Kinds of nestled away to me and walking distance to Broadway. My wife loves to shop at Sam’s and short distance to beach. Property is great would like to investigate more walking trails on or near property because Broadway is great but like walking around shaded areas. We’re in our early fifty’s now but thirty’s and forties use to walk 2 to 4 miles a day.

We only stayed there one night since we found the event we came to attend was over 2 hrs away in N. Charleston. The hotel staff helped me find another place to stay and assisted in helping me get reservations changed with no hassle.

This is a recenty renovated hotel. Basically brand new! Check was easy, staff in particular in the dinning room was very friendly. Pool area looked nice. Buffet breakfast was good. Our room was very clean upon check in. However the water saver shower head was drip, drip. Terrible!

The staff at the front desk and the breakfast crew treated us like kings and queens from the moment we came. Well fed each morning and staff eager to share with us what we can do arround town. Very knowledgeable about daily activities in the myrtle Beach areas. See you all soon from myself and my wife.

Breakfast way better than many hotels, rooms are good as it is plank-wood floor no smell, bed was comfortable. Plenty of Parking. Close to many good restaurants and broadway. Only con Lift and hallway carpets are smelly.

We booked last minute and were more than pleased with our stay. The young lady at the desk was very welcoming and helpful. The lobby is bright and cheerful and the room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast area was spotless and being maintained full-time. It included bacon! My husband was delirious! Free parking and great location. Would definitely return.

Location! They was going to give us the option to move to another room the same night or the next morning. The next morning they had maintenance come in and replace the whole TV with a brand new one Breakfast! The first night we checked in the TV didn't work at all.

I liked the room, location and the front of the hotel staff was amazing. I have stayed here several times before. I also felt really safe in this area. I feel as though they need to switch up the breakfast menu. Also, the outlets in the rooms weren't working well. My entire family went down for vacation. I sleep with a CPAP machine. The plug kept falling out the wall cutlets.

Dog-friendly and Clean. Good value and a robust breakfast. Stairwells in the facilities should be cleaner. But not a huge deal since people seem to take their dogs out by means of taking the stairs. The elevators were normal and clean.

We were on the top floor and it was very quiet the entire stay. The room was attended to by housekeeping every day which was nice. The breakfast offering was a wonderful option of hot and cold items. Dining area was kept very clean too. No complaints really. Perhaps a little update to the rooms wouild be nice. But the beds were acceptable.

It needs to be updated. There was chipped paint and dingy tiles. It smelled musty but the people at the front desk fixed that for us, which was really nice.

The Hotel was clean and quiet. Service was excellent. My TV was not hooked when I got into the room, but after letting them know the clerk came immediately and corrected it. I really liked that it was walking distance to Boardwalk at the Beach.

Hotel is just okay. Seems not well maintained or cleaned. Hotel staff wasn’t overly friendly. We booked a king room with fold out couch and were handed a giant pile of sheets and blankets at check in to carry to the room. Along with all our luggage and belongings. Never had that happen at a hotel before. Extra linens are usually just in the room. Very strange to walk to our room carrying a giant pile of sheets and blankets. Also, it took forever for the hotel employee to get the sheets for us. We actually didn’t even realize that’s what she was doing, she just disappeared for about 10 minutes and reappeared with linens. The safe in our room also didn’t work. Not sure what the deal was with that. And the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything your neighbors say and do.

The staff was very friendly as well as the breakfast prep. The breakfast was delicious - some of the best cinnamon rolls ever. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff went over and beyond while we were there. Cannot name a particular person because they were all commendable.

Air Conditioner make a lot of noise and ticked a lot - possibly the fan not working correctly. Reported at the front desk as it made a lot of noise on a consistent basis and kept me awake a lot of the night. Room not serviced every day - had two days when the bed not made or changed, no towels, etc.

What I do not like was when you let your room door go to close, it did not close all the way and it makes a loud noise when you’re opening it like it needs some oil or it needs to be upgraded. I did not like the small Section where they had carpet in the bedrooms. It should have just been all hardwood floor. But overall the stay was great!!!

It was the worst hotel/resort experience that I'e ever had. I'm currently a club owner, and I realized that the reason the poor hospitality and service that I experienced was because I was behind on the recent maintenance fees, and it all began to be clear, if your money isn't up to par, neither will your hospitality be, so I get it now. I just hate that I had to experience it while I was with my children, but never again.

My overall experience was good. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. We did have an issue with our tub being clogged, however, they changed our room. After that, all was well. I would’ve rated it excellent had we not had the plumbing issue. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly, professional & accommodating. Upon arriving, the esthetics were not what I liked about Holiday Inn Express Facilities, that I've visited. I was dissatisfied with the 1st & 2nd rooms offered. I was tempted to go look elsewhere for lodging, knowing that leaving would cost me 1 nights lodging. But, the staff was so diligent & accomodating in assisting us, my daughter & I decided to stay.

The cleaner used had an overpowering odor. The hotel was booked so we couldnt change our rooms. Had a hard night of little sleep. Next day was better but still way too strong. Everything else was great.

The first room 222 was very old and ceilings are sooooo dirty. We found a roach in the bathroom in the middle of the night which caused No sleep. We were moved to another room which was somewhat better, brown rug had stains on it. When we went to wipe up water on the "hardwood" floor the paper towel was black. We were so disgusted. We've stayed at this holiday inn before and had no issues. We will not be back again!!

Location was amazing,I was in doubt because of reviews but I’m glad we decided to book it,the front desk personnel can be a bit more helpful and proactive, had I based my decision on interaction with them I would’ve not book with Hoilday Inn, on the other hand the young lady which I forgot name was excellent early check in, late check out to accommodate our flight time which was definitely a deal breaker for us, In deciding to visit again, the pool and hot tub hours were excellent

I like the location. 2 minute walk to Broadway at the beach. I like the breakfast. The hotel isn't on the beach and there's not much to view but a balcony would've been great for late evening sitting. This hotel has everything except a balcony.

We had a nice stay. It is a good property and convenient location. Lots of dining and activities across the street at Broadway. My wife is gluten sensitive and appreciated the gluten free bagels at breakfast. Thanks!

The ladies at the desk and kitchen were all very nice. Breakfast was pretty good.. they had a fresh pancake maker, sausage, turkey sausage, omelets, biscuits & gravy, and even cinnamon buns (and more). The coffee & hot chocolate were available 24hrs. It's super close to Broadway at the Beach. My only 2 complaints would be the beds and pillows were only ok - almost too soft and I wished the in room fridge had a small freezer section (but those are both minor complaints that may only pertain to me)

DISAPPOINTED!!!! Before I book any hotel I always read the reviews and the reviews for this hotel are deceiving…. Our room was not what we expected..The blanket had a stain on it … called the front desk for another & housekeeping brings another one but with pen & marker stains on it! The sofa was filthhhyy! I can’t believe they even have it in the room ..

Very friendly and helpful staff, easy parking, convenient location and clean room and facility. The room was actually surprisingly quiet, considering the hotel was at full capacity and very busy. Beds were comfortable too. It was a little pricey for what it was, but I realize it was a holiday weekend. I would definitely stay again.

The rooms need to be updated and more sound proof. I could hear the people in the next room clearly. Once that is done it will be a wonderful place to stay.

I left my phone charger in room. I went back 2 days later and had found it. I offered to tip the staff, they said was not necessary. I will stay here again.

This property was fine except for it could use some updates in the rooms. The since looked like it has been broken and they tried to glue it back together instead of replacing it. The tub stopper was broke. The room need to be updated.

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights. We had a room on the 4th floor. Our room was very clean and we had no issues at all. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. One of them gave us a great dinner recommendation. Definitely would stay here again!

We've stayed here 2 previous times, this was our 3rd and will return again. Friendly staff, comfy rooms, breakfast and close to attractions and beach.
