Beautiful room overlooking the ocean.

The WIFI is functional but would kick us off 3 times an hour…an annoyance if you’re trying to stream something. Overall, one of the nicer places in Myrtle Beach and we’d stay there again.

The AC went out on our first day and then again on our last night before leaving. What made matters worse was that the supervisor working the night the AC first went out was not helpful and apparently never informed the manager of the issue, forcing us to explain everything again the next day. The manager was the only person who seemed genuinely concerned and helpful. She addressed our concerns and compensated us for some of the inconvenience, which we appreciated. In addition to the AC issues, the food-ordering website was down, the Wi-Fi repeatedly cut out, and the family hot tub was closed during part of our stay. Unfortunately, the number of problems we experienced made it difficult to enjoy our vacation. Based on this trip alone, I would not recommend this resort. It’s especially disappointing because we’ve loved coming here every year and have always looked forward to our stay. Hopefully, these issues are addressed, but if you do stay here, I would strongly suggest avoiding the Oceanview 26th floor.

The staff are generally nice but there were only 2 bellmen/car valets when we arrived so no help was available. There was only 1 staff checking in people as well - totally overwhelmed. And the desk staff person I asked about housekeeping after being there for 3 nights, "Jeff ", was curt almost rude, that I even asked for housekeeping service

I was disappointed on the experienced received. From the very first day when I checked in and walked into the room, I noticed that the room was dirty. The floor was filthy with dust debris. I went downstairs to speak to the concierge and instead of taking my complaint they told me that they were not responsible for that and directed me to speak to the housekeeping section. I believe that they should have taken my complaint and passed it on to the correct section for I don’t know their chain of command.

We loved our room. We were on the 26th floor. I absolutely love no one can go up the elevator without a room key. I also loved that the door of the hotel has a door stopped for extra safety. We loved the activity room and the different activities scheduled throughout the day. This hotel is very family oriented and is setup with customers’ safety in mind. The entire hotel was clean and comfortable. We loved the pool. It had life jackets and towels available near the pool. There’s also a bar near the pool. I loved the Starbucks on the second floor the most!

The location The walls were paper thin, and every night about 12:00 midnight it was a little child running and playing, over my head both nights. I called the front desk both nights and they say security was sent up there , but nothing got done, it kept me up all night. It was annoying, I will never stay here again!!

This was our second time here and we got a 2 bedroom suite with partial ocean view, and loved it, the only problem we have is that the housekeeping is available only of you stay 4 nights or more and with kids and beach and sand it does gets dirty

Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Room was immaculate. The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. The outdoor pool had plenty of seating with umbrellas. Looking forward to coming back soon. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

We liked it but the thing that will keep us from returning is the Internet. We're looking for a place to spend 2-3 months this winter but the Internet is just not serviceable for a consistent work connection. If that's not an issue for you it's a great property.

The location was excellent. The room was very well maintained and very clean and comfortable. I liked the security of the elevators that could only be used with the room cards. The pool area was very well maintained. The only thing I didn't like was the morning coffee that was provided in the room. It was not a good grade. It's a small thing but when you're use to a good coffee in the morning, it counts for a lot.

My room as amazing. Loved having 2 bedrooms, a living room and a full fridge. The rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. The show pressure was excellent. The view was great from the master bedroom. The pool was a nice temperature (we went in April), the hot tub was a hot. The elevators were fast. It was steps away from the boardwalk and the beach.

It will be tough to book any other hotel on our next trip back to Mrytle..

It’s a great property for families. Full kitchen is so helpful. You can’t get to the floors with rooms without a designated key card, so it makes it feel safer. Walking distance to a lot of places and the boardwalk accessibility is so great!

This experience was noticeably worse than in previous visits and detracted from an otherwise special occasion. Implementing a more organized system—such as having staff dedicated to directing traffic and improving the flow of valet parking—would greatly enhance the arrival experience. Due to this issue, we are now considering other options for future stays, which is disappointing given how much we have enjoyed coming here in the past.

We arrived to the hotel and they did not have the room that I reserved. They did offer an alternate, but it wasn’t what we needed. Valet parking area was busy and chaotic. Would not recommend. Find a different hotel.

They don't provide any chairs at the beach without charging you, this is a resort they should provide chairs w/o a cost. I would recommend going to Walmart and getting some cheap chairs to have something to sit on. Also they don't provide electronic wristband, instead you a key card that you constantly have to take out to use for everything, they need updated technology.

We were sick when there. It was awful! But the staff were so kind! They even came and gave an extra cleaning when they didn’t have to. They were so sweet! This was our 2nd time staying here, & it was wonderful again.

Room could have been a little cleaner, floors didn’t feel as clean as our last stay and the bathroom felt that it could be cleaner (some mildew in the shower). Overall very happy with our stay!

This place was amazing!! We will be booking a longer stay in the future!! The room was amazing and clean! The view was amazing!! We were so comfortable! We lacked nothing! The pools and jacuzzi was clean and well maintained, there were activities planned for each day, the second floor hosts an activity room and convenient coffee shop. We didn’t stay long to truly enjoy the fully equipped kitchen but I was pleasantly surprised! It was very hard leaving the resort this morning, my kids even wanted to stay in for dinner instead of venturing out! lol

Beautiful stay right on the north end of the boardwalk. Great location to walk to restaurants and bars. Very modern and rooms are beautiful just as pictured. This was our second time staying at the property and it was perfect both times.

During our recent stay, I discovered what appeared to be a bed bug in our room. I documented the incident and reported it immediately. The situation required several hours of inspecting our belongings, washing items, and managing the disruption, which ultimately resulted in us losing our only full beach day. The hotel did relocate us and extended our stay, which I appreciate. However, I was later informed that no findings were identified during their inspection, despite my photographic evidence, the housekeepers who initially came to the room confirming the bug on the paper towel was a bed bug, and subsequent bite marks experienced by my daughter. While I recognize the effort to address the situation, the overall experience was stressful and significantly impacted our stay. I hope this is taken seriously to ensure future guests have a safe and uninterrupted experience.

I’m a hotel snob and was a little worried about staying in a condo. I stayed for a week while I recovered from minor surgery and it was the perfect place to be. Washer and Dryer and full kitchen. Great place - we loved it!

This place is excellent & so is the staff. Spacious rooms, clean spaces and awesome activity center. My only complaint, and it’s kinda a big one…I booked this in December. When I checked back on the reservation in March Expedia noted pool maintenance would be taking place the week we booked. I called Hilton 3 times to inquire which pool to ensure my kids would have a pool to swim in. Each time I called I was told they have no information on any pool maintenance. Of course once we arrived it was the indoor pool we were unable to use our entire stay. Wish we were informed ahead of time, we’d consider a different hotel.

We are very disappointed that the closure of the indoor pool for renovations was not disclosed at the earliest time. Furthermore, when we requested compensation, our concerns seemed to be ignored.

I thought I had an ocean view room but I got a view of a hotel. The hotel is clean, nice and the staff were great. Outside hot tub wasn’t working though.

The only small inconvenience is that self-parking requires crossing the street, but the hotel offers valet service, which makes things much easier. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again.

ice maker didn't work on refrigerator. internet was horrible. phone in room did not work, tv in room was bad. the color wasn't right almost black and white. My wife and i loved this hotel. Actually it's been out go to but i don't knw what has happened. Not to mention on our stay there was a power outage. They said it was citywide. but i've worked in the hotel business before and i think it's terrible that they didn't have back up generators to run the property. absolutely unacceptable

There was no hot water and later there was no water at all in my unit. When alerted the staff they did not attempt to fix the issue and said it was beyond their control. Hours later I was moved to another room which was an inconvenience.

The parking is not onsite, you will have to walk to the hotel if you don't want valet parking. I'd suggest doing the valet option. The entrance to main lobby was out of order. Key did not work upon returning from visiting the ocean. Contacted front desk, transfered to guest services and no one answered. No help to enter through the pool entrance was given. This made my stay not enjoyable as it could've been. No compensation or awareness from staff was received. The valet staff offered alot of help during check in and check out.

The room was excellent! If I had to critique anything it would be the water pressure inside the shower it was pretty low. But, other than that 10/10.

Wonderful stay

We stayed here fore three nights for a volleyball tournament. The rooms were fine and it was nice to have the full kitchen and room to spread out. I feel like the suite was a good size. The main problem every day, at all hours, was the valet. The valets themselves were lovely and trying so hard to keep up but they were grossly understaffed. Each evening we had to wait on the road for at least 15-20 minutes because there was not room to even turn in because the valet was so backed up. In the mornin, we would call down about 20 minutes before we needed the car at 630 AM and it was never ready when we came downstairs. Again, I think the workers were doing the best they could, but more staff needs to be hired. This was not a one night problem, but literally the entire stay. One afternoon we didn’t have time to wait the 20 minutes to turn in, so I paid $25 to park across the street. That is super frustrating when you are already paying a premium to valet park at the hotel.

We read on our paperwork from the hotel that the resort doesn't provide room service for people who are staying four nights or less. We were staying for four nights and theirs four women staying in this suite. We had to call down for them to pick up the trash. I did that and the front desk said to just put your trash can out in the hallway and housekeeping will pick up. Well, they did not pick it up. I had to call front desk for this again. The resort of course, provides you wilth white face cloths but they ask you to reuse these towels during your stay. We did that for a few days but after using these white towels for a few days, they get dirty. So, we had to call down to the front desk for more face towels.which was irritating. The resort provides you with two rolls of toilet paper but you need more than that! I had to call down to the front desk for that. The WiFi kept going out, that's garbage! We didn't like the long hike to the parking garage either! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

However they upgraded my room to a two bedroom and even though it was handicap it was enough for the night

I bring my children with me because it is really peacefully but this time was a horrible experience for me and my children. We stayed in a spacious king suite with a partial ocean view. The suite was clean and well-appointed, giving plenty of space to relax. The bed and couch were a bit firm for my personal preference, but I got used to them over the week. The resort amenities were great. The indoor pool was unfortunately closed for about half of our stay, but the outdoor pool was open, warm, and very inviting. The hot tub was a relaxing bonus after a day out. One highlight was the on-site sports bar. The food was very good, and it was a convenient spot to grab a casual meal or watch a game. Overall, it was a lovely stay with great service, comfortable accommodations, and enjoyable amenities. We would definitely return.

Full disclosure: we were only there for one night for an event in the area so didn’t try any of the amenities but it all looked very inviting. Also, being off season, it was quiet. Summer might be a different story.

After taking a shower the entire bathroom floor was soaked. There was no barrier to stop the water from running across the floor making it difficult not to slip when drying off. I could not imagine staying a full week without taking a shower. I did see a roach in the bathroom. He had no problem with the water it seemed.

one of our kitchen cabinet door was loose but we never use kitchen. water pressure was lower than we are use too. but overall........we where very pleased. this is our 3-4 time staying and we love it

Not checking guest into a knowingly under maintenanced room. Greed is a terrible thing. Staff were kind and provided space heaters and fans for us to get thru our annual Thanksgiving stay but this should have never been the case. Booked room in January and Hilton Member but none of that mattered. Not sure if we will return next year.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ve already booked my next visit!

The location is great and the beach access is amazing. We had an incredible view of the ocean and the two bedroom unit was very spacious. We were on the 14th floor and the shower water never got hot. The parking is about a half block away, but it was easy to get in and out.

Breakfast isn't free. You get it at their restaurant?.

The hotel was very nice but they have clear policies against smoking in the rooms and the balcony. I notified the hotel several times that the neighbors directly next door to me were smoking, cigarettes and other things on the balcony throughout the entire stay. This prevented us from being able to use the balcony at all and the hotel staff was very unsympathetic nor did they offer any concessions

Was really disappointed that we arrived early into to town and was told to come and pre check in and we maybe allowed to check in earlier. But we still weren’t allowed to check in till 4:00pm.

Room was very clean. No real beach view and the safe did not work. Because we had to be in our room when they came up to fix it we did not get it done because we were only at the hotel for a few hours a day because we were moving family from NY to SC.

I got a great oceanfront apartment type room. Self parking is included in the $15 daily resort fee and is super nice and close. Tips: the pool bar was open until 6 and the sports bar on the second floor until 10. The Marketplace on the second floor is like a convenience store with hot food, wine, endless snacks, and Starbucks items. I arrived mid morning and was able to get parked and get a pool wristband, so that allowed me to be drinking a Bloody Mary and eating oysters on the half shell at 11 am at Dirty Downs just down the boardwalk and then hit the beach and pool. Great stay.

My only complaint would be the far walk to the parking garage and the need for so many valet parking spots, meaning if you do not pay for Valet you will be parking on at least the 3rd or 4th floor of the garage.

Tried to check in at 4:05 but the room wasn’t available even though check in started at 4. it was resolved fairly quickly, we were in the room by 5pm and it was freshly cleaned.

Not what i wanted but it was ok im use to ocean view but i would book here again the staff was outstanding everything was clean didnt get to enjoy the pool but it was tempting

The room and view was as expected. Very nice and as advertised. It was a nice vacation for our family. The staff was a huge let down. Most of the interactions in the lobby were with surprisingly rude staff. Our room was also an hour late to check in. They assured us we could use all property amenities such as the pool but without a room to change clothes that was useless to us after driving most of the day to get there.

Room was amazing, but we had no power for 1/2 of one of our days and staff basically said be patient and offered nothing for our stay

We actually had another Hotel booked further up the road, but unfortunately some bad weather was coming so I unbooked it. When we found out the weather was going to be fine, we went about looking for a place to stay, and found this one! OMG it was fantastic! Massive room, Beach Front, even had a washing machine & dryer! Parking was across road in a different building, but all good. Nice pool and surrounding area!

Took my 5 yr old son for fall break! We loved it!!! You really don’t have to leave the hotel for anything, although we did go explore the city, the hotel had everything we needed.

We stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was perfection. It had a washer and dryer in unit and even a broom and dustpan for when we dragged in sand from the beach. It’s within walking distance from multiple great restaurants and within driving distance from at least a hundred more, same with shopping and activities. Only downsides would be the parking which is a block over in a garage (but you can pull up to the building to load/unload luggage) and no free breakfast but I don’t think that’s common in Myrtle Beach anyways (there’s dozens of breakfast places in the area). Overall this is probably the cleanest/nicest hotel in this area of Myrtle Beach.

Once the Hurricane decided to go off in other direction, we started looking for Hotels again, and glad we noticed this one. Very large room out with BeachFront balcony… Wished we could’ve enjoyed the ammenities a bit longer but we were out and about during the day. Would recommend this place

Great way to spend a day!

Room wasn’t cleaned at all. Hair was everywhere in the room. Called down to the office no one answered. We ordered DoorDash and our items were missing when we went to get them. For the high price of the room it isn’t worth it. Only thing was good was the Valet Parking.

I loved the service team, from the front desk to the snack store cashier. Everyone was there to ensure my 50th birthday vacation was elan enjoyable experience. I didn't like the timeshare presentation. 2 hours turned into 3.5 hours of NOs and they still didn't want to let us go.

Beautiful hotel , pleasant staff my only suggestion would be to put a night light in the bathrooms! When you have to go at 3am, those lights are so bright it's not pleasant from a sound sleep. But it's really nice place, we will be back

Very nice property. Our 2 bedroom suite was massive, nice bathrooms, decent pools, bars etc. Check-in is a bit of a nightmare with everyone arriving at the same time, but once through the stress of that it was great. Booked again for next week it was so good.

Love this hotel, it is super safe, luxurious and has all the amenities you could ask for in a resort. Walking distance to the very best German restaurant in the south that has been around for over 50 years, Cafe Vienna, and on the boardwalk- so go get out of the hotel and walk down the amazing boardwalk. I have stayed here over 10 times when I'm in town for work and it never disappoints

Absolutely loved this hotel!! The ocean view was chef’s kiss. I loved that they had an adult only jacuzzi, separate access to the beach, and two pool options. Once Tin Roof finally closed, we were able to listen and fall asleep to the ocean waves. My favorite part was the in-unit washer and dryer. That was absolutely perfect! Will definitely book here again! 10/10 for sure!

The property is clean safe parking is a little inconvenient but good enough at keast its free. What i do not like is the hot tub. I wish its being sterilized . The water is mirky & tub is yellowish needs to be scrubbed with bleach.

ELEVATOR NOISE!! Beware of rooms next to the elevators. The mechanical clanking all night kept waking us up. We love this place and will keep coming back but this time we had room 605B and the elevators were across the hall and they are way to noisy. Will make sure we re away from the elevators moving forward.

Cleanliness and friendly staff were part of the experience from the moment we walked through the doors for check-in, until the moment we left. We'll be back again. Extra thanks to Ms. Alicia at the front desk, my grandson loved her smiling face and friendly energy upon each entrance and exit during our stay.

This property is in prime location. Walk outside to downtown Myrtle Beach next to the Sky Wheel. The room was very nice, clean, full kitchen, laundry, large balcony, and quiet. There are 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. Staff held our luggage before and after check in/out. Easy beach access. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful property, big suites and close to the beach. The pools unfortunately were overrun by youth, didn’t make it appealing. Otherwise a fine location.

This is the best hotel in Myrtle Beach. From the minute we got there to the minute we left, they make you feel like you are their top priority. The rooms are spacious with great views. The location is minutes away from all the main activities in town. And the security is top notch.

Cons: ☹️Parking garage is about two blocks away and first three floors of the garage were always full. ☹️One of the guys working valet was VERY rude when I was trying to check in. He is only polite to people using valet services. He did not speak kindly to guests just trying to check in and drop luggage. ☹️The pool area stays PACKED. Guests save chairs for hours at a time so you can never get a pool chair unless you get up early and save chairs ☹️No housekeeping during your stay ☹️Review your check out invoice carefully. I had an $85 charge for “misc pckg handling”. When I called I was told it was because I requested late check out. I never requested late check out. I was checked out and at the airport prior to the check out time.

Great property, loved the amenities and the location. A couple of the front desk concierge staff were a little curt and rude. Didn’t give a friendly welcome, luckily, the property itself made up for that.

The hotel was definitely a 5 star but the bed was so hard I had to go and get a foam mattress topper at Walmart just to be able to sleep…
