would never come. I would have to text again later at night and the one guy even came up and said “oh so it’s you that’s rushing me” even though it’s been 8 hours since my first request for the towels. That was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. We asked for wash clothes and were given super huge hand towels instead that we had to wash in the shower with it was not ideal. The pool looked green I didn’t get to enjoy that either. It actually looks filthy in person the bottom looked like sludge or something was in there and from the photos online that was one of the things I was excited about most. That was a bummer.

We stayed in a 1-bedroom king bed suite that was large, very clean, and comfortable. We had all the amenities needed for a week-long stay. The kitchenette included dishes, pots, dish soap, etc. The floor we were on remained quiet throughout our entire visit. The staff was very friendly and professional. The property was modern and well-maintained both inside and outside. I would only suggest rotating the breakfast options more often, as we stayed a week and found the offerings were the same every morning. The fitness room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We didn’t use the pool, but it was clean, and the patio area was fantastic with gas grills and gas fireplace tables for guests. If you’re looking to avoid the touristy vibe and crowds of Myrtle Beach's strip, give this place a try. It was close enough to South Ocean Blvd for easy access but far enough for peace and quiet. If we’re ever in Myrtle again, we’ll stay here.

Price wasnt terrible. Location was not bad. Staff was friendly and helpful. Allowed pets. Furniture (chairs etc) all had stains, blankets had a lot of wear and some looked melted in places. Doors all had water damage. Provided cooking utensils were dirty, bathroom had no vent fan, our specific sofa bed only unfolded at a 45 angle. Pool was not very clean. Carpet also had spots of wear/scratching perhaps from previous pets. Breakfast was okay, but some items are odd choices like pulled pork or chicken rather than breakfast meat options. Charged us $80 incase we shopped their small store. It should just be pay at site if you shop, rather than waiting for a refund otherwise. Also they lost power while we were there and we had to use the stairs (4th floor) and there are ZERO EMERGENCY lights in the stairs. Very dangerous!!!

The online checkin procedure in Myrtle Beach is not allowed by city ordinance. However, Hilton informed me it was functional. Hilton should not tell customers keyless checkin is available at this location. Once checked in, keyless entry worked well.

Our stay was extremely amazing. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location and at a great price. Only place we will stay when we come back to Myrtle Beach. As petty as it sounds, the only complaint I had was it took too long for the water to get hot in the shower. That is how awesome this property was when this is the only thing I have to complain about.

The location was only 0.2 miles from the Coastal Grand Mall, which was nice. There are several eating establishments within walking distance (if the weather permits). Booking at this location with Homewood Suites by Hilton was seamless (I did same day booking). The check-in was quick. I spent more time conversing with the very personable receptionist. It made the experience more delightful. The facility is well-maintained. Beautiful! I have no complaints. The hotel sits on the corner at the light. Some may find that a challenge when traffic is heavy. Be careful.

It was chilly outside, and the pool was not heated. Wish there was a hot tub or at least warm water in pool.

Would gave been a good stay if i dudnt get sworn at and called inappropriate names at 4pm by another guest because my kids were bring * loud* . We were at the ice machine for less then 2 minutes and they were not being loud and a guy comes out if his room trying to discipline MY kids. Calls me all kinds of names, swears at me in front of my kids. How the hotel handled this was even more disappointing. Customer service by one of the guys was horrible.

But we weren’t there on vacation so it didn’t bother us. 6 minutes to airport. The coffee was actually pretty good. The breakfast offered Belgium waffles that my son loved. The rest of the food was typical continental free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to stay near the airport for a short in and out trip.

The staff is amazing, the suites are wonderful and the hotel and rooms were immaculately clean. The bonus, is the hotel sits on the same property as the mall, so with a short walk you have shopping and restaurants nearby. A must stay!!!!

Very nice hotel. Location is very good but you can hear the military planes flying in and out of the airport. Military planes are loud and can shake the windows if you’re on the airport side of the hotel. We moved to the other side and it was quieter. Breakfast was okay. Coffee was good.

I reserved a handicap accessible room and did not receive one. I’m a double amputee and when I checked in it pretty obvious. But still was not given a handicap accessible room. Then was overcharged for my room by $50 . I will never recommend or stay with this place again. Considering I travel to the area several times a year for family.

Lady at check in desk was not the friendliest when we arrived. We didn't realized we booked our room at the one right on the beach. She just said, its 3.5 miles down the road. When i called the one i booked with. She was very nice and helpful. She offered to cancel our reservation at no charge and luckily i was able to book a room at the one we were at since we were traveling with a 30 ft trailer that can't just be parked anywhere. The room was amazing and the rest of the staff were great.

the cleanliness of our room and the hotel lobby, breakfast area and bathrooms stood out from most hotels we've experienced, and the breakfast was delicious food cooked, not the packaged pastries, etc at many places.

The setup of the rooms is very cozy and neat. The common areas were well decorated and the breakfast was great! We loved the feel of this place!

We checked in and the shower plug did not worked. We were switched to a different room that had a bad odor and there was urine on the floor in front of the toilet

Hotel had an issue with their hot water. We did not have hot water for 5 days!!!! Terrible

The hotel had an issue with the hot water. There was NO hot water, and they could not resolve the issue for 5 days. Incredible.

The hotel is nice and new and clean. The water pressure was awful. The TV did not work. And customer service sub-par.

Location to airport

We loved the room, service was awesome. It was the perfect place where there wasn’t a lot of people but still close enough to go do things without it being an inconvenience.

Traveled with friends and family. This is the best place to stay! Everyone is located centered around this hotel! Love it! The staff and house keeping are so friendly and helpful! I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know!

Julia was lovely! Our room’s toilet handle needs some attention, and breakfast could use improvement. Coffee had run out by time we arrived (930am) and we did bring to their attn. the hotel. Pitchers of half n half, skim milk and regular milk appreciated over thumb fulls of small containers of creamers. Overall, a great place to stay.

Excellent customer service, clean, quiet, low key, hidden gem. We had to reschedule our vacation from one week to the next because of tropical storm Debbie, and the customer service/communication with management was an excellent seamless process. Pool was cold and satisfying on a hot summer day. Breakfast was excellent with many options. Location is perfectly with everything within your reach. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!!!!

Beautiful property, and excellent location.

We were staying with a toddler. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We checked out of our room and had about five hours before our shuttle to the airport. The staff were so kind. Homewood Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach Coastal Grand Mall exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend!

Had to change rooms and both rooms had issues. 1st room had bed bugs and second room was overly dirty. Front desk supervisor lacked empathy. But did give me quarters to dry my clothes to kill any bedbugs or eggs. Now I'm sure clothes are shrunk after running on high heat for an hour. Will not be taking in any of my belongings when I get home. Might trash it all.

The only thing I will say is, I wish the pool area was a little bit bigger, but that’s not something that could be changed. It should not affect the overall rating that it was an absolute great hotel. In addition to all of this, I had to leave one day early due to an emergency the hotel refunded me with no questions asked which I think is great thank you so much for the great day. We will definitely be back.

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at and the ladies at the front desk were absolutely Awesome
